Wearing out of tyres after my duster completed 10000 km..I went to the showroom with the same and they said they did alignment checking and rotation done..still I am having the same complaint even after 3 thorough checking from the showroom service centre..my mrf tyres has worn out their inner edges..

    I am having renault duster since 2 years, but since last year i am having the stiffnes problem in the steering wheel, .after repeated repair and services the problem still persiists, .services offered by renault's representatives in ludhiana is not upto the mark.After every repair they say we have fixed the stiffnes but it doesn't happen.i am always wasting money and time.such a poor response from an international organisation.shame it is.every time i sit in my car i feel sad.i drive tested same year manufactured renault duster, but it has much softer steering.hope some takes care of this problem, shame on the part that renault representatives themselves are not able to do required jobs.for any queries call [protected] -gurmit singh

        I bought a duster RXZ 110 with VIN: MEEHSRA36D7027518 ON 13.9.13. It met with an accident so the car was sent for denting and painting and repairs on 5.12.13. Out of the 3 parking sensors installed in the rear bumper of the car, only one sensor got damaged but I was told that 1 sensor cannot be billed, so they have to bill set of the sensors and they will return me 2 new sensors as only one needs to be installed rest all other sensors were working fine. The car was delivered after almost 1 month without any sensors installed. I was told that they have backed ordered the set but yet to receive our order so you take the delivery of the car and we will install the sensor as soon as they receive it. After 3 months I.e march, 2014 I went to the agency for minor repair and asked about the sensors, I was told that they have only 1 Sensor in stock which they painted and installed it in my car the next day. I was given very lame excuse and told that we will deliver the 2 sensors at your home within 1 Week. It is 10.7.14 almost 3 more months have past yet to receive the parts from the company. Please help me, I cannot just be after them these things

          I was going to select city walk Saket when my car broke down in the parking lot. i called the helpline number of the company. Initially I had to make several calls after which i got a call back in the evening. There was no response from their side. I had to wait there till 11 pm and at last had no option other than going back home by public convince. I again called the second day but again there wasn't any response and no one was sent for help and my car was in the parking itself. On the third day I helplessly had to arrange for something on my own. On the third day i got a call from them asking whether i have myself got the car to the workstation or if its still in d parking lot. I mean such a terrible thing it was.

            I was driving the car with my family on a high traffic road when suddenly in the middle of the road i found the steering of the car got jammed and we had to face almost accidental situation, marks of which can be seen at the back of the car.Somehow we managed the after accidental situation and brought the car back to home. Me and my family are in total shock state.They are just trying to get that instance out of their mind but its not possible for them to forget that deathly situation.They all are in state of depression right now. That car is in service station right now.But me and my family have decided that we won't have that defected car again because there is no guarantee that no such fault will come again in future. We don't trust that car anymore and also losing our trust from the company itself(i.e. RENAULT).             I got call from praveen from hubli services center. He don't know how to speak to customers and he didn't checked that day car completely and he told he is making bill of 1.67 lakh.

            I am expecting this kind of argument from Renault.

            Please let know what is next solution.

              I would like to bring to your kind attention that I booked a Duster RXL Adventure on 23rd March 2014 with a booking amount of Rs 25, 000.00. The above mentioned dealer gave a price of Ex Showroom Rs 11.79 lacs. Registration Rs 97, 200 and free insurance and Rs 20K discount. The final on road amount agreed was Rs. 12, 64, 0000. They promised that the vehicle will be delivered by 10th -15th April. On 28th March, the my bank disbursed the dealer Rs 10, 60, 000.00. So as of 28th March, total amount paid to dealer was Rs. 10, 85, 000.00. Since there was no information from the dealer about the delivery of the vehicle since 23rd March, I personally visited their showroom on 4th and met Ms Hema Dhayni, Sr. Sales Manager and she out rightly told me that Renault has cancelled one order placed by them which they were not aware of and hence there will be more delay in delivery of the vehicle. She also mentioned that the company (Renault) has no policy and she is facing lot of problem with customers. She asked me to write a complain mail to her, saying that she will use this to pressurize the company. I sent her a mail on the same date. (attached herewith). Since then I have been repeatedly being contacted by the dealer. First they sent a SMS on 4th itself that 20K discount is not there and today they called up and said that the free insurance is also not there. Now when I contacted Ms Hema she is behaving very rudely and refusing to listen. Renault is a very reputed international company and such irresponsible behaviour by its dealer is very much unacceptable. I have paid 92% of the value of the vehicle by March and now after realizing all the money (which is in dealer’s account and the dealer is earning interest on that), they are not only delaying the delivery of the vehicle, but also unethically changing the price every day. I am afraid that by the time the vehicle comes, they will come up with another excuse to extract more money. Hence I fervently request you to kindly look into this matter and instruct the dealer to honour their commitment.                   I buy ed Renault duster in Sep13 and it was with a promotion offer that any one who books Duster in SEP13 wills urely get a gift prize for me it was a HandiCam Panasonic, but i hav enot reveived it yet (its been almost 8 months)
                  Hence renault cheated me via saying they have some offer on the buy.

