SOME PERSON CALL ME REGARDS THIS COMPLIANT AND SAY THAT .YOU CAN DROP YOUR BIKE AT SERVICE CENTRE .AND THEY WILL SOLVE YOUR PROBLEM . BUT THEY WILL INCREASE MY PROBLEM THEY WOULD NOT GIVE MY BIKE RETURN .I WILL GIVE MY BIKE AT SERVICE CENTRE AT 20/03/2012, WITH JOB CARD REFERENCE nO. 791 . NOW I TOTALY FEDUP WITH ROYAL ENFEIL BECAUSE THEY CANNOT RETURN BACK MY BIKE EVEN GIVE MY THREATEN THAT IF YOU COMPLIANT SOMEWERE WE CAN DISTURB YOUR FOR FUTURE AND YOU WILL NEWER USE AFTER WARRANTY BECAUSE WE CAN DO SOME THAT IN YUOR BIKE THAN AFTER YOU WILL DISTURB FOR FUTURE USE.
NOW I DONT WANT THIS BIKE IF THEY DO SUCH THAT THING AND I THINK THIS SITE IS NOTHING BECAUSE THEY TREAT ME AS NOTHING SO I WANT SOLUTION WERE I GO FOR MY COMPLIANT

    good morning,
    sir/madam,
    i had booked a classic 350 on 7/july/11, frm bandra west dealer .
    he promised me that he will delivered my bike in 8/10 mths......
    but sorry to say he is making it delay day by day??????????????????
    but my friend booked the bike on next day(8/july/12)classic 350
    has already got his bike on mid week of feb..................
    when i went their the dealer told me that i will get by end of march
    but not a respone has been done??????????????
    pls try to help me for that.........................

      i have purchase a royal enfield bike (description) model electra REG.DT.. 30/01/2012 / CH.No.ME3US5C0CA117258 AND E No.U3S5COCA117258....
      FROM ASCO patparganj delhi royal enfield dealer. i think they will assemblies some old bike and than sale to me because everytime bike will goes to there service centre for complaint ........ complaints are as follows 1.rear wheel not align it makes bubling when ever i drive 2.two times corpourator of my bike has been replased .3 when i purchased the bike .i have found a dot on head of my bike and same day i will compliant to dealer .then they say we will replaced it within 15days but were not replaced it and paint it with other different colour .when i told that this colour doesnot match with colour they will say again we replace on first service and my first service is done but they were not replaced the same.

      so i request you to make some strict action with this dealer and give me some solution about my problems

        It’s been more than 10 months, I booked my RE Classic 350 CC bullet, till date the RE showroom guys have not even bothered to neither deliver the vehicle nor call me and update the status.

        I have been following up with the showroom in-charge from the completion of 8th Month, as I was told that the vehicle waiting period is 8 months from the date of booking.
        Now its 10th Month and there is no sign of delivery of my bike.

        Booking Date : 07/05/2011
        Show room located at Mission Road, Bangalore.

        From the blogs, I understand that RE has stopped manufacturing 350CC and focusing on 500 CC, do they consider only 500CC bookies as Human beings?
        I also have a doubt on the Showrooms, they are taking extra money from the customers for early delivery and giving out all the bikes that were booked by the customers like me, been waiting for the bikes from past 8 to 10 months.
        RE is a great bike, but if the company does this to their customers, I am sure that, people like me who have the dreams of owning a RE bike will surely be betrayed.

        Either the company is not aware, what is happening with the so called franchise Showroom (mafias) playing around with customers money or if the company itself is the play maker then it is not fit to be a Customer Oriented Company.

        I totally agree with your compliant and even Am also facing the same problem for my Standard 350 UCE. There is no response from the dealership (HSR Enterprises, Rajajinagar) after the waiting period.
        RE is going to lose its customers just for this reason.

