I had a flat tyre on my Royal Enfield bike and called RSA immediately for assistance and the advisor mentioned since mostly all puncture shops would be closed all we will send towing car to pick you bike and deliver it to the nearest authorised centre which was in Kandivali however no I was provided with the below mentioned details.

( Kajal motors did not call me and when I called after 30min no answer I again called customer service in RSA another agent did the same thing with no resolution overall process 1 hour 30min no resolution.

I paid services for RSA and what help did I get by Royal Enfield? Testing my patience and waiting on the road till 12:30am like a fool.

Pathetic services I can only imagine what help I would get if I was out of the city.

    Bike gets heat within 8 to 12 km. After get heated engine RPM drops suddenly and cuts off. When restarting the engine it not starts like before, it needs a throttle to start . And engine heats a lot, speedometer not works after heating.
    And the rubber parts near bent pipe and exhaust starts melting .
    PLEASE SOLVE THIS PROBLEM 🙏
    OR RECALL MY BIKE AND GIVE ME MY REFUND PLEASE 🙏 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

      Gj6Nh7334 Vishal birbahadur shreshth. I did my 4th service on 28march 2023 after servicing only after 3 days my bullet not starting because of battery problem. It's been more than 4days still also your mechanics could not solve the problem.and I can't go to work withouth bike..please change.my battery under waranty. I am very disappointed by your services sir. Please solve the problem as soon as possible

        I had booked Continental GT 650 on 11th-Dec-2022 (Booking ID: BKG100148FG01136) in RE Brand showroom at Perungudi, OMR, I was assured a delivery by end of Jan-2023. But, when I reached out to the showroom they mentioned it's getting delayed and will be delivered by end of March-2023. But, I got a call from the showroom nearing the delivery date to be exact on 16th March 2023 stating that my booking had become void due to the new launch of the Continental GT 650 and I was asked to re-book incase I still had the idea of getting the bike. So, I proceeded ahead to book the latest model, this time they convinced me to book using MIY option so that I will get the latest model as soon as 28th-March-2023 (Booking ID: BKG100148FG01624) and not through normal booking which costed me a booking charge of INR. 20, 000 apart from the INR. 10, 000 I had already paid for my first booking in December which they assured will be adjusted during the invoicing of the latest bike. So, coming to the actual issue here, I was supposed to get the latest Continental GT 650 delivered on 28th-March-2023, which is long past from today and I've not received any update from RE whether there is some issue or what is causing the delay. This is the second time I'm facing the same issue where the bike doesn't get delivered on time and when reached out they just say sorry. How long should I wait for the support from the RE side? I've been waiting for almost 5 months now given that I had booked the bike in December to start with. No response from the showroom on the status, No response from the sales executive when being asked regarding the status. How is the consumer expected to be normal about this? With the worst customer support and sales executives at work in RE, I see the company go to drain in no time if these things persists in the coming future. I request this complaint be taken serious and necessary action is taken to deliver the bike.

          Hi, this is tharun from andhara Pradesh, chittor. Iam a huge fan of royal Enfield especially for classic 350, until 2020 royal Enfield classic 350 is fully a great looking bike, now we got a new model which is modified this is really a bad modified, it's really a bad talk outside about royal Enfield classic we are getting a bad review from Youtubers. By seeing all this i literally got tears, as a royal Enfield lover i request royal Enfield company to restart the manufacturing the old model. Its my humble request please accept my request, i don't even have a royal Enfield bike it's my dream to by it now i have money to buy but i don't get a good reviews about royal Enfield classic 350 . Please try to restart this from royal Enfield lovers . Thank you

            I have went to Royal Enfield agency at Ropar and they checked the vehicle and change the battery then they checked the wiring nad say that the wiring is not ok and we have no spares for wiring. We confirmed from them that can we go to the Near by agence at Kahaar, they assured you can go to the agency and vehicle will not stop between the road but after 15 Kms the vehicle got stopped and not start. Then we called the other vehicle to shift the nearest agency.
            This is the workmen shop of your agency persons and they put us in a problem.
            It is for your information and necessary action please so that no can suffer due to the workman ship of your person.

