On 25th of august we bought a new renault kwid from renault showroom A-5 kailash colony, new delhi-110048. Since they are either not picking up the call or not answering properly... I called them many of times regarding RC and permanent number of car.. But every time they we will call you within a week, but they never call back. They never provide proper information, earlier before buying the car, they use to call us everyday. Now we are them alot regarding the belongings what we supposed to get from them. Now they are ignoring us. Kindly look into the matter...

    Dear sir
    My name is shenbagapandian. i have bought a kwid RXT on Feb 16. On 17.09.16 Saturday morning my car was struggle in running while below 1 km. After i communicate to kiviraj pearl Renault chennai customer care service. 19.09.16 Monday evening they informed engine oil sump was damaged, this damage cause affected in engine. (That oil sump was plastic). After that i inform to them take service through insurance (video con liberty). But Renault kiviraj not accepted insurance, they told self payment for engine service. ????? And i am not aware the sump was damage. Bcoz am not seen any oil leakage in my home & official parking area.
    Why insurance not cover for engine, the engine was problem due to oil sump damage, this oil sump was plastic easily get damage while driving on Indian road. I need clear explanation and solve this issue.
    This my 2nd bad experience in Renault service.
    1st i book my vehicle on sep 15, but i got vehicle feb16 end.

      I have purchased kwid rxl on 28.03.16, after being convinced by your adds as well as by trusting the words of your salespeople at your kharagpur showroom, of your dealer m/s pruthi autotech pvt. ltd. now i am sorry to say that i feel cheated by your company, when i am getting the milage of 10 to 10.5 kmpl. even on highways, as against your declared milage of 25.3kmpl. this is apart from the minor other that i have faced as of now. be it mentioned that this is my 4th. car & i am driving car for last 20 yrs. so you can not blame on my driving expertise.
      Now, it is my request that as a customer friendly company you kindly take a prompt action either by changing the car it self or by suitably changing the engine and necessary parts, so as to comply with your declared standards.

        I have purchased Renault kwid from nagshanti Renault at belgavi Karnataka on 7th July 2016. One Mr.annd hongal has attended.I have paid rs.469140/_as per the list enclosed. When asked for receipt he told he is busy today he will give file along with registration. On enquiry it is found that neither he has done add on insurance nor extended varrnty. Till today I have not received the R C card. In addition the Rto agent has taken rs.1500/_ from. When I have paid all the amount as per statement attached given in writing Mr.Anand.

          Sent my vehicle for service in july 2016. still not received back
          I have a renault duster (2012 model) which i have purchased from khivraj motors, mount road, chennai in october of 2012. i have been using the car in a regular fashion (driving on an average 64km per day) so far. recently (29th july 2016), i send the vehicle to khivraj service station in omr, chennai for taking care of a front left suspension noise. at about that time, the engine light was glowing for about 3months, while normally driving.in normal course, the engine light dies out after the vehicle is started, but for the previous 3 months it has been glowing. i had earlier taken it to the same service station for that, when it first appeared, when they told me not to worry and that it is because of some sensor fault and i could drive it and get it corrected later. this time out, the technician took it up to correct, before correcting the suspension. the vehicle had been driven directly to renault without any other problem. the moment they started work on this, some electronic corruption occurred and they say they have not been able to start the engine as such. the fact is that, they do not seem to share the real facts with me. they first told me that the vehicle is affected by floods, but then how was i driving it after the floods. then they asked me to pay advance for changing the wiring, saying that the problem is because wiring is wet due to flooding. after that they asked me to give them the duplicate key as well. then they pointed out that they have to send some component to france for correction. now they are saying that the component has come back from france, but there is still some problem. i do not know whether i will get my car back and in what condition, if i do

            I am Ranees and bought a car KWID RXT OPTION on 15/03/2016 from T.V SUNDARAM IYENGAR & SONS Pvt. Ltd., Sharon Building, Vyttila jn. Cochin-682019. On 15/09/2016 midnight my car has an accident with a motor cycle. Due to this accident, front portion of my car was fully destroyed. But the airbag of the vehicle was not broken. So I have seriously injured. I wish to know, what is the purpose of airbag? Why did the airbag was not broken? I bought the topvarient car for my safety. During this accident I realised that this was a type of cheating from Renault company. Now I am afraid to buy and use the Renault cars. I think Renault company cheated me. So I will complaint to consumer court and to expose the cheatedness to the media.