        I am also facing the same problem. No follow up calls, no way to track online, only false promises. I also booked my RE at HSR Enterprises, Rajajinagar.
        Same here. Frustrated with the delivery system. No transparency!! i booked my bike at HSR Rajajinagar. Poor customer service

          Sir,
          i have been using classic 350 for 6 months and done 3 services. But the bike vibrates betweeb 50 and 60km/hr. The connot be ride at 60km/hr,there is the peak vibration. If it covers that particular range, then it goes smooth. The mechanics in the aleppy showroom does not give any solution. They used to say that every bike of this model has this problem. Is that true? An inter national model have this kind of complaint? ..is iam a fool by buying this classic 350...what will i do ? please give me a proper solution..

          yeah this is true, my bike also has vibration problem between 50 and 60 kmph.
          i thought it will get resolved after 8000 to 9000 km but i am shocked now..

            Respected Sir,
            I have purchased a new Royal Enfield- Electra 350 on 4th july 2011, Since I had purchased in this byk there are so many problems arises again and again and again few of them were solved out by the Jaipur Service Center i.e. JMS & Company. In 2nd week after purchasing the bearings of real wheel were broken and replaced by the company after that balancing & alignment were not proper for this they had taken long time but replaced the rear wheel at free of cost and the problem were sorted out, after 3rd service the missing problem arises again they had taken long time but have replaced the Carborator Piston but problem was not sorted out in a proper way, missing problem is not coming now but problem in start during morning was not sorted byk takes half an hour for start in morning which was not taken anyway before also byk fires shots through silencer during running, for this problem I have made around 10-15 rounds of service center in last 1 month but problem is remain there, they takes byk for 1-2 days for work and after that again the problem would be there.
            So after all this is my humble request to you that i am very unfortunate for becoming the customer of Royal Enfield please please do something against this problem so that my byk will go on properly, I am very very upset.

              Dear Sir,

              I have purchased a Royal Enfield Standard 350 from their Blue Mountain Calicut Agencies, Kerala showroom on early this year (Mar 2011).My name Naseer Muhammad.

              I am having problems after starting my bike. Many times a sound like metal hitting something in the engine can be heard while running. When I apply back brake hearing some sound. Oil leakage from Bottom of Engine. Headlight pointing not proper (going light left side).Many Time I report to Bullet Service Section now on word complete 3 Service they are not take any solution for this problem. Its very bad service from company .I request you to take a decision for this problem other wise take the bike back to company and give my invested money back.

                i have purchase royal enfield from KAYS AUTO ROYAL ENFIELD MOTORS LTD IN GUJRANWALA TOWN DELHI show room(Delhi) purchasing date(16/09/2009) bike Engine faulty till date Km 2210 only . When i informed them. They told me it would be repaired.But the problem is not rectifying. For this cause i m unable to do my work. Kindly request to u that plz resolve my problem ASAP .

                  i bought classic 500 from Brain Auto mobile about 7 month-es back.bike was deliver to me i take it home after 80 KM it start making some high no-ices (as per their technetion engine is faulty), i take bike to showroom after a long conflict manager changed the bike now again it start giving smoke i take it to showroom they open its engine and fix new ring and pistons to it .now what is the use of purchasing of new bike if i have to repair its engine after 3500 KM what is the use to spend 150000 rs .please take some necessary action against the company

                  i purchased c-350 model on 1st august, 2011...i have complaint about its self starter...it is faulty and it cant work now, i complain about this problem to the showroom, adityamotors, rajkot, gujrat, and they refuse to solve it..just because of i dont take free services from them...
                  I have purchased Royal Enfield's Classic 350 four months back from Vellavan Motors, Virugambakkam, Chennai. But after two months i am facing following problems.
                  1 Low Milage ( 25 KMS ) but they have assured 40 KMS
                  2 Spares are getting loose, we may use any parts at any time
                  3 Start up problem, in the second month itself i have given complaint for three times, again now also same problem in the fourth month
                  4 Pathetic service from the service provider ( Vellavan Motors )
                  5 Clutch got cut off in four months

                  In such conditions no point having that bike.

                    and it was said that it will be delivered withen 3 and half months
                    but it has been more than 5 and half months and still they are saying more 2 to 3 months
                    each and every time we go they say it will come withen next 10 days
                    its been 3 months and i m still waiting for it

                      i have booked 4 royal enfield classic 350, in tecnic motors royal enfield dealer in Bangalore but they say no vehical as come 4rm company.no stock, but why they take bookings from customer & booking money if they are not able to fullfill the requirement. t think they are making hipe in the city and creating demond. so kindly respond..