              I had purchased model Hunter 350(Dapper Ash) TN18BJ7583 DOP on 27th sep 2022 after 300 kms facing issues on Front disc jamming & Abs problem, engine noise, oil leak in engine head, front fork issue, speedometer jamming, right side mirror problem and more I had visited multiple times more than 9 times within 4300kms but the issue was not sorted out, what kind of worst service in this vehicle still in service center branch thiruvottiuyur (Royal enfield-DCS motors services ) Im not happy with the vehicle most its in the service center only I don't want to use this failure product anymore and arrange to refund my money back or replacement without anymore delay

                Dear sir /Ma'am,

                I own a 2021 Royal Enfield Himalayan rock red. In the past few months, I've been facing the battery discharge issue and fuel motor problem very frequently. I've given by bike for the service regarding the same issue for. More than 8 times. Till date the issue was not rectified. The name of the dealership is Loya Motors, Bhopal. It seems that the dealer is not very much interested in solving the problem, rather considering handing over the bike as the most important. This poor service from such a renowned brand seems very illegitimate to me and depressing. My trip to service seems a never ending process and they don't seem to consider this an issue. I have come to a phase where taking my vehicle 2 kms away from home seems a fear considering the vehicle's unpredictable nature. I've even changed the battery of the vehicle upon the dealer's advice and two days after the change the bike's battery got discharged. If this is the service that you have to offer. I really have nothing other than sueing the company against the poor standard servicing and dealing. I expect that the unlike your service centers, people at Royal Enfield will have the calibre or need to restore company's name in market.

                  I own a 2022 Royal Enfield Bullet 350. I have had stalling issues and RE has once fixed it by replacing the throttle body under warranty. The problem has relapsed again while riding the bike at slow speeds, when the bike comes to a halt or while riding through stop and go traffic. The bike turns off immediately during these situations.

                  Sometimes I feel regret purchasing this bike.

                    My vehicle odometer reading is 20, 339. For the past four services with Rudraa motors - Service, Arumbakkam, Chennai ([protected]@rudraamotors.com)
                    I had very pathetic- sorry state of affairs, my complaint of vehicle had engine off condition whenever it started, during the ride i felt blockage problem.
                    I serviced the vehicle regularly with Rudraa Motors. So for my issue is not resolved. False promise without identifying the issue they inefficiently servicing the bullet.

                          I have a Royal Enfield which I hv given for servicing in the Royal Enfield office in zoo road guwahati. At first the mechanic took my bike but took it to another local garage and after 6 days when we called then they told that there was a problem so will be late. Then after pressurising them they gave the bike in a horrible condition. Kindly take an action as soon as possible as they are playing with the emotions of the customers.

                            Hi,
                            I had purchased Royal Enfield classic 350 Halycon Black in Aug'22. This is Dual ABS and got the vehicle modifications done before delivery by the Royal Enfield itself. After the 2nd Service of my bike on 27th Jan'2023. Till i gave my bike for servicing at Royal Enfield service station at Sanathanagar- Hyderabad it was perfect with mild sound in the front (may be fork) and it was informed when given for service. After couple of hours, I got a call that rear disc brake pads need to be changed and they asked for my approval. I had approved and they were replaced. After collecting my bike in the evening that is when the issue started- NOISE IN THE BREAKS. I had gone again on next day they took inside and told me they cleaned it and now I will not get the noise. Unfortunately, it started again after an hour. So, I had visited again & asked them to fix the issue and told I will wait and collect the vehicle. So, I had collected back but with same disappointment. Now I had sent an email to customer service, on 2nd Feb'2023 and they reverted raising a complaint ID for it. Next day I got a call from the Sanathnagar Service station, one lady named- vijaya durga (arrogant person), she says as the brake pads are new noise will subside after using it for some time :(. I asked her if new pads are replaced why noise will come and what's the use & meaning of new? She doesn't have an answer to it so informed me she will send a surveyor to collect the vehicle and see for fixing the issue. I handed over the vehicle to person who came to pick up and also went with him for almost 15 mins drive to make him understand and hear the noise. He acknowledged and took the vehicle to service station and I followed up for 2 days and personally went to collect the vehicle. THIS IS VERY SURPRISING- AGAIN THE ISSUE IS SAME, they just kept the vehicle with them for 2 days and only tried to change with other pads and given back with the same pads removed from the vehicle.

