My name is JERALD RAJ and iam realy not satisfied about the showroom Works and the way they are treating customers...I buy my ROYAL ENFIELD CLASSIC 350 from kerala (thiruvalla)...the name of the showroom is ST.MARYS MOTORS...when we are going there the officials sitting inside there starts to tease us..any if we ask any doubt they are simply refusing and threatning us...so please kindly take necessary actions amongst them... Thank You

    Hello, I YASH KUMAR R/o Delhi purchased a new RE Electra 350(Engine no. me3u3s5codh301330) from Essar motors,Jhandewalan Extn,New Delhi on 26 Aug and after 1 day(after running it 25kms) , I noticed that the engine of the bike is too noisy , sound's like a tractor engine(khit khit khit ) which was very loud than the normal bullet sound . I was totally disappointed from the service of ROYAL ENFIELD , I thought that i had bought a Indian bull but i was wrong, your company is decreasing the goodwill value every day In the next morning , I talked to essar motors and they gave me all the possible reasons.Most of the shocking statement was given from essar, THIS BIKE IS LIKE THIS ONLY,ITS THE SOUND OF HYDRAULIC TAPPET & THIS WILL COME FROM IT . THEY OPENED THE ENGINE OF THE BIKE FOR WHICH I MADE THE VIDEO ALSO TO KEEP IT AS A PROOF . After too much argument on this matter , they forced us to come after 2 days to take the new bike , and this bike also like this ,On 30th Aug(same day of delivery) about running it about 30 kms ,their was a starting problem on road as i was heading for my job, after having this problem in another new bike i felt mentally torture from your bike and dealer >NO self start >battery totally dead >contacted area manager(pradeep sharma-[protected] at 10A.m next day I.e saturday) >got the statement that (It will get ok in just 2 hrs and provide me contact details of nitin thakur-[protected] ) >At 12:31 , talked to nitin thakur And he told that it sort out as soon as possible . >At 13:47 , he told me that around 16:00 , he 'll come and diagnose the bike >At 14:53 , contacted Pradeep , it will bw solvead asap >At 15:02 , nitin called me & assured me that the problem will be shortly solved out. >At 18:21 , i called Nitin and he told me he wont be able to come today at the given time and will come next day in the morning at 10:00 ,Now its 10:52 but no call is received till now >Till now, Bike is parked near mall Parking compound AND that night i spent with the bike only At this time , I am so much mentally stressed as i have invested about 1.45lakhs in buying this Bike after spending so much amount , their is no satisfaction at all in service and quality , no one is bothered about my newly purchased . According to me , ROYAL ENFIELD does not bothered the bike after delivering it I was standing on road with bike after spending whole night on road i left the bike over there only , now i m fed up with this bike , Mr. Ajit singh did right talk but all the mechanic tried to misguide me by providing all the hindered of excuses. After having problem in both the new bike consequently , I don't want to take your bike because I am a serviceman at Mc Donalds India and now I m taking it as a mentally torture from the company , your mechanics , engineers all are like this only . At this time , I am so much mentally stressed as i have invested about 1.45lakhs in buying this Bike after spending so much amount , their is no satisfaction at all in service and quality , no one is bothered about my newly purchased . According to me , ROYAL ENFIELD does not bothered the bike after delivering it After having so much problem from the date of purchase , It seems like that i wont be suggesting this bike to any other person neither in my circle nor in my relatives and colleagues The service is totally disappointed and dis mannered. Their are lot more competitors in the market who delivers the very good quality bike and service and i m heading forwarded to purchase them. I HAVE ATTACHED THE SCREENSHOTS OF THE VIDEO PLEASE CHECK THEM and please return my whole amount invested in purchasing a bike.       Hello Sir!

      Respected Sir,

      I am Jitender Singh Gaite S/O Shri Rajender Singh Gaite, R/O Friends Colony, Bhiwani, Haryana- 127021. I am working at CIRG, Makkhdoom, PO Farah, Mathura- 281122 UP.

      Sir, I have booked a Royal Enfield Bike Classic 350 Black Clour in April 2013 with your dealer M/s. Manzil Motors, IDC, Sector - 16, Gurgaon, Haryana.