                    My worst experience in life is service of renault

                    I bought a duster after 2000 km the car locked me in and i had to use the windows to get out

                    The emergency breakdown man said it is not a problem drive for another 2 hrs can problem will rectify by itself as wiring is getting shorted. I asked him it is not dangerous he said no.

                    The problem was never rectified and after 20 calls and threaten to call media the took my car to service station

                    I was told a part called bmc needs replacement and it will take 20 days to come from chennai (There are 20 flights a day from chennai). Even a truck will only take 2 days ????

                    I have been running from pillar to post and now i am sueing them for agony and harassment

                    I need more people to contact me let us sue these guys together so they understand the meaning of service.

                    I am willing to provide free legal services thru my lawers (I will pay my lawyers for you) just join my cause and i am willing to spend money to bring these guys to their knees and remember that if we pay we need service and they cannot take our money and run away like this

                      Hello Sir/Madam, I purchased Renault Pulse from Bhubaneswar Orissa in the month of July 15-2013. The commitment done by the company regarding the Accessories and gift till now not yet received. Now a days they are not responding at all after asking. The service is not at all satisfactory.                         I car was given to Avia Auto Services (Noida) for accidental services on 11th Nov. Till date the repair work have not started and I am unable to get the situation for same. The latest reason I am hearing from them is that they dont have the spares. Is there any limit to bear this harassment or if I want to get rid of the vehicle that I bought from Renault (6 months back). I am completely dissatisfied with the service support from them. The day Vehicle was taken from Showroom I missed to check the tyre pressure which was 44psi in each tyre whereas that would have been 32. this I came to know when I got it checked after a week. The vehicle went for service 2 times and every time I sent the vehicle back to service center with one or the other problem. Ones they took out the covers of the speaker and first the Teflon coating was not done properly. With all this I feel that I have done a big mistake taking this brand vehicle. Can I give the vehicle back to Renault with the reasons given and take my money back? if yes please help me getting my money returning back. I have to say that they claims best vehicle but they have the Worst service which may give them a bad name winding the business in India. Regards Rajesh Parmar

                          Renault - EXTREME DELAY IN SERVICE BY RENAULT INDIA


                          Dear Sir,

                          This is to bring in your kind notice that, I have purchased Renault Duster petrol variant basic model from bangalore by 15/8/13
                          reg no. KA01 MK 4182

                          My car got accidental and I gave it for repair to vidhadri motors(RENAULT MYSORE) on 27/08/2013 where i have been committed to take my vehicle in a maximum of 15 days by Mr. PRADEEP ( Service manager ).


                          I got the vehicle after repair by 10/10/13 and the vehicle got breakdown with in 5kms.again pulled back to the dealer.From that day am getting excuses from the dealer saying engine head is infected and need to be replaced ... There is no proper justification for such a long delay in availability of parts to dealer if the car is assembled in Chennai factory, India.

                          I complained the matter to the company customer care as well but even they are not responding with a reason of delay in service. Both dealer and company are blaming each other for the delay in service.

                          I am very much dissatisfied by the fact that a company like Renault is not able to provide good after sales service for the thing it is known for. I don't know the whether its company or the dealer who is responsible for the delay but right now I am very much annoyed and dissatisfied.

                          I am also complaining to consumer forum, Indian automobile association, leading website portals and media for the issue I have faced with.

                          Kindly help me in resolving my problem at your earliest.

