I had noticed just in 6 months after buying the car, issue is of just one rubber component used for fitment of radiator body, Service station people from Roharsh Motors Baner were suggesting replacement of whole component, that is unimaginable & that to without giving warranty replacement, very bad service after sell, Sells executives at service station insist for giving good feedback forcibly. No Respect towards customer. & Not at all trusted Service.

The issue has been discussed with the concerned team members and we would like to assure you that such a case will not be repeated in future. We will deliver to you car on dated 17-nov-2015(tuesday) as per telecon. Now you are satisfied from our dealership. We once again thank you for choosing RENAULT and hope this association is long lasting and satisfying for you. No one is there in Renault to take care of customer. Always spend more then 20 min to talk with customer care with no proper response what a MNC. If you made application for booking why not you update for delivery time Dealer doing what they want no one care about the customer. So much disappoint after booking KWID. I was wait more then 2 month for kwid and paid advance more then 205000 and what i get lot of harassment and waste of time such a brand value you earn. Now i am fighting for taking my hard earn money back from dealer no one is there to help me. I will show all my social media contact how Renault doing business in india with customer harassment.       Today dealer staff called me & saying we will deliver you vehicle in 1st week of Dec'15 but we can't help you regarding your loss of 17000/-.
      This response is not acceptable & now i am thinking to cancel the booking & renault has to refund me all my full payment including cancellation charges, loan processing fees.
      The renault customer relation team is also not responding properly & always their answer is sir, we will discuss with our team & let you know.
      I spoken with one of the customer who booked vehicle on 26th Sep & received delivery of Kwid on 5th Nov from same dealer by paying 5, 000/-Rs.
      Then why they are not delivered vehicle to me after booking on 6th Sep'2015 by paying 25000/-

      My 1st car loan EMI of RS 7268/- is already deducted from my bank account without getting vehicle delivery, so total Rs 17268/- loss for me because of your poor planning.

      Dear sir, with reference to trailing mail I  received call from dealer, but I did booking for kwid RXT on 6th Sep & dealer offered me kwid RXL model on 5th Nov after receiving payment for RXT model.
      Reason because dealer is having RXL model & dealer is not having information when he will be getting RXT model.
      Now dealer is saying you will get RXT model on 1st week of Dec.
      But my full payment is already received by dealer & my 1st EMI of Rs 7200/- is due on 15 Nov 2015.
      Before receiving the vehicle how customer can Pay the EMI? The EMI amount of Rs 7200/- is to be paid by dealer or Renault India or Renault has to deliver vehicle before 14th Nov 2015.
      Request Renault India to look in the issue seriously which can affect on your brand image which shows less customer care, weak internal communication, poor planning, wrong  commitments to customer, poor responsibility taking by dealer-renault to handle/ resolve VOC.
      This approach is not acceptable in automotive service industry & contributes to loose customers trust on dealer & brand as well as SSI & CSI rankings.

        HI i have booked a KWID on 1st OCT-2015. At the time of booking they told me that they will deliver my car upto mid of nov. I asked them again to confirm this. I told him that i need a car after October so plzz do not make any promise if you can not deliver upto than. In that case at least i can buy a different car. But now they are not making proper replies and its been harassing behaviour by their side.
        I want a car now. Because its winter and i can not travel by a bike anymore.

            Sir we had purchaseda car of renault from dulichand motors, kolkata at the time of selling we were told that our car comes with bumper to bumper insurance. But 3 months back on 27 august my car accendent in kolakata. I went to service centre on 29 auigust . They said they will give me my car back on 27 sept'15 but till today they had not given my car. After 2 months they called me and said that i have to rs.12000+ for repaing purpose as my car is having comprehensive policy rather than bumper to bumper. I went with all this fact to dealer on 20 days back and informed them. They agreed that this type of mal practice has happened earlier bybtheir ex asm. And they assured me that they will look into this matter and will resolve it in three days. From then onwards they are neither picking my phone nor giving back my car. In the mean time i had incurred a loss of emi and 3 mo0nths tenure along with driver salary and convayce of personal by means of hire taxis and car. Please help me. . I also informed to the renault several times . But the kept mum . I m in helpless state. I had already expensed out rs. 150, 000.00 during this by paying salary to the driver and hiring out car. My mother is acancer patient and every week she get to hospital for chemotheray and follow up. I m totally ruined.

