I have visited the Basant Motors Royal Enfield showroom in Raipur.
That was the worst experience I have ever seen.
Till the time of payment they behave very well but after payment suddenly behavior has changed.
and the sales manager & Team did not have any proper communication. They were arguing with all customers.
They were not owning their words. I waited 3hrs for delivery after all the formalities were completed.
Royal Enfield is just not a bike, it's emotion and these people did not think about that.
I was very upset after purchasing a bike from Basant Motors. I will not suggest anyone buy a bike from that showroom.
Staff behavior was the worst. I hope Royal Enfield will be looking for that concern. Because it matters about customer feelings.

    I gave my thunderbird in Nandurbar Maharashtra service station after paying 3305 for servicing and even after telling the guy about horn is not working I got message that the bike is ready and when I reached there horn was still the same and then he said me to wait and made me wait for 1 hr still nothing changed atleast it was working on hard press now totally gone and the cashier took my phone saying I want to see the message you received...

          I have purchased royal enfield stealth black on dec 2 (2022), there is free service available we all know the detail. but, in service centre side . What is free service ? They did only water service ….

          I have little bit problem on handle bar break and clutch liver, so i need to change and inform to concern person but its not changed, when i visit the service centre morning (10.30) and return went to service centre after taking more than 10 calls was not picked from service centre (7’o clock) … i show my message to them… below the message

          (Dear Customer, Job card for your Royal Enfield Motorcycle has been created and the cost estimate for the service is Rs. 119.66 . Your motorcycle is expected to be ready for delivery on[protected]:30. For assistance or clarification please get in touch with your service consultant.)

          This message from 11.13 am

          (Dear Customer, Your Royal Enfield Motorcycle has been serviced and Ready for Delivery, bill amount to be paid for service is Rs. 390.53. For assistance or clarification please call [protected])

          This message from 3.27 pm

          Actually i given my vehicle at 10.30 am and the message came by 11.13 am … customers all are fools need to know what they are cheating the customer… then why the royal enfield giving free service to customers… very worst ever service centre i have seen …

            Vehicle Manufacturing Defect issue

            I have a Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350x 2019 bs4 model. Last year in the month of Oct 2022, my bike's petrol tank suddenly started leaking while on a trip. The petrol started leaking from the air hose pipe. I was 300 km away from my home some how managed to bring my bike to delhi and showed it to the service centre. They informed me that this issue will not be covered under the insurance and I would need to buy a new petrol tank. I paid INR...

              Bought Himalayan Granite Black model from BTM Layout store, Bangalore .Within a span of 6 months from the purchased date post second service facing issues like bike gets switched off while driving once shifting down gears and problem was so severe that in the middle of dense Bangalore Traffic bike gets off completely. While raising the complaint to Company showroom one of the Royal Enfield Service man Mr.Velu told me that some of the part of the bike got failed and to get the same part "we required 8 days to get your bike repaired but it is under warranty.

              What's the point of purchasing a new bike and within a lesser period parts got failed. This is purely a Sin,
              1)Why should i bare the new bike who's parts got failed and delivered to me
              2) Why the company is taking 8 days to repair the spare parts
              3) Money is going on vain, when it comes to a new bike has this kind of problem from starting itself
              4) Bought this bike for the purpose of long drive like Leh..Laddakh, what do i do now considering current scenario is too difficult for me plan any long drive

              I want this complaint to take very action against whosoever involved

                  Address: Nerul Navi Mumbai RE workshop

                  We had a Highly unsatisfactory and left aside expirice from your Nerul service centre.

                  We had given our RE classic ३५० - MH46BC 1218 vehicle for regular service on 2nd may 2023 and recieved delivery same day but vehicle working condition post delivery was found to be abnoxious.

                  Self Start was not working very second day and vehicle was not taking required pickup.

                  We arrived at your Nerul service centre today I.e on 14th may 2023 for addressing this concern but your staff clearly denied to register out complain and behaved arrogantly.

