I have some problem in my bullet I went to the showroom everytime they tell new problem in bullet still i service my bullet on time. Service staff is not cooperative and services manager is not responding properly
Please see the matter and help me.waiting for your response

    I have bought a Royal Enfield Classic 350 Orange ember on March 20, 2021 at Eagle Motors, Gobichettipalayam, Erode, Tamil Nadu, India. The very first day I got a problem in my rear tyre. The company people told, we are not responsible for this and they told that there is no warranty for tyres. The next day after buying this vehicle, I changed a new tyre with my own expenses. From that time I have an air leakage problem in the rear tyre. I'm informing the service people about that, but they are telling that there is no problem. Even though I'm facing the same issue. For this problem I have been visited the service station for almost 12 times. Yet the problem is not solved. I'm facing a poor service there. I bought a new vehicle from the company, So, I request them to change the alloy along with the tyre.

      Hi, I am Dilip Kumar Patlolla,

      Below is the complaint against Royal Enfield India for not refunding my money.

      I made my booking of Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 Baker Express on September 9th, 2021 paid an amount of 10000 Rs, at Royal Enfield Go Green Motors, Ramchandra Puram, Hyderabad.
      The booking ID is: BKG005189DE00156
      Salesperson name: HANUMANTH RAO.

      As the motorcycle delivery is getting delayed I have canceled the booking on Jan 5th, 2022.

      Since that day I have been following up on my refund amount by visiting the showroom and the SalesPerson was rude to me and said that "the system got hanged since the day of your cancellation" and dropped a number of emails to the Royal Enfield support. till date I have not received any of my money, when contacted customer care they said that "we are looking into the issue, it has been escalated, concerned person is on leave. blah blah., .. " they have given all the reasons they can but they couldn't resolve the issue.

      The motorcycle advance booking document and Cancellation receipt have been attached to the complaint.

      I also have a complete Email thread with a number of emails.

      As I have lost patience and contacted the Consumer complaints. hoping that I get my hard-earned money back.

        The dealer sold me a package of 2999/- to which they said it is valid for 4 services. First when i went to them after appointment they said it will take time as they have pending services and those who didn’t have the appointments.
        2. They said i dont have active package. Which was cleared after half an hour.
        3. They said my first service is lapsed because it needs to done within 1 month of package which i was never informed neither I received any call from them.
        4. My kms reading were wrongly entered.
        5. They said service cannot take place today as they need to get the issue fixed from the company.
        6. I ran different departments and even after 2 hours no resolution provided.
        7. All the customers were frustrated from them.

          I brought my bike on 18-11-19 from SD royal tinsukia with the leg guard. The bike is registered on my name Mukesh Kakoti. On 20-08-22 i came to know that my leg guard has been broken itself i dont even use this bike Regularly i havent even completed much km in this bike when i was riding the bike the leg guard broke itself there is no accident. I have many issues with this bike and there service centre last year when i was riding my bike my brake pipe suddenly stopped working thanks to other front brake i stopped the bike on time when i complained about it through call they said they will replaced it when i visited the SD royal service centre they refused to changed my brakes and started arguing with me badly they said its because of manufacturing issue and when i said i need it they told me to bring them the brake pipe they doesnt have it and i have to pay for it after that one of there man took the money and brought it from another shop which is located near the showroom it cost me around 1900 i have many issues with this bike and there service centre even after my all servicing the bike doesnt felt like the serviced bike thats the sole reason i dont ride this bike often

            I have purchased ROYAL ENFIELD CLASSIC 350 REBORN GUNMETAL GREY
            After running only 2600km I found that my rear disk plate gets damaged due to the disk pad issue.
            Now I check my bikes disk plate thoroughly I found that their is no disk pads given by the company so the Mattel to Mattel contact of disk plate and disk pads damage the disk plate.

