Hello team,
I have purchased AMC for my vehicle in Riderz icon, Saibaba colony, Coimbatore.
Usually if its a paid service the members are being alloted for pickup and service is done, but since I have purchased AMC and requested for service n number of times, it’s been a month and no one has ever come for the pickup and when enquired in call to the service manager number - +[protected] he’s insisting that the pickups will be done tomorrow and tomorrow and so on. It’s been a month and no one ever came for pickup since its AMC service. I request you to take necessary action and kindly avoid providing false commitments to customers. Once Amc is purchased no one cares in the service. All they are concerned is how to make customer take the amc and once purchased never care of it.

    Dear sir, am ajusjohnson from dwaraka delhi pin 110059, today is sunday unfortunateonly my bike hunter 350 bike back tyre got stuck with nail, i called royal service centere they r telling thy r not handlelling the tyre issue please see to local service near by, i bought base model sir u tell me wether the local service person cannot b handle such bike, while delivering the bike u weere giving 100percent any help i[censored] required u will get it even though thy given the manager number and all those, for what such a bad service any vehicle wont say tht on sunday am going stuck on nail or some other problems very worst service u were giving y i trust royal enfield bcz i beleive thy will help me 24\7 i mean this atleast do the help those having royal enfiled bikers please anywhere in india

        We have faced again n again ECU issue on huter 350
        Anjali motors (mohan Estate, Delhi)changed my bike ECU 2 times in 5 months.
        First on 24 April 2024 and 2nd on 14 Aug 2024)
        Again today I faced same issue meter light not working.
        I have already email to support but they didn't respond and customer care also.
        I think it dummy bike. I purchased it 6 June 2023.
        Please do it need ful.

          My bike tire punctured this morning[protected]. Immediately after that, I booked a service with booking ID 36299. On the call, they told me that they would come within half an hour and scheduled the service for 11:00 AM. However, the app shows it’s now 4:30 PM. I’ve called them ten times to address my queries (see the attached screenshots), but they are still asking me what the issue is. At 10:46 AM, I received an SMS saying, "We were unable to establish contact with you regarding your vehicle breakdown.

          I have attached photos for your reference. This service has been extremely poor and has wasted a significant amount of my time

            I need an High level Action taken against the Service Team
            Who wasted my Money, my Time

            Which Service Center will keep Vehicle near by 2 months, Without Opening the JOBCARD

            1st service complaint:
            On August 15, 2023, I brought in my vehicle for its service due to self-noise, misfiring, and jerking issues. However, the problems were not resolved, They said the problem has been resolved. and I was charged Rs. 7899.
            5 days they taken for servicing.

            2nd visit for complaint resolution:

            I returned on August 18, 2023, for a minor repair and complaint resolution. Unfortunately, the issue was not fixed. They mentioned they would contact me once the part became available, and I received a call in September.

            3rd visit for spark clutch replacement:

            On September 17, 2023, I revisited to replace the spark clutch replaced due to jerking issues. This visit incurred a cost of Rs. 13893. However, after replacing the spark clutch, new problems arose - engine noise, damaged bore, malfunctioning horn, and a drained battery. They are taking 10-20 days to replace the bore, but the engine noise persists.

            Recurring issues:

            In the month of October, I revisited three times due to the engine noise, horn malfunction, and battery issues.

            6th visit:

            On November 21, 2023, I returned for the sixth time due to the above-mentioned problems. The total cost incurred this time was Rs. 1879.

            7th visit:

            I dropped off my vehicle on February 28, 2024.

            Date - feb 28th 2024

            7th time vehicle was in the workshop for 4 months and 18 days.

            Complaint - Re visted for Engine noise complaint and they said chassis defects are covered under warranty (chassis).After replacing the chassis, I received a call in the month of June. I visited the service center as the engine noise was not resolved, there was an oil leakage, and the center stand was bent, There is a different model new chassis installed. When I asked, They are saying that the chassis of your vehicle model stopped, That is the reason the upgraded model chassis from Royal Enfield was fitted.

