The issue that started on the date of delivery after purchasing the bed and mattress from you (19 July), hasn't been resolved till date.
On the day of delivery itself, we have mentioned on your job sheet that the bed is defective - It has holes, not properly polished and no finishing. To my surprise, 2 of the bed legs aren't even touching the ground.
Additionally, now the mattress is also defective. It is permanently bent due to poor quality spring/foam used in the mattress. It has been just a month o[censored]sage and this is what i am experiencing! What a nightmare it is!
I have highlighted the issue with your customer care from time to time with pictures, have showed your technicians the problem but all in vain as nobody cares.
Your executive Venkat Kalyan N handled the complain in the most irresponsible way possible. He closed the complain without actually solving the issue. On one hand, he told us that he will take measures and resolve our query, however on the other hand he just closed the complaint without communicating anything. WHAT A WAY OF HANDLING THE COMPLAIN!!!
Later when I called up again and this time Mr Narayan told me that the complain is closed (without actually solving it). I talked to the floor Senior Manager - Mr Prakash who asked me to wait for 2 hours for finding the issue. After waiting, I still didn't get any call. I called up again and this time I was told by Mr Narayan to wait for another 30 min. There was no call till end of the day.
Next day past 12 pm, I called up again and there was no update again. Everybody is just neglecting the issue.
