    Respected Sir,

    I own a black Classic 500 now for 1 year and 4 months.
    Initially the bike riding was great and i had no problems with my motorcycle.But on 24th march 2012 i had a problem with my cylinder kit while i was riding the
    bike from Dehradoon to New Delhi (about 250kms) . Apparently the bike had overheated because engine oil was leaking and after some time it became less resulting
    in unrepairable damage to piston and cylinder.
    I orderd new cylinder kit for replacement from authorised service station in dehradoon (Ahuja Enterprises). It took a long time for it to be delivered , more than a month
    but finally it was replaced and the motorcycle was working fine .
    After not more than 10 days after replacement , the ENGINE STARTED MISSING. This problem was so grave that bike would not pick up on first gear and stop. I took the bike for checkup , its spark plugs , wiring , EFI was checked and the problem was resolved by cleaning
    the hose pipe which gets air in the engine from air filter. They said it was full of dust and that fuel was not coming through the fuel pump properly because it was getting jammed.Also the short spark plug was not working fine.
    After 2 days the missing of engine resumed and again i took it for checkup , i was told there might be a cut in some wire and they'll have to check the wiring again. Apparently they found a problem in the motorcycle's meter which shows fuel reserve and fuel supply to the engine when you turn the key on (other than the speedometer) . I was told it was short circuiting. When i took the bike for a test ride i noticed the bike would stop as you left the throttle or when you braked hard. I had to keep accelerating the bike while holding the clutch to prevent it from shutting off. They resolved the problem by adjusting the air flow screw , apparently enough air was not coming in the engine. Now i have a little idea about the bike running rich and lean, but no one was ready to listen to me as they they could not find a proper solution to the problem.i know the engine is till tuned badly.Its RPM is higher which is very irritating.
    Now its been 3 days after that and when i ride my bike i again feel slight missing as the bike tends to lose power and takes hiccups while riding on a steady throttle and even while picking up.
    Sir I am really frustrated as its been since march to august i am longing to ride my bike with a smile on my face again.The problems are arising one after the other and I do not think they have been resolved at all. Infact there have been so many problems I would not be surprised to have missed a few in this email.
    The bike gets it spark plugs really sooted and black. The engine is not tuned perfectly . TODAY I NOTICED ENGINE OIL NEAR THE SPARK PLUGS ON THE HEAD WHICH IS SERIOUS.

    Now sir you must have noticed that even after the motorcycle's cylinder kit was replaced, a full servicing done with my instructions to carry out a general checkup of the bike they have miserably failed in identifying problems ; which they find out after problem escalates and i bring the bike to them specially and then they cant deliver and resolve them.

    Now sir i am not complaining against service station but what is more vital to me is the bike problem's being resolved professionally , methodically and permanently as it was in good old times.

    Please sir advice me what course should i follow to get it repaired and restored because that is all i want. I have spent a lot on getting the bike transported from my home to service stations again and again ; and from the roads where it stops to my home back let alone the expensive parts being replaced. Even greater is the loss of time and mental peace because i really take care of that bike and it hassles me to see it not running fine.
    I hope you'll respond ASAP and resolve my problem.

    This is dipesh i am also facing same problem i[censored] have got any solution then plz let me know
    I also purchased Thunderbird twin-spark in 2012. I am also phasing so many problems. i spent more than 15000 rs in one year for its repairing and maintenance. i really feel like hell. royal en field is not worth any more. Now they does not have their old privilege.

      I kulvinder Singh have purchased royal enfield electra 3 months back. I stared crying from the very first day of the purchase. I had informed to the work shop and showroom authorities that the bike is pulling right side. After 2-3 days the oil started leaking from piston block.It was rectified by the service center .Again after 2-3 days head light started giving problem when the handle was turned to left it was getting ''OFF''. It was again rectified by the service center .After about 1 week the battery got defective and the self starter is not working and the shock absorbers are also defective and now from 2 days my bike is lying idle in my building compound because it is not starting at all.

