    Dear Sir/Madam,

    We had purchased 2 wc of parryware 6 month back and the same was fitted under supervision of your representative. However, we are facing this issue since day one. We had raised multiple complaint pertaining to this issue but your representative failed to resolve our query. Every time your representative make videos of our wc flushing issue but there is no concrete resolution to address our issue. It becomes very embarrassing when we have guests at home and flush is not functioning well. We request your team to please address our issue at the earliest and resolve it once and for all.                           CHA/011121/07- It's been more than 3 4 days and none has visited my home yet, CHA/181021/02 - I had raised this, and this complaint has been closed by your team without fixing issue.

                          When I contact your customer care, I don't receive any good response.
                          I want a technician to visit my home and fix this issue asap. I have been waiting for more than 15 than from my first complaint. This is pathetic

                                  I've purchased Parryware Single piece toilet seat from "Shanti enterprises, Ghaziabad (201001)" on[protected] and 3 days later its seat cover's hydraulic system got failed. I filed the complaint with Parryware customer care (complaint number: CGH/270821/02 ) Their technician came and agreed that part is faulty and its replacement was approved.
                                  Since then, i have followed up several times using their customer care whatsapp number, email, phone number but the part is not replaced even after 2months of complaint. All they say is part not available.

                                    I have purchased 2 units of western closets on 21st October 2021 from M/s. Sri Lakshmi Hardwares, Adambakkam and we found one flush unit was leaking. We lodged a complaint on 22nd October 2021 vide no CCH/231021/46 and your Engineer refused to replace as the damage is done due to transportation.
                                    Please resolve as it’s not consumer fault.
