My company purchased Duster car for exclusive use by me. My experience is very bad about the vehicle and service provided including charges for spare parts. Every thing is not available at one place I have to take vehicle from thane to koper Khairane and again to thane. Adviser attaining complaints are arrogant and not properly trained. They are not in a position to give right advice. I expect someone to take my complaint to the higher up.

      I have the vehicle duster bearing no. DL1CQ 9076. Since the purchase my car has been serviced only at renault delhi south workshop.
      shockers and all the incidental parts were replaced by okhla workshop on 17.02.2016 and i paid for the same as they told me that the same were not covered under warranty.
      My car battery was not working properly so i asked them to replace the same since the battery is supposed to be replaced by the workshop if the stock battery needs replacement within its warranty time however the same was refused and I was asked to get new battery from outside.

      I tried to reason with them but my claims were outrightly rejected.

      Anyway, I paid for both the shockers and parts associated thereto and also got the battery installed from outside.

      On 07.09.2016, I took my car to the same workshop and later on in evening I was told that the service would cost me about more than Rs. 50, 000/-. I was taken aback as the same is a whopping amount and by no stretch of imagination can a regular service of a vehicle costing about Rs 12 lacs cost that much.

      To my utter surprise, I was also told that one of the shockers i.e. out of 2 which were put on 17.02.2016 is defective and hence needs replacement and the same would cost about another 9, 000/-.

      There is something inherently wrong with this renault workshop in Okhla. Kindly look into the matter or I will be constrained to seek appropriate action against you from the appropriate authorities.

Owing to that I am not in a position to go outside MP . Inspire of reminding repeatedly Showroom persons are not heeding my request . So please help me by instructing concerned person to do the needful.

          I visited the Renault showroom, south kalamasery with my family on 7-9-016 . To be completely specific, I didn't even enter the showroom . The reason for this is that as I entered the showroom gate the security came and told me that the parking was full and that I should park outside. I could clearly see that there were about 10-15 cars parked in the compound but only 1 or 2 customers inside .I asked the security if all the cars there were from customers ...he answered the cars Wer all from customers...I then again asked the same question...and then he answered the cars r that of the staff members . And he asked me to park outside...
          How can I buy a car from a showroom were there is no place for parking for customers...
          How can I trust such a place..if before sale service is like this ..then what could be the after sale service...
          How can I buy a car from a company who keeps the staff members above the customers ...
          I will never even think about a Renault car hereforth and I won't allow anyone I know to buy one either.

            I purchased a Renault KWID RTX vehicle on Jan 2016, after my first service at Mysore road service center the starter motor is continuously failing every 2 month once. This is the 4th time my vehicle is in service center and they took more than a week to replace the same. When the motor is failing, I will see a lot of smoke coming out of engine side.             ISSUES / PROBLEMS ...
            1. Features on display and music system take about 25 seconds to start after switching on the ignition, whereas it should start instantly. Only RENAULT logo displayed on the navigation screen.
            2. Fan gets ON only after the vehicle is started and that too after long waiting. We expect quick start of the fan like other vehicles during summer and humidity especially.
            3. While putting the reverse gear, camera signal on the screen appears after about 5-6 seconds whereas the vehicle immediately gets move ON even without wasting a second, which is a major drawback and can cause accident & damage to the vehicle. This feature is useless in the vehicle. It looks as if the same is not company fitted.
            4. While putting the forward gear from reverse gear, it takes about 10-12 seconds to get the camera signal disappear from the screen. This feature is useless in the vehicle. It looks as if the same is not company fitted.
            5. Blue Tooth…
            a) Voice clarity is very poor.
            b) Mobile connectivity on blue tooth is also very poor. Sometimes, it is missing the connection.
            c) While dialing and receiving calls, only mobile / contact numbers are displayed on the navigation screen (I mean to say that the name of calling person, stored in the mobile, does not appear on the screen), which is a major drawback because if I want to neglect any unimportant call during driving, I cannot do so.
            6. GPS System …
            GPS system keeps on whipping for a long time after exit, which is very disturbing during driving.

