We have purchased a 6 seater dining table (4 chairs + 1 bench), a console table & a sofa chair, dated 18th august (Order number [protected]).
We recieved delivery for the same on 31st august. But the delivery shipment was incomplete. We received only one chair instead of four. And the sofa chair was also missing.
When the assembly executive came on 2nd september, we realised that the bench was also defective.
We have been talking with ashok (Our sale contact at royal oak omr). He had assured delivery for the missing items on 3rd sept. But no delivery has been made till now.
This is the second purchase from royal oak. For the previous order also, we faced issues with the product and it took more than 2 months of continuous follow up from our end to get it fixed.

    I’ve purchased royaloak lara three seater manual recliner in fabric from electronic city showroom. I’ve ordered brown colour and the colour i’ve received is beige. It’s look like used product and seconds hand.

    I called customer care, they told to send an email. After sending email, no response and even my call isn’t connecting to their customer care.

      I have bought a sofa sets in royal oak furniture and with in 15days i wanted to return the product due to poor quality and damaged.

      Am really disappointed with this product which was delivered.

      1) there is no cushion in the seating area
      2) there is no softness in the back side
      3) harm rest also there is no proper softness with thick form
      4) there only side cloth stitched, no soft form attached.

      I have spoke to customer care team, and they sent a technician to home address, and technician also confirmed that product is not worth for money and accepted above comments but without my knowledge they have closed the issue ticket and no response from any of the team. I have sent an email to below email address but none of them respond back. Very worst company and no customer focused brand

The team was supposed to send the furniture within 7 days. Now its been 12 days. Not only i have not received the furniture, the team is not responding to calls and if they do they always sy i will receive furniture tomorrow. I have been following up since a week, but still no sign of delivery. Please help.

          I recently purchased a royal oak divine single seater rocking recliner on[protected] from amazon.in,

          Sold by - cloudtail india private limited

          Order no.[protected]

          Amount - rs 18500.

          Issues -

          The quality of the cushions in the arm rest of the recliner is really poor.
          The chair is not stable to stand.


          There are large gaps in both side of arm rest, resulting falling of any object inside it and difficult to take out.

          The recliner is bending a bit towards one side.

          Kindly replace it with a new one.

          I have attached the screenshots of the order details

          Expectations-expecting you guys to address the issue soon and provide a solution to the problem.

            Hi,
            i had purchased a royal oak diamond king size double bed on 30th june 2019 and i got it delivered on 17th july 2019 and when the product was delivered, damages where noticed on the headboard of the double bed and the same was reported to person who delivered and on the receipt even the damage was mentioned.
            and i started a email thread addressing their customer care persons since the day the double bed was delivered and till now there is no proper solution to the issue which i have raised and nor they are sticking to the timelines which they have provided me over the email/phone calls.
            most of the times they dont receive the calls even though you call many number of times. and i am here simply paying my credit card bill for the damaged bed which i have received
            i have all the communication/chat transcripts which i have done with their customer care persons and i can provide the details and its almost 40 days since i complained about this and no resolution yet.

            can you please help me out in coming out of it . i am tired of calling them
            and they are not responding for the refund request as well

                The issue that started on the date of delivery after purchasing the bed and mattress from you (19 July), hasn't been resolved till date.

                On the day of delivery itself, we have mentioned on your job sheet that the bed is defective - It has holes, not properly polished and no finishing. To my surprise, 2 of the bed legs aren't even touching the ground.

                Additionally, now the mattress is also defective. It is permanently bent due to poor quality spring/foam used in the mattress. It has been just a month o[censored]sage and this is what i am experiencing! What a nightmare it is!

                I have highlighted the issue with your customer care from time to time with pictures, have showed your technicians the problem but all in vain as nobody cares.

                Your executive Venkat Kalyan N handled the complain in the most irresponsible way possible. He closed the complain without actually solving the issue. On one hand, he told us that he will take measures and resolve our query, however on the other hand he just closed the complaint without communicating anything. WHAT A WAY OF HANDLING THE COMPLAIN!!!

                Later when I called up again and this time Mr Narayan told me that the complain is closed (without actually solving it). I talked to the floor Senior Manager - Mr Prakash who asked me to wait for 2 hours for finding the issue. After waiting, I still didn't get any call. I called up again and this time I was told by Mr Narayan to wait for another 30 min. There was no call till end of the day.

                Next day past 12 pm, I called up again and there was no update again. Everybody is just neglecting the issue.

