Parryware toilet set is installed in the toilet in my house, now the flush is leaking and not working properly

Even after continuous maintance, water leak in parryware cute closet

In our Hospital, two Parryware concealed push flush valve were leaking and we called for service through our vendor. The service technician Mr. Bose, came from Martin Enterprises, Madurai, 90 Kms from our place, Rajapalayam. He came on 13.08.2021 and serviced the valves and said salt deposition was the cause for the leak. He cleaned it and changed Washers of the valve in both units. He did not tell about the cost of the Washers and also he did not give back the defective washers of both units. The vendor at Rajapalayam told us that the technician will charge Rs.500.00 as service charges. In a single visit he has serviced both units but he has charged Rs.600.00 each valve. But the bill for the Washers is exorbitant as you can see the Bill I have attached. Rs.1800.00 for each valve! The new valve was purchased at a cost of Rs.3500.00 only two years back if I remember it correct. So for a valve of Rs.3500.00 the service charge with ? spare comes to Rs.2400.00. It is highly illogical to charge so much. Kindly advise Martin Enterprises, Madurai to reduce the bill to a reasonable amount and return the defective washers to us. Thank you.

Not working flush tank

I purchased a parryware vitreous European closet. Now the seat cover damaged. It is sorry to inform you that these heavy duty seat cover is not available from any of the shops in ernakulam, kochi, Kerala. As far as customer is considered it is very bad after sale customer service. Hence I request you to make available to me immediately.

Flush leakage without even pressing the buttons

I bought a parryware mixture null last month and it is damaged and in warrant period

In my bathroom toilet cistern water is not filling properly. To fill water it takes minimum half an hour which is not acceptable. Water is filling inside cistern very very slow. I am facing this problem from long time.

That's why I have raised a ticket requesting on dtd.05.08.2121 to log a call to customer care regarding cistern problem in my bathroom toilet.

From customer care told me technician will come to my home on dtd. 09.08.2121 (Monday). But Monday, Tuesday gone. No technician came. After that I again called yesterday (Wednesday) in Kolkata service center. Service center representative told me technician will definitely come to your home tomorrow means today (Thursday). But today also gone. No technician came.

I didn't expect this kind of neglected after sales service from Parryware like reputed company.

If not possible to send your technician by tomorrow then please cancel my request and close the ticket no. (CHW[protected] immediately.

In future I don't expect any kind of service from your side and also don't want to buy any product from your company.

Hi Water leakage from one of the Parryware Flush valves in my home,

The problem closet was bought in Sept. 2019. Its seat cover has lost its slow-closing motion and it’s now closing abruptly like the other normal seat covers. It needs repair or replacement if it can’t be.

I have registered a complaint about the product quality . It appears to me local sales agent cheated me by selling duplicate Parryware items. So far… no action being taken… I have enough evidence to prove that I was cheated…. Inadequate/ improper customer service…

My toilet seat flush valve is not working properly... Itss in guarantee

Recently purchased toilet unit and I am facing problem with auto cut off of water level in flush tank.
When water level reaches specific level, water inlet should be cut off, however there is no cut off and water keep flowing in the storage tank hence facing large quantity of water wastage.

I have two sets of parreyware closets.
Flushing system is not working properly
Needs a technician to check it.

Bought the product on 1st week of june, from then till today, end of july.. No replacement initiated.. each time customer care department says, product out of stock..!! please help.. being a reputed company, this type of behavior not expected from parryware..!!

The above closet was purchased from M/s. KAV Shaik Rowther & Co., Palakkad, Kerala vide invoice No.A003592 dt.24.01.2020. The seat cover of the same came out from the unit while lifting. A complaint was registered through your toll free number on 16th July 2021. Your Tech. visited the site on 17.7.2021 and assured to change the defective seat cover. Even after 13 days the Technician has not attended to the defects. It is, therefore, requested that an early action in this regard taken.

I brought cardiff wallhung on 2020 june. When i am trying to fix that manufacturing defect, later I complained to service Center and they sent a guy and he solved it. Now in my home my father and mother are there i am in abroad. So since 6 months no one is using that wallhung. When my cousin came and use that he found that wallhung is been broken. So please, My cousin have been complained about this but no reply at all.

Seat cover of seamless suction commode does not stay fit, it remains escalating.

I had purchased parryware entice in cuddalore, Tamil Nadu.. 40% water staying in western sink.. Technician came from company side and arguing that it's model, water I'll stay in western sink.. With 40% filled with water, how can a customer use western toilet?? Is ths parryware model?? Water staying in sink, even though we flush the tank...