            ALL THE ABOVE MENTIONED FEATURES ARE CONNECTED TO NAVIGATION SYSTEM WHICH IS VERY VERY SLOW AND OF POOR QUALITY AND NEED TO BE REPLACED OR UPGRADED.

            It seems that RENAULT has somewhere lacked on proper R&D on the features provided in the vehicle before launching. IT SHOULD BE TREATED AS A VERY SERIOUS MATTER.I look forward to an reply on the above.

              Bought RenaultDUSTER vehicle on 20th Jan 2016 from Imphal Show room. Found AC is faulty. Matter reported to Imphal Service center at Langjing Imphal in the month of May 2016 informing that the defect AC shall be replaced. My vehicle identification No. MEEDSRA36E9839288. But no response from the other end. Hope it is not an END.

              Bought new car kwid from renault...headlights not working...grooves are missing from tyre...already has been seen by your company mechanic and it has been resolved...but again the headlight problem is present wth a damaged tyre...already talked to the dealership in chhindwara...responeded but not fully resolved the problem...what should i do...
              So far I drove this car for 1300km and already filled petrol for Rs 5000.Hardly getting milege of 10, where as it was promised 20-25km/ltr.
              Second: This may be life threatening. Break get stuck at anytime and does not work for a while.Making me anxious

                I had submitted the following complaint to Renault India 15 days ago. But till date I have not received any kind of support or reply from Renault.

                This is Manoj Methwani, a not so proud owner of Renault Duster RXZ, 110ps.
                Yesterday morning when i turned on the car to go to office i was shocked to see that the car wouldn't move an inch. I tried releasing the handbrake a couple of times but still the car wheels were jammed. I quickly realised that the hand brake has jammed in the wheels. I contacted Road assistance and raised a complaint, Ref no 9675.
                The road assistance van came at around 4:30. He tried to toe the car farcibly despite knowing that the wheels are jammed and the car is not moving. Still he pulled the car, rather dragged the car, some 3-4 meters. But the wheels of the car were not resting in the middle of the sliding racks of the van. So I asked them to stop as i was worried that the car would tilt and fall down as the wheels were out of the rack. So later the toeing persons contacted the service centre and they were advised opened the wheel to free it. After that the car could slowly be moved on to the van and sent to Gandhidham service centre.
                Today morning I received a call from service center and i was shocked to hear that i would have to pay around 12000 Rs to repair the car as the brake liners had broken and the bearings were jammed. I argued that my car is in warranty but all in vain. So i had to agreee to pay as i was left with no other option and i needed the car urgently. Later i received one more call from service center and i was told that the bearings can be covered under warranty but i still have to pay some 7000 Rs for the brake liners
                I want to submit that the liners were jammed and immediately i had reported to the road assistance team. If the liners are broken they must have broken because it was forcibly toed and dragged for few meters. Why am i being charged for no fault of mine? I dont think its normal for the brake liners to break. And on the top my car is covered under warranty. If it would have been normal wear and tear of the brake liners i would have happily paid for it. But the liners are broken (according to the Renault Gandhidham service manager). I am totally disappointed whith this kind of ripping off of the customers.
                I tried to call customer care this morning and from 10-11 am i made 'n' number of calls. But the almost all calls got disconnected before i could speak to customer care executive. I was lucky to connect once and speak to a costomer care executive. I explained him the situation for 15 mins and he assured me to register a complaint. But before the complaint was registered the call was/got disconnected automatically.
                I bought Renault cos I had bad experiences with Suzuki and Hyundai cars in the past. Now i believe Renault is no different and its all about false promises and taking advantage of a customers in distress.

