Worst customer support in Guduvanchery Renault service center

Hi Team, I took my 2018 model Renault Kwid car to Guduvanchery authorized Renault service center on June 28, 2002 for the below complaints.

Vehicle Number: TN 09, CP 2128

1. Installing Renault Kwid roof rail.
2. Installing Front Chrome insert.
3. Installing side rubber Cladder.
4. Topping up Coolant oil
5. Tight clutch complaint.

I have been using my old Maruti 800 car for more than 10 yrs. And I bought a brand new kwid by 2019 end, till now (07/2022) the vehicle has run only 20k kms, and now my vehicle is abnormal by vibration and hard clutch. Enquired in the showroom and I got shocked they said the clutch got failure, how can a vehicle’s clutch get failure at just 20k kms. Though I am a experienced driver for the past 15-20yrs, I haven’t heard such a compliment from any vehicle here in india. Very much worried about this vehicle. Renault should call off this model for making such a dump quality parts. Ready to raise a complaint against Renault

      2 year old triber and already am facing water leakage issues. Water seems to be entering through bonnet and gets collected at the drivers seat. Really upset with the quality of structure. The whole car is now stinking.

        The Renault UP showroom (Shree Grandautomotive Pvt. Ltd) had cheated with me. I had done 4 month (14th Feb 2022) ego booking for Silver Triber RXE.

        However, the showroom has intentionally delayed delivery, postponed delivery date and at the last moment during delivery they gave me White Triber RXE. and simply told " lena hait to ye lo or ghar jao or wait 5-6 month". How rude the behavior of showroom guys. and their seniors not having courtesy to respond to my grievance of trailing mail.

        I also raised my complaint to Renault customer care under complaint no.[protected] . but till date no positive response except pressuring me to compromise.

        So I am hoping for a positive response from you and help me get the desired colour vehicle as i booked.

          Dear Renault Team.,

          The company promised a mileage of 25kmpl for 800c kwid BS6 model, at least considering the traffic in the city it should be 18km average - as you may know, I do own an i10 better CC engine same route daily routing in getting 18KM average in the worst-case scenario.

          Mileage of 8km to 10km is definitely not acceptable by a brand like Renault for 800CC engine, the only reason customer for opting 800CC engine is for better mileage, I confidently feel that some manufacturing defect in my kwid. since it is more than a year now and several compliant raised over the past 9 months I felt very much dissatisfied.

          #2-time mileage check done in an authorised service centre
          #Manual as well as computerised tools mileage check.

          I believe Renault service will find a better solution for the same.

              From Mohan corporate estate Badarpur New Delhi
              And also got loan approval
              Due to sone reason I have to cancel it
              The dealer also got convinced and we canceled it before taking delivery
              I thought it was got cancellation but after some time I got msg to pay EMI we go to dealer
              Every time they say it will cancel soon
              It’s 7 months now they didn’t cancel it

                I was driving my duster 110ps and stopped it for a a while and I switched it on to move and the steering is totally stuck and so hard that I can’t even take a turn and I waited for a day and later it’s fine and this scares me to worse what if this happens when I’m driving on the high way and I call the customer service they respond saying we need to change the steering itself which will cost me40k without even checking the problem and now I wonder if I have to take it to the service Center because I don’t know if they will ever say what’s the issue because They have no intentions of making money than serving the customers .

                  Issue in the Power window of the car

                  I have purchased renault Triber in March, 2021 bearing registration no. DL3CCT6556. I am facing the problem in the power window of conductor side. Mirror of the window is moving very slowly. Motor of the conductor side is not working properly. I have raised complaint many times for this concern to the service centres ( Noida Service Centre and Sahibabad Service Centre) from the time I have purchased this car but my query is still not resolved....

                  I have purchased Renault kwid RXT model 2019 model from salem Tamilnadu. After two and half years trouble free running with 21000km. I was happy and refer to my friends and relatives with good hopes.

                  But now suddenly vehicle got stop and can’t able to start the vehicle. After got appointment from road assistance, they have tried to start the vehicle for a while and took over near by service center.