      To start withe I had booked for a Maroon colored bike I have all thee relevant paper work however thee store faltered on theere paperwork and got me a Black colored bike after 11 monthes of waiting. When I disputed and asked for maroon color theey said I will have to wait for anotheer 6 to 7 monthes. However I overlooked theeir mistake and took thee delivery of thee Black color bike. That was not thee end to my problems.

      Issues faced so far withe thee bike:

      1) The fuel tank on thee bike was not painted well it had all finger prints all over it. theey gave me thee run around for 3 weeks and theen changed it finally.

      2) The head light fused off which i had to change by paying from my pocket

      3) The wiring on thee bike was faulty which i got to thee notice at thee service center during my 1st free service; theey charged me for having it fixed.

      4) The wiring is still faulty as thee starter does not work when thee handle is in a particular direction.

      5) The engine leak oil when showed to thee service center he claims theat is a know issue.



      I wonder how you guys treat your customer as thee after sales services is patheetic, I have visited thee consumer court and my complain number is 3344479. They have asked me to have theis issue escalated to you if no replay, you shall here from theem.

      Hi,

      Its really very sad no your part, thee kind of services you guys provide for thee product I purchased.
      I have a number of issue I wrote to you guys seeking for help, your manager asked me to go thee service center (Voyage motors) at kandivali east where I wasted my complete day all theey did is open up thee wring and made some joints & tapped it back - I have attached thee pictures of my bike kindly check attachments.
      When I spoke to thee store manger and asked for replacement he said he as his finest men working on my bike.
      And theey will fix thee issue. Its less thee a week now and my bike broke down once again in middle of no where at 3.30am and I had to leave thee bike theere. I am not tolerate any more nonsense from your company as theis is not my 1st bike & not thee performance I expect from a bike of theis caliber.
      Request you to have theis replaced I'm stopping thee payment of thee bike.
      And I am take you guys to consumer court.

      I booked this bullet on "27th December 2012" and I received delivery of bike on "4th July 2013". After waiting for this much of time and investing 1.25 lakh what I got is "Package of problematic Bullet" which never allow me to feel ROYAL. From 1st day it is still related with some n what problem.

      On first day I found issue with handle rod, next day I visit show room he asked me to visit services centre. I went to service centre your mechanic tried to adjust handle rod and asked me to use it for some day but issue was not resolve. After some day I again visit service centre and informed him about same issue that time handle rod was replaced and issue was resolved. But till this issue get resolve there was one more new issue with suspension which were not functioning well. Already two time I have compromised with adjustment but issue was not resolved. Suspensions were already adjusted at extreme limit. I had visited service centre 7-8 times but he was not having spare suspensions. After waiting for long time I got replacement of suspension in February but it works only for two to three month after that suspension are again went faulty. It is pathetic to have this kind of suspension to bullet. Even my other bike which of 50k is working very well.


      One more worst experience is 2 times clutch cable was broken while riding a bullet which is pathetic and dangerous. Can you imagine what was the scenario if bike was in speed and rider fail to control it in this condition.

      This not end of issues, the chain spoket broken, almost all gear were broken only 3-4 was remain. I got replacement for that after waiting for 1 weak. then it comes to rear break drum n liner. Drum was causing irritating noise and liners are change may time some time I have paid for that. Also all four side lights are changed which got faulty in rain.


      After this all issue I thought that now my bike will work fine but now its limit of fault I faced which screwed my mind, after riding for certain distance I stop for some reason after that bike was not starting, I tried with chock, kick but bike was not starting it was miss firing. After effort of long time I observe that the silencer was hitting n it was completely red like it is in furnace. With help of my bro I reach to service centre, I asked what is the issue, he inform me that it is due to battery failure and battery was of some local company call fiama.


      I installed a new battery from my own pocket as my bike is out of warranty. After that it work properly for one weak now again bike is ideal in my building compound and now it has some electrical issue. I called service centre but that person is not able to arrange toing people.


