Dear sir/madam,

I inform that i anil kumar from aligarh (U. P.) and i was brought kwid car from may 2016 in aligarh.
Big fault in kwid car inside come to any insect like mouse, snake e. T. C. Anytime in outside parking.

1. One day mouse died on ac device and big smell in car all times and complain the showroom but no solve the problem, services manager said to me this is not our fault and i have no time, that's way i am not able to do the complain by written and servicing the car inside dead mouse by paid of around three thousand rupees but i have record about these things.

2. Nowadays i saw again big mouse inside and damaged seat, seat covers and no idea how much damage.

Now i want to ask renault manufacturer which fault in my car. Who is responsible person about dangerous thing?

Because it's very dangerous things.

    This is to inform you that i have booked renault kwid RXT O 1.0cc from solan branch on 17 feb 2017. After 1 month i have cancelled my booking. Brach executive said submit your reciept at branch. I have submited reciept and they write down my bank account information and said. Within 2 3 months your amount refunded online. But after 3 months i called solan branch they gave me other numbers to contact. But no response from there side. I have also call on company toll free number and register my complaint. But they dont resolve my issue and said we dont know how much time company take for refund your amount. Approx after 2 years company not refunded my cancalation amount still company executives said we dont know how much time taken to refund my amount.

    You need to look into it. I know how company look customer problem last 2 year. The way company handle customer problem is discusting. Company making fool of customers.     WooW Company is trying to making fool again. On 20th Dec Company executive message me and ask me to share contact details to resolve my issue. I was shared my contact details private message and here also. But now company playing a trick and they send me message today and ask me to share my contact details. Is the company executives are illiterate and they don't want to see my contact details. I have attached a inbox message screenshot where i was already mentioned my contact numbers. This proves company doesn't care about customers issue and they don't respect of this platform and law. Now i feel they are trying to making fool of this platform also. Any ways my contact no is [protected] and [protected]. I think they are now able to see my contact numbers.

    Really u understand what issues customers are facing. I don't think so i[censored] understand than your support team will contact me and refund my money. Cimpany sending message here " Our concerned team will get in touch with you to support and help with your concern." But they dont organise any call to resolve issue. I want to refund my money as soon as possible. Company taking too much time its approx 2 years. Company only showing they are worried about customers issues thats why company send messages here but can't do any action to resolve issue.

    After submitting compalint "renault fraud" issue in this platform i get a call from renault company executive on 23rd december 2018 at 12:27pm. They regirster my complaint again. I have already registered complaint 2 time before. And the new complaint number is "04918315". The company executive said they will forward my complaint to conplaints department. It means company taking lighty previous complaints register by me or they ignored my previous compaints.

    After that the company executive said they want some time to resolve this issue. I was asked to executive how much time they want to resolve this issue. But the executive said they dont know how much time company take to resolve issue.

    Company want more time Is 2 years is not enough to refund my money. How much time company want to refund my money. Is there a way to resolve customers issue by giving timeline and the main part is they dont know what the meaning of timeline.

    I hope they will not making fool again like they do over the 2 years and resolve my issue as soon as possible.

    8 days are gone but there is no respond against my complaint. I am not able to understand why Renault company not refunded my money 8000 out of 10, 000. Why Renault company making fool again and again. Logically we see Renault company earning 2000 rs per cancellation. Renault Company do this with lots of customers why they don't payback customers remaining own money. This shows Renault company not care about customers and their goodwill in market. Ohh Sorry i forgot there is no Goodwill of Renault company in market. And the reason the they are specialist to cheat customers and the company proves this again and again.

    I have called again to Renault customer support on 31st December 2018. But again the representative said they can forward my complaint to complaint department and complaint department will call me within 24 hours. 2 days are gone but there is no respond from there side in call. Even After 26th December the company not responding here regarding my complaint. Is there a way to run business and cheated customers. Please show some respect to customer and refund my money.