                > In continuation with the trailing mail i would like to update that mechanical breakdown of 'brakes' is included in the warranty as per the terms mentioned on Renault India website. To substantiate my proof i am attaching a screenshot of the warranty terms in this mail.
                > I would like to know if the brakes are included in the warranty, why was i charged for the same? Renault representative from complaint department Mr. Himanshu also confirmed that 'brakes' are not included in the warranty. Does that mean that the terms and conditions mentioned on the website are misleading and fictitious??

                Dear sir,
                I had sent a mail to Renault India asking for the clarification of warranty terms and conditions (as per the trail mail).
                Although I was sure that I would not get any reply from Renault India still I wanted to give Renault a fair chance before proceeding the matter to consumer courts. That was the reason of drafting these trail mails. Today I am very much convinced that selecting Renault on the basis of its european origins was a big mistake.
                I am a Spanish citizen and I had a very good experience of Renault car and service in Spain. But I am sorry to learn that a european brand like Renault can also steep so low just for charging customers a few thousand rupees. I am going to spread this word over internet as far as I can and prevent people from getting fooled by brand like Renault.

                The reason for dissatisfaction is not only your negligence and unanswered mails, but illogical explanation in the reply sent by the Gandhidham service centre. They have argued the same thing before also and I was not convinced as Warranty terms clearly mentions brakes are included in warranty. I have sent a screen shot of Warranty terms in my previous mail. I was expecting Renault India to come up with clarification and not behind a deceiving reply of its franchisee.

                And as per Warranty Terms and Conditions Brake Shoe, Brake Pads, Brake Discs, Wiper blades etc are Not Covered under warranty as they are Wear and Tear part . hence the same could not be covered under warranty also on the same visit it was observed that Rear wheel bearing was also faulty and the same was covered under warranty hence we have replaced the same under Warranty.

                  I observed that orvm mirrors n seat belt are of very cheap quality, But vehicles which are getting delivered now has a good set of mirrors
                  WE TOOK AN BOLD STEP, TO PURCHASE AN NEW VARIENT VEHICLE, THATS BECAUSE WE BELIEVED IT WILL BE OF GOOD QUALITY

                  I INSIST THAT RENAULT WILL NOT DISAPPOINT THE CUSTIMERS WHO HAVE PURCHASED FIRST BATCH OF VEHICLES

                  The level of the seat should be adjustable according to the driver's height. The driver of height around 5'4'' is uncomfortable sitting on the seat.There is a problem in the forward view. the driver has to pull up his face to look properly.

                    If the average doesnt reach a nominal 20 I need a car replacement

                    Paid 21, 300 for accessories of which 6500 was the power window cost need a refund on that.
                    3. Body cladding on the driver side got flown away while driving need a refit on that while I entered to drive and by the time I reached my destination it has fallen away. I need a refitting on that without charge

                      We booked Renault Kwid Car from: Renault Showroom: A2, Coporate Towers, Besides Fortis Hospital, Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302017

                      And for family issue we have canceled the booking and they told me do not worry we will refund you within 10 days but now 2 months have passed and Money are not returned, They are staggering, Every time that are saying we will give you tomorrow but 2 month have passed, money not returning.

                        I had booked kwid top model in your patna center 4 month back by giving 1 lack rupees, 1 month back I got a phone call from your agency to pickup the vehicle and ensure the payment as early as possible, same day the do handed over our banker ICICI bank, just after the confirmation Of doing, they confirmed over the phone they are unable to deliver the same as vehicle has made in accident, further they given me the 3 dates, that is 2nd Aug, 10Aug and18thAugust, even though they didn't deliver, as I had requested to your person to return back my money, but neither they are returning back my money nor my vehicle, what should I do.

                          This is against casual and irresponsible behaviour of the renault dealer, guwahati ti automobiles. This rxz model of duster was delivered to me on 12 august 2016. We were travelling fron jorhat to dibrugarh when our duster rev meter indicated red flashing light with a beep. We asked for help to our sales dealer guwahati but to bi response. Then we immediately called up toll free no and thankfully we got help from the nearest dealer jorhat. The jorhat dealer immediately responded very well and much satisfied. But we seriously object to the delivery of the faulty duster by the guwahati dealer. Our vehicle was in the workshop for one night. I urgently request for strict action against guwahati dealer for such faulty delivery of a bad vehicle. If this problem exist again, we will register a case against the dealer/company in the consumer court or ask for replacement.

