I had booked Renault Kwid (RXT-O) on 27/09/2015 from Kolkata Central Showroom ..before even taking the car for a test drive..I had paid a booking amount of Rs.5000 which was said to me is 100% refundable on cancellation. I was told that I will be getting the delivery by Deepawali (November 10). I was very impressed with the car and had no intention of cancelling it. But what happened later made me loose my faith from Renault company and made me cancel the car. After booking till date i had never been contacted by renault customer services not for test drive..not for delivery..not even for asking the reason of why am i cancelling my booking...they didnt help me in finances even after asking for it..It just made me buy other company car (Hyundai) because i was ready to pay little extra money because i knew that they will not abandon their customer like renault did. Its one n half months since I have cancelled my booking and had been three times to the showroom asking for my refund but i have always been given some really non-sense reasons of the cheque being not prepared yet and with an assurance that i will be given a call in another 2-3 days as soon as the cheque is ready. Its really a non-sense thing to keep going and asking for your money. It just did one thing made me realise that my decision for cancelling a renault car was a really good one. I WILL NEVER BUY A RENAULTS CAR EVER IN MY FUTURE NOR LET ANYONE IN MY FAMILY OR FRIENDS BUY IT...

    Dear Sir, I have booked a renault Kwid on 25th Oct 2015 with a booking amount of Rs 30000 in SRI SRI AUTO, banjara hills showroom in the name of SMRUTI RANJAN MISHRA, mob no [protected]. I have paid in the cheque from HDFC account no NACHARAM brach Hyderabad which was cleared on 26th oct 2015 and paid to FT -SRI SRI SRI AUTOCARS INDIA PVT LTD Dr - [protected] - SRI SRI SRI AUTOCARS INDIA PVT LTD. I have made a request for cancellation of Renault Kwid Car on 29th Dec 2015. Till now i am chasing up and calling them . They are not giving any confirmation for amount refund . Their Banjara hills showroom branch head Mr Sreekanth having mobile no [protected] giving me false promises. I have raised a complaint in the renault customer care with the ref no[protected] and still the issue is pending. Always I am being told the MD id out of station and he need to sign the cheque Please look into this matter asap

      I had booked Renault kwid in 4 Oct 2015, for RXT (o) module in Bangalore, still I have not received the car, where in I have been told that I amount remains the same only if govt tax changes the prices will apply to me. Today I get an sms stating the amount is revised & there will be more charge. Want to know why this sudden charge, it should be applied for new bookings. Wh y it is applied to me? Also there is no safety they are following for that price amount & no accessories too.

        New Renault KWID car facing the starting issue/problem (Complaint No. 42617)