    There is no response from reanult company after 26th december 2018. Company trained their executives how to make fool of customers. Saying diplomatic answers can't resolve my issue. Company need ro do action to resolve my complaint. But unfortunately they doesn't care about customers. Iam waiting over the 2 years for my own money. Shame on u

    The dealer is closed the solan showroom. Than who takes responsibility of my money. Renault custome care executives not responded on my complaint. Company takes too much time approx 2 and half year. How much time company want to refund my own money. Shame on u bloody frauds

      We purchased new renault duster petrol rxs a week ago by paid rs 9, 14, 000/- as ex showroom price. However renault tumkur had given us the original invoice for only rs 9, 09, 000/-. When we expressed our willingness to go to consumer court on this, they have given me a revised invoice for rs 9, 14, 000/- which is fake.
      Kindly resolve this and refund rs 5, 000/- excess i have paid. If i don't get this resolved in next 24hours, i will sue this in consumer court and ask for a bigger compensation for all the inconvenience caused to a senior citizen.

        I own a renault duster petrol vehicle. After the second service performed by Renault Kalamassery kochi team, vehicles pick up is lost as well as the mileage. In addition to that several dents were made in the vehicle. This shows that our vehicles are not given any importance or care by them.
        For the same, i want to register the call via toll free, however they dont respond to the calls properly - rather keep the calls on long hold and spoils customer patience.
        Renault customer service really sucks!!!

        Updating the complaint in detail

        13/11/2018 - Renault duster given for second service. At the moment vehicle performance was good. Only thing to be checked is the engine oil, filter etc.
        15/11/2018 - Service completed and vehicle handed over by Renault Kalamassery Kochi Service center by 5pm. Next day noticed the dent on the corner side of bonet and a small scratch on the closing side of door.
        Wanted to do the test drive after the service - surprisingly understood the fact that the vehicle pick is lost and vehicle is getting poor mileage. Next day i had received a call from Renault customer support team and ask for the feedback. I had given the rating of 7/10, though they spoiled my vehicle. After some time on the same day, i got a call from Service center guys and asked what is the problem you are facing... i had explained the same story to them... the last question from them is """"" Have you informed these things to Renault customer care"""""" The answer was YES from me... soon then they disconnected the call... It clearly shows that they are not bothered about the real customer satisfaction - rather for their online rating.
        Since then there was a complete silence from either of the parties - customer care and service center. Due to which i have made a call to Renault customer care
        Raised a ticket and updated the concerns. Next day i have received a call from service center and his name is Jins. Explained in detail to him and he said everything will be taken care and given an appointment on dec 8th 2018.
        On 7th dec 2018, i have called him up several times to enquire about the timings when to take the vehicle to service center, but the calls were rejected and not responded.

        Due to which i had raised called up customer care again to reopen the ticket, the same was done and the support executive tried reaching the services guys with no luck. As per support executive Neha, the call back is arranged. Till now i have not reiceved a call back from them.

        Today i made my mind to call them up again, and another support executive picked and same story... call back will be arranged... I'm keeping my fingers crossed for this call back...

        And counting on each moment how renault is going to take care of this issue...

          I own a renault duster 85 ps rxl 2016 model vehicle from ghaziabad. Post last service in july'18, i am experiencing issues in upshifting gear from 1st to 2nd. This is particularly happening in heavy stop and go traffic but otherwise the gear shift is smooth. Also, the issue is not with any other gear shift.
          During the issue, the gear lever almost jams at 1st gear and refuses to shift to 2nd gear. After putting lot of effort, the gear changes but this looks like a dangerous situation.
          I have not visited the service centre yet and plan to take it over the weekend to my nearest sector 63, noida renault service centre.
          As per the comments on forum, the issue seems to get resolve by replacing gear synchronizer ring. Kindly confirm so that i can discuss with the service advisor accordingly.

            My car got damaged in the workshop while parking. The tyre of my kwid got bursted as there was a sharp metal broken pipe kept at the parking lot.

            It occurred on: 3/11/2018

            I want the dealer to change the tyre at their own cost as the tyre got damaged because of the sharp metal at their workshop

              I purchased kwid amt from jp nagar - bangalore in 2017 october and its registration number is ka05mw2713. I am facing a strange problem while driving, the car stops automatically in the middle of the road and the gear shifts to neutral and in the odometer n and d keeps on fluctuating. I reported this incident to the mysore road service centre in bangalore but they did not register my complaint because i had no proof and i was not able to replicate the issue for quite sometime. Recently, i faced same problem and took the video that i attached here. Pls help me... Its a new car and giving problem while driving, its very insecure and embarrassing.                 Hi all,

                I got the kwid on the month of july-18 and since from the fifth day of delivery the vehicle is switching itself off when using ac on second and third gear, it has been to the service center for almost three times for the same issue and still its not resolved. Last week the check engine light came and it went to service again to khivraj service in omr chennai and they screwed up the back door which was working fine earlier, now its not opening from inside as well as from outside and the issue of the vehicle switching off all of a sudden in full traffic still persists.