                        I booked a Royal Enfield Standard 350 CC bike by paying a cash advance of Rs 1000/-.booking date-20 May 2011.
                        The dealer DHONE AUTOMOBILES promised me a waiting period of 6/7 months.
                        After 8 months from booking date I am wating for delivery.

                        i booked my classic 350 maroon color in besant nagar showroom i paid a amount of 1000 rs for the initial booking process. I booked the bike on 28-aug-2011. The dealer said that I'll get my bike in 6 months period. Now he says the demand increased and he says I'll get my bike in April. Waiting for such a long period gives me a bad impression and often i have change in mind for the bike. I kindly request the factory people to deliver the bike as soon as possible...!
                        Dear Sir,

                        I booked a silver colour Electra 350 cc bullet from Patna siddhi Vinayak showroom on 4/12/12 but still they are not giving me the bike. They are saying that we are unable to provide you the silver colour, so plz have some diffrent colour . Is this the right professionalism of Royal Enfeild ?? I am chooser but your company think us beggar. So, its almost 3 months now and there is no confirm date of delivery of my bullet . I want it to get it any how at the end of the February month, so its my humble request to plz get it deliver on the right time, though its already too late.

                          royal enfield eicher motors pvt ltd were delay in delivering the classic 500. I booked before 4 months , they told me january first week bike will handover tome but they didnt do.after this last date was the 2nd week of january 2012. but it was not delivered today the price hike between Rs.5000 extra on it this is not acceptable so pls take action .

                            I Abdul Samad Malik hereby to inform you that the dealer called Royal Enfield synergy auto inc. near Hotel peninsula ghatkopar andheri link road sakinaka andheri(east), Mumbai- 400072 had promised me by taking advance of rupees FIFTY THOUSAND Cheque no.766065 dated 13/09/11 towards payment against classic desert storm that he will give me the bike within one month time as i am given the down payment of fifty thousand as it passed four month i haven't received the bike yet and dealer keep on making an excuse that you will receive the bike with in 1 or 2 days since passed 3 month as bike rates are rising up and also, he promise me that he will open the show room near address as above shortly but until now he had not even opened the showroom and this thing really bothering me.

                            So, i am logging a complain against RoyalEnfield that we are business people we do not have much time for this crap going to the dealers again and again and asking for the bike. so kindly take some action against the dealer or i will take this matter to the court

                            Kindly look into the matter and do the needful and Kindly revert at your earliest.

                            I T.J.sivasankar has booked Royal Enfield motor cycle-thunder bird modal dated on 28th december 2011 order no3918 at southern motors-Anna Nagar-chennai 40.They promiced me that within six month time the vehicle will be delivered but at the end of ninth month on september too they r not willing to deliver to me.Last monday on 17th september when I visited southern motors I was shocked to see they have delivered thunder bird motor cycle on 17th september to a person who has booked on march 2012 in 6 months time.They have deliberately cheated me which gives rise to think unwanted the southern motors expect.Due to the above dodng tactics of the southern motors I was put to mental agony and sleeples nights.So I kindly refer to the authority concerned to immediately deliver Royal Enfield thunder bird motor cycle within 5 working days or i will be forced to go to consumer Redressal cell for a compensation of rupees fifty thousand and you have to submit all the books of accounts before court of law.
                            The Royal Enfield has a long glorious history, heritage&pride in indian soil.So dont damage your esteemed image by these types of double standared business

                              I buyed Royal Enfield Electra in Warangal opposite kmc medical collage 2months ago , and completed my 2nd service for today. service is so bad. he only changes engine oil & wash the bike i bought this machine for 1,20,000. i don't have pleasure of the ride he only knows to change the engine oil. There are no trained mechanics. i wonder how this contract has given to such people to run this showroom. at least there must be professional mechanics.