                Hello sir/Madam
                I'm from gulbarga, I have purchased a Duster 1 month back i was getting some sound noise so i went to service center i meet to Mr Basawaraj [protected] he told me sir leave ur car will take care of it & evening he called me & said its okay now u can take it, after a week again its getting noise when again i called him he told me sir wait for 4days my senior adviser he is coming will show to him but its now more then 10days he is not receiving my call saying that he is out of station.
                My question is
                1) No one is there except him?
                2) No response to customer?
                3) At least give correct comment

                Or else say me that we con't do it in our service center i will go to next city where i get good service i con't leave it by noisy sound, Did a mistake that i took the RENULT

                  I gave my kwid car to the service centre to repair, which was given to centre on1.8.2016 and forwarded to me on 17.8.2016.
                  Really their service was awesome, they have done almost everything I said, and also they done an another work which I knew after one day, they have stolen my navigation card. Is this your service also? If so, then thank you for your great (stolen) service.

                    I have duster rxl model 2014 december.i am facing many problem from when i purchased..one of the biggest problem is car air condition.the a.c.os not working properly.last year i found a defect in a.c.tank.it is in under warrenty.last year renault service centre from gurgaon (sprint renault )has claim that they fixed it...but they dont...i am facing this problem with two years.?? Have i purchased it for free ???or in a lucky draw ??? I totally fedd up with this...
                    2. The second biggest problem with this car is their body paints...the body paint feded automatically...from many sides..its look like 10 years old car..the body paint is really so cheap catagery...its really wrost..

                    Please resolve my problem as soon as possible ...

                      I booked the vehicle from Renault Kolkata Central (Vibrant Motors) in September 2015. I was promised that my vehicle will be delivered by November end. After a long wait and after listening to numerous lies from Mr.Anshuman Tewary and Ms.Paramita Ghosh (Renault Kolkata Central employees), the car was delivered on 10th February 2016.

                      Even as on date, my car is lying in their Service station. Since I have purchased the vehicle, it has been sent to the Service station on three occasions in the past six months. On each occasion, the Service station has taken more than a week to repair the vehicle and ha assured me that I shall not face the problem again.

                      On the first occasion (beginning of July 2016), water entered my car from below the dash board and the entire car floor was flooded with ankle deep water. As mentioned above, the service station took more than one week to supposedly repair the vehicle and assured me that I shall not face the water logging issue again.

                      Within 20 days, the car was once again back to the Service station. On this occasion, the vehicle failed to start. Instead of sending a mechanic, Renault Kolkata Central (Vibrant Motors) sent a representative from Amaron batteries. Since the problem was not with the battery, the said representative could not be of any help. After the car lay idle for 2 more days, the car was finally towed and taken to the Service station. The mechanic informed me that there is a problem with the ignition and the parts are not available. Hence, the car shall be delivered after 10 days. The car was delivered back after 12 days.

                      In the last week of August 2016, water once again entered from the exact same location as before and flooded the entire car floor. I lodged a complaint but no one came to pick the vehicle. Finally, I was forced to remind Renault Kolkata Central (Vibrant Motors) on 2nd September 2016. On this occasion, a Complaint number was messaged to me (ID 1-[protected]). However, no one came to pick the vehicle. When Renault was reminded a second time on 10th September 2016, the representative from their Workshop (Joyita) informed me that the car shall be picked up on the same day. The car was finally picked up on Sunday i.e. 11th September 2016 and the representative from their Workshop (Joyita) had the audacity to say that I have no option but to wait for another week till the car is delivered since they have an INAUGURATION FUNCTION for three days.

                      Kindly imagine this:
                      1) Water logging has happened before and I have been promised that the same shall not be repeated as they have repaired the vehicle.
                      2) Within 45 days, the same problem recurs.
                      3) It takes 15 days for Renault Kolkata Central to send a driver to take the car to their Service station. FOR 15 DAYS, WATER IS ACCUMULATED IN THE VEHICLE AND NO ONE IS SENT TO TAKE THE VEHICLE DESPITE 3 REMINDERS.

                      QUESTIONS:
                      1) In the first place, why should water enter a vehicle?
                      2) Secondly, was the vehicle repaired in the first place? How did the same problem recur within 45 days?
                      3) Is there an inbuilt manufacturing defect in the vehicle?
                      4) As a consumer, why should I not expect Renault to call back all their Kwid models and repair the defect?
                      5) If that is not possible, Renault must repay the price of the vehicle and further compensate all their customers for having delivered a faulty product.

                      As an Advocate, I have already come across 23 customers who are facing the same problem among other issues. If our grievance including the issue of repayment of the price of the vehicle and appropriate compensation is not redressed with a period of 10 days, we shall be coerced to lodge a complaint before the appropriate forum against Renault India and Renault Kolkata Central (Vibrant Motors) for seeking our remedy.