            When I left my vehicle for servicing due to self-noise, misfiring, and jerking issues, there were no other problems. However, after servicing, many new issues arose such as chassis, horn, engine noise, battery, and magnet coil problems. I paid nearly 42000 for the initial repairs, and now they are asking for additional repairs costing around 30000 for tank assembly, headwork, and back suspension. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I found that the horn was not functioning properly and some parts were missing. It took four hours to make the repairs, and they asked for an additional day to fix the issues. I am not satisfied with this service and request your team to investigate. I am not willing to pay for more repairs.

              Respected sir / madam
              Within 4 Months my abs modulator got complained (abs light continuously on) and I am facing serious issues with my brakes.
              I had approached the service center Nasik (Ostwal Auto, a Royal Enfield Service Center in Nashik and mention every time particular this issue
              1 issue JOB CARD- RJC[protected] –[protected]abs light continuously on)
              2 ND JOB CARD – RJC000615CD[protected]abs light continuously on)
              3 - JOB CARD – RJC000615DE04129 –[protected]abs light continuously on)
              4 – JOB CARD –RJC000615FG[protected]abs light continuously on)
              5 – JOB CARD –RJC000615GH[protected]abs light continuously on)
              6 –Current JOB CARD – RJC 000615HI[protected]abs light continuously on)
              And All times they informed to me every time all ok …
              Now they informed me that I had to replace the complete set abs modulator which will cost about 16000 rupees!!!
              I am completely confused what to do. I am very much disappointed on this. Buying my first bike and having a major complaint within 4 months it was very heartbreaking for a true bike lover. Due to this issue I had to stop riding my bullet and i had also cancelled many trips. Spending 18 k just for front brakes (ABS) is not affordable for me. This is the Royal Enfield quality of spare parts and past 3 years we are waiting, now they are saying Out of Warranty!!

              I hope that concerned authorities will look into my matter seriously and find means to it.
              Otherwise i am going to consumer court…

                I have given my Royal Enfield Classic 350 ( Vehicle no : KL 27 K 2546) for a paid service of 36 months at Mpire Motors, Vettu Road, Kazhakootam on 07/05/2024 evening around 5.30 pm. I have received my bullet after the service on 9/05/24 evening by 6.30 pm. However upon receiving my vehicle i have found out that the meter cover was missing. Upon checking with the advisor he stated like there is a chance it got missed during the water wash service.

                Upon reaching home during my inspection i have found out that there is a new scratch on the silencer which was not there at the time i have given my vehicle for service. As its already late evening and due to dim light i haven't notice the scratch. I have contacted the service center by 6:43 pm however couldn't connect. Its crystal clear that the scratch is happened either during the service or during the storage of my vehicle. As a customer i am very much unsatisfied that this happened with my vehicle.
                Previously i had done my service in the same center and everything was perfectly ok.

                I hope this will be taken care and my issue will get solved .

                  I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the delay in the delivery of my booked Royal Enfield motorcycle. I had booked a Royal Enfield Meteor 650 celestial Blue on 22nd October2023 from the Karnavati showroom in SG Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

                  Despite repeated follow-ups and assurances, I have not received any confirmation regarding the delivery timeline. At the time of Booking i was clearly told the maximum delivery will be 3 Months from the booking date and now almost 4 months have passed. Still there is no clue when I will receive my bike. We have purchased the Bike for my son who is leaving for the US for further studies in Mid of april and he wanted to have the pleasure of riding the bike but now we are in confusion whether we will receive the bike or not.

                  Sir we have been clearly notified that you will receive it before 3 months and now we are not getting any concrete reply for the dealership . Sir i request you to please take up with the manufacturer and make sure we get the delivery of the bike within this month otherwise our whole purpose is getting defeated and we wasted 4 months for want of the bike. In case you have notified us that delivery is more than 4 months then we could have opted for some other options which were very much available to us but now we are thinking we have been cheated just for getting your sales target And also believe such delays tarnish Royal Enfield’s reputation and misguide valuable customers.

                  We hope you will understand our situation and will help us by delivering our bike in this month only that is February 2024

                      At the time of delivery received document
                      -1 -tax invoice
                      -2 insurance paper ( which was not actual )

                      As one year cross
                      I called my agent for the policy renewal
                      And shared the insurance paper given to me on 13 January 2023

                      The agent replied this is not the actual insurance copy, Policy number is not mention in paper so I demand the copy from showroom.

