Hello Sir,

I'm Edwin Joseph.C from Chennai, Tamilnadui. I got my new classic 350 (Maroon) two and a half weeks back from Balaji Motors, Tondiarpet !
Am facing a serious problem in my bike in just two weeks. Extensive Oil leakage below the engine tank after i park the vehicle.

I have given it for service to Balaji motors again, and still am facing the same problem !!!!!

I booked Royal Enfield Classic 350 (SILVER) on 19/10/2012 in Prem Auto Enterprises, Jwalapur, Haridwar, U.K with promised date of delivery 28/10/2012. But after that they are saying within 1 or 2 days we are giving you delivery. one day it was extreme that they said be prepared with your cash & other formalities we are giving you today itself. now its dhanteras & now also i am not getting it. please help me....

I Bought a Royal enfield (electra)2011 model from rohtak outlet on may 2011.According to company its body is very strong but here in 17 months its body has damaged from downside of engine.its very costly bike. And according to me they charge a lot but according to cost material is very cheap.and now when i went on outlet they said its out of warranty. please help me and try to change damaged part of its body asap.

My name is Victor Joseph and i own a Enfiled bullet 350 CC (KA 17 E 6724). I had given my bike to service in Mehboob Garage J.C Nagar Bangalore. I had given this service in the month of July. During this service, Mehboob garage had completely worked on my engine and the gear case system. He had charged me close to 16000. In addition to this i had bought a new Boar from authorised spare parts (Fixwell motors in J.C road)...

maximum.Another matter yesterday i visit and see my bullet, i am very sad to say your dealer said we are helpless and we enquire our head office

Hi,

I have noticed that Teknik Motors(Bangalore) does not do anything as part free service. I have noticed that they just do water wash and hand over the bike. I problems described in job card will still be remaining. They are just fooling people by charging 150/- Rs for Lubricant and Consumption and Top up oil. I have not even seen single drop of oil/lubricant applied on break,chain or anywhere for that matter.

I am a genuine lover of royal enfield bikes,so i decided to purcahse one.
I booked the classic 350(black) variant from a dealership in Thrissur ; Marikar Motors Pvt Ltd.
At the time of booking,the dealership people told me that the bike would be with you in 6 months,
and when i recently called them for enquiry,they say that it will take upto 9-10 months for delivery.
so why are the RE people...

I own a black Classic 500 now for 1 year and 4 months.
Initially the bike riding was great and i had no problems with my motorcycle.But on 24th march 2012 i had a problem with my cylinder kit while i was riding the
bike from Dehradoon to New Delhi (about 250kms) . Apparently the bike had overheated because engine oil was leaking and after some time it became less resulting
in unrepairable...

I kulvinder Singh have purchased royal enfield electra 3 months back. I stared crying from the very first day of the purchase. I had informed to the work shop and showroom authorities that the bike is pulling right side. After 2-3 days the oil started leaking from piston block.It was rectified by the service center .Again after 2-3 days head light started giving problem when the handle was turned to left it was getting ''OFF''....

i am p.prathap .i have booked classic350 royal enfield on august 1-2011.receipt number 39243 , black colour ,at kayjee engineers,minister road ,secunderabad.i was given a due date for 10months that got expired on june 1-2012.it has been 2 months since the expiry of due date but the company has not bothered to deliver my vehicle.i am considering legal option to approach consumer forum if not delivered immediately.my mobile no [protected]....

I had booked royal enfield desert storm on 25/01/2012 they had promised me to deliver the vehicle within 4 to 6 months but still now they have not delivered . They don t have a common responsibility to call us know and let us know the issue so i went to the showroom to check why it was delay and the representative there did not respond to me told me to come after 2 more months . 1. Very poor electrical system.
* park lamps went off in the first day itself. (replaced on first service. but again gone.)

I bought Royal Enfield Classic 350 black on 18 Apr 2012 with registration no. AP 09 CK 3007. I had 1st servicing done for my vehicle in time. After that to my surprise, front disck brake has some problem which made front wheel not to move freely. Royal Enfield service center which is located at Erragadda, Hyderabad kept the vehicle for 2 days and charged me approx. Rs. 1000 and handed over the vehicle without properly resolving the problem....
