DELAY OF SUPPLY AFTER FULL PAYMENT

I had booked for The royal enfield bullet classic 350 on 15th december 2011 at Marikar(motors) ltd Marikar building Trivandrum. Even-though the tentative date of delivery was with in 6 months of booking, after three month on a personal talk they advised to bring a recomentation letter from any MLA and pay full amount in advance so that they could deliver the bullet after 20 days of payment. Based on thi I did the both things on 21 february2012....

Poor service and charging extra charges

I am proud owner of Royal enefield electra m/cycle 350 cc model 2010 october.One month before i went to Cashmir Auto sales , Authorised service and showroom of bullet in Pathankot , Punjab , for checking Disc brake of my bullet and there they told me that they have to clean the disc pads , i said ok,,,,,during opening of disc pad they used some wrong tool which resulted in damaging nut bolt of disc machinery...........Nut bolt of my disc...

Delay in Delivery

It’s been more than 10 months, I booked my RE Classic 350 CC bullet, till date the RE showroom guys have not even bothered to neither deliver the vehicle nor call me and update the status.

I have been following up with the showroom in-charge from the completion of 8th Month, as I was told that the vehicle waiting period is 8 months from the date of booking.
Now its 10th Month and there is no sign of delivery of my...

i have been using classic 350 for 6 months and done 3 services. But the bike vibrates betweeb 50 and 60km/hr. The connot be ride at 60km/hr,there is the peak vibration. If it covers that particular range, then it goes smooth. The mechanics in the aleppy showroom does not give any solution. They used to say that every bike of this model has this problem. Is that true? An inter national model have this kind of complaint?...

delay of bike

and it was said that it will be delivered withen 3 and half months
but it has been more than 5 and half months and still they are saying more 2 to 3 months
each and every time we go they say it will come withen next 10 days
its been 3 months and i m still waiting for it...

Bad Service

I buyed Royal Enfield Electra in Warangal opposite kmc medical collage 2months ago , and completed my 2nd service for today. service is so bad. he only changes engine oil & wash the bike i bought this machine for 1,20,000. i don't have pleasure of the ride he only knows to change the engine oil. There are no trained mechanics. i wonder how this contract has given to such people to run this showroom. at least there must be professional...

starter motor & kick not working problem

I have purchased Classic 350 in Dec-2010.
Since starting I am facing some problem with my bike.
1.Head seal leakage problem:- For this I have contacted nearest service station. As per the service person this problem is there in this model bikes & company is providing dow-nut for solving this problem & replacing the head seal.
I have done the same after observing leakage from head seal but for this I need to do...