                Did not expect this from renault being such a reputable name in the automobile industry world wide doing business in india like this.

                  I need explanation of vehicle amt clutch durability.

                  Firstly your dealer confirmed me that this new version vehicle is low cost in maintenance and foremost i preferably asked them about the clutch they confirmed me it comes 45- 50k kms.

                  Please help me and note my below concerns..

                  1. It gives only 10000kms?. (Starts shuttering on 5000kms). Its not a overloaded vehicle like truck.
                  2. Now your service team says amt vehicles are having same problem and it is wear and tear, we cannot help you.
                  3. It affecting me the driving comfort.
                  4. Actual i drive vehicle +/- 10000kms every 4months max, in this case do you think that i should bare rs. 70-80 thousand. What for?
                  5. We buy executive vehicle for luxury life style but here looks like digging of my life
                  6. If i think on all above concern worrying, why i chosen this vehicle, i could have bought bmw or benz or audi its more cheaper than duster (On service concern).
                  7. When i started questioning, now your service team manager mr. Sunil (Renault trident, mysore road) is started acting by saying don't threaten us, what the hell is this? Its a fear of spending lakhs of my hard-earn money... I have a rights to question you.

                  Kindly keep all the above concern of mine and get back to me, if you are not concern for this please get me the details of your higher authority so that i can talk to them.

                    I have bought renault duster diesel 85bhp car in the month of may in year 2014, my car has done 49, 619kms and i am very happy with the performance of the car.

                    Since last few days the steering wheel is tight and i feel like i am driving a heavy truck, specially when i am taking reverse it is too tight. I recently took it to trident renault service station at mysore road (R r nagar) my service adviser calls me this morning and says the steering wheel rack has worn out and it needs to be replaced at a whopping cost of inr 38k.

                    I am an hardcore fan of reanult duster however this is very disappointing to know about this at less than 50k kms.

                      My name is sourabh agarwal, i am facing some issues with my renault kwid rxt 1.0 ltr manual car.
                      I purchased the vehicle with my hard earned money on 19th mar 2018. (Roughly 8 months back) from renault, unnati vehicles, fatimanagar, pune.

                      Suddenly after 1.5 months, (810 kms running only) my vehicle had a engine starting / ignition problem.
                      After inserting the key the car didnt start. Showed it to renault showroom / service centre, they took the battery to check the issue, it took 10 days to rectify and then initially they said that there is no issue with battery as we have got the report from amaron that battery is good. I said if battery is good then there is some manufacturing defect in the car, for which they didnt have any answer. Later after few more days, they said that the battery is charged now and fitted the same battery and still did not replace it. My question is if the battery was good then how it got discharged completely? And why they have to charge it all gain if its good?

                      2nd problem:
                      Yesterday ie, 11 nov[protected] kms running in 8 months), suddenly while driving, the steering of the car became very smooth or rather over smooth also the accelerator pedal became very smooth and the car was sppeding up like anything, suddenly the rpm increased.
                      How come these things can happen?
                      I am worried and concerned for the safety and accidents can happen if the car steering and accelerator is becoming very smooth.

                      Kindly inspect my car properly and provide the solution. Or else replace the car if its manufacturing defect. I am 100% sure its manufacturing defect.

                        Purchased duster amt in december 2017. Within 10 month the key feature i. E., automatic gear shift, for what i had bought this car for, broke down and my car came to stand still.

                        I took it to renault gurgaon, atul kataria chowk service center and they took 3 days to diagnose the exact issue. Despite confirmation from the staff the car is not repaired even after 13 days from dropping the car at service station. Yet renault gurgaon have no idea how many more days it will take to fix the matter.

