Hard clutch pedal makes it really uncomfortable to drive. I am getting severe leg pain.

Hello,
I was once proud of my Duster 2013 model RXZ DIESEL 110PS, but now it's not upto my expectation and I feel terrible about it. My car has run just for 60k kms and the clutch pedal has become so hard that it's nearly impossible to drive the vehicle even on highways.
I showed in the service center and they said Clutch plate, Pressure plate and release bearing needs to be replaced, which I did, but still I am facing the...

    Before 3 day i done my car service form mayapuri service brach. But last two day i found a notification that Break Falt in your car. This is really serious problem. But from your side no one check my break at the time of service you all knows how much important is Break and it is common check point. I don't know how you all are doing work and playing with people's life all you knows how it can be cause of accident. Please resolve my problem and pick my car form my home..

            This is to notify that i have been facing issues with renault kwid, when it rains the water comes inside the car heavily. When i went to the service station they are askingme 3000rs to repiar it . the car is 2year old and still within the warrenty inspite of that why are they charging??also they tells that this problem is not a permanent fix and thwy cannot even give gurentee for 15days!!! what kind of a company is it really made a big mistake by buying this car and pathetic service

                I own a duster diesel AMT from 2019 .From the very beginning, I was experiencing shuddering issues during N to 1 to 2 gear infrequently. But after clocking 16k km the issue was very frequent and very irritating especially during the heavy traffic. When i reported this issue to the service dealer, they replaced the clutch as vehicle was under warranty. After replacing the clutch, I again started experiencing the similar issue less frequently though .When I reported this the service dealer every time they were saying that they have checked the gearbox and ensured its working fine.Now i hav clocked around 58 k km, still i am experiencing the issue now more frequentky especially during heavy traffic time.I have left my vehicle for periodic service now, the service dealer is saying the flywheel has to be changed to stop the issue.Now the vehicle is out of warranty and it is costing a bomb.Kindly resolve this issue.

                  I bought a new car, Renault Kwid RXL Petrole EASY-R 1.0L from Anamallais Motors Pvt Ltd, Tirupur, Tamilnadu, India on 9th November 2020,

                  Within 1 year this new car was breakdown 3 times on the road only runs 7638kms . 1st time breakdown happened in just 10days only runs 790kms, then car was tow and repaired in Anamallais Motors Private Ltd, Thanjavur. Again in July 2021 after runs 5568kms same problem(breakdown) happened again tow and again repaired by same Thanjavur service station. Now after runs of 7638ksm on 13th November 2021 again breakdown, again tow and now car is in Thanjavur service station.

                  I sent compliant to Renault customer care and compliant register number is ID[protected] on 15th November 2021. I asked reasons for breakdown, what corrective action they did for 1st and 2nd breakdown. If they make correct repair 3rd breakdown should not happen, Hence I ask them to repay for my car. But so for I have not received any replay from them even after I sent reminder on 18th November 2021. Instead of this local dealer pressure me to take delivery of car simply say problem solved. New car buyers please be aware about poor quality customer service of Renault India and their cars.

                    The service of my Renault duster at calicut Mavoor road branch was really bad. They billed the works which was not done and doubtfully exchanged the spare from other cars claiming it is replaced by a new spare.

                    My trust in Renault brand has degraded by this issue, this worst service by the workers and authorities has made me lost the trust in Renault as well as it caused financial loss and this improper service may cause damage to my car in future.

                      I have a renualt triber car with me that is fully making me unsatisfied because if we plan to go somewhere the vehicle not start and it our all appointments will be canceled toda 10 November 2021 i have to go hospital for my father checkup 2 hours hard try for start vech we failed and our appointment cancelled. It is happening always to me and send service center as well but thet failed to do the perfect and my money lossed so i need to take this matter seriously to the renualt to solve the problem not only me it is their manufacturing defect and it is troubling lot of costomer

                        I registered my car through Dealer from where I bought my car on 3rd August 2021 from Dealer at VIP road Guwahati, Assam.
                        Till date I haven't received my RC through postal service. After visiting the dealer recently to enquire about the delay I came to know there was some mistake on my Aadhar Card about the home address which was not in my knowledge.
                        So I request the sales manager to help me to resolve the matter. But unfortunately they are trying to avoid the matter which is really disgusting.
                        And instead of helping me they are saying that I should go to the DTO office for solving the matter.
                        Being a professor in a Medical College which is far from Guwahati I am really facing problems in doing this and I was expecting them to help me but they are behaving opposite way.
                        I hope a request is being sent to them to help me.

                          When ever i try to reverse the car it makes creepy noises and when i press on the accelarator the car starts to vibrate and stops/ sitches off.                               My Dusters Infotainment System is not working properly since the last service. The infotainment system sometimes just displays the "Renault" logo, sometimes the screen is blank, sometimes the touch doesn't work. The issue started right after the service, the service team told it might be due to moistures, but it's been more than a month and it's still the same.

                                I am an owner of Renault Triber, Reg no- JH05 CT 6441 purchase date- 04/08/2020.
                                But on 26/10/21 I found my car battery got dead.
                                After visiting the service center at Jamshedpur I was told that the warranty of battery won't be claimed.
                                This is a serious issue as because Amaron battery being sold in market by a dealer give 2 years warranty, then why not Renault.
                                This is a great loss to a customer like me.
                                This matter may kindly be sorted at Renault end.

                                  I've booked Renault Triber RXZ AMT dual tone (mustered metal) on date 17.09.21 at Darbhanga Renault showroom, Bihar. I've been talking with the sales persons since July for the same car but they told me that the waiting period for the car is one month so you can book in October and we'll deliver in November as per my demand ( date for delivery is fixed on 02.11.21), even then i booked in September. On 18.10.21 they asked me to pay half of the down payment (i.e., 1 lakh) as there is one car and they have to book it, so i gave them 95000 on 20.10.21 and they assured me that now they can book the car...even the sales person (Anand) told me that now 99% the car is book and you'll get it on 02nd of November.
                                  But now, yesterday he called me and told me that I've delayed in paying him half of the down payment so he missed the car and it didn't booked. Now he's telling me that they's no car that i want...so i asked for single color of same version but he said he can't give any car before 08th of November.
                                  The thing is if he told me before that this might happen then i could have booked in July. But after these things now they are denying to deliver on the date promised.
                                  I live in rajasthan and I can't go to meet them personally..so my father used to visit them...but even then they're not paying attention towards this.

                                      I have purchased kwide rxt amt last year but within 8 months it became rusty . This is headache for us to change thee exhaust system twice a year. Please change it free of cost as it is a manufacturing defect.
