Hi,

I am using a Parryware closet in my house. Closet's lid came off and I have raised a request - CEO/181221/02. I have been tracking this request for the past 15 days and no one is providing the response.

Does parryware don't provide any spare parts to parryware customers ? I am totally dissatisfied with your service. I am not going to recommend your product to anyone.

Please consider it a high priority and resolve it ASAP.

    We are having problems in the Water Tap (Hot and Cold Water) fitting installed in our House recently. While we are able to get uninterrupted supply through the cold water section, the supply through the hot water tap is very limited as we are unable to turn the tap to the full extent.

    Please arrange to depute your technical support staff to rectify the problem at the earliest.

        No technicians are visited i bought a commode from dealers.no one technician has visited or has properly give a guidance to fit n a proper place till now.oftenly no response from agreed technician and dealer.. pla attend my fault promptly thank you

          We purchased parryware products for our new home in 2021 from Prakash hardware and ceramics, Bangalore. We tried to register the complaint earlier by calling the customer care but no proper response. The issue is the one of the buttons on the flush tank got stuck and not working and we are adjusting with the other button to flush. But now, the tank is not properly filling the water and when I push the flush button, the water is coming very slow and less. Please contact us on Ph.[protected]; Name- Dr. Subash.

              We have installed all parryware products in our house and it has been 2 months only and 5 tabs are breaking out even the toilet seat is leaking. I did complaint in their customer service number but it has been a week and nobody came to check. Worst service from parryware. The first time their technician came we asked him to change all tabs but he didn't abd now this is the second time i have called them to complain.

                M very much disappointed with the services provided by parryware they don't send authentic technician which they appointed. From last month I had request them for my geyser but without fixing my problem they just send message that my problem is solved and my complaint is closed. I request either they change product or money back because they are failing to provided services after purchase

                  Around 10 parryware taps are having leakage problem in my house. Trying to call toll free number from last 10 days, there is no response. Also messaged on whatsapp, on that too no response. Did company is still there in business?

                      Issue is with Parryware Flush tank. Flush is not working at all.

                      Complaint got registered on 15th Dec 2021 No. CPN/171221/01
                      They had send technician in 2 days and after inspection the conclusion was to replace a certain part exist in a product.

                      As they have said, they will going to replace the part in 2-3 days. We had waited and followed up multiple times. They hadn't responded and the adverse that they had closed the ticked without asking our permission.

                      I hope this will resolve immediately.

                        I have 3 toilets where Roca brand seat covers are fixed. The quality of the hinges are so bad that it breaks every now and then. In last 18months I have got it fixed4-5 times and it cost Rs800 per seat cover every time. This is not expected from a premium brand and despite many complaints to executives who comes to fix it, they show helplessness.

                        I need to have a long term solutions or fixing of this issue without charges. Below par quality with so much premium cost is not expected.

                            It is now observed that body steel polish/colour is being peeling off. Request for necesssary replacement at earliest.

                                  I have a parryware cascade western type toilet seat installed in my washroom in my home. And the jet attached to it is leaking so bad. Earlier it was just a fee drops of water but now its worse and a whole stream of water is leaking though it. Local plumber looked at it and told that there is something wrong with the seat and the jet and the company should be contacted. Kindly look into the matter as earliest as possible as a lot of water is getting wasted due ro the leakage

                                      I bought a wash basin from a dealer in Coimbatore on 17/11/2021. After installing it on 20/11/2021, the product development air cracks in less than an hour. Subsequently contacted the customer support and after service technician visit on 22/11/2021, a replacement was authorised.
                                      But since then there is no proper response.