                        I do not want this to be fixed anymore, instead i need replacement of this car with a new car. I had not paid for a machine that becomes faulty within few months after buying.

                        Let me know how to proceed further.

                          I bought a duster petrol rxl in oct 2017. I started noticing jerk in gear lever (Highly noticable in 3rd and 4th gear).

                          1st service:
                          I reported the issue to the service centre (Bangalore whitefield). The service engineer promised to check the issue. When i took the car back, service advisor said they 'tightened the cables/gear lever. I noticed that the issue wasn't resolved (Couldn't go back to the service centre due to busy schedule).

                          2nd service:
                          Reported the same issue and also mentioned that this was reported in 1st service and same was not resolved.

                          Service advisor promised to look into it. When i came back to take the car back, service advisor (Not the same guy who attended me last time) mentioned the same thing 'tightened the cables/lever'.

                          The issue wasn't resolved. Hence i came back after 2 days with a complaint. The service advisor got a technician to test drive the car this time, technician mentioned there is jerk/vibration and he needs to check.

                          Couple of days later i get a call saying the issue has been addressed. When i checked what was done, it was mentioned that cables/lever was tightened. And also the service advisor mentioned that 'it (Jerk/vibration) is very common on duster petrol cars.

                          I escalated this to the service head, there was same response saying 'they drove both my car and their test drive car; same vibration is seen on both the cars'.

                          I do not understand as to why are the service team dealing with the issue so casually. The answers i got from all 3 people (2 service advisors and 1 service head) was same saying the jerk/vibration is common on duster petrol.

                          I have been driving from past 8 years and drove several others cars from hatchback to sedan to suvs, never faced this issue be it a petrol engine or a diesel engine. I am surprised about the claim that it is common in duster petrol.

                          Even if it common in all duster petrol cars, that is not a solution to the issue.

                          How do i get this issue sorted.

                            2013 model duster rlz 85ps developed stiff steering immediately after 60 k km. My back door looks jammed and not able to open. My service centre quoted 85k for the repair including shock up repair.. I am shocked to see the amount i need to spend for the repair.. Interestingly renault doesn't have centralised pricing details on spare parts and different service centres quotes different cost for same parts

                                  I have been driving one of the first batch of renault dusters from 2012 rxz 110ps model, recently i visited local dealer at hyderabad and he informed me that 110ps model has a perennial problem with hard clutch, 85ps model doesn't have any such issue reported.

                                  I called the[protected] twice to report this issue and both the times my call was either disconnected abruptly or executive stopped to answer.

                                  All i am trying to understand if renault india did any recall for these faulty clutch/ 110ps models? If yes, then why as one of the owners am not informed

                                  Renault hyderabad dealer asked me about 50k for replacing the pressure plate and overall expenditure, i am amazed at the quantum of cost as a customer i have to borne due to a known issue with 110ps models

                                  My medical/ physio bills are running into thousands as my left leg has a hamstring due to the same issue confirmed by my physio

                                    I have renault duster adventure addition up-32-fp-1192 bought in may’14.
                                    This is about my experience with renault in last 4 years, especially in the
                                    Last few months when i switched the service station from m. G chariots
                                    Lucknow to anand auto tech.

                                    The mechanics and service representatives at anand auto tech are of
                                    Extremely poor quality and have no skills to deal with car or the
                                    Customers. Here are few instances:

                                    *1. Pickup problem: *my car has been facing a major issue with car
                                    Acceleration. It often does not deliver full acceleration on gear change or
                                    Sometimes completely misses to pick up. I have complained about it at least
                                    2 times:

                                    A. First time in april'18: the service station told me that they could not
                                    Reproduce it.

                                    B. Second instance: a few months back i complained about it again and they
                                    Submitted and they changed air filter, fuel filter and many other things
                                    Causing me a good amount of money and guaranteed that the problem will be
                                    Solved after this but this time i faced a bigger problem. This time after a
                                    Few days the car got back from service the engine stop light started to
                                    Flash. I got really stumped whether i sent my car for fixing the issues or
                                    Creating new ones:

                                    But still i kept my patience and complained about this again.

