Dear Sir/Madam:

I am an NRI, who recently visited the Renault showroom located at Guru Gobind Singh Avenue, Amritsar Bypass, Jalandhar, with my family and had booked the top model of DUSTER (WHITE color, RxZ 110) on 31st March 2015. The car they were offering me was having a reading of 185+ kms on the odometer since it was driven all the way from Ludhiana to Jalandhar, hence, i asked them if they have a car which has ZERO MILES...

I bought a duster 110 ps awd on april 6th 2015..I would like to point out couple of issues i faced. 1.After one week of purchase, ac water leaked inside the car and the carpet was all wet.I gave it for servicing and it appeared to be fixed..After two weeks it started happening again.they said its fixed now but i am not really sure or convinced. 2.Paint issue on my back door.I brought into notice but they said it cannot be fixed. 3.When i apply clutch, there is an annoying sound that comes..I informed the executive but he said it happens and after driving for some time it will get fixed..tats the worst reply i ever got.

    I am owner of Vehicle number DL 8 CZ 6062 model Duster by Renault. My vehicle has been serviced regularly at Renault service Delhi West. All the wheel balancing and alignments and other works have been done at this service centre only. Recently my Vehicle’s tyre got punctured and the mechanic told me that the tyre has a tube which has many previous punctures. This was a shock to me as my vehicle has tubeless tyres and I have never fitted any tube in any of the tyres. It seems that my wheel/tyre was changed during one of the visits to the service centre. I had personally visited the service centre on 25th January, 2015 and lodged a verbal complaint in this regard. After that a mail has also been sent to them . but no action has been taken. I request you to look into the matter and take adequate action so that I can get my vehicle’s original wheel back. Pankaj Malik [protected]

      Faulty Gear & Clutch plates Dear sir, I had purchased renault duster RXL diesel 85ps, 16 June 2014 from Gwalior - Somya Motars Pvt. Ltd. Gwalior 474011, Tel:[protected]. My car details MP07 CD 2362, the car was sent for servicing at 19375 kms (approx) that time my car milage 18km/L with AC working condition, and without ac car milage 21 kM/L. That time service manager give me congregation for this car milage. When my car reached on 22500km on the way I face the problem car engine is working but car is not moving from the place when I press the race padle. That time I shocked what happen, suddenly I called to RSA 12/05/2015, and RSA pick the car dropped to dealership at Somya Motars Pvt. Ltd. At the service center when I reached at 13/05/2015, adviser says me your car clutch plate is not working, we have to change it .. And your car estimate 21000/- Rs. Now I am very socked that how it is possible when car is giving me 21km/L milage and car is suddenly breakdown this conditions. Sir, I don't what happen in my car because now my car run is only 22500 Km and 10 Month old is only I use my car very care fully, now this problem is only company manufacturing default. I have already complaint register at 13/05/2015, complaint no.[protected], But they are not giving me positive feedback. so I request solve this problem as soon as possible because I can't wear this.           My car steering just went dead while driving. I have an hour's commute on the Delhi - Gurgaon expressway every day. Luckily this happened a few minutes after I had crossed the expressway on my home otherwise this could have been fatal. How can a major car maker sell cars with such a defect?? I have lost confidence in this car and would strongly advise anyone from buying it. Worse it seems that other consumers have also faced this problem. Is Renault waiting for someone to die before taking action? I called Renault Motors emergency assist to ask for help. The call center executive suddenly divined that I had a discharged battery. Only god knows how he figured this out. I did not need his remote advice - I needed someone to come check the car. I told him that the car got serviced last week - if the battery was discharged, how was this not identified? To this our friend replies - "we don't know, ask the dealer" Renault Motors - its your car and your dealers. You cannot distance yourself from your dealers when you ask your customers to go to them to get their cars serviced. Cannot believe the crap service. Truly disappointing.