                  After a week, Now they have reported ECM panel have to change with key sets which cost around 13k - 15k.

                  Renault offered 3 years warranty at the time of purchase. Is it applicable for this above issue??

                  How can a vehicle is not rectified for the past years of compliance which was already registered by users. Hope Renault’s vehicle should rectify this problem before reaching to consumers.

                  Renault should definitely looks this issue and support who have bought vehicle by the consumers.

                  My vehicle came across same starting problem and was booked under vehicle towing by road assistance on 9th June. Almost 10 days gone there is no feedback from your support team. I have requested standby vehicle for my daily conveyances, but they have informed there is no option to provide standby vehicle. I’m spending almost everyday Rs500/- for taxi. These is not my fault to wait for a vehicle such a long duration. I’m expecting Renault to support and issue the vehicle without any problems ASAP. Mobile :[protected]

                    This is Harish Frm Chennai owning Duster RxZ Amt 2017 model . I have been complaining about the juddering issue in my car from 10000 km.The clutch was changed which was under warranty after repeated follow ups with service advisor.The issue was seem to be sorted for initial few km aftr replacing the clutch.After a month, again the same juddering issue cropped and i have been experiencing the same till now.Everytime when it is being reported with Renault Service Centre, they just say it is fine after gearbox software reset.This is been happening evrytime during the regular maintenance.The fact is after every regular service the shuddering issue will be minimal for initial few days and after a week the frequency and intensity increases especially in bumper to bumper traffic.When i reported this again in recent 60 k regular service, the service person is saying we have to change the flywheel and the vehicle is out of warranty and extended warranty.This is totally not acceptable as service centers were just pushing the time all these days.

                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                      I would be grateful to you if you could please help me in resolving a recurring issue with a new car that I purchased from Leal and company limited on the 10th January 2022.

                      The car had issues of loosing acceleration while driving.
                      The car went there for repairs on the following dates:
                      1. 10.03.22 and was returned the day after that is the 11.03.22.
                      2. The car was involved in accident on the 13.03.22 due to this mechanical issue, the car was returned on the 28.04.22.
                      3. On the 02.05.22 the car had the same issue and was sent back for repairs and was returned on 16.05.22
                      4. The car broke down on the 18.05.22 and was returned on 21.05.22
                      5. Today 23.05.22 the car experienced same issue.
                      The car is supposed to be under warranty of 5 yrs or 150, 000 kms but leal keep trying to fix it but can't seem to find the problem.

                        Dear Team

                        From last 30 days I am struggling with Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur Service center and Renault customer care to resolve my car pulling issue but there is no action and any justification provided by both.

                        My Key highlight

                        When I give my car on 23th April for dent work there was no issue in car. When I took delivery on 4th May 2022 why my car was pulling on left side? What was happened with my car at service center ?
                        Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur Service center claimed the entire amount for dent job but why he did not done dent work properly ? who is the responsible?


                        Why Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur Service center kept hold my car from last 20 days for fixing the issue? I asked multiple time to Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur Service center and Renault customer care for provide day to day details report about what they have done in last 20 days. But why they did not provided me details ? are they not responsible for this ?

                        Mr. Ashok Body shop Manger from Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur Service is saying my car is ready for delivery. Than why they did not delivered the car. It was clear mention when they picked the car that pick up & drop need to be provided by him. What was purpose of keeping the car for 20 days and why they do not want to delivery car ?


                        Mr. Ashok Body shop Manger from Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur Service is saying my car tyre is not good condition that’s why car is pulling left side. Same issue was not there when I given my car for dent work? How this issue came at service center ? Is my car trye got changed or any other damage happen at service center. Who is responsible for this, Why they are not serious about this complaint ? Why Mr. Ashok confidently saying Car will pull left after and asking me to take delivery ? Why I need to put my life on such risk.


                        When I took delivery on 4th May why Mr. Ashok did not updated me that car is pulling left side. Before delivery he only confirmed me that car is ready for delivery and when I took delivery I found pulling issue. Why is so careless about customer and put my life on risk ? Who is responsible ? Why Mr. asho did not informed me on 4th May 2022 ?