      There are many more small issues like rusting of parts, Chain losing, noise from engine which I have not explaining as I think these issues are enough to show that what kind of quality less manufacturing is going on under the brand name of "ROYAL ENFEILD" . It is almost 14 months are over from delivery date of bike from which if I summarise for 3 - 4 month my bike was in service centre. After observing this much of issue do you think that this bike is still royal..??? I purchase this bullet with passion but this bikes are not worth for that and also for money. This is the limit of faulty and quality production under the big brand name. IT IS PURE FROUD U GUYS ARE DOING WITH THE CUSTOMER.


      IT IS REALLY WORTH TO DRAG YOU IN CONSUMER COURT...
      Kind attention To Royal Enfield Executives,

      My Bike is with your authorized service centre for inspection with King Autoriders, Baner, Pune as this centre is the closest to my vicinity.

      As I live in pune now all correspondence shall be from pune although my efforts to get in touch with the mumbai office where the bike is purchased is still unheard or attended.

      I request you to please look into this matter very seriously.

      The episode has caused me a lot of mental trauma and has pulled my complete trust down on ROYAL ENFIELD brand.

      I am in no state of mind to drive this vehicle back after the life taking incident as the shock and fear of fire that may arise again in this vehicle which may be fatal could occur again.

      I request you to please submit me an inspection report for this vehicle and a valid reason for this fire outbreak.

      I wish to return this vehicle and await for a true genuine reason and get a replacement of the faulty vehicle.

      I am Riken Shah, I have purchased a Royal Enfield Thunder Bird 500 Stone finish on 28th March 2014. My currently kilometers run are less then 3500km and has been gone through your company outlet for periodical service at Mahim in Mumbai. P R Enterprise has handled and service my bike and we didn't have any issues or problems. We recently 4 months back shifted to Pune for Living here for business purpose.

      On Tuesday 17th February 2015, My bike was absolutely in perfect condition parked on main centre stand in my basement. I went down near my bike started my ignition and tried to kick start the bike as the same wasn't moved or started for last few days and its a regular good practice to start a bike in stand alone position after a few days for the first time with kick start. Attempting the kick start it started on the 3rd attempt. suddenly I noticed an strong odor of petrol when the bike started and it was more stronger then regular as my bike is parked in an enclose area with no ventilation.
      Bending down the bike on the left to notice if everything as correct, I saw some fuel had leaked with pressure and had been sprayed n spilled on the engine. It was just 2 seconds approx I noticed this and the fuel suddenly from some end either the electrical wire or the spark plug or some electrical connector got ignited and all this happened so quickly before i could get out of the bike and take control of the situation.
      My pant and shirt got ignited but luckily I dont have burns registered. Finally Me and My wife got the garden hose pipe which sprayed water and some bucket of water arranged from nearby and put off the fire.

      I am shocked to see this situation, My bike has not run 3500 km.
      Its in a perfect condition.I use it at time only when I have to go places where bike riding would be helpful. I am very displeased with the loss and the quality of spares used in delivering the bike. ROYAL ENFIELD has a brand name built up in the market and I chose to buy this as its my dream come true to own one Enfield once in my life. I have got a severe loss of all electrical sensors and wiring and I am disgraced by the insurance company too which has sanctioned the insurance without any inspection of this life taking accident which could have been much more serious and also could have caused death. The Insurance is Basic and the cause is much serious. The Insurance Company should notice the bike isn't yet a year old not has got any accident problem and in 11 months run less then 3500 km which means its in a very best and fresh condition for any such problem to occur. Yet with all this breakout of fire and such a heavy loss of things are just over the board and highly unexpected. I wish Insurance company get an inspection and submit me the right cause of fire and if the spares used inmy bike are all genuine and upto standards in delivering the bike as such events cannot be expected to occur again and again. As an reputed insurance company I wish you can check in depth the spares and quality of this bike and submit me a detail report justifying the event.


      You can check yourself, The bike has got ignited so fiercely that the keys in the ignition on top of the bike and the indicators near the handles have also got burnt.