      The Bike was delivered to me on 26th May 2013. I was very happy to have my DREAM BIKe in my possession. But after leaving for my Home Town Bhiwani that is 130 km away there I suddenly wake up with a noise from the engine of the bike. The noise became louder with the distance I covered. When I reached my Home the noise was considerably loud. But when I started the bike after a rest of around two hours ther was no noise as loud as that. But as and when I rode the bike for than 10-15 km at a stretch the same noise happened to occur.I reported to Manzil motors Supervisor Mr. Satyendr about the noise. He replied that its not an issue to worry about. When I got the bike serviced on 3rd july 2013 from manzil Motors I reported about the noise, problem in gear shifting, some problem related to back light with other problems.
      I have reported the problems to Mr. Satendra Ji.. He said the noise from the engine is not an issue to worry about. He told me that the problem of noise could only be resolved if the bike is left for two three nights at the Manzil Motors. However other problems were resolved. After getting my bike serviced from manzil motors I started for my home. The bike resumed its pre service conditions. The problem of gear shifting and noise from engine surfaced again within 25-30 km run. This was in opposition to the assurance of Mr. Satendra Ji who told me that noise problem was resolved. I continued with the noiseyyyy bike for a few days however the problem of gear shifting was intensified further. Now the gear shifting was too making a noise and more often than not the gear remained engaged specially shifting the gear from 5 to 4, from 4 to 3 and 3 to2. Getting the bike in NUTr0.AL was like winning a war.

      A few days later when I tried to start the bike it didn’t respond to shelf start. I tried to kick start the bike for the first time. I was surprised to see that the Kick was free. The gear were too free. I reported the case to Mr. Satendra Ji again. He said get the bike to Manzil Motors. I hired a tempo. I loaded my bran new bike in that and took it to Manzil Motors on my own expenses. The public gaze in the way were accusing me of being the owner of such a BRAND NEW BIKE. I have narrated the whole event before Mr. Satendra Ji (kindly see the attached job card of complain). He replied nothing to worry about. The bike was more than ten days. I come on Sunday to took my bike after it was reportedly repaired/okeyed by the Manzil Motors. I was told that CLUCH PLATES had to be changed. I was charged for that too.(kindly see the bill enclosed).

      More than this I found the TOOL BOX was missing from the BIKE. I asked Mr. Satendra Ji for TOOL BOX. He replied that ours is the best showroom in India. Even an alPIN can not go missing from customer’s bike. But I was confident that my tool kit was in the bike at the time I left the bike at Manzil Motors to resolve my complain. I insisted to produce the job card bearing my signature. After an hour of repeated requests the job card was produced which was showing that the tool kit was in the bike when it was left with Manzil Motors. Then Mr. Satendra Ji tried to give me useless tool kit but I refused. I asked him to give my own tool kit. But he took out a tool kit form a new bike and handed over me .

      After paying the bill I started my bike for Mathura. As soon as I covered 1 km distance I noticed that the so called new CLUCH Plate wasn’t properly fit. I went back to Manzil Motors and asked Mr. Satendra Ji about his stupid joke. He replied that the bike wasn’t taken for a test drive after new cluch plate was fitted. So leave the bike for two more days. I said no, the bike was with you for more than ten days and the job card clearly shows that I have reported the problem of cluch plate along with the noise (entered as CALM NOISE in the Job card of my complain. Kindly see the job card attached.). I would not leave the bike anymore. You repair it right now. He repaired the bike in hurry. I thanked him and left for Mathura.