                        As per Mr. Mr. Ashok Body shop Manger from Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur Service my car tyre is not good condition that why I did not face issue before 23 April . From dent work I dropped the at Jodhpur service center for this I derived my car from Pali to Jodhpur near 70 KM. That time did not face any pulling issue than why on 4th May suddenly my car is pulling left side? What is done by Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur Service center ? why they are not providing me details ?
                        As per Mr. Mr. Ashok Body shop Manger from Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur they fix the alignment for my car for resolve pulling issue. But they are only saying that car tyre is not good and how they set the alignment ?
                        Multiple time I called Renault customer care why customer care team not mention the complaint in details ? Is they are doing in favor of service center ?


                        Why Mr. Harsh Complaint Manger from Renault customer care not able to resolve this issue from last 20 days? Are they are doing their job ?


                        Why Mr. Harsh Complaint Manger from Renault customer care not able to put my concerns with Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur Management team ? why every every time he will arrange a conference call and they will be in mute? Des he doing his job ?
                        Renault customer care told me multipe time that my car is ready for delivery. And when I told to Renault customer care that car is still pulling left side and problem not got fixed ? But still they will not consider words and will force me to take delivery . How I can take a care delivery when Car is not in good condition for drive. Is this your team not able to understand


                        Why Renault customer care not able to escalate this at next level for fix this issue where I am facing problem from last 20 days ?


                        When Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur is not able to delivery my car at my place ? Than who will pay my expenses during this time from 4yh May to till date?


                        Requesting you team please do some needful and take some action for fix all issues

                        Please let me know

                        When I will get I car back. As I need to travel back to Bangalore if Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur not able to delivery my car at good condition before 24th May, need to provide my car at Bangalore location.

                        Please let me know for raise my all claim where I need to submit my claim. My car got damaged at service center and they not able to fix the issue from last 20 days so I need to claim all expenses .

                            I have given my duster card at Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur for denting job on 23 April 2022. On 4th May 2022, I collected my car and same time I found the issue in my car that my car is pulling towards the left side. I have raised the complaint [ Complaint number:[protected],[protected] against the same.

                            It is all almost 14 days over no solution provided for the same from Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur. When I have given my car for a dent job there was no issue of left side pulling. Multiple times I had a conference call with the service advisor and Renault complaint department but so far service team is not able to justify this issue and ratting with a different statement like tyre issues, road issues, or alignment issues. Even dent work is also done properly.

                            Many times I told customer care and the service center but both are not serious about this which happened at the service center. Even service center people tell multiple reasons but are not able to justify.

                            Sometimes they tell there is an alignment issue, sometimes they tell tyre issue and sometimes they tell road issue, none of these reasons can be for pulling the car on the left side.

                            When I took delivery on 4th of may Mr. Ashok checked the car and he confirmed there is no issue and ready for delivery but when I collect the car from the service center, the car was pulling left side badly and at the same time I informed him and even dent work also not done properly.

                            Requesting your team please help me on this to resolve this issue ASAP

I asked multiple time to Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur Service center and Renault customer care for provide day to day details report about what they have done in last 20 days. But why they did not provided me details ? are they not responsible for this ?




                            Mr. Ashok Body shop Manger from Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur Service is saying my car is ready for delivery. Than why they did not delivered the car. It was clear mention when they picked the car that pick up & drop need to be provided by him. What was purpose of keeping the car for 20 days and why they do not want to delivery car ?


                            Mr. Ashok Body shop Manger from Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur Service is saying my car tyre is not good condition that’s why car is pulling left side. Same issue was not there when I given my car for dent work? How this issue came at service center ? Is my car trye got changed or any other damage happen at service center. Who is responsible for this, Why they are not serious about this complaint ? Why Mr. Ashok confidently saying Car will pull left after and asking me to take delivery ? Why I need to put my life on such risk.