      I was on the bike when all this happened. I have incurred a heavy loss of money for purchasing a product worth so expensive against all the other market products with such inferior quality of spares which cause a bike so new and fresh to ignite in a heavy fire breakout.

      I wish to know how and whats the compensation royal enfield wishes to pass me for this has occurred only and only because of inaccurate and inferior spare quality used in manufacturing and delivering goods.

      Its not only a shame but a big breath taking shocking event in my life which has changed my complete image and approach towards my decision taken a year back to purchase a vehicle of such a brand.

      The bike is in Kings Autoriders, Baner Pune outlet for insurance inspection and repairing. I believe theres and estimate of 55, 000 and above expected as cause of the damage of the fire.

      Awaiting to hear from you and sincerely expecting a genuine compensation for the heavy loss incurred.

        i am p.prathap .i have booked classic350 royal enfield on august 1-2011.receipt number 39243 , black colour ,at kayjee engineers,minister road ,secunderabad.i was given a due date for 10months that got expired on june 1-2012.it has been 2 months since the expiry of due date but the company has not bothered to deliver my vehicle.i am considering legal option to approach consumer forum if not delivered immediately.my mobile no [protected].

          I had booked royal enfield desert storm on 25/01/2012 they had promised me to deliver the vehicle within 4 to 6 months but still now they have not delivered . They don t have a common responsibility to call us know and let us know the issue so i went to the showroom to check why it was delay and the representative there did not respond to me told me to come after 2 more months . I have the bill with me. Please anybody help me.

            I have got my royal enfield after a 3 months of waiting period.
            Defects:
            1. Very poor electrical system.
            * park lamps went off in the first day itself. (replaced on first service. but again gone.)
            * sometimes on applying brake(leg side) right indicators will glow without blinking!!!
            2. An irritating sound comes from the front forks while riding through mild rough roads
            3. When a person sitting behind and going through rough roads another kind of irritating sound comes from the back side. ( I guess this is reduced after my first service)

            I have purchased a royal enfield bullet 350cc standard 5 days back. I'm observing peculiar sounds and informed the same to the showroom guys, the service guys the way they speak is very sad. They really dont know how to talk to a customer. one of the service guy said to file complaint to consumer court and nothing would happen to them. this is how the vizag showroom is. guys. beware.

              I bought Royal Enfield Classic 350 black on 18 Apr 2012 with registration no. AP 09 CK 3007. I had 1st servicing done for my vehicle in time. After that to my surprise, front disck brake has some problem which made front wheel not to move freely. Royal Enfield service center which is located at Erragadda, Hyderabad kept the vehicle for 2 days and charged me approx. Rs. 1000 and handed over the vehicle without properly resolving the problem.

              I had been to Vijayawada on my bike and the gear rod is broken. The ride was fantastic. No jerks, no accidents...but still the vehicle's gear rod is broken from inside. Vijayawada service centre Manager informed me to bring my bike service manual as to resolve the problem and he also informed that it may cost Rs. 20,000 for the repair at the max and the min. could be Rs. 1500. I am not sure what kind of service is given at Service centre at Hyderabad and also I am not sure on the quality of the fitting that happened with my bike.

              I request concerned authority to help in getting my bike repaired at Vijayawada at free of cost as the vehicle is 3 months old and not met with any accidents or rash driving.

                dear sir,
                Royal Enfield Eicher motors pvt ltd were delay in delivering the classic 350. I booked classic 350 model in the month of April 2011 at Royel Enfield brand store, Jayanagar 9TH Block, Bangalore - 560069. They told me to deliver the bike within 6-8 months. It’s now 15 months and yet to get the bike. The price of the bike has increased around 10000 within this period. I am not convinced to pay the price increased after the promised time frame. Could you please take action on that.

                  I am Pinak Vakil, a proud owner of Royal Enfield Classic 350, but not any more proud as i am facing consistent problems with my bike and the Royal Rhino Inc., the dealer in Vadodara is inefficient to resolve the problems and are not at all customer friendly.


