Dear Sir,
This refers to the service and repair works of my Mahindra Logan Car MH02 JP 2990, model GLX 16 Sahara Biege, the service station in question is G3 Motors, Plot7, Spectra Ground, Ram Chandra lane extn, Kanch Pada, malad west, Mumbai 400064. Mr Hussain Shaik, SA - name.
1. RO bill no RBC 12B 005778 dated 15.11.2011 - Car was given for service, back wheels suspension noise and starting problem. The company did a service of Rs 10662 and stolen 10 ltrs of petrol from car. My Driver protested and no credible action was taken. The company identified that the steering barrel with switch is the problem replaced and quality of car service was worst seen in my 30 years in Mumbai from any service dealer. They delivered car after four days for a minor repair, with lot of requests and bargaining, they wasted customer's faith and patience. battery and car serviced all reported OK ( Pls note battery OK)
2. RO bill no. RBC 12B 005964 dated 21.11.11, The car starting problem existed while starting. They identified the petrol tak is 80% full but marked as 30% in log sheet driver protested ( modus operundi is like this of steeling petrol) but assured will be returened as it is, as log sheet is ticked and cannot be altered. The starting trouble they diagonised as starter problem and needs MICO servicing and demanded another 4 days repair time. on third day reported that starter is ok and battery is dead. ( they have short circuited a good battery) and stolen another 10 ltrs of petrol this time, driver protested but no action take.
My report: 1. The theft of petrol 20 ltrs was purposefully done, need refund and an apology from dealer.
2. The car was wrongly diagonised and repaired with unwanted repair of Rs 10,622/ + new battery cost of Rs 10000 ( Excide DIN 60) + 20 ltrs petrol cost Rs 1500?- ( total Rs22, 122) and wastage of 8 working adys with wrong repairs.
3. irresponsible behaviour by staff and service manager.
Kindly forward this message and I need a full refund with apology and a service defect acceptance from dealer, before I move further to expose dealer.