                                    C. Third instance: i sent the car for fixing this issue and this time after
                                    3 days of inspection the service centre told me that the car's fuel
                                    Injector pump has some issues and need to be replaced, which in turn will
                                    Again cost a hefty inr, 54000 and claimed they guarantee this is the issue.
                                    I was shocked to hear that a company which claims to build sturdy cars can
                                    Not give product that lasts 50000 kms on road? I clearly told the team that
                                    I don't have trust in their skills and have a bad feeling that they are
                                    Conning the customers. I also told them, especially my customer agent
                                    Sushant singh, that i will be escalating this matter to your national head
                                    And then came a very arrogant reply: "it does not matter to whom do you
                                    Complaint, as, in the end, it will have to pass through me." as if mr.
                                    Sushant singh owns the renault. I am really frustrated and my vehicle has
                                    Become completely unusable.

                                    *2. Front left suspension/shocker problem:* in april 2018 when i sent the
                                    Car for service the team noticed that the front left suspension/shocker has
                                    Some oil leakage problems. The team also informed me that had your car came
                                    To us 5-6 hours earlier we would have covered it in the 4 years warranty to
                                    Which i asked in bewilderment that i had asked the car to be picked up 10
                                    Days earlier to which you guys didn't pay heed. The situation got a bit
                                    Confusing and a nice guy named raj came forward to help and tried to
                                    Connect to central office to which mr sushant singh objected and hindered
                                    Raj's attempt to contact you guys. He whispered that the service station is
                                    Here to earn not to do free work. I was shocked to hear this but ignored it
                                    Completely as i had already lost the trust in brand renault and passed it
                                    Away with a laugh.

                                    *3. Hand break issue: *i am having this issue since august’17 (Not aug this
                                    Year) and complained it about 3-4 times yet the mechanic has not been able
                                    To resolve it completely. I even changed the rear drums, break wires and
                                    Many other things but of no use. This time when i complained again they
                                    Opened the central penal, which also controls the side mirror adjustments,
                                    And when they put the panel back they left the panel disconnected and now
                                    The mirror adjustment knob is not working. I raised this again and finally
                                    After these many iterations the issue was fixed. But that completely shows
                                    The skill levels of either renault india or the service station.

                                    *4. Music and navigation system: *the music system display panel in car
                                    Started to show some weird lines in turned off mode, i did complain about
                                    This thing as well but again after so many iterations they were not able to
                                    Fix it and asked me to get a new panel worth inr 50k installed. That
                                    Completely stumped me and i asked them to leave it as it is but to add more
                                    Grieves to my already long list of woes, this time they disabled the
                                    Navigation of the car and the music system has become completely useless as
                                    It doesn't remembers any of the settings that i store in it. I doubt they

                                    *5. Side door mirror switches: *a few months back the front window switches
                                    Started having some problems and i raised this and when they sent the car
                                    Back the driver side door didn't close and use to get open while driving
                                    The car which could have lead to a fatal accident.

                                    I am going to submit a duplicate copy of this to regional law authorities
                                    Mentioning: *if something happens to me or my family in an accident while

                                      It is to submit that i had gone to bulandshahr to visit my in-laws. On the way back the steering stop functioning smoothly and within few minutes to came to stand still position. I narrowly escaped a major accident. It could have been a matter of life and death. Because of the condition at that time i had to get the fixed from a nearby machanic and somehow reached home. It is pertinent to inform that my whole family was be in the car and had i not applied my mind it would have been end for me and my family.
                                      Sir, i have purchased this car in 2017 & have invested my hard earned money in it. Last year i have also faced a technical issues in my car i. E. Leakage of clutch cylinder. I have done my car service few months before.
                                      The last thing i would have expected from this car is to perform in this manner. My whole family is in trauma & are even afraid of sitting in the car.
                                      I urge you to look into the matter & take all necessary steps to get my car fixed & provide me appropriate amount of compensation for the trauma for this technical fault of the car.

                                        I paid my insurance amount at monday 22/10/2018 my policy will be expired on 25/10/2018, after that i called several times but they said soon u will get ur policy but i didn't get it after that when i called they didn't attend my calls, as yesterday they get me soft copy of insurance and i said courier it to me still they didn't confirm it that they send it to me by courier or not and not attending calls, this is very embarrassing for me next time i don't think i will take it services like this