      But problem of noise surfaced after a run of 20-25 km run. I called Mr. Satendra ji. He said its not an issue and I could drive the bike. When I crossed PALWAL the noise became unbearable. I called Mr. Satendra again. He heard the noise and said that I should return to Manzil if I wanna get the bike repair. I asked him what the hell are you talking about? The bike was him for a long time and problem was duly reported to him at the time of complain why he did not resolve the problem? Then I took a break for about half an hour. When I started the bike the noise was lesser. I drove the bike at a speed of 25-30 kmh the noise was sustained but lesser. When I reached Mathura the noise was much louder. As I entered my working place at Makhdoom the bike was roaring like a tractor or a tempo. The next morning when I tried to start the bike it did not start. I was disappointed with its response. I called Mr. Satendra Ji and told him the incident. He asked me to take the bike to the nearest agency of Royal Enfield at Mathura. I replied that I was fed up with loading the bike in tempo. He then gave mobile number of a Mr. Piyush Ji. He didn’t attend my call many times. I called Mr. Satendra Ji again and informed that I would be forced to knock the doors of COSUMER FORM. After some time Mr. Piyush contacted me. He gave me number of Mathura agency ( a Mr. Manish ji). I called him and reported the problem. He in turn asked me to talk to their mechanic Mr. Chaudhary Khan. Mr. Khan sahb asked me clean the plug and check fuses. When I cleaned the plug and kicked the bike something came out with a kick form the plug hole of the bike. Boys standing around me told that it was LOCK of the HEAD. I contacted Mr. Piyush and said the bike was not getting started . I requested him to send mechanics form Mathura agency. I gave me my address and he promised me to send mechanics in two hours. I kept waiting for many hours. I called Mr. Piyush around 5:30 pm and asked him how long he would take to count two hours? Then he sent two mechanics at my station. I have shown the partical that come out of the plug hole while I was cleaning the plug on their direction. Mr. Khan started the bike within a minute. I was happy. But he said that the bike had to be taken to Mathura for replacing the LOCK of the Head. He talked to Mr. Piyush. Mr. Piyush asked me to drop the bike at Mathura. I asked him who would bear the charges of transport? He replied they (Mathura agency) would pay on his behalf. I took the bike at Mathura on the next day. Mr Khan and his staff were very much helpful and co-operative. I got my bike repaired with a lesser noise by the afternoon. And Mr. Piyush assured me that there would be no noise in my bike after replacing a Head which was not available at that time at Mathura agency.(Bill paid at Mathura is also enclosed)

      Keeping in view the above disgusting incident you are kindly requested to take necessary action to get me a new bike. I don’t want to go ahead with a rejected piece of bike Classic 350 delivered to me by your authorized agent Manzil Motors, Gurgaon. I suspect that Manzil Motors might have replaced many genuine parts of my bike when the bike was with them for resolution of my complain. When they can try to misplace my TOOL KIT which is a OPEN thing even a layman and blind man can find out that tool kit is missing. Who guarantees about the inner, less known genuine parts of bike.

      This bike has defamed my public image. I hope you are sensitive enough to measure the feeling of loading of new bike in a tempo? More than this it roared like a tractor itself. I am sure that the bike delivered to me was a rejected piece and I was fooled by the Manzil Motors. Can it be the case that ROYAL ENFIELD produces such pieces of bike? I don’t think it does.

      I request you to look at the incident with a sensitive view. Kindly don’t punish me for being a CUSTOMER of Royal Enfield. I hope you will get my bike replaced at the earliest. I am sure you will not force me to knock the doors of CONSUMER COURT/FORM.

      An urgent and prompt action is solicited.

      In case you are not the COMPETENT AUTHORITY to replace the rejected bike delivered to me , kindly send me the address of the COMPETENT AUTHORITY along with phone and mobile number.
      Requesting you to not to force me to knock the DOORS of CONSUMER FORM.

        Dear Sir,

        I have classic 350 Royal Enfield Motorcycle having Reg.No. MH12HE2016 and clocked 19252 km till date. I have bought this motor cycle on 28/6/2011 from Dhone Automobiles Pune Maharashtra Dealer.

        I have been carrying out all the periodic maintenance services on time without skipping single service as per manufacture recommendation at Dhone Automobiles service workshop.

        Within 25 months and 19000 km I have spent Rs 22500.00 (Twenty two thousand five hundred only) on this motorcycle against periodic and brake down maintenance due to poor quality of product.This maintenance cost is very high than normal four wheeler (family car) maintenence.

        In month of may 2013 just on 18000 km dealer has replaced engine bearing set against problem, abnormal noise from engine side which cost me Rs 75200.00. Then after a driving just 1000 km on 25 July 2013 dealer has replaced entire clutch housing assembly ,clutch cable,including clutch lever against clutch malfunctioning problem which cost me rs 4300.00.
        The reason for raising this concern in month of may 2013 when I have escalated my matter to customer service Royal Enfield., my concern was resolved only then after.

        Now after spending Rs 4000.00 again on clutch issue still clutch is malfunctioning.I have shown my motorcycle twice to dealer for same problem but dealer could not fixed the problem.So again I escalated the issue to customer service Royal Enfield and Territory Service Manager on 10 th August 2013. Now today is 4th day nobody is bother to reply me even acknowledged my concern and I am waiting for reply.
        My problem should be resolved because it annoying for me.

            fuel tank paint chipping off

            I purchased desert storm on 27 april from Asco motors.till first service everything was fine but during second service one of the mechanic could not help falling and as a result fuel tank damaged.i reported this incident on very same moment. Later they agreed on to replace it. I was asked to wait so I did. After ten days I spoke to asco motors but they again told me to wait for 12 day but it didnt happen either.after 27 day I got my fuel...