            I bought 85 PS RXL Plus diesel Duster from Roharsh Motors, Wagholi Pune in April 2015. I was promised by Mr.Sachin Kadam of December 2014 make of vehicle and delivered me vehicle of November 2015. Then on the first day of delivery accelerator pedal got jammed to highest throttle and it did not come back, I was about to have accident. Then tyres of MRF are 1 year old manufacturing and battery is 1.5 years old manufacturing !!! This is not acceptable to me. I bought 3rd year warranty and renault has not still delivered me original third year warranty document. The hazard triangle was missing from the delivery. Renault has cheated on me by giving old vehicle. The gloves box doesnt have the lights fitted. The first aid kit was opened already with bandages removed from it. I paid 6500 rs for teflon coating and coating was not done at all. engine coating is not done at all and wax is just put under name of teflon coating and that too just one layer. I wrote to Renault but no resolution from them yet !!! Please call me on[protected] and fix my issue otherwise I am thinking of suing this cheat company.

              I was purchased a Renault Duster from srinagar showroom bearing regestration number JK03D 5123 want to draw your kind attention that in october 2014 the battery of my car was exhausted suddenly it was a very rude moment for me, when ever i was travelling far from my home and the car was stopping by it-self after regular intevals of time causing a lot of troubble and expensis in my travelling. I took it autobhan srinagar service center to ascertain the cause of the dead battery where the respective staff of the service center gave an unpleasent excusis that there is no defect in thebattery what so ever. Since then i travelled 6 times from pahalgam to srinagar and vice versa for the above mentioned matter but in vain. After 6 times the staff of the said service center told me that there is some defect in the battery and this was very unfortunate if it could have been told me before, however i asked them for the replacement of the battery and in return they told me that i will not be able to get new battery. When ever i took my car for the service i didnot get its body washed neither on free nor on paid services pretending of being having no light. During third service my car was driven 30000 kms and the shape as well as the life of the tyres has been vanished very badly, when i discussed the matter with the staff of the service center and their response was that 30, 000 kms is enough of the shape and life of tyres, however my brother is having the same car driven 47000 kms but the tyres are in the good shape. Nevertheless i suffered a lot, its is because of below average service of the Renault duster. In the fake and disgusting excuses of its staff. I am sure i will not recommend any one to buy the cars of the said company. The mechanery of the service center is not functioning properly. They charged me Rs 1800 as labour charge which i think is beyond the qualtity of the service. Keeping the above facts in view i am sure that you will spend some time on producing aa quality service and work on to bring sofesticated mechanery functional.                 Hello, Would like to share my horrible experience in renewing Car Insurance with Trident Renault - Bangalore. It was indeed a very very bad experience in getting renewal of my car (Duster - KA-05-MM8843) with Trident Renault - Bangalore. Had to call up Trident Automobiles several times. After several calls received quotations. I requested for the value of the vehicle to be insured at 9, 07, 000/- for which I received quotations for 3 insurance companies. Then I selected HDFC Ergo - for which Insurance quoted was about 12, 000/+ (quotations are with me). Later, Mr.Prabhu representative of Trident turned up and collected the cheque on 30/3 along with previous insurance & RC Book copies. Till 11/4 - I did not receive any information or communication as to the status of the renewal not even received cove note / receipt etc. After several calls which I had to make to Trident Team. Later after pleading and shouting; then they forwarded the contract copy on 11/4/2015 and confirmed to me that Policy will be sent to the address as per RC Book within 5 working days. After "N" number of telephone calls to Trident and shouting on 27/4 - I received the Insurance Policy. To my surprise the value of the car was 8, 49, 000/- It is surprising the quotation was for 12, 000/- for IDV of 9, 07, 000/- but they collected INR 15, 289/- for an IDV of 8, 49, 000/- which I feel is cheating. Can anybody look into this and correct the policy / refund the excess taken & apology for the bad service. Further I was threatened and advised not to go for any insurance other than the ones suggested by Trident. Can somebody set right urgently.                 Trident Renault is cheating and blackmailing as you said they force you to buy only from them as all Renault dealerships held only by them - which is unfair business practises.

