2013 Renault Duster - Steering suddenly dead

My car steering just went dead while driving. I have an hour's commute on the Delhi - Gurgaon expressway every day. Luckily this happened a few minutes after I had crossed the expressway on my home otherwise this could have been fatal. How can a major car maker sell cars with such a defect?? I have lost confidence in this car and would strongly advise anyone from buying it. Worse it seems that other consumers have also faced this problem....

Old vehicle sold instead of a new vehicle

I bought 85 PS RXL Plus diesel Duster from Roharsh Motors, Wagholi Pune in April 2015. I was promised by Mr.Sachin Kadam of December 2014 make of vehicle and delivered me vehicle of November 2015. Highly insensitive dealership
