I have registered a complaint on 29th October for cistern leakage your plumber visited the same day repair and service the cistern and taken 1000 rupees from me.
Next day same issue arises, but after several requests no response from your side.

I've purchased Parryware Single piece toilet seat from "Shanti enterprises, Ghaziabad (201001)" on[protected] and 3 days later its seat cover's hydraulic system got failed. I filed the complaint with Parryware customer care (complaint number: CGH/270821/02 ) Their technician came and agreed that part is faulty and its replacement was approved.

I have purchased 2 units of western closets on 21st October 2021 from M/s. Sri Lakshmi Hardwares, Adambakkam and we found one flush unit was leaking. We lodged a complaint on 22nd October 2021 vide no CCH/231021/46 and your Engineer refused to replace as the damage is done due to transportation.
Please resolve as it’s not consumer fault.

Damaged western toilet...

I have an wall mounted commode and the cistern is fitted to the wall which is leaking whenever flash is used...

ON 16th Oct a person from Parryware visited and tried to rectify the problem on the wall mixer and informed that its an issue in the product and needs to replaced but then he has gone and not turned up. Poor service by parryware. Disappointed. Now not picking up call and not solving the problem ....

We were supplied a cracked flush tank which neither the company or dealer is prepared to replace Each says it's the other to do it...
