I have a serious and hectic complaint with my Roca counter top Wash basin in my living room . The waste coupling is leaking and my living room is spread with waste water and a bad smell is coming as well .I have raised complaint around 1.5 months back, they came after 1 week and done something and left without fixing issue and after that no response from the service technician who's name is Antony (Cell: [protected]) and the service manager Sunilkumar (Cell: [protected]), the biggest irresponsible guy I ever seen. And while contacting the service center / parryware customer care several times they are not picking call or responding to my issue.

I am suffering this issue for the last 1.5 months with a 10 tear warranty costly product . Actually the product having a manufacturing defect and they are not agreeing and not fixing the issue as well. I am living with this waste water in my living room for the last 1.5 months . Just think how can I live with this.

I don't have any other option, Please help me to solve my issue.

We are in the process of renovating the toilets in our home. We installed two Parryware Wall Hung Toilet Seats. Unfortunately the water flow design turned out to be very poor and the waste is not flushed in one time and one needs to flush 2 or 3 times for the waste to clear.
Subsequently we installed similar Wall Hung Seats from a competing brand. It has a much better design and the waste is cleared in less than one-fourth the amount of water needed in the Parryware product.
I lodged a complaint but the Service Engineer who visited is saying there is nothing wrong.
I am an Engineer and we also manufacture products and we appreciate feedback from customers as it allows us to improve. I hope someone in Parryware also thinks this way.
Using this product has been quite irritating. The reason of writing is that Parryware, which is a well known brand, should not be associated with such poor quality.
The fact is that their design team has goofed up and a good looking product is performing poorly.
Hope this message reaches someone who cares for the quality of products at Roca/Parryware and wishes to improve.
I will be happy to share videos to explain further if someone is serious about the issue.
We want the seats to be replaced with one where the waste is cleared in one flush and less amount of water is wasted.

Please note that I bought new commode of Parryware, while doing flush water is coming very less, i mean to say that sufficient water is not coming.
However, i have checked with Plumber and he advise me to contact to company.
Note: I have tried to call toll free number many times but no luck.
Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Our office tap sensor Not working Properly.

In reference to the captioned subject, I would like to inform you that your concealed tanks are faulty and seats are getting pale yellow even we have not started using the seat yet and they are not even 2 months old yet. However on raising a complaint with your company your representative who visited our place a week before is not able to repair the faulty concealed tanks as yet and for seats getting pale yellow in a month he informed us that it happens with Parryware seats and company doesn’t have any solutions for that. I am amazed to notice the poor response of your representatives. However I have few jaguar fitted seats and taps as well but the response time of jaguar is 24 hours and within 7-8 hours they have resolved all the problems with their taps and it’s been more then a week when I have lodged a complaint with your company vide complaint no CCG/200522/01 and we are still struggling to get our seats and concealed tanks repair.

I have a pathetic experience with roca commode that has installed in my house. Within three months o[censored]sage the seat cover is getting broken very frequently and I have raised the request for the fix for 2 times and the service engineer did visit and replace the product but the problem has not been resolved and it is recurring. I have been trying to use it very delicate and with extra care however no use and the issue is recurring. This clearly shows either the rokca product itself is not a good make OR service engineer is unable to fix it in a proper way.

Now I am in trouble, I don't know what to do? I did some research on the outside to replace the seat covers but that is not going to work out as only Roca can do that and no one else.

My sincere request to do the needful. The issue is happening in 2 bathrooms.

The built in water tank of toilet basin is not working properly.

I had installed all new ROCA PRODUCTS AT my home and even we have not used once...thermostatic puzzle hand shower arm is leaking water, several attempts by their engineers have failed. their service head Mr Virendra bakta is also falsely assuring of change of products for more than a month but still not done

Recently I have purchased a shower unit of parryware Poise shower pannel C845U99 from m/s Prakash iron Bhopal,
In this regard dealer has suggested me to buy above item without saying that we need to install a pump also for better result,
After installing the unit i found that u it is not working properly, then I asked to dealer, he simply reply for this you need to complain to the company,
After sometime company plumber came to my house and he dismental the unit and told me that you need to install pump for better result then I expend additional 10K for installing the pump, after that also no better result, for this issue i spoke to your representative Mr Vivek Jain also but he is not able to resolve the issue he simply forward me to the retailer and saying I'm not responsible for riplacing or returning the product,
Since 15days customer care and dealer make me an shuttle cock but one taking responsibility even your customer care closed the complain without sharing OTP by me,
So I'm requesting you to please get return my unit ASAP

I recently bought some sanitary products of Parryware as part of my new house renovation. Although the quality of products are good but we have received some defective products. As a Responsible consumer, I hereby contacted the shopkeeper The Shopkeeper on the other hand didn't helped us in any way but he rather blamed our plumber that the plumber has stolen some items from the box. I considered going to the shop and talk to him face to face regarding the issue But When I reached there the shopkeeper was telling me the same story that your plumber stole it and this and that. This made me angry and I argued with him that its the shopkeeper's responsibility to deliver quality products to its customer in which Mr. Tap & Tiles Guy Failed In Return the Shopkeeper and his father both started shouting at us and started threatening us by saying bad words for my parents and family. Then all of a sudden the shopkeeper attempted to attack me on my face and started disrespecting me in front of my wife. Just to clearify with this matter, Its not about a few thousand rupees product which i am talking about I have purchased products worth around 1.2lacs in a span of 6 months from this shop and that shopkeeper is blaming me (the customer) that you are telling lie just to get stuff.

I need to get my western toilet which I bought from parryware repaired.

I am facing an issue in one of your product and please resolve it as soon as possible.

I Have Facing Problem Immediate after purchase but company service engg come and solve the problem after this many times problem comes but i have solve it by my self recently before six to eight months same problem comes but not cleared so i have requested to company to check and solve the problem

Parryware health faucet of ₹920 is being sold for ₹1040...
If we ask them they are very rude..
All products are being sold above the mrp rate..
So please take actions as quickly as possible

I have purchased 5 parryware Slimline Cistern Economy White, Delivery Dated 23/02/2022 from M/S Ray Indra Chandra, 146, S.P Mukherjee Road Kolkata -19.Out of 5 Cistern, one Cistern LID has CRACK when UNBOXED from packing.I have raised a complain on16/03/2022 having complain no 'CCA/160322/02' through parryware cust care number shared by Dealer. Service Engineer visited my place on 16/03/2022 and confirm as a manufacturing defect. On 17/0/2022 Service engineer came to my place with a replacement product which is of local quality. Its does not match with the quality of product came with BOX packing. My cistern is new and during unboxing it was discovered as broken. Why should it has been replaced with local quality product (Top cover/ Lid). I am expecting to replace with same quality product.