                            Dear Renault Partner,

                            I would like to inform you that, I have purchased Renoult Kwid RXL Model DL 8CAN 3103 around three Months Before From Adchini NCR Motors New Delhi.But from the day one am facing major problems in my car.During First gear it suddenly drops RPM at Zero level & after few times its drasticley increase which causes me accidents two time.I had complaint several times when i went to NCR Motors Pvt. LTD. Gurgaon at Atul Kataria Chowk. But they not responding well.They telling this is Manufacturing issue with your Vehicles. If this case, I am helpless to stop using your Renault service . bcoz its very Critical issue with my vehicle. If you wants me to go with your services please rectify my car issue as soon as possibel.There is one more issue, when i went to NCR Motors Body shop for claming my insurance, they put me extra charges of Rs 1312 & Rs 1316 two times instead i have zero % depth insurance with non consuamble policy.For that amount they have't provided me any invoice or Bills.Please short out this issue also.Invoice are attached below

                              As usual one of the worst experience thanks to the Indian version of Renault - rehenedo ( let it be ). This was my second free service and as a measure of cautiousness I wrote an email to the Service Center and to renault customer care Teams to make sure nothing would be bad this time, but as usual they are least bothered about the Customer and the servicing was done like a local servicing center does, so I called them back and they apologize and ask the car to be sent back and get things fixed so i sent it back and it comes back again with few internal parts missing, paint issue, AC Issues, Power Window issues and over all cleanliness ( Vaccum was not done, No proper wash, grease all over the car handle and many other things). So to get things settled I wrote back to the Customer Support of Renault on 9th of July and wrote to them clearly that I would not wish to talk to them as I have written in detail of what my issue is and get it rectified and its been more than a month now and have not heard anything and my car still has issues. I am not sure where the issue is, is it my decision to buy a Renault Car or something else, any ways the good news is that My family now owns a Maruti Suzuki Car from NEXA and the way things are from them is way better than expected and they are Indian Brand and you guys are International...hmmm does that matter is what I am being made think now.

                              Anyways I still have unfinished business from Renault Service Center from Hyderabad - SRI SRI SRI located at Madhapur and not sure how to get it done and as a medium to show my concern I have written a complaint in this forum hope some one reads it and takes appropriate actions.

                              As of today I have saved 2 of my friends from not buying a Renault and go for a Maruti Suzuki and Tata Cars and it was just because of your after sales experience which I did not want them to have.

                                I booked kwid vehicle in omr khivraj showroom.

                                I sent the details for cancellation on 6th jul’16. I also received call twice asking for the reason of cancellation. Reason for cancellation is due to financial problem.

                                But i am still yet to receive my refund. Please check to it and arrange for refund immediately.

                                  We were going on a highway and suddenly car breakdown n started giving lots of sound... Not sure about the problem as service people are saying problem persists with gear box... The moment we leave the clutch the sound start to come... It's just 8 months we have brought the car n 8000kms it has run... Service people at silk board are not ready to listen to us as if we have sat down n did something to gearbox, not understanding what has happened to car please look into it asap as it is a mechanical fault which happened n should be covered in warranty...

                                    Hi, I have bad experience with Renault service at Guwhati, i have handover my car vide reg no-AS01BZ6757 on dtd.13 aug/16 for 1st servicing for few problems like handle, Body sound but no any solution has been done by service center. One major issue raise during servicing was my car accident by service adviser and no any information has done from service center, after hit my car they ignore my call for confirmation of delivery, when i reached service center they are inform all about, My car accident was no matter for me but they will must be share the matter .
                                    Till date my handle problem is same to same.
                                    My 1st experience was very bad with Renault.