                I am a commercial insurance consultant and taking action against them and will try my best to resolve your issue. I know how to and where to, however the system is so delaying as Car Dealers blackmail insurance companies and many a time if not careful even charge more, which is illegal and Unfair Trade Practise. I will be putting up the details of the action on several counts on the web soon via Consumer Action Group -Insurance (CAG-i)

                If you know of others who have been cheated by Trident Renault, Honda, Chevrolet, Hyundai do let me know, with copy of insurance and explanation via email. Any other dealers if suspect, too forward to me.

                  Sir, I bought Renault Duster in May 2013 in Coimbatore, Tamilnadu. Within few months of the purchase several issues started coming. The latest one is the following. (other issues are mentioned below) MRF TYRE NOISE ISSUE IN DUSTER: The first wheel alignment and wheel balancing was done during the second free service at Renault service center, Coimbatore when my duster had just clocked 9543 KM(See A1). I always maintain the tyre pressure of 29 psi as recommended by Renault and used to check the tyre pressure almost two weeks once, and in particular before any long drive. When I was driving from Trivandrum to Coimbatore I noticed a rattling noise above the speed of 60 KM/hr coming from the front tyres. I stopped at Renault Kochin and asked to check the noise. After doing a test drive, they simply said that nothing is serious and you can drive on. However the noise was keep coming during my drive to Coimbatore and so stopped at Renault-Coimbatore(Anamallais) for confirming this issue. Renault-Coimbatore did a test drive and found that inner most part of both front tyres have worn out leading to the humming noise. They did wheel balancing, rotation and alignment(see A2). Further said that noise will settle down in another few hundred kilometers but it is not the case; I noticed the noise during my return trip to Trivandrum. Again this forced me to stop at Renault Trivandrum and they did only wheel rotation and delivered the vehicle saying that we will recheck during 3rd service at 20000 KM. Though the noise was increasing rapidly I was patiently waiting for 3rd service, and did the wheel balancing, rotation and alignment at 20149 KM in Renault-Trivandrum (TVS ) along with other maintenance(see A3). During this process, the wheels have been rotated three times resulting inner part of all the tyres worn out. Now the noise is coming like, driving a car with broken tyre and service engineers agreed to raise the complaint at this point. After this delivery I took the car two times for measurements and videos of the noise. As a result, Renault Team has just replied saying that this might have occurred due to hard braking and driving in patchy roads. This is totally unacceptable since I am not a race driver and most part of the driving is on highways. Therefore Renault team, please think twice before giving such a hasty answer hurting a customer who has paid 14.6 lakhs(including tax) and faced several issues in the car right from the beginning of the purchase( given below the other issues separately). Eventually, I complained this issue directly to Renault Customer Care (No:[protected] and customer care representatives asked to check with MRF engineers. I took the car to MRF service center at Trivandrum along with a Renault service engineer. He inspected the car and gave a report (see Attachment 4). First of all I do not wish to go for their opinion since I am not attached to MRF for this purchase but only Renault is having tie-up. In one way I out-rightly reject their statement since it seems that this is a standard opinion given to Duster customers. The reason is as follows. When I am facing this serious issue, I did find an MRF Report of an another Duster customer from Rajasthan in online who is facing the same problem. I don't attach it here and can be found in team-bhp website. The report is line-by-line identical with what I was given after the inspection. It looks clear that noise is not happening normally and due to some fault at the Renault's end. It is also obvious that these kind of tyre wear is not arising in general for all other brand cars and in fact not for other models of Renault itself. Note that noise is coming due to uneven wear in all the tyres but it is not because of some patchy wear in some area. I have done four times wheel balancing rotation and alignment and I am very serious about tyre pressure right from the beginning. Hence there is no way the tyres can wear out only in inner part and that too in a minimum kilometer of 17500 as the normal life span of these tyres is around[protected] KM. It