                                sir, i bought a bike standard bullet bike from New Plot Janipur Road, Doordarshan Line
                                Jammu
                                Jammu and Kashmir - 180005,reliance motors, 1 year before
                                i hav spent more than Rs.20,000 for the repairing of its engine, but there in no work done by the showroom,
                                i m not happy for this bad support to the customer,
                                i wanna change my replace that bike as soon as possible.

                                Dear sir

                                1) I purchases Royal enfield classic 350 in 6th Sept.2011( in pune from Dhone Automobiles), within one month I found its mirrors are become a whitish, I told this copmlaint to RE service station, they told me it is not under warranty/gaurenty, after one month Left hand mirror is totaly loose & falled down.

                                2) one time short circuit occurred at head light, & due to that frequently its fuse goes down

                                A heavy noise from engine of my Royal enfield Electra while self start or kick start. I had register a complaint about this problem during 2nd service. And I visit many times to service station. But my complaint should not reslove till now. They Said a part of my bullet's engine is broke or damaged. I want to know u will manufacture this kind of machines. And if there is any problem so u should have to reslove this. but still no reply form your 1 of service station. Its about to come 1 year. When ever i visit to service station they had always the same answer ( when ever their engineer come to the outlet they will tell him the complaint)

                                  starter motor & kick not working problem

                                  I have purchased Classic 350 in Dec-2010.
                                  Since starting I am facing some problem with my bike.
                                  1.Head seal leakage problem:- For this I have contacted nearest service station. As per the service person this problem is there in this model bikes & company is providing dow-nut for solving this problem & replacing the head seal.
                                  I have done the same after observing leakage from head seal but for this I need to do...

                                  i bought a royal enfield thunderbird on 3rd jan 2011.i attended first service and after that i went abroad, now i came before a month and noticed a sound in the engine after 2-3 days.i approached my dealer on nov 19th.my bike has covered only 2000kms and the dealer told me that he wont give warranty(but they promised for 1 year warranty during the purchase) and he asked me to pay for a spare part(sleeve).i agreed for that too, but till date they didnt gave me that spare part.the name of the dealer is chandra motors, nagercoil.i am not at all satisfied with the customer service provided by them.kindly take necessary action regarding my complaint and warranty of my bike.

                                    My Name is Vishal Jhawar. I booked a bike at Erragadda showroom, Hyderabad, A.P with the Receipt# 12190. I have been to the showroom for couple of times and asked for the cancellation of the Bike before few months and they have taken all my details including My Bank A/C # and said that I will be getting the cheque in a week. However its more than months & as per the Booking Policy(4 months), My bike can arrive...

                                    Please find below a message received from your Mr. Xavier Jaganathan, which is self explanatory.

                                    I state that the Company headed by you has
                                    fraudulently sold the 350 CC Classic Motor Cycle, which
                                    is in entirety defective. To prove the same, you may seek
                                    the job / service cards from M/s. Teknik Motors and also
                                    confirm the same from your Mr. Xavier Jaganathan, Chennai
                                    and Mr. N. Shivaprasad, Bangalore.

                                    The said vehicle was sold to me on 5th July, 2011 and since
                                    then the vehicle is in your Dealer's workshop almost all the
                                    time. Even now too. All most all the components were replaced. It was just used for 1100 Kms.

                                    Since more than 2 months, I am talking to Mr. Xavier and Mr.
                                    Shivaprasad. My request was to replace the vehicle at the
                                    first instance or pay back my money as a second change.

                                    All these days, the afore-said Officers were saying that they will
                                    talk to the Management and will revert to me. At the end, now
                                    they expressed their inability.

                                    If the objective of the Royal Enfield is to earn revenues by such
                                    unethical means, please let me know. I will try to raise
                                    some funds for your Company.

                                    I hope the Royal Enfield will not steal a common man's 1.25 lakhs
                                    just like that.