                . I have purchased royal enfield classic 350, BS6 in the year of 2020 June, and iam facing lot of service issues from the SVR MOTORS kompally. Iam facing Lot of breakdowns forbthis bike and 1 week ago only I have repaired and they have charged 12k bill for the repair and now again iam facing chain problem and now they are asking 3k for repair.

                    I have not received RC book for my bike. dealer said it will come to me by post but still haven't received it. Dealer is not ready to provide any tracking number nor any slip against which I can enquire about.

                      Dear sir,
                      I was very found of bullet bikes. But when I purchase the bike, I get to know that it has worst services experiences. After two month of purchase it started giving me problems. Problem in engine. It takes 3 months to resolve that issue. Now it is thrid time that oil is leaking from the engine after reparing it two time. Mirror shaking and giving sound .Disk break problem Now I request you to kindly resolve my issue completely. I m service . I don't have much holidays when I can take the bike to service station. If my issue is not resolve then I will take it to the higher level. I have paid charges for engine services athough it is in the warrenty period. Still warrenty is not over yet. I hope You know value of time better and do needful in this regard.

                        My bike met an accident and chassis of my bike has bent a little. I have placed an order for new Chassis in Royal Enfield service centre and its been more than 2 weeks and still they are saying like Chassis is not yet shipped from the factory as because of shortage in supply of Thunderbird 350x chassis. The service centre people told me before taking the order that it will take hardly 2 weeks before they will fully repair my bike. But its more than 2 weeks and they still haven't got the replacement parts only.

                          I had purchased my bike on 2/11/21
                          And i had got 4000/- worth accesories of leg guard
                          Company’s website and dealer told me that this leg guard is anti rust and anti corrision
                          That’s why i installed it
                          Now the leg guard is started rusting and sooner or later it will catch up by my bike
                          And it will be loss for me
                          Now company’s dealer are changing topic and not giving proper answer
                          They are saying that it is not our fault.
                          I want replacement over my leg guard
                          Otherwise my money will waste on product

                            gun metal gery colour, which price is 2, 79, 000..
                            After purchasing at the second day bike
                            crosses an speed breaker at the speed of 40.
                            And its carnk gets damaged and the engine oil

                            Next day i toched my bike to the showroom
                            from where i purchased it .. he sends the bike
                            to its service CENTERe …. and adviswd me to give
                            it into claim .. bt what's this
                            I mean engine quality is veryyy that it crank
                            it into claim .. bt what's engine gets broken easily .. please helph me from it or
                            else bike will be standing there in service
                            CENTERe … and i have to go to consumer FORUM
                            so please give me other bike
                            Becoz its cost is 2, 79 laks i'm not a fool to pay
                            for this ###

                              My bike was not startin on 15th August then submitted the bike to the service center, next day they told bike is working properly they have checked everything but as soon as I started my journey to my home bike stopped working and showing same symptoms like before the engine was not starting.

                                I availed first free service on 09 Aug 22, after service i found my fuel tank is not fitted properly and damaged due to not proper fitting i reached to service centre again for proper fitment of tank and resolve my tank damage issue. Showroom raised the complainant and asked me to go back they will reply after word but till today they are not responding and not picking my call. The service advisor taken my bike for service are also not responding. I made call to GM service they are also not responding. Either it is my mistake to avail the service or something else i could not understand. I appreciate the company so many times but this time I felt too bed for the poor response

                                    On july 12 my vehicle was given to the service centre for repairing . As the company offers complete service which wasn't received. However the employee in the service centre agreed to fix the problem on that note i collected the vehicle. I was told that you had carried out a full service but the complaints I listed out to the service centre was not repaired gear lever bend has no resolution provided till yet. I was told that the tank will be completely changed and replaced with a new one which they actually did but the replaced one was not new and was already damaged and scratches was observed.

                                    I would also like to point out the attitude of the employers quite rudely to the customers. I was appalled at such a behaviour.
                                    The reason told by the centre for their inadequate services was unacceptable at all scales.