              I am Upasana Bagchi from Kolkata. It's now quite a time Renault has launched KWID, by the first look only we liked this car very much nd places an order on 8 sep 2015 with some regestration fees. As there is only one showroom in Kolkata we dnt have options for the dealer bt now it's been 2 months where dealer promised to deliver this car by 17 of Oct bt he has been delaying for last two months and still doesn't have any surety to deliver by even month of Jan 2016. Every day we call them and even have visited them physically bt every time they have disapponted us stating the colour you have choose is highly in demand thats why you wont get it now so we changed the colour as per them from red to silver and again now they asked us to change the colour from silver to bronze and further to white. In my point if Renault can't fullfill the dreams and expectations of their customer they shouldn't be promising about fake things. RENAULT shouldn't have launched KWID we are very disheartened and it feels like we have been cheated very badly. It was supposed to be my first car of the family but the whole experience is very horrible, in future I wouldn't be choosing RENAULT any more. I at least expect a reasonable reply from your end and and hope to get my car soon.

                      Hi,

                      Booked RxT(O) outback bronze on August 14th, 2015 from TVS Renault, Calicut(KL) dealership. Delivery was promised in the first batch of 34 cars itself by October start. But it's getting delayed now & the dealer is skipping dates. Please clarify the ground reality for this 2.5 months delivery delay.

                        Sir/Madam, I have booked a renault Kwid RxT(o), Outback Bronze by paying Rs 31000/- through Renault dealer Ship at Meghalaya Shillong on[protected]. As per the booking list, I am at Sl No 15 waiting list. Although 2 (two) lots of renault kwid have been received (20 to 30 Nos) by the shillong dealership, 1st lot -before Durga Puja Festival and 2nd Lot just after the Durga puja (in the month of october 2015) the car has not been delivered to me. This has raised some doubts and suspicion in my mind that there might be some kind of malpractice or manipulation by the shillong dealership so as to favour some section of customer who might have paid extra money to them and the cars have not been delivered as per the Booking serial no. Whenever, I enquire about the number of cars that they have received, they would not divulge the information. I request you to kindly look into the matter and to ensure delivery of my car latest by the second week of NOV 2015, because any further delay in delivery may result in cancellation of my order.

                          I contacted to Ahmednagar showroom and told her to call me back when they are free, as I was interested in Renault Kwid but call attendent consistanltly appeared to be rude and arrogant. Finally she said if constomers want file a complaint they can!! This was very insulting and awkward experience for me. I contacted that showroom twice and both time same lady attended the call and showed her rude behavior. I have call recording of 1 st call.

                            I booked Reanult kwid RXT (o) on 26th Sep 2015 in Pune Chinchwad Showroom (Pashankar Auto) with a booking amount of 5000.

                            I got commitment date for delivery on Dassera 22nd Oct 2015.

                            Later after a week - sales team conveyed delivery will be in first week of November & have to pay further amount.

                            I paid amount of Rs.3, 43, 212 to showroom on 20 Oct 2015 & further Rs.18, 045 on 21 Oct 2015 with confirmation of delivery on 24th Oct 2015.

                            There had been all fake commitments from Reanault team as now team says - we can't provide u the exact date.

                            Request you to kindly provide me the exact date by today evening or I have to take call to cancel & get back my payment.

                            We dont expect false commitments like this from Renault.
                            My first experience is so bad, need proper transparency on the delievery of car.

                            Today the Sales manager is not responding, His reply is we cant help you.

                            Feeling helpless with Reanult for fake commitments.

                            Booking is done in the Name of Ashwini Uttamrao Nilugade (My wife).

                            Our first EMI will be deducted tomorrow 28th Oct 2015 & we are not having car neither the proper date with us.

                            Request you to kindly give me delievery of the car immediately or return money with cancellation charges which bank is gonna debit us.

                            Yesterday sales person from showroom called & informed he has resigned from his job as I am not getting support for my commitments to customers.

                            Cars are available with dealer - but they are not delivering to common people.

                              Hi,

                              I need your kind attention that your dealer M/s Nirmal Cars is manipulating the ‎price of KWID & forced customers to buy Accessories, insurance & RTO on mandatory basis. I have 4 different rate sheets of the same variant.

                              As per my understanding & process followed by other dealers & other company dealers is to focus on ec showroon & logistics only. It's optional that we buy insurance, RTO or accessories from showroom or open market.