                        Dear Sir,
                        I purchased Renault Kwid RXT model 26/04/2016 from Bhilwara Dealer Nirmal Cars private limited Bhilwara, for which would like to submit following
                        1. I purchased the car instead of Maruti evethough I know that model is new but company is very old and will give services to customer up to highest level.
                        2. This is my first car of life. Same is being purchased to serve my old age father who can’t talk without walker. My father has to visit frequently Hospital for treatment.
                        3. My vehicle mate with accident at Bhilwara on 09/07/2016 only run after 451 KM. Dealer person visited and instructed me that service is not available at Bhilwara so same is being sent to Ajmer. The shifting arrangement made by company through crane.
                        4. All Insurance claim related formalities done at Ajmer By Nirmal cars Ajmer. But still my vehicle stands at Ajmer in incomplete condition.
                        5. As per discussion with Sh. Ujjwal Shrivastva (Renault) vide complain no.[protected] that only Gasket Engine is damaged. Only One part is damaged and company insisted me to change the engine at my cost which is unreasonable on customer part .
                        6. As per dealer this problem is related to Insurance Surveyor and Insurance company. The Engine damage has not been included in the quotation made by the dealer. Look into your reputation in the market Kindly intervene in the matter so that same can resolved on either insurance company or Renault cars private Limited and vehicle could complete within week for which I shall be grateful for you.
                        7. My vehicle no. is RJ06CC5748 engine no.E046548 and Chs no. MEEBBA005G4351398.

                        I dont understood that Gasket engine (head Gasket) is very common part in engine accessories which could not arrange by company / dealer in more than 2 months. I think it is not difficult to arrange by company.

                        Please note that I purched the vehicle on finance. Presentli I also pay Instalment as well as taxi charges for my father to visit hospital on a reguler way. Try to understand my problem and please arrnge to complete my car at the earliest which shall helpful to maintain the reputation of company

                          It is a privilege for me to say that I am a customer of Renault, owning a model of your recent edition in the variant of compact SUV RENAULT KWID RXT (OUTBACK BRONZE) which was delivered to me from the ANNAMALAI’s dealer in Coimbatore, saibaba colony, on 12th Feb 2016. I was very much pleased and happy during the journey throughout the days enjoying all the spec and the options inbuilt. But it lasted no longer. The first discomfort was when I went for the FIRST FREE SERVICE to the same showroom and witnessed the car was not serviced properly. After the water service my car INTERIOR WAS NOT EVEN TOUCHED for cleaning. The second one is in the recent days, even before the time for the SECOND FS or 10000 kms, I found my break shoes of the front wheels and the disk was completely spoilt. Due to this I was about to meet with an accident and somehow managed to escape. Now this created a second thought about your quality and the safety of your product. Out of deep discomfort and fear I mail this message to you expecting for a good reply from you for the warranty of the same and to provide me with a better service and quality in the upcoming days. I don’t really know how a firm which has a worldwide reputation and privilege can provide such an inconvenience in service to the customer and quality which is doubted.                             Water Leakage In Renault Duster - Unsolved problem

                            This is Parag Patil holding Renault Duster vehicle since 1.8 years . Vehicle number is – MH14 EP9038.

                            I have very strong and serious concern about the service provided by M/s Unnati Vehicles Pvt Ltd, Pune . This is very surprising for me that the service center in Pimpri Chinchwad ( Pune Maharashtra ) is not able to resolve problem of water leakage though I have handed over my vehicle...

                            MY COMMENTS AFTER DISCUSSION WITH GM - AK SRIVASTAVA OF PADAM RENALUT, LUDHIANA AND RAWAT OF RANAULT INDIA ...

                            I refer to my various REMINDERS on the very very poor and low grade processing system provided in the vehicle due to which the below mentioned BIG ISSUES AND PROBLEMS are being faced by me.

                            In this context, Mr.A.K.Srivastava of Padam Renault, Ludhiana arranged a conference call with Mr.Rawat and during our discussion, I have observed a very bad approach by Mr.Srivastava and Mr.Rawat. During our discussion, I could never feel that the approach of the said two persons' is anyway customers' oriented.

                            Now, I am feeling that I have made a blunder by buying Renault product because neither the manufacturing company nor the sales agency is supportive.

                            Though, during our discussion, you have ruled out the issues in the product but once again, I would like to remind and bring the following facts to your knowledge as refreshing drink ...

