I would like draw your attention that your service at navsari location is pathetic. Nobody bother to serve client.

I had informed to change my mobile number to provide any update from your end. My insurance cover was over on 24 june & till date no body have turned up to me. When i saw file today then i come to know. Who will bare cost of late reissuance of insurance?

    Dear,

    I own a renault pulse having registration no pb65 ab 8504. From past 1 year ma facing issue for gear shifting from 1st to 2nd gear. Gear shifter get struck in bumper to bumper traffic in delhi ncr. Had visited twice renault faridabad and raised the complaint but when dealer drive the car for test drive they didnt faced this issue. Since this issue arouses not much frequently and intentionally but intensity of issue is more since its feels very annoying when gear lever get struck.

    Highlighted concern is been addressed but not rectified.

    1) Now problem which i am facing is like once or twice in a day and it can happen anytime /anywhere, mostly in bumper to bumper traffic.Now when i visit Renault faridabad dealership they drove the car for 2 Kms, but they didn't find any issue, But i am still facing the issue.

    Now got to know from many other reviews that duster also faces the same issue (gear Sticking from shifting 1-->2) and they got replaces their 1st Gear Sncros. ( Both models uses the same carryover case and gears)

    2) Also my car AC trips in first gear, started blowing Hot Air in Bumper to Bumper traffic in first gear and i face this issue every year in summers. Previously dealership had updated some software to rectify this issue, but need know the why this problem exist every year ?

    3) I had purchased my car on 31 Dec 2014 and had a warranty on 4 Years & 80000 Kms, but least week when i visted dealership your data shows that my extended is over on 31st May 2018 . Wanted to know How come my extended warranty dates got preponed from 31 dec 2018.

      Problem in gear shifting from gear 1 to gear 2. I showed it at the silk board service center but was given the car back saying i should not see this problem again. But i am still facing the problem. Pathetic service. I have seen the similar complaints in this forum on the same topic and now i am worried that there seems to a real problem with multiple number and hence the quality of duster car. My car is just run around 28 km and over 3 years old.

        Sub: low quality material used in my duster car

        Dear sir;
        I have given my duster car serviced on date 20.06.2018 at renault service station, malviya nagar, jaipur rajasthan.
        Details of my car is as per below:

        Owner name: mr. Om prakash tambi (My father)
        Model: duster petrol
        Reg. No.: rj14cq9956
        Vin: meehsrc85cb000276
        Kms: 25666
        Engine# d220181

        I have sent my car for routine service as i am facing knocking sound from doors on date 20.06.2018 at 10:00 am morning at renault service station, malviya nagar, jaipur rajasthan. I got my car back in night 8:30 pm. Next day, when i checked my car; i found that no one has checked my this single issue (Knocking sound from doors) and send the car back without any resolution. I again take up this issue to service centre but they ask me to take the car back to service station for re-checking. I discussed with issue against with seniors at service station and later on they sent their one service engineer at my home to check the issue.

        After checking; he informed that my car all rubber bidding has been worn-out and need to be replaced. Further he informed that all door latches also need to be changed. After changing both items (All 04 biddings and all 04 latches) sound may be reduced. They have given me rough estimate of rs. 20, 000/-.

        I ask service engineer and service centre that how all 04 biddings and all 04 latches can be worn-out same time within the life to 5~6 years but no one has given positive reply in this regards. Currently i am owning 03 cars which age are more than 10 years but i never faced such issue. I checked this issue with other car holders having car more than 06 years but no one face such issue faced in their car.

        I have checked this issue with my some friends who are in the r&d dept. Of automobile industry. They also informed that this is quite rare issue and happen after life of 10~12 year due to low quality of rubber material only. I have also checked with duster owners who are having cars more than 05 years but they also not faced such issue any time.

        Conclusion: in my case; all door bidding and latched are used of low quality so worn-out early before assessable life. Now i request you to take up this matter on my behalf and arrange to replace all 04 biddings and all 04 latches free of cost basis on priority.

          Hi,
          Here comes same gear problem again and this time again stuck highway in night

          I have faced so many problems with your car, i will never ever purchase renault and will never suggest anyone else also for this car.
          I again got stuck in middle of nh8 on 8th june with same problem, my gear got stuck and car could not start.
          I got stuck around 8:30 pm and was on road till 11:30 then crane came and picked up my car from road and took to nearest service center at kataria chowk gurgaon.