opens a serious question of whether the dyes used have negative camber angle issues and any other alignment problems!!! Or Is there any serious issue in MRF tyre itsel[censored]. One has to do some more research to find out the root cause of the problem. So Renault, please don't just give an inappropriate answer which you have given before and ask to change the tyres in every 17000 kilometers. Renault India, please don't irritate further a customer who has already put enough effort on running a car with handful of issues for the last 18 months. Since inner part of all the four tyres worn out, I am afraid of braking problem might easily happen and it may also result in excessive heat only in outer portion of the tyres. "Taking this issue very very SERIOUSLY, Renault has to fix this problem at the very earliest and compensate me with new tyres under warranty as soon as possible in order to avoid any other series consequences". The following are the OTHER ISSUES I faced with Duster within a Year and Half: AC water leakage inside the cabin. I reported this problem in Trivandrum service center, they could not fix it at the very first visit. Within a month I traveled to Coimbatore and left the car in Coimbatore service center and they just replaced AC water outlet hole with a bigger one. By that time inside carpet was completely wet and I had to wait for four days to get it delivered. But later within a month water was coming out all the four corners of the car as the AC water is filled under the floor mat in the entire cabin Then I approached the Renault customer care and they directed again to Trivandrum service center. I could not imagine how smell the car was during those months. This time Trivandrum service people found that there is a leakage in the AC main unit itself. The took a week to rectify this issue. (if you want I can send these complaints as well) After a second service, due to the mistake of the service engineers in Coimbatore the engine oil started leaking while driving without notice for few hours. By contacting Renault road side assistance, we tow the car to service center and rectified the problem. In this case I narrowly escaped from engine seize. The hazard light switch was not functioning when I am about to use in invisibly heavy rain. Due to mall functioning of wiper switch, wiper started functioning all the time. Why I am claiming all these issues here is that they were all happened within one and half years of delivery of the car. In order to overcome these problems I had to leave the car several weeks in two service centers and have to spent several week days and weekends (Saturdays) wasting my research time on these service stations. The car has already given me enough STRESS, so Renault India please don't add one more on this list. RENAULT'S REPLY: Renault has replied with the following: As MRF has rejected that the noise is not due to any manufactoring fault and may be the damage occurred as a result o[censored]nequal and excessive contact pressure exerted at the road contact area of the tyre, we can not do anything further on this. I know that the tyre warranty is given by MRF; Renault is having tie-up with MRF but I am not. So I don't stand on MRF's decision since MRF is giving same statement to every duster customer and there is an evidence too. What does it mean? What is the meaning MRF trying to convey the Renault customers? Is it like the fault not due to MRF tyres? Then who will take the responsibility of this issue. Is it not Renault? Or is it going to be the customers fate? As I explained above, I have done all the works in order to use the tyre life maximum possible. In the later case, is Renault asking me to buy a new set of tyres for Rs 40, 000 for every 17000 KMS in order to drive safely without such a nasty noise coming from the tyre? If it happens to be the Renault's answer, I have to proceed further in this issue. Moreover, what is the assurance that the new set of tyres will last at least for the minimum kilometers given by a tyre company. This is a really very serious issue.                       We, STEELMAN TELECOM PVT LTD. ([protected]) booked a Renault Duster RXZ Optional 110 PS car on 27.01.2015 at Renault Kolkata Central, Vibrant Motors Pvt Ltd, 225 AJC Bose Road, Kolkata - 700020. We paid an advance booking amount of Rs.10, 000/- (Ten Thousand Only) through NEFT Ref. No.[protected]. However, due to unavoidable reasons we had to cancel our booking. Thereafter we wrote to the above dealer to refund our booking amount but to no avail. Once again, on 22.4.2015 we had a telecon at Vibrant Motors but they once again did not give a positive reply. Please help us get our sum of Rs.10, 000/- which we are legally entitled to get.

