I had installed all new ROCA PRODUCTS AT my home and even we have not used once...thermostatic puzzle hand shower arm is leaking water, several attempts by their engineers have failed. their service head Mr Virendra bakta is also falsely assuring of change of products for more than a month but still not done

I purchased a wall hung Toilet seat from your dealer Vivaans Enterprises G.T Road Kundli Sonipat Haryana . The Toilet seat had a leakage for which i complaint to the customer care on 14/12/2021.