                  Request to resolve the issue as soon as possible as we have spend Rs 4200/- against which we have not received satisfactory service. Their may be some malpractices and replacement of working spares.

                  All these things are letting me file a case against you in the consumer forum.

                  I have emailed the above complaint in detailed to [protected]@royalenfield.com but they have closed the complaint stating that the issue has been addressed to the customer.

                    Hello, Iam Ranghon Teron from Karbi Anglong, Assam.I recently got a Classic 350, Reborn from Royal Enfield, Lanka.
                    I've just done my first free servicing from Royal Enfield, Lanka itself and now there's weird sound coming from the engine which was not there before the first service.Its a new bike and Iam not at all happy about the services that Royal Enfield, Lanka has provided.
                    Now, what do I do??
                    Please send a professional at my address to solve this problem because I cant spend my petrol just to go there and fix the problems which they have created.
                    I experienced a very poor service.
                    Please look into this matter seriously.

                      I am writing this email to bring to your attention the low mileage of my Royal Enfield bike. I purchased the bike 6 months ago and have already done two services, but I am disappointed to note that the mileage is still very low.

                      I am a loyal customer of Royal Enfield, and I have always admired the brand for its quality and durability. However, the low mileage of my bike has been causing me a lot of inconvenience, as I need to frequently refuel my bike, which is not only time-consuming but also expensive.

                      I have taken good care of my bike and have followed all the recommended maintenance procedures. Despite that, I am getting a mileage of only 21 which is far less than what was promised by the company.

                      I request you to look into this matter urgently and resolve the issue at the earliest. I hope that you will take the necessary steps to rectify the problem and restore my faith in the brand.

                        Despite informing the deficiency of services and unfair trade practices by the service team, you people are not even giving any attention to a customer who is spend his hard earned money for the product, and had to run from pillar to post for the promised service.
                        This is a gentle reminder to solve the issues faced by me because of your deficiency in service within7 days of receipt of this notice failing which i will be approaching the legal authorities for proceeding civil andcriminal actions, compensation, costs against you.

                          Ref to the above subject I had booked my RE 650 super meteor on 6/2/23 and I was promised by showroom people that will get the delivery between 60 days but suprisinly after 60 days they didn't had further answers on delivery as pre the RE app my promise delivery date then showed as 4/5/23 but after I call RE call centre they said there is a slight more delay and will revert soon, so today I called again and I got a shock of my life that RE is saying I will get the bike in July, imagine today I m on 100 days after booking and after the promise date given on the RE app they are saying another 60 days delay that mean i have to wait for 6 month to get one bike .
                          they are clearly miss guiding the customer when they take the bookings and this is fraud .
                          I want justice and my bike

                              I purchased Royal Enfield es350 in 2020 feb.. At the time of delivery the sales person told me that an extra amount of around 4000 will adds the warranty extended to 5 years. And when I went for the service at one the RE authorized service center - phoenix Marthandam they refused to do. And now informing the silky reasons that it won't comes under warranty etc. My silencer and was totally rusted now. Its very much disappointed and its like cheating the customers.

                                My bike's 3rd service was done on 29th april 2023 at aditya Motors samastipur bihar. Bike was not serviced properly bt they are telling everything is fine. After service bike is producing so many unwanted sound. Sound from front suspension, engine, rear sideand one other sound from front of the bike. They are not taking it seriously that's why i am writing this complaint

                                  I have booked Interceptor 650 Downtown Drag on 17th Feb From Kovilpatti branch, Tamil nadu. Till now they didn’t deliver it.
                                  And now they are saying it is out of stock. Asking me to look for some other model. It took almost 3 months and now I am not getting the bike from the dealer.

                                  Is there any where to get the vehicle ?.

                                    Today there is no accident nothing, the engine gaurd broken due to small force. This is very disappointing from ROYAL ENFIELD. This is related to safety how is it broken so easily. This is the concern point I want to repair it completely free and look into this matter.
