So about a few months back my car was sent for a regualr service and with a complaint of sone noise at the back. That wasn’t sorted out unless I went to the showroom 3 times.

This time as well, I sent my car for service but they said there are multiple issues, one of them was AC knob. Before I sent The vehicle, there dint seem that much of a problem with the same AC knob. So I said not to replace the same.

Now that they delivered the car, AC know is jammed, and upon complaint, they say THEY SAY WILL WILL HELP ME BY TRYING TO FIX THE ISSUE.

Who are they to help me? I think I am paying for the job and my satisfaction is utmost important.

There is some issue with the CLUTCH, and they say they can’t find a fault but still they will replace some part.

Is replacement the only solution for every problem. Even if the problem is not diagnosed.
Hope some action is initiated and complaint reach its logical cinclusion

    4 month before I bought it new kiger car that time he said I will give a new car closing cover but they didn't give any one I'm asking several time but they don't give proper response to me and they didn't give any offer for my car I'm dissatisfied went to the showroom

      On 2nd February I booked a car Kigger Rxl Model the company and till today I have not received it. Whenever I call them they just say that we will provide it next week or it will take a week. It’s been 20 days and I still get no response from the company. So I request the company to please let me know how much time it will take to get the delivery.

        Service regarding

        I left my Reynault duster for service. The vehicle did not any other complaint other than a dead battery. So I thought I f changing battery as well as servicing my car. I left the car at mount road service, Chennai. After half an hour I get a call from so called service advisor and he gives me a bill of whopping 58k. I asked him why. He is not able to clearly give explanation. Provided he also tells me if I don’t change whatever the parts...

          I bought new triber in Pondicherry Renault showroom through exchange offer, that executive told that he ll send 25000 cheque for exchange offer. After some weeks I asked that executive about that cheque he replied that he wants to sale my old fluence to third party after that only offer can claimed.
          Actually I had exchanged my Fluence in Renault show room only, then why should I wait? Is it the way that your company lead your company staff for selling your cars?

            So I bought a Renault triber in November 2021 its almost 3months old with 13000km and it's not selecting gears I have complained about it it went to the service centre now they want me to pay for it how can a brand new car have such problems but I must pay for it my no is [protected]

              I reserved a maintenance order for meagne 4 model 2020, i have waited in the branch for 4 hours only for give them the car, all the notes i have told them is not done, they write they check the car lights, the light is not working, even i told them before the maintenance to change it, nothing happened, very unprofessional unpolit attitude s.

                Renault Triber RXL AMT - Battery Issue

                I have purchased a new Renault Triber RXL AMT model in October 2020. Just after 6-7 months, the battery became defective. I have called Renault road assistant and service centre many times but no use. They are not able to resolve this, whenever they fix this, the problem occurs again after 1 month. Whenever I try to start my Car, the indicator says it has a battery down the issue. Please help...

                This service center sector 2 Noida 201301 (Customer Relationship Manager - Sushma, her team & GM - Sant Chaudhary) has fooled us in terms of not listening to the problems, destroying the parts & now after creating so many problems asking to get the engine changed ! This company Renault has fooled us from the very start & now this Sushma & team has cheated us just for the sake of making some money ! Not only this even their GM is supporting them in all this which is so disappointing & unacceptable! Starting from
                Clutch, gear & now engine they are fooling in everything

                  When reached to showroom in Trichy they said they are out of stock for the fog lamp cover and then when I returned chennai asked every other services center they want me to replace the whole bumper which is not the case which only comes as clip on which got removed in the floods this year

                      Hi,
                      My 11 months old Renault Kwid RTX (Manual) car is less than a year old and done around 2000 KMS. Stopped in the middle of the road. Renault calling this is Wear and Tear issue which will not be completed in warranty and asking me a huge amount to replace the clutch and flywheel etc.
                      I understood from a dealer that the quality of the clutch-related parts in this model is expected to get failure even though experienced professional drivers using the car.

                      If this case is true, then Renault should call this model ( Manual) a failure model and recall the same. They should not charge customers with high costs on parts simply saying its wear and tear,

                      Unfortnitluly we can't afford this high maintenance cost for every few months for this defective car.

                      Is there any possibility to return the defective car model to Renault as it's in the warranty period?

                        I have Gave my car to service on 19 nov 2021 and till now I didn't get my car from service centre and also they didn't resolve my issue which is due to manufacture defects. So please refund my amount which has been given during my car purchase, because I can't pay EMI without using of it

                          Reneault kwid . This is our second service. Labour charges Rs.3, 000/- and parts charges Rs.6, 000/-. Apart from parts changing, the vehicle was same as it is .not cleaned only vissible parts wiped with oil. Engine, speedometer, seat edges and deep parts was not cleaned . It's not service, it is just like service . Totally disappointed with the service. Value our trust, hope and the money.

                              Steering tight

                              Car was purchase on April 2018, at approx. Km 9000 In Jan 2020 when I left car idle due to my vacation I found that steering was jam...after 3 visits in next 2 months to service station Narol, Ahmedabad... finally they accepted that steering tightness problem was there and replaced steering rack since it was under warranty.
                              Now (27 Dec 2021) in similar fashion I left vehicle idle for 7 days and found that steering get tight...next...

                              My renault kwid as a accelerator pedal issue. Car is always high revved from this issue. Have to manually pull uop the accelerator pedal to bring car to idle.there has been many near collision. When visited renault thrissur branch they told that same issue has been spotted due to manufacturing defect. I will have to pay for new parts.

                                I have brought my new renault triber car in Dec 2019 and then I gave it for first service with one major problem due to manufacture defects, but it hasn't been solved and again I have gave my car for 2nd service on 19th Nov with the same problem but till now I didn't get any response from service center and I didn't get any update from there end and due to poor service by Ambattur renault service center you may become a looser in market.

                                  I was attended by Renault banner dealer. I booked my first car with 11k amount of the booking, Also my bank disbussed all renaming amount to dealer as on Friday 3rd December. Today 7th is actually my cars delivery date. They waited till mid day and told me that they cant deliver me my car because of some unknown error on the portal. Also there is no way to deliver me my car and they told me that they cant sure when will they give me the same. There is no other way to complete my RTO process.