                            No.1 ...
                            If you go through my earlier correspondence, wherein I have mentioned that your Mr.Karan and Mr.Gaurav including your customer's care executive had a discussion with me on a conference call and during our discussion both of them had agreed that the processing system is little bit slow and told me that they have taken the feedback and get back to me soon. Also, one of these persons told me a very funny thing that Renault doesn't make their products keeping in view that the user is based at Ludhiana. After our discussion till the writing of this e.mail, I have sent 46 reminders but these two persons never came back to me.

                            No.2 ...
                            My vehicle was called in Padam Renault, Ludhiana to examine and express the issues to some of your technical person and per feedback received from Mr.A.K.Srivastava on phone, they have observed the problems and arranged a video for the same. They also informed me that the video clip has been sent to Renault India for observation and solution for the said problems, which mean that they feel the problems / issues are there. Otherwise, there was not need to arrange a video clip.

                            No.3 ...
                            So far, I have made a number of calls to Mr.A.K.Srivastava and every time, he told me that the problems have been referred to Renault India and the solution is only with the manufacturing company because the same can be cured at manufacturing end only. The sales agency can't do anything with the said issues / problems.

                            No.4 ...
                            Mr.Srivastava along with Mr.Gurdeep visited me to examine the vehicle. Both of these persons thoroughly checked, examined the vehicle and told me that the processing system is slow and only because of the same all the mentioned features connected to navigation system / screen are working slow . Mr.Gurdeep made a video clip and told me that they will forward it to Renault India for solution. They again admitted that there are issues but told me that the solution is only with the Renault India. Had there been no issues / problems, what was the purpose of video clip ????? Not understandable.

                            I was expecting a supportive approach atleast from the sales agency, but during my said conference call, I have observed that the representative of Padam Ranault, Ludhiana was also playing a big game with me because he was conveying me something difference story, which is not at all good at the part of a person who is on Senior Post of GM, Services. He was not found to be firm at any point of discussion, which is a very bad luck for the progress of a car manufacturing company as well as the sales agency. It seems that he wants to keep LADOO in his both hands.

                            My observation is ... BHAINS KE AAGEY BEEN BJANE KA KOI FAIDA NHI but still I would like to have your comments on the above.

                            ISSUES / PROBLEMS ...
                            I PURCHASED RENAULT DUSTER RXZ 110PS AMT (D) ON 20TH MAY, 2016.

                            SO FAR, I HAVE SENT 37 REMINDERS TO RENAULT, CHENNAI WITH COPIES TO ALL THEIR CONCERNED PERSONS, HIGHLIGHTING THE BELOW ISSUES BUT NO SOLUTION HAS BEEN PROVIDED.

                            THE ISSUES ARE ...

                            1. Features on display and music system take about 25 seconds to start after switching on the ignition, whereas it should start instantly. Only RENAULT logo displayed on the navigation screen.

                            2. Fan gets ON only after the vehicle is started and that too after long waiting. We expect quick start of the fan like other vehicles during summer and humidity especially

                            3. While putting the reverse gear, camera signal on the screen appears after about 5-6 seconds whereas the vehicle immediately gets move ON even without wasting a second, which is a major drawback and can cause accident & damage to the vehicle. This feature is useless in the vehicle. It looks as if the same is not company fitted.

                            4. While putting the forward gear from reverse gear, it takes about 10-12 seconds to get the camera signal disappear from the screen. This feature is useless in the vehicle. It looks as if the same is not company fitted.

                            5. Blue Tooth…

                            a) Voice clarity is very poor.

                            b) Mobile connectivity on blue tooth is also very poor. Sometimes, it is missing the connection.

                            c) While dialing and receiving calls, only mobile / contact numbers are displayed on the navigation screen (I mean to say that the name of calling person, stored in the mobile, does not appear on the screen), which is a major drawback because if I want to neglect any unimportant call during driving, I cannot do so.
                            d) RENAULT SHOULD SPECIFICALLY MENTION IN THEIR BROCHURE THAT ANYBODY HAVING NO iPHONE, SHOULD NOT THINK OF BUYING RENAULT DUSTER. HOW FUNNY!

                            6. GPS System …

                            GPS system keeps on whipping for a long time after exit, which is very disturbing during driving.
                            7. WIPERS ...
                            IF BY CHANCE I SWITCH ON THE FRONT WIPER, THE REAR WIPER AUTOMATICALLY GETS START AND STOPS AT ITS OWN AFTER THREE ROUNDS, EVEN AFTER SWITCHING OFF THE FRONT WIPER, WHICH CAN DAMAGE THE REAR GLASS.