                  I bought my bike on 31st August, 2011, since then i have some or other problem with my bike. The below mail will give my grievances against the company. Now they are asking to open my engine and do some repairs. I cant understand that as they are not even sharing the issues with my bike in writing and are sounding dubious. I demand a replacement kindly guide me on the same.

                  Below is the mail send to them on March 24, 2012.
                  I take a pride in owning a Royal Enfield Classic 350 but I regret of purchasing it from dealer like Royal Rhino INC and giving my bike for service at their workshop as no other registered alternative is available in Vadodara.

                  Model: Classic 350 Silver color

                  I have 3 free service as of now and don’t intend to have the last free service from the said service center. The people there as well as the owner do not have any intention or inclination to serve the customer and satisfy their queries. I suggest that they need to be trained to talk with the customer, as they are highly arrogant and disrespectful towards the customers.

                  Following are the reasons –

                  1. Every time I collected my bike from the workshop there was some or the other problem with my bike, engine noise, kick not getting complete and they don’t have any concrete explanation for the same.

                  2. They have very few mechanics and their supervisor has no inclination to serve customer necessity and satisfy the customers.

                  3. On 5 occasion they ask me to come back as they were out of engine oil.

                  4. They wrote my mobile number but never had courtesy to call back.

                  5. Last service, they said that the battery is supposed to be replaced and I did the entire procedure to replace the battery which was suppose to be done at their end. I agreed to do so as I was not willing to keep my bike under their custody.

                  6. In the last service they say that we don’t have sufficient stock of engine oil to serve all the bike. Hence, I ask them not to change my engine oil. I asked them about me bringing the engine oil, they agreed and promised to change the oil. But when I went today they refused to do the same as they were not willing to do it as they have other bikes to serve.

                  7. I have complain several time about the “orange peel off” condition of the speedometer but there is no revert. Even have complained about the rear handle peeled off black color but no revert.

                  8. Last but not the least the owner seems to be some kind of “hooligan” who believes that he can dominate customers without listening to their complains.



                  I kindly urge you to take necessary action and give me a positive feedback.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I had booked Bullet electra on Dec 17,2011. I waited for the delivery for almost 6 months.(Initially booked Classic on May5,2011 and changed to electra since the waiting period for Classic was 1 year ). I got my Bullet electra delivered on June 2,2012(Saturday).On the same day,it started giving problem like stopping for every 2-3km and I had to wait for 10 min and start the bike again to ride for another 2-3km . On 4 June 2012 ,I took the bike to the showroom to tell them about the problem.I explained everything about the problem but for the first 2 days they sent me back by telling that the problem is that the petrol is not there and the tank cap is not proper (like a very amature person). They have kept the bike for 3 days now and they are still figuring out what the problem is. I am very disapointed by the response they give and the fact that I waited for this kind of bike for 6 months is very much bothering me. Can I get the bike replaced(registration for current bike is done for my name) ?? Or can I get my money refunded?

Yesterday i had gone at yours ulhasnagar dealer(S R Motors,ulhasnagar) and they told me that there is more two months waiting period, then too i booked my RE 350cc at that showroom, my booking date is 15th of december 2011.still there is no proper reply to me its very seems bad to me. While when i am going to any private motors they are giving me Royal Enfield on the spot, because they are demanding 'ON Money' on that RE. So it means your company is also patchup with this small private motors dealers. First you are giving priority to that dealers rather then your consumers.

                        I have purchased Electra at 25 feb 2011 at first service i have complained that my bike is vibrating at speed of 50 there is a problem of tyre grip which is manufactured by Dunlop I have told to every one who can related to solve this problem but any body didn't take any action to solve the issue.

