                                I have ordered and purchased a Lara recliner from the kukatplally store on[protected] and received the product on[protected].
                                The person who delivered the product he said for installation executive will come and he will do the installation so on[protected] executive came and did the installation so when he opened the box and installed i noticed there were few stitches are not proper and it was tiered off and also noise was coming when i seat on recliner.
                                so he said i will inform the issue and service executive person will come and he will have a look.
                                on[protected] service executive person came he did stitches where ever required and for noise he opened the recliner and started replacing the parts screws and rods with old parts which he brought in his bag and started opening the chair hitting with hammer on it, when i asked why you are replacing with old parts which are color fade-out parts he said company provide these only when repair comes.now after replacing the parts the recliner is not opening properly making more noise when i seats on it and locking is not happening when i stretched the legs parts and push back the seat, ts not staying it keep on pushing me front locking is not happening and making more noise when its swings.
                                i dint expect that royalock provide the solution with replacing with the old parts and not even the service executive is listening he is convincing me that you have warranty use it now if any issue come will repair.
                                my question is why to adjust with damaged product i have brought a new product not a second hand product with having issues on it.
                                i tried to tell the same thing to customer case so they are saying we will do the repair the issue i dont want repair on new chair when it comes to new means there should not be any issue or damage on product then only will call it as brand new not with issues.
                                please replace this chair with brand new chair not with replacing parts to it.i purchased a new not used one to repair.
                                i would be gland if you can please help me on this and resolve my issue.

                                  I am really very disapointed that i am tryinh to call the store but nobody is responding and its going for some extension no.
                                  Kukatpally brach direct contact details are not there on bill nor in google website too.

                                  I am attaching the store bill provided to me.you can also see there no where mentioned about store contact deatils.

                                  Also one more thing royaloak customer care person when i tried to reach him he was very rude and was completly un professional i dono how you guys hire like this people i have all ph call records if you want i can provide how he spoke with me...i am explaining my problem he is not listening in reverse he is felling me to call branch direcly this is banglore office and your product is from hyderabad...when we went to store you guys will explain and give over respect once to customer but once purchase is done you guys not even care about customer concern. How much they are suffering.

                                    Order No. SQ[protected] Received broken and old product, even the screws are not fitting in the screw holes as they are misaligned. The Technician visited on 2nd Dec'21 and took photos of the horrible and broken product, the sofa set is lying in my house in disassembled, as the technician was also unable to fix this product. PLESE NOTE Royal Oak, i need a replacement of the whole product or refund of my money. This product was ordered from Royal Oak Store in Hosur Road, Electronic City (Opp. Dmart)

                                      I have purchased this cot from RoyalOak on 14th August 2021 in Yelahanka store, Bangalore. The issue with the cot is, it makes squeaking sound while rolling over the bed. The issue was raised with Royaloak after a month and a technician visited to check the issue and the reason for the squeaking sound given was that is because of the cold weather and there is no resolution for it. We have to bear with the same squeaking sound until it automatically vanishes or try to live with it.
                                      The issue got worsened, we were not able to sleep peacefully at night because of the squeaking sound and we raised a complaint again with the store manager and he promised us to get a senior technician to visit and check the issue but that was not done. After multiple follow ups and calls, the technician visited on 22nd November 2021 and checked the issue and informed to us that the issue will be highlighted to the manager and the plywood used at the bottom is bent will be notified. Again there is no calls or intimations from the whole team. I sent an email to RoyalOak customer care on Nov 28th and again a new complaint was raised and Complaint ID : RIPL - 11822.
                                      So two technicians already visited and checked the issue and again on Nov 30th 2021 I receive call from a technician to check the issue and it happens that he was the one who visited our house first time. He again asked for all the details which we gave and sent through the images and videos. I haven't heard anything about the issue till now and waiting for the issue to be resolved.

                                      Because of the bent plywood surface, the mattress from PEPS is compressed and it is not suitable to sleep. So we have lost 26000 rupees for the mattress and we have paid 40000 rupees for the cot from RoyalOak.

                                      I would like to get the replacement/refund also I want compensation for the mattress damaged because of the cot issue.

                                        Very poor installation team and organization structure to install an item after buying.

                                        - Royal Oak management, please have the look of another fast-moving company to re structure your process.