                            ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED FEATURES ARE CONNECTED TO NAVIGATION SYSTEM WHICH IS VERY VERY SLOW AND OF POOR QUALITY AND NEED TO BE REPLACED OR UPGRADED.

                            It seems that RENAULT has somewhere lacked on proper R&D on the features provided in the vehicle before launching. IT SHOULD BE TREATED AS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER.I look forward to an reply on the above.

                            VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE BY RENAULT. IT'S TOO BAD.

                            In further continuation, I would like to submit as under :

                            1. After submission of my complaint, I received a phone call from number +91 [protected] at 11:16 AM . On checking from true caller, I noticed that the said phone call was from Assam, India and the person who called is Basudev Siv. Anyhow, he told me that he has gone through my complaint and he will refer it to the senior persons of Renault, India. I received another call from the same number at 11:20 AM and the calling person was also same. This time, the said guy discussed with me on this issue very friendly and suggested me to get the problem sorted out from an outsider expert. He also added that Renault will refund me the cost of that part due to which the said issues / problems are being faced. He told me that the cost of said part is Rs.76000/- app. He asked me to provide him my ICICI or AXIS bank account so that he may credit the amount immediately. I denied for the same because I don't have any account in the said banks. Then, he asked me to provide the account number of any of my known have account in ICICI or AXIS bank.

                            2. I was just thinking of sending the account number of ICICI Bank of one of my friends to the said guy - Basudev Siv, I received a phone call from the number +[protected]Renault Gurgaon, Haryana) addressing the details of my complaint. I briefed him about the said call and the refund (as mentioned above) but the customer care person didn't react on it.

                            3. I would like to have comments on above points no.1 and 2.

                            4. Further, as discussed with the customer care executive, please either get the said issues rectified by upgrading the system immediately OR please recall your vehicle without further delay because I cannot live with this such poor featured vehicle in the times when the world class technology is fast growing.

                            I have to pay more than Rs.15 lac in total (some paid in advance and balance on installments) for the said vehicle. Why should I compromise on weaknesses in the vehicle and bad behaviour of the people of Renault group????

                            Please keep yourself at my place and advise me what to do???

                              I purchase a new Renault kwid car I feel very delight but the service disappointed me a lot it was the bad experience of my life ever
                              I went for the first service at Renault service station atul
                              Kataria chowk Gurgaon
                              I book a appointment 3 days in advance still II have to wait for 1 hrs
                              No one attend s me
                              When they attend me they took 5 hrs for servicing still do not vaccum the car I say them again and again but they don't notice I say them for programming and alignment but they don't do anything they give my car as it is just washing it
                              Don't do anything
                              If I knew I never ever opt for Renault
                              Very bad experience ever

                              poor mileage & faulty

                              very poor mileage after running for two months, it has dropped to 15km /litre which is worst than maruthi 800.
                              Faulty dashboard, total trip distance and actual distance varies every time some illogical values.
                              Acceleration only in 2-3 gears for pick up. If vehicle slow and in fourth gear it will never pick the speed..
                              Iwas having expectations on renault Built KWID but for all ...it is advised not to go for KWID car...waste of money and left with bad memories.

                                I had the worst experience today with Renault call center after staying 14 minutes waiting for someone to answer to get my radio code for my newly bought fluence; the guy who answered me (too helpless) telling me i will check and I will call you back (2 times on hold of checking and getting back) and finally returned back to me with oops your car number is not listed on the system; you have to go to the maintenance hub to activate the radio!!!????? 30 minutes and my request is not done!!!
                                Given the feast holiday; the hub wouldn't open until Thursday!!!
                                So I asked the guy that I wanted to file a complaint; simply the guy "Ahmed Mohamed" (worst service ever) told me we don't escalate that kind of complaints!!! This is not listed!!! You can add your recommendation on the website. Worst experience ever. Renault gives very poor service. #renault gives the worst service

                                Why the complication?!!! Why a code to activate the radio of a newly bought car and to be fetched through the call center and the system is in the call center might not be updated!!! Why not to have it directly within the catalogue or to be activated automatically!!! Why the complication...why!!! Worst provider ever; I had 2 cars from Chevrolet and both were pretty easy to use and very simple service... No more Renault..worst car provider!!!

                                  My company purchased Duster car for exclusive use by me. My experience is very bad about the vehicle and service provided including charges for spare parts. Every thing is not available at one place I have to take vehicle from thane to koper Khairane and again to thane. Adviser attaining complaints are arrogant and not properly trained. They are not in a position to give right advice. I expect someone to take my complaint to the higher up.