                            When I took delivery on 4th May why Mr. Ashok did not updated me that car is pulling left side. Before delivery he only confirmed me that car is ready for delivery and when I took delivery I found pulling issue. Why is so careless about customer and put my life on risk ? Who is responsible ? Why Mr. asho did not informed me on 4th May 2022 ?


                            As per Mr. Mr. Ashok Body shop Manger from Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur Service my car tyre is not good condition that why I did not face issue before 23 April . From dent work I dropped the at Jodhpur service center for this I derived my car from Pali to Jodhpur near 70 KM. That time did not face any pulling issue than why on 4th May suddenly my car is pulling left side? What is done by Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur Service center ? why they are not providing me details ?
                            As per Mr. Mr. Ashok Body shop Manger from Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur they fix the alignment for my car for resolve pulling issue. But they are only saying that car tyre is not good and how they set the alignment ?
                            Multiple time I called Renault customer care why customer care team not mention the complaint in details ? Is they are doing in favor of service center ?


                            Why Mr. Harsh Complaint Manger from Renault customer care not able to resolve this issue from last 20 days? Are they are doing their job ?


                            Why Mr. Harsh Complaint Manger from Renault customer care not able to put my concerns with Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur Management team ? why every every time he will arrange a conference call and they will be in mute? Des he doing his job ?
                            Renault customer care told me multipe time that my car is ready for delivery. And when I told to Renault customer care that car is still pulling left side and problem not got fixed ? But still they will not consider words and will force me to take delivery . How I can take a care delivery when Car is not in good condition for drive. Is this your team not able to understand


                            Why Renault customer care not able to escalate this at next level for fix this issue where I am facing problem from last 20 days ?


                            When Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur is not able to delivery my car at my place ? Than who will pay my expenses during this time from 4yh May to till date?


                            Requesting you team please do some needful and take some action for fix all issues

                            When I will get I car back. As I need to travel back to Bangalore if Rishabh Cars, Jodhpur not able to delivery my car at good condition before 24th May, need to provide my car at Bangalore location.

                            Please let me know for raise my all claim where I need to submit my claim. My car got damaged at service center and they not able to fix the issue from last 20 days so I need to claim all expenses .

                              I had done my car service in Renault Gurgaon sector 61 dated 6/05/2022 (Using pick and drop). Next Day in morning car was not started. After pushing car was start. I was complain to service station, he says battery is not working, you need change it. In evening I had go to service station, where he say buttery is ok but one electronic part is not working and now You should left the car for today (Dated: 09/05/2022) and next day ( Dated 10/05/2022) I will fixed the car issue and next day you can received for service station.
                              Next date (Dated: 10/05/2022) when I reached service station he says electronic component is ok but issue in wiring and I will not deliver today.
                              I totally disappointed. Before service my car has no problem, but after service car has problem. And I left my car in service station last three days. And I have no idea when I will receive my car.
                              Renault customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                My Vehicle stopped on road on 30th April, 2022.Sent to Madhapur Renault Service center.They first told its PETROL problem but then I have enquired in Petrol bunk and saw the CCTV Fotage.It was filled with PETROL itself.And there is NO contamination.Later Service center saying multiple issues but till date there is no proper conculsion on the issue.

                                It was recently purchused on Sept, 2022.its is just 6 MONTHS old vehicle.

                                Please look into the issue ASAP.I need to travel for my work daily 100kms it is casuing inconvience a lot.

                                Please replace my Vehicle .

                                  We have purchased car from Nagpur RENAULT showroom.
                                  Address :-
                                  ( Plot No C40/A, Central MIDC Road, Opposite of MECL, Hingna, Link Road, Wadi, Nagpur, Maharashtra 440016)

                                  Bettery again and again getting discharged.
                                  This issue we have observed just after 3 days and also complaint but company said no issue in car.

                                  3 Timea complaint in chandrapur Office and also 3 Times in nagpur.

                                  Now company executive said it's technical issue and we are not able to fide the defect.

                                  We are requesting company to sloved the issue or replace vehicle.

                                  We have paid cash amount while purchasing and its harrasment, every time 2000 Ru petrol used for the delivery of vehicle to the showroom.