        Myself siddhartha kapoor from U.P. Bareilly, my consern is that I have booked a renault lodgy rxz stepway 8 seater on 17 of December in bareilly from ambay motors. The dealer has converted 7 seater car into 8 seater and delivered to me. All the team of renault trying 2 convenience me verbely, the paper which I want too is none is agreed 2 show me or I can say can't give me the satisfactory ans.           The worst in customer service... I had booked Renault Kwid RXT (O) which is the top model with air bag on the 27th of Sep, 2015. at Anna Nagar, Chennai showroom. And i have still not got my vehicle delivered... I initially booked for Silver which by the sales executive was confirmed that the delivery of the same will be given to me during the festive season as the launch date is not yet confirmed. November 2015. After all my follow ups to get my car delivered for Diwali. I receive a call on the 13th of November to process the payment as the car has been allotted for me. I pay the balance amount and took a loan from Mahindra finance. however after all these process i again receive a call stating silver is not available and if i want red kwid i will get my car immideatly and so i accepted the same. and email the same to the sales person. again i waited for arround a week and no response i kept following up on the same and i receive a response everyday that sorry we were not able to register your car today as the RTO was able to register only 14 cars today and so 100% tomorrow we will register your car. This was the same response for a week in the month of december. I complained to the manager in Anna Nagar show room but the complaint was not heard as the sales person was transfered to Mount road showroom and so if i had to complaint i will have to travel an other 12km to the other branch. I called and complained and they again told me the same thing. I then received a call from a customer relations person when i decided not to leave the showroom (Anna Nagar) unless i receive a proper response as my friends who i recommended to by kwid had booked in november and got delivered in dec. not even a month sounded funny for the whole world but frustating to me. I have been paying a monthly EMI for a car which i have not even seen. The customer relations department noted my complaint and i informed them clearly stating i had booked for silver and i changed the color to red just because i was informed i will receive the car soon inspite of me waiting for such a long time and changing color you guys delay in giving the car where people booked after me get their car deliverd. I said give me the same color which i had asked for and i will wait only till 4th or the 5th of jan 2016. I specifically asked the customer relations person Ms. Poornima and the manager in anna nagar brance if you require a mail from me for the color change the told me know and i will receive my car delivery on the 4th or 5th of Jan 2016. after 8 days i receive a call on the 31st dec to draft an email as to change the color. i did the same after all frustration. now i had not received my car till the 6th Jan 2016. i call renault directly and lodge a complaint about the same. I get an assurance that the vehicle will be delivered tomorrow for sure 100% again 7th jan is over and im still waiting for tomorrow as to 8th jan for my vehicle to be delivered in 100%. Lets see by gods grace do i get a car atleast this year festive season. The complaints department in renault says that they will take necessary action on the dealer what is the point of you taking an action on the dealer. Its me who is suffering and i need a solution and not an action on the dealer. she repeats the same and also says that she can't solve this issue as i and renault will have to depend on the dealer and hope for the best and there is nothing can be done other than to wait. Thank you soo much Khivaraj motors and renault india for the worst customer experience which i have got. I must be the only person who is paying an EMI for a car which i have no clue on when will it be delivered. thank god i had not asked for any accessories for the car as he said it will take extra time as the accessories will be fixed in the factory.. if i had asked for the same i should have only had to forget my car and just pay the EMI.. You know what is the funniest part i receive a letter from mahindra finance to submit my RC book xerox and Engine and chasis number to the branch ASAPin dec now where should i go for that where as the renault (car manufacturer) or the showroom (Dealer) don't have an Idea on when can my car be delivered to me. The delivery is taking so long and i don't know whats going to happen after sales as i cannot go for anyother service center as renault has only one service center in chennai which is with the same dealer. Last when i spoke to renault and khivaraj motors i had got an assurance from them that my car will be delivered on the 8th of jan 2016 and this wil final and there will be no more delays. Again i have not yet signed the any thing for the registration still and how do you guys assure and want me to belive that i will get my car delivered today????