            This is to bring to your kind attention that I am pursuing my B-Tech Degree from AMITY University, Lucknow. To commute from home to the university in order to pursue my studies, I purchased one above mentioned motor cycle incurring Rs. 1,16,326.00 as advance cost paid to Royal Enfield Showroom, UGF-109, Crossroad Plaza, Badshah Nagar, Crossing Lucknow-226006 on 11 November, 2011. The detail of the M-Cycle is as under:-
            1. Make Thunderbird Twin Spark
            2. Chassis No. ME3U3S5C0BL 100491
            3. Engine No. U3S5C0BL 100491
            4. Registration No. UP 32 DZ 8432 Dt. 15-12-11
            5. Mileage Covered About 8000 Km only

            I am pained to inform you that only after two-three month from the date of purchase different types of defect started arising, few of them are being enumerated as under :-
            1. Breaking of chain on number of occasions.
            2. Extreme noise from exhaust pipe.
            3. Brake being non-functional.
            4. Un-usual sound from engine.
            5. High consumption of fuel and lubricant.
            6. Failure of speedometer and oil meter and side lights – etc – etc.
            On insistence of Manager of above mentioned showroom the repairs were done on my payment by Amaf Bullet Center, Authorized Service Point Royal Enfield, A.D.S.-B-25, Napier Road II, Near Unity College, Opp. Jama Masjid, Thakurganj, Chowk, Lucknow-226003 and the payment for it were made by me, the details of which are as follows.

            The above over hauling of the engine and important repairs done within 8000 Km.of total distance traversed by the motor cycle certainly leads to the conclusion that there is a certain manufacturing defect in the motor cycle. Now the same unusual noise in the engine has emerged leading to non-functioning of the motor cycle.
            Please replace the said motor cycle with new piece of the same make motor cycle within a month so that my studies are not much hampered and my mental and financial agony are removed. If it is not done it may lead to taking legal recourse under Consumer Protection Act.

              hi I am an army officer I had purchased a royal enfield electra from jay pee motors Allahabad ,which I had booked in October and got it in march 2 months later than said date of delivery in jan. the problems in bike are
              1 the fuel tank is rusted from inside and the rust keeps entering the fuel pepe and blocks it, I had suffered a lot because of this. had to pay mechanic always to get it cleaned.
              2 the separator for main and reserve fuel in tank was broken and the fuel use to get over in main because of this I had to drag my bike to fuel pumps many times. this problem was checked and repaired by mr Uday of ostwal motors Nasik road.
              3 there is problem in discbrake plate of bike and whenever brake is applied the tyre starts wobbling.
              4 there is excess vibration in the bike and in night two wheelers coming from behind appears as four wheelers.
              5 I want to know what did the company had ensured about the quality before delivering the bike.
              I want the company to pay me the compentation for the problems and mental torture caused by bike and the expenditure I had to made on it for calling the mechanic to my place.
              6 as I was on a course I didn't got time to file a complaint.
              7 If company will not take action in this case I will take a legal help for justice.

                This is to bring to your attention that we have received only one horn with the motor bike instead of two.
                This we came to know only when a friend informed us that two horns are provided with this model.

                The dealer’s behavior is even very bad. He has not provided any information regarding what all additional elements come with the Motor Vehicle.
                On enquiring he responded in an unacceptable manner.

                Would request you to provide me with the details of what all additional elements come along with the Motor Vehicle & also provide us with the ones that we haven’t received.

                  I have purchased a Royal Enfield Classic 350 . The time i took my first rdie it is creating some noise and i have been to Service centre to get it rectified. Now they ain't doing anything about it.

                  This is regarding the same problem. Am sorry to say but am feeling hell lot of disappointed with RE.

                  According to Mr. Majumdar whom you asked me to contact , he was totally ignoring my concern saying it’s the noise of engine and it is common.

                  After 10-12 discussion he asked a person to check . He again said the same thing but when I explained him he opened the full thing and put some discs so that crank movement lessens.

