I have purchased this cot from RoyalOak on 14th August 2021 in Yelahanka store, Bangalore. The issue with the cot is, it makes squeaking sound while rolling over the bed. The issue was raised with Royaloak after a month and a technician visited to check the issue and the reason for the squeaking sound given was that is because of the cold weather and there is no resolution for it. We have to bear with the same squeaking sound until it automatically vanishes or try to live with it.
The issue got worsened, we were not able to sleep peacefully at night because of the squeaking sound and we raised a complaint again with the store manager and he promised us to get a senior technician to visit and check the issue but that was not done. After multiple follow ups and calls, the technician visited on 22nd November 2021 and checked the issue and informed to us that the issue will be highlighted to the manager and the plywood used at the bottom is bent will be notified. Again there is no calls or intimations from the whole team. I sent an email to RoyalOak customer care on Nov 28th and again a new complaint was raised and Complaint ID : RIPL - 11822.
So two technicians already visited and checked the issue and again on Nov 30th 2021 I receive call from a technician to check the issue and it happens that he was the one who visited our house first time. He again asked for all the details which we gave and sent through the images and videos. I haven't heard anything about the issue till now and waiting for the issue to be resolved.

Because of the bent plywood surface, the mattress from PEPS is compressed and it is not suitable to sleep. So we have lost 26000 rupees for the mattress and we have paid 40000 rupees for the cot from RoyalOak.

I would like to get the replacement/refund also I want compensation for the mattress damaged because of the cot issue.

    Very poor installation team and organization structure to install an item after buying.

    - Royal Oak management, please have the look of another fast-moving company to re structure your process.

    - tortoise is bit fast in the race when compare to Royal Oak Installation team

      Hi Team,

      This regarding my order which I placed in Royaloak, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore. I ordered a cot on 5th Sep 2021 with the EMI option. They gave me false commitment like the product will be delivered within 2 days which was not the case. After waiting for 2 weeks, I had to cancel the product on 16th Sep 2021 and asked them to refund my Rs 660/- which I made as advance payment. Its been more than 2 months still I haven't received my refund. Looking for immediate action on this case.

        1) Johor Malaysian Fabric 2S Sofa
        This one was not packed properly. I doubt if it was a fresh piece. Because all of my previously purchased items have always come in proper carton boxes, be it my 3 seater recliner sofa, study table, coffee table, bed, or other living room items. But this one came wrapped in a white plastic sack (check photo attached)! Moreover, when the installation person opened the item, it came out to be defective (check photo attached). And when I checked with the store manager, he said he will get it repaired in 2 days. Why should I take a defective product if I have paid the full price? Will someone buy a shirt with a torn pocket and get it repaired from the alteration counter while purchasing? Kindly get this item replaced with a proper undamaged boxed piece and properly packed in a carton box.

        2) Mustang Queen Size Bed
        I purchased this product because it was mentioned in the display that it is made up of solid wood. Same is mentioned in the online site as well (check screenshots attached). But when the package was unboxed, I saw that the base planks are made of engineered wood and the thickness also is very less which makes it very weak! Also, when the installation person was trying to install it, a chip came out from one of the wooden base planks(check photo attached). When I talked to the store manager Ravi, he said the he will get the part replaced and the base is always made of engineered wood like this. But I don’t want to keep this product which gets damaged in the first day of first installation itself. I don’t want to keep paying for services of a weak bed in future which is prone to easy damage installation. Please give me an exchange or return for this. Because there are stronger items available in the local market for half of the price I paid for this. Moreover, the product details said “solid wood” and it was no where mentioned that any part of it is made of engineered wood. This is totally misleading the customers. I have purchased so many products past 5 years before these two damaged items. And I have also ordered a 6 seater dining table Adana Turkish wooden model from Royaloak Yelahanka store last weekend worth Rs. 45000! But I am very much disappointed with Royaloak today because of these defective product deliveries for the sofa and bed on the same day! Also for your information, both products had different address stickers pasted on the packages.

          Really this company is pathetic. No care for customer.

          Have called 10 times, requested their technician guy - Santosh to send someone. They don't have people then why are you running a company.

            Booked product on August 19th, 2021 and received damaged product on 30th Aug. After repeated follow ups with store people and customer care, it finally got replaced with another damaged item on Sep 8th. Now it is Nov 26th and still there is no resolution.

              If some prospective buyer is planning to purchase something from here. Please don't. Buy from anywhere else but not from Royal Oak.

              They just don't care about the customer. Its like they decide everything.

              If any RoyalOak representative is reading this then really you guys are completely ignoring the customers request. Its all your decision, how you want to handle the order. Your customer support number - 76... does not work, no one picks it.

              I will never buy anything from you guys again. Till now waiting for Technician.

                This company is the worst company in terms of service and clarity.

                Note for prospective buyers - Do not buy anything from them

                I am literally begging them to send a technician. No care for the customers time. We pay the money and we are begging them. Its a shame.

                  First have to send multiple emails in regards to the item delivery.

                  Now, have to keep requesting a slot for technician to fit the item.

                  What kind of customer service is this, where the customer needs to keep constantly requesting information.

                    18th November i have purchased product and 20th its delivered. Sunday 21st i got call from technician for installation and i have denied it as was not available. From Monday i am calling Royaloak Electronic city shop but no one called back or came for installation

                        This is the second complaint... I have been following up for last 3months on this... I just keep getting calls with a new date to change the mismatched chair... And the issue is still not fixed... Pathetic service...

                                We have purchased dining table set 6 seater from royal oak on 5th september, which was delivered on 12th oct .

                                now within a month it was noticed that one of the chair's back rest has started bending.

                                As the product is on warranty . kindly replace the chair with new one . because no product damages within a month

                                  Iam very happy to inform you that I received my order for the above on 1/11 for which i had made my payment vide Phone Pe SBI UTR No.[protected] for Rs 8990.

                                  Seeing the quality of the product and your after sale activities like immediate assembling of the same prompted me to place second order of the above to give to my daughter and accordingly I sent Rs 8990/- on 5.11.2021 via, Phone Pe UCO bank UTR No,[protected] on 5th Nov.21. I also sent a screen shot of the payment details to you. Sri Praveen Roy of your compay knows about this.

                                  I regret to inform you that till writing this letteer, I have not received the product which I want to gift to my daughter on her birth day on 28.11.21.I therefore request you to pease deliver my above order and oblige.Incidentaly I have also not received the order ID from you.

                                    I placed an online order on Nov 7 in their online store. The delivery was supposed to take place on Nov 19. Till now there is no communication on the status.
                                    1) They wont provide any shipment tracking ID. So you can't track your order.
                                    2) Worst customer care service. Never return your call or Executive busy tone.

                                      Your website does not show any update. Where the item is? How many days pending.

                                      Its like a blackhole. We give our money and hope we will get something.

                                      Is that business? Real Shame. Message for owner - Hope you order something one day and its urgent for you, but no one gives you a response. Shall see how it feels. What goes around Comes around Mr. Royal Oak Owner.

                                        Ordered on 10 November 2021. Been 7 days already. No update in System.

                                        Really surprised on the working of this company.

                                        Possibly no one even cares about these complaints anymore. Previously someone named Deepa from their team responded now even that has stopped.

                                        Their offline store mentioned the item is available, upon booking next day the item is no longer available. It is strange how they function. Their offline and online team have no proper communication.

                                        Seriously, please improve your services. You are not gaining customers like this.