                          Hi,

                          I am Ashwin and i purchased Royal Enfield Thunderbird twinspark from Sri Velavan Motors Virugambakkam Chennai on April 24 2012 .My bike ran around 700 kms and 1st service date came due on 19th May 2012 .I had issues like leakage of engine oil , packing problem and i wanted a better horn hence i had left the bike for the same, however on the 6 the day after the service, my bike stopped in middle of the highway road and dint start and the ignition coil burnt , i was left all alone in the middle of the highway and later after some 5 phone calls the service people came and we had to tow the bike to the service station .The most horrifying part came to limelight only later when i actually got a confirmation call from them stating that the bike has been ready after 2 days and when i checked i found that the wiring for the horn was done wrong and the rear wheel made a pathetic sound, when i asked them to check that then only i realized that they have replaced the new parts with the old ones and the mechanic there showed the worn out parts, the entire rear kit starting from chain sproket drum, brake shoe , spindle and rubber seal bearing along with TCI unit and the ignition coil had been taken from my bike and had been replaced with an old worn out parts,later after realizing this they changed all these items under warranty.

                          When enquired the service people claimed that all these parts were manufacturing defect and they had nothing to do with this, I really doubt upon this because none of the spare parts for any bike will be worn out by running 700 kms and moreover if esteemed company like Royal enfield manufactures these kinds of parts as the service center proclaims then the image of this company is sure to go in drains.

                          Under this situation i am really hesitant to give my bike for a service there and definitely i wouldnt recommend this to any others , what sort of an action the company can take against this prevailing circumstance ?

                                dear sir i have bought classic 350 4 months ago, but now problems are coming. i think that they have given me the accidental bike.there are scratches in bike.painter has told me that this bike is painted one & it is not the original paint.i have bought it fron jammu sumit motors.he is a such a fraud.his workers are also like him.they called me for the service, before service average of the bike was 35 & after service it become 20.they once again called me for checking & again the same results.front shockers were having scrathes due to company fault.they said u jaust paint it ,we will adjust it on the service,but they didnot adjusted it.after painting, shockers were not adjusted properly,scratches were made again.now 2nd tme they painted theirselves.now again they didnot adjust properly & scratches are again there.
                                they didnot adjusted shockers properly due to this cone set of the bike is broken & the bike is in the service center for the last 5 days.i am very unsatisfied with the royal enfield service & dealers of it.my meter wire was torn, they changed it in the service by making charges of rs 85.after driving 5 kms wire again broken,next week i went back to the service center & the worker changes it again & says that previous one was the local one not the original one.now tell me what the hell it is.service center is putting the duplicate cables.very disgusting.
                                there was a noise in the back when ever there the bike is put on even small pits on the road. ihave went regularly for 7 days but they didnot do their work. i am so much fraustrated with it that i want to sell it right now & doesnot want to take again royal enfield bike again.i have bought it just 4 months ago, now just tell me what to do..

                                I have visited a RE showroom(G R MOTORS) in bokaro steel city, Jharkhand (PIN :827004) . I have been given the qoutation of the sandstorm signal model bike as 2, 42, 850 though your website displays aprox 2.18 lakh . I told them i dont need accessary and they response was like this is final amount and all the things are mandatory . This is really looting people, imagine people from this small city are not that much aware and this dealer is bluntly telling lies to make money for themselves. This is really concerning and ruinig the image of RE developed over years. Strick action must be taken for such dealers for faking and lieing on RE behalf.