                        I bought duster top model though canteen from Sprint Cars Gurgaon. This dealership is highly insensitive to the customers once they sell the vehicle. The staff is not only inefficient, they are casual treat the customers shabbily. The day I collected the car it was raining, the sales person Mr Gajender was not able to explain the controls fully. However, I took the car to the showroom which is 10 kms away from my house specifically to learn the controls after couple of days but the gentleman at the desk just ignored me and sent a youngster to tell me that there is no one to explain and that I should come some other day. I called up Gajender a number of times but he won't take my calls. Ultimately I had to complain to customer care to make them move. It was so irritating when the customer care would call me to check if I was happy with the vehicle every second day without checking with the dealership if I had any problems with it. Now the validity of the temporary number plate is expiring on 14th April and I have called up Gajender twice since yesterday requesting him to arrange the permanent number plate. He is just not responding. Tomorrow (Sunday) 12th is the only day when I can get the plate fitted as I am working and will be away on 13th and 14th. The dealer and its staff is just not bothered whether I can use the vehicle or not. I do not want to be challaned for want of number plate. I need to take up with the army headquarters to bring this kind of harassment to the notice of you senior management. I have bought the car paying over 12 lacs and not bought toffees for Rs. 10. Kindly take action and help me get the number plate. Brig Kohli

                          Hi, I bought a Scala in December 2014 from Roharsh Baner and now I am regretting my decision. I have had many issues with them and seem like they have a number of people working there who does not what a customer wants. 1. I booked my Scala Rxl Diesel in 15th Dec 2014 that was set to deliver on 15th Jan 2015. I got the car on 15th with missing promised accessories and they promised it will be given in 2 weeks and after two weeks their staff asked me a favor not to demand it as they can not give it else it will have to come from their pocket so I have to be kind and have to forget about my accessories, then the car had some paint defects and sales person begged me to fix those defects in next service so that I don't refuse the delivery, the biggest mistake I did I took delivery and now its been 4 months, on first service the paint defect was not fixed even they introduced new damage to my car, they rubbed it from where there the defect were and now shine have gone away from those parts after taking this issue to Renault India they got ready to do it and now I am without my car from a week and today after a week on 9th April 2015 when some one came to deliver my car it have introduced new thing there were hail damage kind of spots all over and I refused to take the delivery. Earlier to this, when I have seen damage to my car there workshop person Mr Prakash Pawar refused to take any responsibility he even said I didnot even touched your car you may have got all of this damage outside and blaming on them.. how rude and funny it was, how. can someone damage their own car . and now the worst part I have got from This dealer is, I bought my car in december sale promotion and I have clearly asked them that my car should not be manufactured earlier than october 2014 and they have promised verbally the same... and they hide this fact from me till the date I get my RC from RTO where the date was mentioned as Manufactured in Feb 2014.I am very much upset by this fact as they gave me a 9 month older car that have already 10% depreciated value so I did not get any benefit of buying it in December, better I shall have gone to Honda or maruti or Vento with same price and get better service and better car. now they are trying to convince me that Month does not matter only year of make matter and at one point they even said month don't appear on RC book. I have got a call back from Renault complaint dept. they also said they had a discussion with Dealer and tried to convince me that as my warranty is valid from day one of delivery and there is no operational defect and if it is from stock clearance sale they were selling old cars, so I feel totally cheated, I have raised my concern to now CEO Renault and resolution is pending, I have very less hopes to get any solution as the way things going ..still hoping for a mirale, if Renault india want to make any good reputation in india liek maruti they have to control such dealers and make customers happy .. not by giving them gifts but with being transparent and a good service, value for money. now I am in talk with Renault I don't know what is going to happen with this and with dealer but I thought to make people aware on this and to be aware from this dealer, better don't go to them as they don't care they think a customer once bought a car can not impact their business. if they knew how to do a fair deal they could have come up with an apology and a compensation offer. I will update this thread once I get final details on my issue so that people will be aware what and how things happened with me.                             SIR, I WAS purchased a RENAULT DUSTER from CRYSTAL automobile renoult dealer during 2013 sep. and till date no documents is provided to me, i repeated my request several times but i cant got. so registration is also not done in BIHAR. presently i am in CRYSTAL AUTO SHOW ROOM at GHAZIABAD. NO RESPOND IS GIVING BY DEALER STAFF, due to non registered vachile my 10lack is going to finished, so this amount i paid to him for duster must be back to me because withput any valide doc. car is fully useless. so kindlly provide a direction to provide me valide doc. or back my money with intrest. thanking you.