          The same problem was there before due to which i got stuck in my previous complaint, that time car was taken to renault mayapuri and there it stayed for around 1.5 weeks finally i got car and the advisor (Mahesh) and manager there assured me that this problem will not come and after just 2-3 weeks same problem was there due to which i got stuck again on nh8. Renault mayapuri made fool of me again and just did top up oil for gear. Even afer i told him that gear problem is still there mahesh said no it is resolved. Is there anyone who can take action on these guys.

          From the start when i purchased this car i have been facing several problems, first was ac problem, which took months to get resolved from okhla service center

          Then this gear stuck problem, which was major problem

          Also problem with dipper switch

          If i would not have taken extended car warranty, i would have thrown this car in trash

          Now, at kataria chowk gurgaon renault service center my car is lying, its gear box is finally changed and due to gear problem my clutch also had problem, due to which they have changed clutch set also. I had spoken to ashish over phone of which i have recorded call with me. If clutch was gone bad due to problem with gear why they have charged me for that. I will not pay anything for this car's problems. If gear box is changed in warranty you should change anything related to that with warranty now and also in future.

          This is really a harassment, i am travelling daily by cab by spending 1000 rs per day just due to your stupid car, pay me 1000rs*3 weeks = 15000 rs for this

          This is my final notice, i will be using some other ways to deal with you if these problems persists.

            Since i bought my duster rxz 110 ps dl8c af 2715 in march 2014. I was complaining on every service for clutch tightening but they never act and just say that its usual in sprint service center but when my going to be out of warranty in goauto sale private limited they said clutch is tight and i should replace it on 28/05/18 and finaly i did that and paid 64000 rs while vehicle run only 46000 km single handedly. Since this service my car mileage went low... No difference in clutch than before also ac fan sound is higher after that. I will go to consumer court if my problem not taken seriously.

              Hi team,

              Still i am not getting any solution for repair of my faulty car. Renault has gave me faulty car in the name of offer of 15 k last year october 2017.. Every part of car is defected and from the date of purchased of my car i file an complaint and renault team just keep it for 7 days and return it back without any solution.

              Now i think that renault has not caliber to repair my car and its worst service that renault has provided to their customers, they make their customer fool & cheat.

Is there any designation in the Renault who is responsible for whole car or customer has to deal with different people for different concern. As per communication this time person is handling only central locking and I don’t know who is handling AC and Door noise problem. Is it that criteria in the Renault that for every concern there is some new person as there are many parts in the car is faulty so what should I do

              Yes car has been delivered to me but it’s very disappointing that still there is an noise in my front right door. Again they keep it my car for 4-5 days and then delivered it to me as previous. No body is ready to take this issue seriously and Renault is only waiting to complete one year of the car so that after that period is they will free to give any answer.

              This is the same problem we are facing with our Kwid. They take the car for more than a week every single time and the car comes back with problems that remain unresolved.

                With reference of that complaint has been registered with the reference ID[protected] .My car met with an accident on 27 may, the same day i dropped my car at Renault workshop at Jammu. The next day surveyor came from the insurance company and said them to start the work, but they said to me first give us 50000 as advance then we will start the work. Next day on 29th may i transferred 50000 in their J&k bank a.c . They promised with me that they will repair my car within 20 days. But it has been almost 25 days to me dropped my car there. But they are still saying that some parts of car like front head light, bumper etc are not in stock. But I am business man and my business is 30 km away ( far) from my house . It is not easy for me to travel by bike because it is too busy road. Renault promised on his website that we will give you best service after sale car. But you have nothing in name of service. By mistake i bought your company duster car few years back.From that time to till now I always found the staff you have in Jammu workshop like thief, uncooperative and negative attitude like unprofessional behaviour. Sir i request you please give (provide) me another car till you not repair my duster car. I am very disappointed with your service workstation Jammu. Also look at the estimate given by them.

                KWID battery drain within 1.5 years in normal condition. Renault is really worst car in this segment. Also Dealer is giving 4 year warranty in new battery and at the time of CAR purchased battery warranty is 1 year..even though battery make is same.

                Also getting many issue in KWID like Engine noise etc.

