We made a purchase of a display counter with deep freezer for our cafe, and the product turned out to be faulty and substandard, on calling the company they promised a technician would be sent, but no one came, on repeatedly calling them they stopped receiving calls and did not send anyone, they believe in selling thrash products only.

So if it's your hard earned money do not buy any products from them, i am seeking legal advice on how to recover my money.