                              Dear Renault team, I finished 1st year service & Bodyshop recently for Renault Scala model. However all the time service team did completed in full. Bluepaunk touch screen was fixed with camera adjustment. Whenever reverse gear is applied camera used to on automatically. After service, your team asked me to contact showroom but showroom gave me vendor number. Until now problem is not resolved. I felt no accountability. Please help to rectify the problem.                                 I am having Duster HR26BY5775 which I got serviced regularly. At 40K km, I got it properly serviced at NCR Renault at Kataria Chowk, GGN. But soon after service I faced problem of gear blockage. I reported back to NCR Renault and found that No gear oil was changed and hence lead to problem. they changed and told that problem is solve. after 2 days I reported back to NCR that problem is still there. Then they asked me to change gear wire and cylinder. I doubted and hence gave my car to Sprint, Renault nr Hero Honda chowk. They told that clutch plate is gone and needs to be replaced. I had to invest 22K and got it changed. I would like to state that Renault service is poor and specially NCR is worst. No clarity and transparency is there and they just want to earn money. Not Happy with Renault Service and they are just giving bad name to Renault. Good product but Bad after sale service.

                                  This complaint is in regard to the recent purchase of my Renault Scala Rxl, which I bought from Autobahn Srinagar, jammu & kashmir on 7th March 2015. Just after couple of days I noticed that AC is not working at all which I communicated to both manager sales and manager service, and to my surprise when they checked the vehicle, AC gas was not filled in AC unit. I failed to understand how company can deliver any vehicle without any quality check. Further the same car had a minor accident in which boot was damaged. Your dealership is asking me travel to jammu (300 kms from here) for this job to be done which is again not acceptable. If the company has its sales and service outlet in srinagar why customers will suffer here and there. Kindly advise me about the resolution of the said matter or else I will go through legal channel for resolution.

