Renault — Cheated on the name of offer

hi team,
I buy ed Renault duster in Sep13 and it was with a promotion offer that any one who books Duster in SEP13 wills urely get a gift prize for me it was a HandiCam Panasonic, but i hav enot reveived it yet (its been almost 8 months)
Hence renault cheated me via saying they have some offer on the buy.
Kindly help me on it