                  I have been to workshop for 2 times :


                  1) They replaced a crank which has pin for de-compressor I think , saying it was making noise ( why they replaced , if they feel it was normal , yes it was not normal and they know)
                  2) they placed discs outside 2 cranks to reduce the movement of these cranks , saying it was making noise (again why they did this , if they feel it was normal , yes it was not normal and they know)


                  Do they know the problem or just "hit and try ".

                  I have few questions :

                  1) After a person purchases a bike ( which is having a fault ) , is it fine to treat that person like this.
                  2) Is the person free enough to come to workshop again and again for same fault.
                  3) Faults that I have mentioned while giving for first service are still there , does this mean even if we describe a fault it will only be taken care if the mechanic wants to?
                  4) Why I was not asked to fill feedback form after service .

                  Now , I would request either please discuss with your mechanics and if they know about the solution for the problem , (if they don’t , replace the full thing making that noise)


                  It was very unpleasant to see the way I was treated coz I had a problem in my bike and I was going there again and again and believe me nobody is that free especially when you work for 12-14 hrs and want a nice ride back home and you don't get it after spending more than a lakh and a quarter of rupees ....

                  Very bad first experience with "Royal Enfield" . Workshop not having a separate place for customers to sit , Even if they say its separate :

                  All mechanics and other workers will come there open their stinking shoes and sleep there leaving not even a single place for customers to sit.

                  I placed my bag and helmet over a steel chair and went out to attend a call , My stuff was placed somewhere else and all seats were occupied leaving me to stay outside in 45 degrees for full 45 mins ( the time staff was having their lunch and sleep).

                  Worst Service Center facilities I have seen in my life. Have been to Honda , Bajaj , Hero service centers for servicing of my previous bikes , but sorry to say , this is the worst of them all in term of customer satisfaction.




                  Please , I want a permanent solution / replacement of assembly / replacement of Bike

                  Hopefully it will get resolved this time .

                  I purchased a Royal Enfield Classic 350 2 days back. From the first run only it is making sound like some metal is lose or something in engine.

                  According to the Showroom dealer and mechanic , it is the sound of de-compressor and it’s a common noise.


                  I don’t know anything but this is really irritating and am feeling cheated of handing me a ride which was not properly tested.

                    I had cancelled the booking of thunder-bird 350 cc on Dec 3rd 2012. And was told that the refund amount would be paid to me by Dec 2012 month end.Now, its almost been 6 months and I am yet to recieve my refund. I have been there, even called them more than 50 times. From 1 week, The manager(Satish) is not even receiving my calls.

                    Request you to please do the needful.

                      With sad and demise mood i would like to inform you that my bike number (PB 13 W 6367) in the name of jaswant singh met with an incident .My bike is fully insured with the united india insurancecompany sangrur.I after it i go to your service station named verma automobiles sangrur to provide the estimate and repair the bike.they submit the bill of rs.4400 to the insurance company and demand rs.6000 from me.even humble request we ask the prop.please give me bill of the repair of rs.6000 but they flately refused that even we will not repair your bike and not give the bill as the demand.unfortunately they inform me on phone that your bike is out of showroom otherwise we are not responsible.in the last i met to office of the insurance company .they also personally met but he flately abused mr.jaswant singh where as his friend mr.ramesh dhir along with him.please cancel the dealership or subdealership otherwise we will knock the door of consumer firm as well as in the court.

                        I have purchased a royal Enfield TBTS FLICKER model, engine number: U3S5C0DA211440,
                        frame number: ME3U3S5CODA211440, on 27/12/2012.
                        Whose clutch plates are damaged within 3 months of the date of purchase.
                        Yesterday I have changed the clutch plates and the box and the service station has still not given the bill for that.
                        The battery of the bike is also not working properly.
                        I want some compensation for the trouble I had.
                        I want a proper investigation of all the parts of the bike at the company level.
                        If my matter will not be solved within a week then I have to take the ariel route of consumer forum.

                          Hi,
                          I booked the ROYAL ENFIELD CLASSIC 350 on november10th 2012 from the Enfield Oulet Showroom in the near the M.G. Road, Kochi. I gave Rs.5000 in advance and the booking letter it specified that it will be deliverd within 8months. And they were promising me that , it wont take that much time to deliver that, the bike will delivered in 6 months for sure because a new plant is going to open in Chennai. Now its been more than 8 months and waiting.