                                    It is painful to inform you all that self have taken delivery of new renault duster on 11th feb’15 from renault-kanpur hgp cars (P) ltd and all kind of documentations including car insurance was done by the employee of renault show room. After completion of 2000 km, car was sent for servicing and minor insurance claim on 11th mar’15 through their own vehicle pick-up driver. I was provided with mobile numbers +91-[protected] and +91-[protected] to liaise with someone at renault service center, kanpur. I was surprised to hear from service center when they were accusing me for not insuring my car with “new india insurance”. According to them my car is insured is with “ bharti axa” so it will take another 5 days for re-delivery on the other hand if my car insurance should have been with “new india insurance” then my cars would have been delivered within 3 days. I replied it is the fault and misguide of people sitting in your showroom who did this insurance without consulting me. As an innocent customer i had just paid all money including insurance to show room employee and they did this insurance. This is their lookout and responsibility to provide best service to innocent customer and insure the vehicles with the company who settle the claims earliest. Anyway now i had no option but to listen service center’s rubbish. Every time when i was calling to +91-[protected] number to get status of my car, that gentleman used to hand over the phone to someone who was supposed to be advisor for my car and claim. Mr. Advisor used to give me lots of stories and excuses and never telling the correct status of my car’s job. Again after 5 days on 16th mar’15, i called up to +91-[protected] number to know the status, they replied me that they are still waiting d. O from “bharti axa”. It was height of patience as same story i was listening from day third. I wanred service center that their this kind of attitude and treatment to customer will compel us to Take legal action against you all. After 10 minutes of my above warning, i received a call from mr. Arif khan (Crm) saying that my car is ready and i should come to their service center to pick it up as there driver is on two days holidays. I told mr. Khan that your service center is located far away from the kanpur city and it is inconvenient to reachthere without own transportation. Also before taking delivery of the vehicle at home for servicing it is your lawful duty to inform all customers that they have to come their own for re-delivery because the reputed renault service center is managed by only one driver. I requested mr. Khan that kindly arrange to re-delivery my car either at my door or make some arrangement to take me at your place as i do not have any other means and transportation to reach there. Same above was answered to mr. Khan email received on 17th mar’15 as well. My car was just simply kept parked in servicing center for 3 day i. E. 16th, 17th and 18th march due to unavailability of driver. At last my car was re-delivered to me on 19th mar’15 at service center’s own sweet convenience and time without bothering customer’s inconvenience so caused. I humbly request the person in-charge who is responsible to look into above said issue to take it seriously to preserve the prestigious name of renault also if bharti axa is not upto the entire satisfaction of your customers please convert all insurance policies from bharti axa to new india insurance, specially for your kanpur’s customers.                                     I have travelled across half of the world and my experience with HGP Kanpur people are the worst one of my life, it was a nightmare which still haunts me.
                                    They are incessantly unprofessional, unethical. Once, you are in their trap, it will be a lifelong regret.

                                    We were traveling from delhi to Lucknow on 12th of April 2015 via NH2 and met an accident near Akbarpur, Kanpur. We called Renault Road assistance and they took the car to HGP cars workshop.
                                    They promised to deliver the car in 15 days.
                                    Since I stay in delhi and had to get the car from Kanpur I wanted to make sure about the delivery date so that I can get the train reservation. They kept on
                                    Delaying the delivery date and at some point the stopped receiving my calls.
                                    After couple of months they sent email that car is ready and will be delivered on July 2, 2015.
                                    When I reached there from delhi by train, car was not ready, they took another 4-5 hours.
                                    After the car was handed over to me and I drove around 4-5 kilometers, the Stepney fell down in the middle of NH2, and s truck narrow scaped. I called them and couple of guys reached and fixed it.
                                    Somehow, I managed to reach my place in Lucknow.
                                    Next day, the ignition malfunctioned and we had to push it to start. When I called them, they said that you have to get the car back to service center. Due to the time constraint we had to come back to delhi, we would push the car to start and keep it running till we reached delhi.
                                    Sometimes it would self start sometimes it would not.
                                    After sometime, it's horn malfunctioned, it's brakes malfunctioned, one day on the highway the brakes jammed, there was guttering at second gear, Clutch was so hard that I started know and ankle pain. Steering started vibrating, later I got it fixed in Faridabad, ignition issue was fixed in Ajmer because we were stranded in pushkar. Steering was fixed in Faridabad.
                                    HGP had screwed up my brand new duster.
                                    Recently, when I took my car for 3rd service (30, 000km)
                                    And mentioned about the brakes, they said that brake pads are worn out it remains just 2 mm from 5 mm
                                    HGP changed the Brake Pads, my car is just 1.5 years old and has run just 28000 kms.
                                    Never ever go to HGP Kanpur, you will regret your whole life.

                                      Dear sir, I have Renault pulse car (TN 66 L 2748) which bought in renault anamalais motors in Coimbatore. I met an accident on 1.2.2015 and my car was damaged. I handover the car at coimbatore renault car service centre on 3.2.2015. For the past one month, there is no response from the service centre.Without my car I cant go anywhere. I want to know the service condition and I want to deliver the car within the end of the month(31.3.2015). If the car is not ready within the month, provide an alternative car for me.