            Hi Sir/Madam, I am sriram resident of Hyderabad, I recently purchased a Car from Renault Brand (Model: Kwid RXT), it's been just 1.5 Months so far. I have a problem with respect to the “Side View Mirror” of this car. The “Side View Mirror” which company has provided with this Vehicle is totally different. It is not the same one which they have shown in the brochures / advertisement of this vehicle and in company's official website. Iam not comfortable with the side view mirror which they have provided with this car, it's a pretty old model. Iam really facing tough time with it daily in adjusting. I want the same one which company has showcased in their brochure /TV Advertisements/ company website. ImI'mreally unhappy that the company is misleading the customer by showcasing something in the brochure / Advertisement /website and providing a different one in actual with the Vehicle. Iam attaching the car brochure and the “Side View Mirror” picture which the company has provided with the vehicle for your reference and easy understanding.               Dear Renault team, Greetings for the new year! This mail has been written to you to escalate the delay issue of Renault Kwid's delivery which was booked on[protected]with a booking amount of Rs. 25, 000) from Renault Fatima Nagar, Pune and requested to be delivered on[protected]. The delivery date was requested by me to be delivered in the month of January 2016, right form the day of booking realizing the heavy bookings. I need to inform you the current status that the showroom higher officials are now denying the date requested by us saying that it would take more time for your delivery and there is no point of discussing the delivery right now as we don't have a count and proper date when the company will give cars to us, which is heavily ridiculous to hear and makes absolutely no sense following up with them for the delivery date. I am only able to get timely updates from the sales people (only guys who are prompt and responsive) on calling them for my delivery and I guess I need to get a clear picture from you about my confirmation and then let them know about the same. I hence, request you to solve this issue at the earliest and deliver the car on the date requested[protected] due to festive commitments and it was intimated very clearly to the showroom officials right in the month of October as the delivery date is very important and can't be adjusted at any circumstance.                   Hi Team, Trident renault showroom bangalore whitefiled giving false commitment on Kwid car delivery. I booked a kwid Bronze colour car on Oct name of Asim kumar patel (Mob- [protected]) as they promised me to deliver the car on dec last week. i asked them clearly 3 times that will you deliver the car on dec last week ??? and they said YES. now they are telling that they will deliver the car on February :O and they are not responding properly. One of my friend book the car 4 days before me and he is getting the car on Dec or jan first week. Could you please look into that as they are not respondoing and behaving rudely.                     Already we people in chennai are struggling to come out of the flood trauma. Over and above the way car service engineers response is pathetic. After towing the vehicle (which was done after so many follow ups) nothing was processed. After 4 days when I called to check the statu the service engineer from khivraj asked me to come with copies of rc insurance to sign the claim form. Next day I had to there fill in details and call the insurance company to register for claim. Did ask the manager and people over there why I was not informed to do so a week back itself when I approached them. Only sorry was the answer. though I got a message stating the estimated and likely delivery date it seemed to be fake as no estimate has been done till that date I.e 16th December 17th evening called to check if insurance agent has inspected for which I got the response yes and that the quotation would be sent that night itself 18th morning 11am when I called I was told it would be sent in an hour and they would start working on my car on Monday. 18th evening I called as the quotation was not sent and was told that Estimation is still not done and would be sent that night Not sure how people lie like this to the customers 18th night when I checked the quotation was surprised to see that almost all parts have been included and amount is 2.68 lakhs which is 3 times of the quote I got in sms. Not sure what airbags also been included though my car was impacted only till the seat level I request Renault to look into this and ensure estimates are done properly. Don't exploit us rather try to sell your parts at discounted rate and do proper service. Pitch In more service engineers to clear up the vehicles on time. Kindly act the way you would do if the same situation happened in Gemany or USA or Japan

                    In continuation to whatever I had written earlier

                    On 22nd Dec 2015 I called Abhilash Khivraj service person to enquire the status, he told surveyor has given the go ahead and the work has been started. I asked about the money I would have to incur and when I can expect the car back. He told me that cost would be 1400 + 400 and the car can be delivered on 29th or 30th Dec 2015.

                    On 28th I called Abhilash to check the status, he mentioned that the work has been stopped. When enquired for the reason, he mentioned that when they started working they found that the cost was more than the initial estimate and that surveyor had asked them to stop the work and that surveyor would speak to me. I asked him to share the revised quote given to surveyor and surveyor contacts. He only sent me the surveyor number. When I called the surveyor Mari (from Bharati AxA), he mentioned that revised estimate Khivraj shared on 26th was around 3.7 lakhs and told me he needs to review.

                    I tried reaching Abhilash on 29th Dec 2015 and since no response I decided to visit them directly to understand the status. On 30th Dec when I went to Khivraj and spoke to Abhilash and asked for the revised quote to compare what is the difference. He told no soft copy of estimate available and he had to get the job card. I had to wait for nearly 15 mins for him to bring the job card. While checking I found that 60% of the part mentioned in initially estimate was missing in the revised estimate and the ones mentioned in the revised was missing in Initial estimate. Also discrepancy in spares cost. I enquired will it be 3, 17, 000 or more than that. He told that it is also an estimate, when they start working there is a possibility of it increasing and that amount would be 2 lakhs. Also asked him why he gave me a false commitment of giving my car on 29th or 30th Dec 2015, he told that he thought it might get rectified by then. When asked why he didnt inform me of the revised estimate and stopping of the work he told he didnt have time to do that. Other customers present their had also similar grievance that they are giving false information that vehicle is being attended though in reality it is not so. I asked when he would get the clearance from Surveyor. He called the surveyor and told him in front of me "ji, the current cost itself is 3, 17, 000 which is more than 90% of the IDV" and post which he told that it will be phased out. The conversation looked like as if it is already preplanned (even others who were present in the room felt the same).