                  Hi this is Harish from Karnataka Bengaluru bought my new Rental Duster RXS CVT 2018 make from the authorized dealer Trident Renault, just 2.5 months old. Car breakdown occurred in the middle of the road while travelling at 60kmph, from Tumkur to Bangalore by god’s Grace no injury occurred to any one in the car.
                  This happened when I was travelling in NH4 national Highway, as my daughter was not keeping well and I had an appointment with pediatrician in Bangalore, because of this incident I could not able to meet pediatrician.

                  Then I called up roadside assistance they turned up in decent time of 50 mins and tried to make the car work but they did not succeed but helped me to toe the vehicle to the authorized Service center, now the vehicle is ready for delivery but I am really scared to drive my car now because of break down.

                  Hence I am asking manufacturer Renault India to refund/replace my vehicle as I lost confidence on their car now. and very scary to drive out of my city.

                  I am totally depressed now. I can't even take the delivery of my vehicle from the service center because I have lost confidence to drive the breakdown vehicle., I am expecting the Justice ASAP, being diabetic patient I cannot tolerate any tensions further.
                  Hence I request your kind self to provide justice, else I myself may break down, please understand me.
                  We had a lovely family 2 daughters my spouse, and my mother. Every day we are crying at home for the bad decision mad to buy a new car, our family in health trouble now.

                  Same poor response for me as well from Renault, I would like to share with you my bad experiences with Renault.

                  I feel very much embarrassing while I was requesting (begging literally) Renault executives in Shivamogga Shreya Renault and Bangalore Silkboard Renault Showroom(names will be shared if required) to make them understand that why I have to pay Rs. 3.269 (INR) (though small amount for Renault) on top of it the amount of pain which I had undergone on roads and it was heavily raining night. My Brand new Renault Kwid Climber (KA-01 MR-5701) was delivered on 4th May 2018 from Silkboard Showroom with very nice key handover formalities. However support and understanding a simple concern was not observed from any of the executives (both showrooms and Renault Corporate office Bangalore). I was driving to my native on 17th of May 2018 (which is just 2 weeks from vehicle delivery). It was slightly drizzling and I was running my vehicle at speed of less than 70km/h (as instructed by Renault showroom sales executive to drive within 80km/h till 1 or 2 service). All of sudden at 9.30 PM I started getting beep in dashboard with Red color indication. There was tow service arranged for me after calling Road service care that to it was raining mid night on main road with my aged mother (67 years) and my grandmother (78 years). I got call from Shivamogga showroom on 18th May 2018 morning that vehicle radiator is slightly damaged due to stone(pebbles) hit on the roads due to which coolant has been drained out which will not cover under warranty as its a external impact. (What do you mean by external impact ??) I have not banged any other vehicle or tree or anything. You mean to say I should park my vehicle at home after paying 6 Lakhs INR ?? Are Renault vehicles are not fit for Indian roads ?? (thought it’s an International brand). Trust me I have driven my Maruthi 800 (2004 model) for 6 years on heavily raining nights with family and not faced even a single issue till date. But got very annoyed with Renault service after reviewing too much on your brand.
                  Over the call all executives have agreed that its not my mistake but result is Zero which is not appreciable. Was my vehicle checked for Coolant, engine oil ? etc before delivery on 4th May 2018 ?? I didn't get the vehicle scan report even from Shivamogga Showroom as well, though I paid INR 3.269.00 from my pocked ( as I understand by Shivamoga showroom executive, final scan report will not be shared with me). What is the guarantee that now also my vehicle is fine after paying some amount even though there is no mistake from my end.

                    Vehicle duster-ka-04-mu-4100 went for accidental claim in renault showroom yelehanka bangalore. The service center is not providing the insurance claim completely. Instaed of one claim for one accident, serice center is telling to go for multiple claims.
                    No proper inputs are being provided and i am not able to go for my claim. Its the reliance insurance for which the car insurance is done.

                      I use to get warning lights very often regarding engine related and injector related. My vehicle has been towed to service center multiple times and every time they do something n clear the error. Again after couple of months same issue repeats.

                      Day before yesterday i got the same issue n took the vehicle to renault omr who refused to take the vehicle n asked me to take it to earlier service center this is how customers are being treated.

                      This is the 4th time same issue getting repeated with no solution. Once it got stopped in highway in midnight where my family n 2 yr kid suffered a lot.

