So about a few months back my car was sent for a regualr service and with a complaint of sone noise at the back. That wasn’t sorted out unless I went to the showroom 3 times.
This time as well, I sent my car for service but they said there are multiple issues, one of them was AC knob. Before I sent The vehicle, there dint seem that much of a problem with the same AC knob. So I said not to replace the same.
Now that they delivered the car, AC know is jammed, and upon complaint, they say THEY SAY WILL WILL HELP ME BY TRYING TO FIX THE ISSUE.
Who are they to help me? I think I am paying for the job and my satisfaction is utmost important.
There is some issue with the CLUTCH, and they say they can’t find a fault but still they will replace some part.
Is replacement the only solution for every problem. Even if the problem is not diagnosed.
Hope some action is initiated and complaint reach its logical cinclusion