                              Tarif Hussain, Vaibhav & Sudeep wasted my 5 hours in discussing the same & force me to buy insurance & accessories and end of the I came without buying the car from the showroom. My whole day got wasted & it's Dusshera and we want delivery today only..

                              Very Bad experience of mine & my family letters.. my parents, my wife & daughter waited for 5+ hrs & finally we came back without the car..

                              I also call call center @[protected] & speak to Akanksha and she confirm that there is not any mandate of buying any accessory or ‎insurance from the dealer. She also tried to call to Rajan Mehra & keep my phone on hold for 15+ minutes but Mr. Mehra didn't available on the phone. She also speak to Sudeep & ask him not to force for insurance & after that too Sudip didn't share engine & chassis number for insurance & wasted more 1 hr. Really feeling ashamed that I went to buy a car at Renault.

                              I'm cancelling the car & going for another option with sadly mood & request you to take necessary action against the culprits.

                              Expect proper solution on the same. I'm very disturb & due to this episode my parents are very unhappy from me & you..

                              I expect proper response from Renault & their associate. My first experience is so bad, need proper transparency on the price of car & all charges.

                                  Hi, I bought duster on March 09 2015. This is the date when my painful journey with the company began. Initially I got my vehicle with multiple issues..to name a few: 1. There was a sound from the rear end of the card 2. Bumper was damaged ..it seemed like an accident has b 3. Other Multiple sounds from the front panel 4. Defective Stereo it seemed as if the car that I bought from the company is second hand. After a lot of struggle, some of my complaints were handled. I had to escalate everything to the customer care. Now, every time my car goes to the service station, the dealer take more than the required time to deliver it back. Almost 7 to 10 days. The dealers at Renault try to either fix the vehicle with substandard materials, or with other damaged ones, while charging you with the cost of original parts. I complained to Renault about this over mail.. but nothing seems to effect them. As a consumer I have been struggling to get my vehicle from the dealer in proper condition. I am afraid the story will continue with Renault always. Please look into this .. we are at the mercy of Renault even after buying a vehicle from them worth lacs.

                                    To Start of, the Car is the best I could possibly think of when compared to others in the segment it falls - Renault Pulse. But then very Poor After Sale Service, very Pathetic First time Experience with Service Center. God only knows who would take this seriously and act accordingly as I am sure the Organization does not care about these things as all it matters is for them to Sell and Forget as they made a Sale. Kindly get your Service Experience to a bare minimum expectations or else with Word of mouth people may not buy your cars. 5 days for a First Servicing is totally not acceptable and that too with lot of other worst experience in the first experience totally shattered my expectations with Renault as a company to be honest I have no expectations from them. I really do not want to share in detail but would request if any Renault Executive is looking at this, kindly get your services up. I am writing this with the experience I had with SRI SRI SRI Service center Madhapur Hyderabad branch.

                                      I am Sachin, I am using renault Duster DL 1CQ 6422. I am facing bad service by renault since 1st service, and today is the heights of poor service level. my car broke down at 11:00 AM, I called renault helpline, they told me that person will reach to you with in half hour, it's been more than five hours and no one has come till now. every time when I call their help line, they say person is reaching with in 10 Minutes and they will arrange a con call with in 2 minutes. but no one calls. Renault --- If this is the service level, then I am sorry but my next car will definitely not be a Renault Car. and I will never suggest your brand to any one, soon you will loose your market in India for sure.

                                        I had sent my car (Renault Fluence KL-52D-4087) for repair of Faulty A/C Unit, Anti Pollution Warning, and Stereo failure at Renault Thrissur under Warranty . I was informed that, some spare needs to be changed for the anti-pollution warning and the whole A/C unit needs to be replaced. When enquired, I was told that, the replacement as suggested by the Service Engineer did not resolve the problem and they need to replace other parts too. It has been more than two weeks the Renault Service Centre in Thrissur is doing Trial Runs on my car with no success. Due to this delay I have suffered a huge loss and have to rent vehicle on daily basis to commute. If Renault is unable to resolve my problem they should replace the car immediately. I do plan to approach consumer court and file a case in this regard, if this issue is not resolved within this week. Renault will have to reimburse the expenses that I had to meet due to their incompetency and delay in Servicing of my vehicle. My contact Details are as follows: Sukumaran P.P.