                    The cars are not being attended immediately hence there is always a possibility of the electronic parts getting damaged. I don't think Customers are responsible for the same. Car service agent has to take the responsibility for all the delay caused which is worsening the condition of the car. I went down to look at the car. The car mats, hand brake were removed and front left seat missing, back seat dismantled. Forgot to check the engine.

                    Based on the conversation the service engineer had with Insurance surveyor and the way I was getting responses from the beginning it is looking like the flood situation is being misused and burdening the customers.

                    Can any one intervene and do justice to me (also to other customers).

                    I see other companies giving spares at discounted price and only Renaultis not responding to the customer grievances
                    I was thinking of buying kwid.Now Im thinking the opposite.
                    Atleast the customer support called on Monday 4th Jan and gave me the complaint number yesterday

                        I am shalet .i booked kwid on30/9/16 .in kottayam.i give ten thousand rupees for advance.they said to me arrange vechile before december ten.before delivery you shuld give balance amount. Now they are saing you will get vechile on january last.i have to pay all the money Before december14, i am not interested to pay the money before delivery.i will pay before delivery in a week.they are not interested.so i am not interested to take this vechile.so iam going to cancel .they will give my money back in a 14 Days after only.i am very shame on renault

                          Hi, I am Mathi, a frustrated customer of renault due to its pathetic service. I have requested for roadside assistance last week on Friday for my renault scala vehicle affected by flood. I was promised a pickup on monday but no one from renault called me on that day. I called their toll free number again and spoke to senior executive rubana and she promised a pickup by thursday(today) for sure. Even today I called the customer care and that rubana abruptly disconnected my phone call. I have called renault almost 15-20 times since last week. No human from their customer care have contacted me so far to give an update. They are just giving false promises. Now I was tolled that i have to wait for 3 more days which is unacceptable. There is on proper response or ethics followed by their customer care in handling the greivence of the customer. Everyone is telling same story that towing vehicle is repaired, chennai condition is not good. blahblah blah. For more than 1 week, which is not true. Please take necessary action. I am so much angry that I am almost ready to demolish the vehicle in my anger. I am for sure not gonna buy a renault vehicle for the rest of my life.                             I have booked KWID though Renault Application but in that Application there is not any option to cancel the booking, and when I called to customer care of Renault they said that only dealer would help me in this, but I don't want to visit the showroom, so if you could help me to cancel the booking and refund my Rs, 5000 that would help.                               With lots of hope n pride, I booked a renault kwid irrespective of all other options like i10, figo and celerieo.. Though its 800cc only, I set my mind to buy a kwid and was waiting from the day it was announced and booked even without a test drive on oct 12th . But the sad part is, renault is not even able to deliver vehicle or even to predict an exact timing regarding the DELIVERY. It's like malasian flight, , none of the executives, , delear or renault toll free dont know the status of booked vhicle. I wanted the car atleast before january as my marriage is fixed on jan month but no hope that it will get delivered. If the "sales", which is the need of company is like this, then how will be the "after sales service" that is need of customer??

                                  I have purchase renault pulse for nashik dealer (Unnati vehicles). My experience is very bad with them, they don't pick up the phone after sales and don't have a sense of how to talk with the customer eg- the manager, the behaviour of the sales head was the worst that i heard in my hole life, We fill before purchasing the car that the people in the showroom are educated & diciest, But after sales they are the worst & horrible...! Its my first and the last car from renault.. If this would be continue for service, then its the time to say BYE BYE Reanult from INDIA. I[censored] don't trust on the above facts, then purchase a car from renault-Nashik (Unnati vehicles) and feel the worst feeling o[censored]r LIFE.

                                    called many times to dealer and Renault but no one respond properly no one yet provide me any solution.

                                    Only one option left to me to knock the door of Consumer Court and take help of Social media to show the reality of Renault India.

                                    How the making customer fool.


                                    Sending mail to Renault India CEO with all attachment what i face yet.

                                      Myself Abdul shukoor, I have booked kwid RXt ( o ) at kannur Renault on 28 / 9 / 15 where while booking they promised me the delivery within 1 month and now it is almost 2 months but stil the vehicle has not deliverd. So I requested them to deliver me the model of 2016 in the month of January and no response from their side, worst part! !!