                        My duster gives thud sounds when turning on rough roads on steep turns.
                        It doesnt give confidence while turning as sound and vibration comes to steering wheel on turning.
                        Informed to service centre many times and every time reply is all is ok and this is like this in duster.
                        Same phenomena observed by other owners also as read from many websites and duster owner forums.
                        Any design issue to be clarified by renault.

                          When i went to inquire for purchasing a renault car (Duster), i could see that the dealer was adding around 12k as post sales charger. On asking, the manager said that it is the cost incurred by the showroom to bring the car from chennai plant to hyderabad and also local handling of it.

                          I understand from various forums and internet news that it is illegal for car company/showrooms to charge this amount on the customers.

                          While reviewing other cars like ford ecosports, hyundai creta, mahindra tuv etc, i could see other manufacturers were not charging such an amount under any header.

                          Around 8-9 months ago, i bought a renault kwid amt and i remember a similar amount was paid by me as i didnt have any option.

                          1. Can renault pls confirm if this handling charge being included by showroom as per the knowledge and directive of renault?

                          2. Isn't this illegal to charge handling fees

                          3. Why is it seen only for renault showrooms that this is being charged while other car showrooms (Mentioned above) do not charge this?

                          Is there any public forum update where we can see the stance taken by renault company on this?

                          Why this amount included in onroad quotation. It's showroom responsible to transport carefully with out any damages.

                          It's Hyderabad ex-showroom price.

                              I have bought a renault kwid in october 2017 since then it has been giving troubles regarding poor mileage, seizure of steering amidst the road, jerks, heating up etc. Since then i have been contacting the service centre for the same. It has been almost 10-12 visits to the service centre in the 6 months of car purchase. The condition of the car has been further worsening after every service and no one has been addressing the same. The toll free numbers are providing no help and nothing as such has been happening to address my issue. It is hereby requested to resolve the same.

                                Renault workshop at bhubaneswar are unnrcessarily advising to replace parts which is not required.. This is been done with an intention of making undue profits by selling parts & replacement charges.. I have been experiencing this which costed me 36k unnecessarily. Request for company engineers to verify this & address.                                   We purchase kwid rxt model 2016 from calicut. We facing brake problems some time with a/c. When we apply to brake in running brake pedal jammed brake not working (Same like brake peddle in engine off position,) we not compromise our life due to your vehicle brake system we raise complaint 3rd time. First time and second time they told me when update new version it will be clear. Then they updated program. Now also same problem.
                                  Yesterday completed 2000 km servicing. When i raise this issue they told me we did not understand this problem, if happen give details and send vehicle to workshop. That means they made fool us
                                  How we trust in your vehicle please do not play to our life.

                                    I bought kwid rxt in dec 2015 since then i have mileage issue. It is definitely not as quoted by renault as 25 kms/ltr but less than half of it. I am getting a mileage some where between 12- 14 kms/ltr which is horrible.

                                    Today for manual check - up have drop vicle at gurgaon service centre due to clutch plate & break & ac issues.
                                    Supervisor is told me your clutch plate has been dead so need to change it. It's not cover under warranty so you need to pay it.

                                    Suddenly my salancer is also berek down so that one also not cover under warranty.

                                    Then i just want to understand what the means of warranty and any logic for extended warranty.

                                    Why does the company give wrong assurances to it's customers? Won't you loose the reputation in the market?

                                    Request renault team to get back on this asap.

                                    Not happy with the car! Planning to sell & never again go with renault brand!!

                                        I have purchased renault kwid on 17oct 2017 from delhi.. Earlier kwid use to give average of 20kmph till jan 2017.. After first service kwid is giving average with less than 12kmph.. It shuts or break down on turning and on speed breaker.. There is some problem in meter also.. I have raised multiple requests with ncr motors india delhi service centre. Every time they used to take car (Kwid) for service and testing..
                                        Resolution "it's done".. However we are still facing the same.
                                        5times between six months from the purchase of kwid.. I have send my car to service center.. But still facing the same problem.. I hereby request to take back this car.. And return my hard earned money. I am really pissed with renault.. Every time your guys/service center people says it's done, we have checked.. Blah blah.. My car it's with them since 4th june.. Still they are not committing us on same regarding average and other stuff.

                                        Please take your kwid back and return my money.