                            I called the lady after 2 days (as they went to Chennai for meeting) mentioned above, she says there is some problem with the brake pads from the company itself and it is a known issue to them and also told me they have an SOP from Royal Enfield company itself acknowledging the brake pads issue.

                            NOW PLS TELL ME WHO WILL FIX THIS BRAKE NOISE ISSUE AND SOUND IN FORK (which is not being addressed)

                              I recently went to get my bike serviced at the Royal Enfield (Hridaan Motors) service center. I told all the issues I had with my bike and the attendant agreed on those issues and assured me that they would get the work done accordingly. I own a thunderbird 350x and it has the odometer and the instrument cluster placed on a metallic plate. With time the plate bends and the odometer starts to wobble and it is normal. So I told them to sort that out or at least change the metallic plate which I was ready to pay for. Also, the digital odometer comes with time, fuel indicator, etc. Before the service, the time was perfectly set and both the ‘SET’ and ‘MODE’ buttons were fully functional and in sync. But after the service was done the ‘SET’ button stopped working and the time too was out of sync. I complained to the service center regarding and also showed them proofs about the same. The negligent attendant was denying that and was shamelessly trying to convince me that it wasn’t their fault and said “To be honest this issue is useless and it’s impossible to fix that”.
                              I gave a 1 star rating and complained about all this. They immediately contacted me and said that they’ll resolve the issues which I’m still waiting for. They never fixed those issues and ignored it completely.
                              I wasn’t even gonna complaint anymore but I faced another issue. A small stick or some part went inside my ignition lock. My key wasn’t completely going inside the lock and this was blocking the key from rotating. As my bike was a thunderbird the lock and ignition lock were the same. I told the service center about this issue and the lady over there told that she has registered the issue and booked a slot and a mechanic for my issue. This happened the day before. She gave me a phone number and told to contact the mechanic. The mechanic told it won’t be possible for him to come on that day. I again contacted the lady and asked her that why was she lying if she hadn’t arranged the mechanic. She told that there was a rush going on that day and promised that she will send a mechanic and an attendant the next day(today). I called her in the morning she didn’t pick up the first time. The second time she recognised me and again told that a mechanic is on the way to my place and will sort this issue today itself. I waited till late afternoon and again called her. This was the time I was really pissed as she had already promised me that there were people coming to fix the issue. But then she told me “sorry sir but can you do one thing take your bike in a tempo and come the the showroom.” The thing that made me angry was her promise and even after telling that the key won’t rotate and the bike was locked how can I even ship the bike via a truck as it was handle locked. I waited for 2 days listening to their promises and couldn’t use the bike.
                              This was really tiring and my bike is still locked and I don’t have a spare vehicle to use.
                              Never going for a service ever again at the service center. Even after charging a premium amount they refuse to fix issues and show no respect to the customer.

                                This is the worst experience I had from Royal enfield showroom BTM Bangalore after receiving the new bike within a 8 days the main two screws with connects the mudguard has not be torqued so I myself fixed and when I took the bike to the service and said the complaint they've charged me for tightining of grab rail ..I just need to know how can showroom guys deliver such kind of vehicle without inspection ? that too without torquing the main screws. Was this a production fault or it was showrooms fault.. worst experience. I can share the video as well ( video is lengthy not able to attach )
                                The guy who installs side mirror asks additional money for installing mirrors during delivery of new bike.
                                The guy who installs number plate asks additional money for installing number plate and its screws.

                                  I brought new Royal Enfield bike from Rudrapur on dated 22.01.2023.

                                  I am facing two issues which are still not resolved which already shown to showroom team members, which are mentioned below-

                                  1. Noise related- Engine sounds unpleasant (some knocking sounds).

                                  2. Aesthetic related- paint peel off observed due to which the bike aesthetically not satisfactory.

                                  Request you to please rectify and resolve the issues on top priority to give confidence and satisfaction to customers.
