Hello, Iam Ranghon Teron from Karbi Anglong, Assam.I recently got a Classic 350, Reborn from Royal Enfield, Lanka.
I've just done my first free servicing from Royal Enfield, Lanka itself and now there's weird sound coming from the engine which was not there before the first service.Its a new bike and Iam not at all happy about the services that Royal Enfield, Lanka has provided.
Now, what do I do??
Please send a professional at my address to solve this problem because I cant spend my petrol just to go there and fix the problems which they have created.
I experienced a very poor service.
Please look into this matter seriously.

    I am writing this email to bring to your attention the low mileage of my Royal Enfield bike. I purchased the bike 6 months ago and have already done two services, but I am disappointed to note that the mileage is still very low.

    I am a loyal customer of Royal Enfield, and I have always admired the brand for its quality and durability. However, the low mileage of my bike has been causing me a lot of inconvenience, as I need to frequently refuel my bike, which is not only time-consuming but also expensive.

    I have taken good care of my bike and have followed all the recommended maintenance procedures. Despite that, I am getting a mileage of only 21 which is far less than what was promised by the company.

    I request you to look into this matter urgently and resolve the issue at the earliest. I hope that you will take the necessary steps to rectify the problem and restore my faith in the brand.

      Despite informing the deficiency of services and unfair trade practices by the service team, you people are not even giving any attention to a customer who is spend his hard earned money for the product, and had to run from pillar to post for the promised service.
      This is a gentle reminder to solve the issues faced by me because of your deficiency in service within7 days of receipt of this notice failing which i will be approaching the legal authorities for proceeding civil andcriminal actions, compensation, costs against you.

        Ref to the above subject I had booked my RE 650 super meteor on 6/2/23 and I was promised by showroom people that will get the delivery between 60 days but suprisinly after 60 days they didn't had further answers on delivery as pre the RE app my promise delivery date then showed as 4/5/23 but after I call RE call centre they said there is a slight more delay and will revert soon, so today I called again and I got a shock of my life that RE is saying I will get the bike in July, imagine today I m on 100 days after booking and after the promise date given on the RE app they are saying another 60 days delay that mean i have to wait for 6 month to get one bike .
        they are clearly miss guiding the customer when they take the bookings and this is fraud .
        I want justice and my bike

            I purchased Royal Enfield es350 in 2020 feb.. At the time of delivery the sales person told me that an extra amount of around 4000 will adds the warranty extended to 5 years. And when I went for the service at one the RE authorized service center - phoenix Marthandam they refused to do. And now informing the silky reasons that it won't comes under warranty etc. My silencer and was totally rusted now. Its very much disappointed and its like cheating the customers.

              My bike's 3rd service was done on 29th april 2023 at aditya Motors samastipur bihar. Bike was not serviced properly bt they are telling everything is fine. After service bike is producing so many unwanted sound. Sound from front suspension, engine, rear sideand one other sound from front of the bike. They are not taking it seriously that's why i am writing this complaint

                I have booked Interceptor 650 Downtown Drag on 17th Feb From Kovilpatti branch, Tamil nadu. Till now they didn’t deliver it.
                And now they are saying it is out of stock. Asking me to look for some other model. It took almost 3 months and now I am not getting the bike from the dealer.

                Is there any where to get the vehicle ?.

                  Today there is no accident nothing, the engine gaurd broken due to small force. This is very disappointing from ROYAL ENFIELD. This is related to safety how is it broken so easily. This is the concern point I want to repair it completely free and look into this matter.

                    I claimed insurance which is B2B insurance for my Royal Enfield interceptor 650 on 1/2/2023 as there has been a dent on one of my silencer and wanted to change it . I have specifically mentioned not to do any extra works as i had previous bad experience with the showroom service .Its been 3 months and i have got different bills with only the first one with credibility . I have been to the showroom with the first said amount β‚Ή7, 344 after informing them and had to return as they said the icici insurance company person or team who grants the insurance is on leave .Second amount was slightly more than the first which i was ready to pay . Third bill without any credibility with only the amount written on it send through watsapp without mentioning the labour works done or the rate of the original silencer and insurance amount credited . Asking about the details the showroom service manager was disrespectful and has some fraudster activities going on with the insurance company team. my motorcycle has not been used for past 3 months which can damage its battery. As a consumer using Royal Enfield services for past 5 yearsI request for proper enquiry for the delay and the change in amount from rupees 1500 to β‚Ή7, 344 to β‚Ή8690 which now is β‚Ή14, 754 after being completely rude and disrespectful.

