I would like to thanks to Renault for imposing a very Good /budgeted vehicle, KWID, in market.
I had booked a KWID RXT(Grey Colour) on 22/11/15, with a waiting period of 70~90 Days, as confirmed by Dealer(Crystal Automobiles Pvt. Ltd., G-5, Patel Nagar-III, Ghaziabad, Ph.[protected]/[protected]).
I had given Rs. 10, 000 as booking amount, and the quotation shared by Mr. Ravi Saxena (Employee of Crystal Automobiles, Ghaziabad) was of Rs. 404000 approx.(excluding Body Care- Rs. 6332 & Excluding Essential Kit- Rs. 3920, both I did not want to purchase) & promised me to give Car Body cover as free of cost at the time of delivery.
Now today, ie 12/01/2016, I went to dealer to know about the status of my car, they(Mr. Brijesh Singh, Employee of Crystal Automobile- [protected]) told me that, they will give me delivery on approx. 25th Jan`16. Then I requested to share the final price of the car, since Renault has also taken a price hike, they shared the rates with me as per attached quotation.
I have no problem with the things written in quotation, since I hope everything is as per Renault`s policy, my only concern is that, I don’t want to go for somethings written in quotation, which I will be purchasing from outside market. Below are things -:
1).Insurance + 0 % Debt - Rs. 16188 – I will be purchasing with HDFC Bank, with my LOAN
2).Body Care- Rs. 6332- Not Required
3).Essential Kit- Rs. 3920- Car Cover/MUD Flap/Perfume/MAT- Will be purchasing from outside.
Mr. Brijesh is saying that customer is bound to buy all these things with Renault Show-room, since this is the time to EARN money.
If you want you may cancel your booking, we cannot do anything for you.
This is my story, just in simple words asking for support, & hope I am not demanding something wrong. I am not even asking for any kind of Discount, So I would request you to please exclude the above things from my final quotation and make your Renault customer HAPPY.