                                  I have a Royal Enfield Classic 350, since child hood I was a fan of Royal Enfield and always thought that once I grow I will purchase a RE so I have it now but after using the bike I realized that I was a fool since childhood, because since the time I bought the vehicle I have faced nothing but problems since first week my bike had issues in the carburetor where in all the paint from the tank was getting accumulated in the carburetor because of which my bike never used to run smooth, then I had issues with the drum break, headlight after every 3-4 weeks that wire gets burnt, with all these issues I was still riding my bike and I rode it for 15k kms and last week I have seen one thing which actually broke my heart and all the love what I had for this [censored]ing enfield is gone. my bike is releasing smoke which is a sign of engine worn out, may be the piston rings.I didn't even change the silencer what usually people do. 15k kilometers showroom bike can you imagine engine gone wow what a quality product [censored]ing [censored]..i have checked with multiple mechanics and everyone says piston rings needs to be replaced. RE bikes are already overpriced and don't have any technology, no tachometer, no fuel gauge, no trip meter, no clock, no other attractive features at least they should have quality that's also missing. So please people if you are even thinking of buying a RE please slap yourself for thinking about dirty thing. SHAME ON YOU ROYAL ENFIELD I KNOW THIS REVIEW YOU WOULD NOT READ EVEN IF YOU READ YOU WOULD FEEL LIKE ANOTHER QUIL ADDED TO YOUR [censored]ING HAT
                                  In addition to my review, I know RE bike are not sports bikes so I have never tried racing the bike I always rode my bike on economic speeds 50-60-70 and I have serviced the bike one time never went to any local mechanics, always maintained my bike but the bad bikes engine is worn out, and they I went to one old mechanic who is a mechanic for bullet since 40 more years may be he said these new bikes he used language and said (gandu bullets), these engines doesn't have life engine life of new RE is max 25.000kms because they have made changes in the engine by altering the piston in old bikes piston used to be heavy and big these bikes have smaller and lighter piston many of the bush rings in the bike is made up of fiber plastic not metal they have done this to increase fuel efficiency and pickup etc. but the weight of the bike is still the same so why the new REs are failing is because its a combination same old and new technology engines are not rugged like the way we are now getting in other bikes.. Anyways prior to RE I had a Karizma what I rode for 7 years never had such pathetic issues with it now I am selling of this headache of mine on which I have to keep spending money a dead bike which is never ready my biggest mistake of life Royal Enfield you screwed me royally and you are screwed other royally as well and you are setting up bench marks SHAME ON YOU ROYAL ENFIELD
                                  I know writing here is not going to fetch any thing, but please buyers don't waste your or your loved ones hard earned money on this bike, I will definitely go to consumer court, as well as try to post about royal enfield on as many public forums as possible. I work in night shifts my money what I have wasted on this royal enfield classic 350 is my hard earned money. And I will spend more money and get some pamphlets printed about you royal enfield guys and distribute it to all those innocent people by putting it in daily news papers. You will pay for this.

                                    my name is rohit.....am having a royal enfield thunder bird twinspark.i bought the bike 2months before.i felt a shaking and a sound from the front fork.the dealer(prince motors,palakkad)had replaced the defective t-stem of the bike.but they have charged 460rs for ball bearings.as a customer i have paid 1.23lakh rs onroad for buying the vehicle.if there is any defective part in the bike it is the responsibility of the dealer to replace it with no cost.why should i pay 460rs for ball bearings.the company should replace the bearings too.the mechanics in the royal enfield dealers are not efficient and my clutch cable was got broken yesterday because of over tightening of the clutch cable by the royal enfield people.

                                      I Ashish Trimbakrao Pathrikar from Aurangabad (M.S) have booked a Bullet Classic 350 (Maroon) at Cherry Corporation Aurangabad Maharashtra on 14th September 2011.I am still waiting for delivery of the vehicle. I have contacted with your Dealer Cherry Corporation, Customer care, Area Sales Manager Mr.Niraj Rathor ([protected]) on mail from time to time.Nobody is even concerned to reply me. When asked Mr. Niraj Rathor on mobile he is not able give any satisfactory reply since a month and asking me to wait still more. My Question is for how many days more? I have waited enough for the delivery. Now I am frustrated with their response and feeling that Injustice is being done with me. Demand draft for the payment was also purchased from our bankers when the dealer said that they would deliver the vehicle a month ago. Then the dealer says that he is unable to deliver the Maroon Colour.The Company should not have booked the colour when they are unable to do so.I have also faxed the complaint to the company on 7/5/2012.
                                      I request you to please look into the matter and relieve us from such pains.

                                        I BOUGHT THUNDER BIRD ON 15TH MARCH. BUT SINCE THEN I AM FACING MANY PROBLEMS
