MY BIKE HAS A PROBLEM OF OIL LEAKAGE FROM THE TIME OF PURCHASE. I HAD MADE COMPLAINTS TO THEM FROM THE VERY BEGINNING BUT THE DEALER HAS DONE NOTHING.
THE DEALER HAS TAKEN THE SNAPS OF MY BIKE'S ENGINE AND CONSOLING ME FROM THE LAST 1 AND HALF YEAR THAT HE HAS SENT THE PHOTOGRAPHS TO THE COMPANY FOR THE WHOLE ENGINE REPLACEMENT. STILL THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING. I AM FED UP OF MY BIKE AND MY 1.6 LACS HAS WENT IN VEIN.

I purchased this bike on June'08 and since day one I've been facing one or other problem with this bike. But there is equally inefficient service staff who turn deaf to customer complaint when I approached them for a solution.

Fed up with this attitude of the company I have decided to file a complaint in District Consumer Forum as a last resort....

I had recently bought a royal enfield classic 500 from Aman auto who is one of the dealers for royal enfield in Gurgaon.At the time of purchase I was promised that pick and drop for service,breakdown would be provided along with the free service and stuff like that.It seemed to be hunky-dory at that time.

But now when my bike was due for first service they have no answers pick and drops for the past 3 weeks except they have...

WHEN ROYAL ENFIELD HAVE MANUFACTURED THEIR PRODUCT AND DESIGNED THEIR BATTERY (12V-14AH), THEY MUST ALSO MAKE SURE THAT THE BATTERY FOR THEIR PRODUCT IS READILY AVAILABLE. THEY MUST SUPPLY THE 12V-14AH BATTERY IF A CUSTOMER ASKS FOR IT.

NOW A DAYS THERE IS A FASHION/TREND... THE BIKE IS MANUFACTURED TODAY AND DISCONTINUED FROM TOMORROW. WHERE WILL THIS LAND THE CONSUMER????

From the day one the Engine noise was Different.local dealers told me that the noise was because of self motor ,nothing wrong in the engine.
but when i got the service from hosur dealer ,the report was different.the piston has damaged,and it has to be replaced.

i have purchased a Bullet Electra from Unique Motors aka Rahul Motors from Akurli road, Kandivali east. The dealer charged me a black sum of 6000 rs over the board price that is 98,0600. The dealer gave me the delivery on 31st January, 2010 and had promised me a helmet and front guards.

however he had promised me the number and RTO papers with in 7 working days from the date of delivery. It has been 16 days...

Upon reading the information available on the internet on the Royal Enfield official website I booked a Royal Enfield Classic 500 CC bike by paying a cash advance of Rs 20000/-.
The website promised a waiting period of 45 days.
When booking the bike I was told by the dealer that the waiting period could be extended upto 2 months.