                            On 14th October 2013, I was delivered the Renault Duster 85PS RxE Diesel, and I must say in my past 25 years of purchasing cars of different sorts and values this has been the worst experience. The Renault Dealer, Dulichand Motors in Kolkata, does not know how to treat a customer. My calls were not responded to and the Organisation Structure is not stable as not a single employee of the dealer knows what to do. After using my sources I was able to contact the owner. Such is the response to a customer. Then I am not given the car number I requested for. So careless is your dealer. The car at time of delivery was absolutely DIRTY! It was not washed, not polished, no ribbons nothing! It seemed that they just picked it up from stock yard and dropped it by! The fittings promised were not done! The seat covers were torn, the car mats are small, the car freshener has been put in such a way that it will destroy the front window, there are air bubbles in window films, the 2DIN music system with Camera has not been configured at all (it seems it has just been inserted anyhow), wires are hanging loose, and no service books or anything has been given. The First Aid "Box" is nothing but a mere broken pouch! On calling up the Dulichand people, they want ME to Send the car to THEM. Why? When it's their fault! There's a lot more to complaint about. I just wonder how can such a reputed company give dealership to such lousy people. I really want a serious action to be taken, else i shall make a hard copy complaint in Consumer Court for such poor and harassing service. S.K.Singhania Kolkata [protected]@gmail.com

                              I had given my vech 8 days back to Noida (Renault New Delhi East work shop- D-197, sector 63 Noida.) service centre for starting problem. After 5 days they told me that they did not had a clue what is the problem and will contact the Reno team later they told that due to adulated fuel filter and fuel needs to be changed and today I have received a mail from CRM stating that the injector are blocked and has given a funny estimate of almost One Lac. If fuel was adulterated the fuel filter would have also shown warning indicator which it did not I am sure that if the fuel was adulterated to cause such damage to vehicle the oil company must have received other complaints as well. I am sure Renault is not designed to be the only car which will go bad in case other vehicles do not go bad in such situation.. This further establishes the fact that the car had manufacturing defect or a design problem thus should be rectified under warranty. I would like you to close this matter ASAP as already I have suffered a lot till now and is surprised to note such serious problem erupting in a new car purchased not even 4 months old.

                                it is to inform everyone that i am shantanu upadhyay from chhattisgarh my complaint no. is[protected] against RENAULT DUSTER 110 RXZ there is a major failure is in its turbo charger,as to inform you that my car is 8 month old and its registration no is CG 11 F 1111,the behaviour against us by renaults service genernal manager MR.SRIKANT DIWALE is very bad,he is using bad language...To inform forum that i have spend 14 lakh on this car and now i have no vehicle,i am badly harassed by the work of renault,mentaly and economically...

                                  Recently i purchased Renault Scala..

                                  and to my surprise Car was full of defects and spare parts were missing
                                  Had informed Roharsh Motors (Baner) abt the defects. They took the car and it was returned wid new defects and faulty workmanship.

                                  Before Purchasing Sales Executive had promised they have Pick-up drop service for car servicing and now wen the time has come for the servicing they are bluntly refusing.br...

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  This is to bring in your kind notice that, I have purchased Renault Duster RXZ option pack 110 PS diesel variant top model from Dee Dee Motors Dehradun on 22/02/2013 under 0% depreciation insurance policy with Registration no. UK06 Z 1122 in name of Adarsh Kumar Agarwal.

                                  My car got accidental and I gave it for repair to Renault Dehradun ( Dee Dee Motors ) on 27/04/2013 where i have been committed to take my vehicle in a maximum of 30 days ie by 26/05/2013 by Mr. Bhandari ( Service manager - Renault Dehradun phone no. [protected]).


                                  To my Irony, I have not received my vehicle yet, and whenever I call Mr. Bhandari ( Service manager - Renault Dehradun) he gives excuses of part being imported for my vehicle as a reason of delay for giving my car. The part which he excuses are top sheet and the dashboard of vehicle. There is no proper justification for such a long delay in availability of parts to dealer if the car is assembled in Chennai factory, India.

                                  I complained the matter to the company customer care as well but even they are not responding with a reason of delay in service. Both dealer and company are blaming each other for the delay in service.

                                  I am very much dissatisfied by the fact that a company like Renault is not able to provide good after sales service for the thing it is known for. I don't know the whether its company or the dealer who is responsible for the delay but right now I am very much annoyed and dissatisfied.

                                  I have also complained to consumer forum, Indian automobile association,leading website portals and media for the issue I have faced with.

                                  Kindly help me in resolving my problem at your earliest.

                                    The company had assured a insurance amount of Rs 23260 but they have actually given a insurance of only Rs 14445. The difference amount of Rs 8823 is collected in excess from th customer. The rest of the money is taken by the company. They have been doing this to all the customers.                                     Pleasse take necessary action as soon as posible and refund the excess amount taken from the customer. And see through that this will not be repaeted again. I hope for the quick responce from you.