                          Meanwhile that new plant at Chennai opened and started production nearly 2 months ago. But still, the showroom people are not agreeing to this and not giving me the bike in excpected time. Its been 8 months. Atleast they show some respect to those customers who have already given them the money and booked the bike there. Their attitiude towards the customers are too poor and treat as if we are now their slaves. They are always telling that the bike is not ready and all. It is not acceptable.

                          Please take neccessry actions against that. I went to this complaint forum because, i'm fed to the maximum and very disappointed in their service.

                          Royal Enfield Classic 350 — delay in bike possesion

                          I have booked the bike on 26 dec 2009.
                          it is 16 April i still have not got possesion. The dealer had previously stated i will get possesion by feb. then he said may.. now he is saying i will get it by june end. that will be 7 months. and not sure abt it too..
                          i wish i could sue them in court.

                            I am a Royal Enfield customer ,I am using a bullet classic 350 having REGISTRATION number ' MH 12 JT 229'
                            I have done servicing (3rd free) of my bike at
                            DHONE AUTOMOBILES ,910 ,Hotel Nandanvan ,Market Yard Road ,Pune-37
                            on 21�52013 and i am not satisfied with the servicing . These are the problems that i face
                            1) Gear shifting is hard
                            2) Loud noise is created during gear changing
                            3) Engine knocking sound
                            And these problems started after the 1st free servicing . These problems were informed to the service center immediately after the 1st service and it was assured to me that these problems would be solved after the second servicing . But i am still facing these problems .

                            Hope this problem will be sorted by you at earliest

                                I have booked my bike the new thunderbird 350 on oct 15 2012 at Re showroom in Bangalore called CVS motors with a token advance of RS.5000 my bike still not delivered its been 7 months and there is still not confirmation on when the bike will be delivered even after booking my bike in the first day of the launch, all my efforts to follow up with the dealer has miserably failed require your help as an evidence i have a bill which clearly mentions the the delivery on the bike will happen within 4 to 6 months
                                Dear sir I had booked a bike from royal enfield on 26.05.2012 and bike had to be delivered in 4 to 6 months but till date no proper response from the branch where i booked. and they keep on postponing the date, but the thing is price of the bike is increasing (when i booked it was 131823.00 now the price is 148015.00) if he had delivered the bike with in waiting period it would cost around 136000.00 now i need to pay more because of their delaying and one more thing is people who booked later than me in different branch/showroom are got the bike. if the delaying is continued more again prices will go up so please help in this regards. And i have some hard copy documents, if required and can be uploded means ill provide.

                                  I booked a bullet electra 350cc from Royal Enfield Brand Store , Jaya Nagar 9th Block , Bangalore 8 months back. I was promised tht I will get my bike delivered within 5 months...checked my delivery status more than 20 times still the same response "by this month end"..I got frustrated with thier poor customer service and not deliverijg the vechile on the promised date I cancelld he vechile...now its been more than 20 days I havent got my refund yet...I have my cancellation receipt with a written statement by the store manage4 stating "will receive the refund prior to 7th April" but I havent receive anything yet...no response from the store as well...

                                    I had bought Thunderbird Twin spark in the year 2009. Since then I have been having lots of issues with the bike . At first I thought that it could be minor issues and assumed that it is very common with these bikes. Recently when I was riding the bike , there was some sort of grinding noise from the engine . So I panicked and thought that the engine oil was less and then immediately took the bike to the service center. I went to the service center which was close to my house (Sri Manjunatha Bullet Garage, Bengaluru). That was one the worst experience which I had with the service center. No one there was cooperative and nobody explained the problem to me clearly. All they told me is that there is a problem with the engine and they told me that I have to replace number of things and gave me quote of Rs.26000 which nearly gave me a heart attack.

                                    First thing is that the bike is completely unreliable and basically the parts used in the bike is low quality . First of all I don’t think I should be facing these issues because I maintain this bike really well. Engine problem within 3 years is really unacceptable and I have had other bikes too which I have used more than 5 years without any problem. No one seems to care in the service center and I feel that every time I give the bike for service , I’m being conned. I bought this bike for about 1lakh and I have incurred almost 60,000 now .

                                    I am very dissatisfied customer and very unhappy with your company . My perception towards Royal Enfield is completely changed and I would never recommend anyone to buy your product. I feel your company should be responsible and fix my bike and make me a happy customer.