                      I brought my gt 650 in April 2022 within after 1st service my bike started give engine fault and black smoke from one silencer. I approached to palladium service center which is in mira road mumbai. They were like we need to check and they have to call technician two times the bike was kept for more then a month Dan later they replaced some parts Dan they charged me for th oil again and oil filter within 7 months I changed three times oil's and oil filter and they charged me for that, now again m facing the same issue and they don't have any resolution and they are like let's wait for tech ppl to come. Why is it happening to my brand new bike

                        The royal enfield show room in chittoor andhra pradesh. The people working there in the show room was very irresponsible and not so good in satisfying the customers requirements.
                        paid almost all money with cash and finance and still they are keeping me waiting to give my bike and asking to pay extra money for keeping the bike in showroom and also not added my advance payment in to total payment.
                        Keeping in hands not handovering my bike to me saying that they dont have time to deliver it . Trying to grab the extra money

                              I am writing to bring to your attention a long issue i have experienced with Manzil Motors ( One of Royal Enfield showroom) located at No 9 A, IDC, Mehrauli Rd, Sector 16, Gurugram, Haryana 122001.

                              On 13.10.22, i purchased Bullet 350 standard from Manzil Motor, since the date of purchase, i have been experiencing 2 major issue with the bike, which i believe were present at the time of purchase. The problems include- missing while running and faulty handle bar, twice the handle bar is changed once paid (bill paid by myself) and 2nd replacement of paid handle despite of many attempts to resolve these issue with the dealer, they have been not very keen to solve the same. Checked with Local markets mechanics as per them the alignment ( chimta) is blend towards right side. From 13.10.22 to the date i approached more than 6-7 time but the results is ZERO.

                              As a customer, i feel cheated and disappointed with the dealer's lack of concern towards their customers. I believe that they have sold me a faulty Product and have not taken any steps to rectify the situation. Therefore they should reimburse the total amount or handover the new bike.

                              I am writing to request your assistance in resolving this issue. I would appreciate if the authority could look into this matter and take appropriate action against dealer for selling the faulty bike and Manufacturer for selling faulty product to dealer's

                                  I had a flat tyre on my Royal Enfield bike and called RSA immediately for assistance and the advisor mentioned since mostly all puncture shops would be closed all we will send towing car to pick you bike and deliver it to the nearest authorised centre which was in Kandivali however no I was provided with the below mentioned details.

                                  ( Kajal motors did not call me and when I called after 30min no answer I again called customer service in RSA another agent did the same thing with no resolution overall process 1 hour 30min no resolution.

                                  I paid services for RSA and what help did I get by Royal Enfield? Testing my patience and waiting on the road till 12:30am like a fool.

                                  Pathetic services I can only imagine what help I would get if I was out of the city.

                                    Bike gets heat within 8 to 12 km. After get heated engine RPM drops suddenly and cuts off. When restarting the engine it not starts like before, it needs a throttle to start . And engine heats a lot, speedometer not works after heating.
                                    And the rubber parts near bent pipe and exhaust starts melting .
                                    PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM πŸ™

                                      Gj6Nh7334 Vishal birbahadur shreshth. I did my 4th service on 28march 2023 after servicing only after 3 days my bullet not starting because of battery problem. It's been more than 4days still also your mechanics could not solve the problem.and I can't go to work withouth bike..please change.my battery under waranty. I am very disappointed by your services sir. Please solve the problem as soon as possible

                                        I had booked Continental GT 650 on 11th-Dec-2022 (Booking ID: BKG100148FG01136) in RE Brand showroom at Perungudi, OMR, I was assured a delivery by end of Jan-2023. But, when I reached out to the showroom they mentioned it's getting delayed and will be delivered by end of March-2023. But, I got a call from the showroom nearing the delivery date to be exact on 16th March 2023 stating that my booking had become void due to the new launch of the Continental GT 650 and I was asked to re-book incase I still had the idea of getting the bike. So, I proceeded ahead to book the latest model, this time they convinced me to book using MIY option so that I will get the latest model as soon as 28th-March-2023 (Booking ID: BKG100148FG01624) and not through normal booking which costed me a booking charge of INR. 20, 000 apart from the INR. 10, 000 I had already paid for my first booking in December which they assured will be adjusted during the invoicing of the latest bike. So, coming to the actual issue here, I was supposed to get the latest Continental GT 650 delivered on 28th-March-2023, which is long past from today and I've not received any update from RE whether there is some issue or what is causing the delay. This is the second time I'm facing the same issue where the bike doesn't get delivered on time and when reached out they just say sorry. How long should I wait for the support from the RE side? I've been waiting for almost 5 months now given that I had booked the bike in December to start with. No response from the showroom on the status, No response from the sales executive when being asked regarding the status. How is the consumer expected to be normal about this? With the worst customer support and sales executives at work in RE, I see the company go to drain in no time if these things persists in the coming future. I request this complaint be taken serious and necessary action is taken to deliver the bike.