                      Called 8-10 times to the showroom representative for the actual paper but no positive response given to me from the showroom they are saying network issue in site. file is kept somewhere it will take time to search

                      Since 2-3 days had a conversation with the showroom staff but no proper reply is coming from showroom

                          I am writing to bring to your attention a highly unsatisfactory experience I had at Empire Motors Kilimanoor Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala with regards to the servicing of my vehicle, Registration Number: KL 82 A 1118.

                          Despite having received a call from one of your service executives to book an appointment for my vehicle's service, scheduling it for 9:00 AM this morning, I am deeply disappointed to inform you that as of the current time (2:00 PM), my vehicle has not been attended to. This prolonged waiting period, with no communication or explanation, has left me thoroughly dissatisfied.

                          As a loyal customer of Empire Motors, I have always appreciated the level of service and professionalism displayed by your team. However, this recent incident has tarnished my perception of your service center, as it falls far short of the standards I have come to expect.

                          I urge you to investigate the reasons for this unacceptably long waiting time and lack of attention to my vehicle promptly. Additionally, I request that appropriate measures be taken to ensure such delays do not recur, as they not only inconvenience customers but also reflect poorly on the reputation of Empire Motors.

                          I trust that your commitment to customer satisfaction will drive you to resolve this matter swiftly and communicate the necessary actions taken to prevent future occurrences.                             Meteor 350 Super Nova : purchased on the 5th December 2033 and covered almost 500 kilometers.
                            Chrome Silencer is showing very ugly spots and flakes because of heating and I was told by the service center to clean and rub with a Wenol cream !
                            I’ve never had this issue with any other bikes and I have owned a lot !
                            Showing proudly my Indian made bike ( against the Chinese crap they sell ) it’s embarrassing for me and I hope you can help me.

                              I had p laced an order on 10/4/2023 and have made the full payment.
                              However the order has not yet been delivered.
                              I have made quite a few calls to the Customer service however the only answer I have got is that the complaint is being escalated.

                                My name is Debapratim Chanda, I'm a resident of Guwahati, Assam. I brought a brand new royal Enfield bullet 350 military red on 9 November, 2023 from 4 Aces Royal Enfield showroom Chirag, Zoo road Guwahati & just after taking a short ride of 5 km after delivery of my new bike from zoo road showroom, I got problem on road while coming to my home at night my brand new bike got stopped, battery not working & showing no display in meter in this new bike. I got very problem & totally disappointed at that time, then l called 4 Aces Royal Enfield showroom executive Mr. Raghav Sah & he came, but didn't able to start my bike, after that he called Chirag Enfield assistant service manager Mr. Viraj, and he came with his team in my bike point where my bike stopped & after charging my new bike's battery by another my friend's bullet bike, it got start, he then said me to bring the bike in his Adabari Chirag Enfield service centre, & I next took the bike there in his workshop, he then repaired the battery & told me that there is a cable problem in the battery, which he solved but after riding for 2 days again the same problem happened & l got stuck in a very bad way with the bike in the main road of Maligaon, Guwahati with my pregnant wife, who pushed the bike in this way, I then called Road assistance number but no result came, I with my wife pushed the bike for 3 km & brought it in one of my relatives home, & nothing positive happened that night after that next morning, 2 technicians called me from 4 Aces zoo road royal Enfield showroom & said they are coming to o take the bike & came at 4 pm evening to take the bike for service in my relative home, where they charged the battery from another battery & took the bike in 15 November at 5 pm evening. Now from that day till now, I didn't got any update of my bike & I don't know what is happening, this is my brand new bike & how it could happen with a new bike, I'm totally disappointed with this, & if this continues I will got consumer forums for further action, kindly note it & kindly assist me with all possible tasks.

                                    RC not received even after 1 year of bike purchase

                                    Hi,

                                    I purchased one Royal Enfield Meteor, Stellar Blue color from Sai Ram Autocrafts, Bangalore in November 2022.

                                    It's been 1 year of the purchase still haven't received my RC card. On m-parivahan app, i can see my RC has been registered to a different person.