                  I purchased rchased a sofa from royal oak, marathahalli store in jan'19 and it got torn from sides within 6 months.. It was advised by the salesman that the sofa will be as it is for 5-6 years. Followed up on phone/emails/whattsapp, but no response.. Nobody even bothered to look into the request and to their audacity, they have responded over email that the service request is closed since issue is resolved.

                    I got crockery unit from royaloak, k. R. Puram (Old madras road) and it is not installed yet. I called customer care and raised my complain but no one responded well. The manager of the old madras road outlet lied and told me that he will get it installed on time but no one even called me. I feel cheated, as i gave money on time and cheaters are not coming to install it.

                      I am writing this email w. R. T such a bad customer experience i am facing from royal oak electronic city.

                      I had ordered an glory dining 6s table on 23/06/2019 and the people who are there in royal oak electronic city had told me that the item will deliver on july 20, 2019 and when i checked with them on july 15, 2019 they told that it will come on aug 5, 2019. I some how accepted this and when i had checked with the manager mr. Chandu, contact number ([protected]) he told that he will make sure the item will come by aug 5, 2019 and it will get it installed on aug 6, 2019 itself.

                      The item came on aug 7, 2019 and when i had tried to contact with mr. Chandu he told that he will check and call me back and again when i had called again he told that by tomorrow it will get it installed and too many excuses.

                      Today is 11th august, 2019 no body had came for the installation and the item is like a waste material in my home — the cost of the item is 29, 992 rupees.

                      Attached the invoice copy of the same and also attached the item which is like a waste item in my home.

                      I just want to ask royal oak there is no value for customer money here? Are you cheating with the customer?

It was supposed to be delivered to my residential address within 10 days but i am yet to get any delivery even after 23 days. I have rang up your customer care no. And e-mailed you several tomes but without any result or any appropriate reply. If you fail to deliver to purchased commodity within next 7 days i shall start necessary action against you under relevant section of the consumer protection act, 1986 including compensation, apart from police action under the indian penal code.                         While giving order, they said you will get one day express delivery, however the furniture was received after 2 days. Also within 5 days it is not yet installed.                           Bought an outdoor swing over internet. Paid in advance. Item not delivered as promised date and still not arrived. Customer service number does not work and they do not answer emails and chat stops abruptly after asking where the order is.

                          This company seems to be a scam site and fraud. Someone should mark them in amazon.in so you do not come to their website and order.

                            Coffee table was delivered and when i checked it has some uneven gaps and some cracks. Raised the complaint 21164 but no one responded. Sent the images of the table and they informed technician will be visiting the home, but no one showed up. It's been a week and i've sent remainder emails twice but no one responded.
                            Thought royal oak is a branded furniture store but turns out to be a another worst company in providing customer service.

                              I had ordered a jazz tv stand from royal oak bangalore, on 19/07/2019 online and had made payment through internet banking same day for rs.2990/- the website says within 72 hrs express delivery, had waited more than that. No reply i have got for the mail sent to customer care of royal oak. They didnt even tried to inform me about the delivery details. Still haven't got any reply to my mail sent on 25th july.                                 Order was placed on 6- april - 2019.
                                Product was delivered on 31-may-2019.

                                Delivered product had defects (Pictures has been uploaded):
                                Defect 1 - 2 seater back panel has crack and was updated on the same to installation person during installation.
                                Defect 2 - 2 seater and 3 seater sofas are not as per product description and are missing fold able hinge features.

                                Customer complaint was raised immediately with a complaint id -16850.
                                It has been almost 4 months and till date no one from royal oak has resolved the issue. I still have the defective product at home.

                                I have been following up with royal oak customer care since complaint has been raised. They respond saying they will enquire and call back on the issue, nut never called back.

                                  One week back I purchased a bed with side stool from Koramangala Bangalore 1st they delay the delivery and installation after that when we saw the product we r very disappointed as the quality of the product is not good .Wood has lot of cracks and polishing is also not properly done and at same time in the side stool drawers base is card board instead of ply wood .If I check their coustmer care no.available those are not correct .So don't know where to complaint .So that either I can get a replacement or get my refund because it's a cheating when they show the product in shop quality is different and when they deliver then quality is pathetic and then shop guys also don't want to help d their sale target is completed.

                                    Purchased 1no royaloak wave coffee table with tempered glass top online vide order no : roy0018311, dt: 18. Jul.2019, delivery of the product got delayed by royaloak without prior information, now the delivery date was postponed to 20th aug'2019 where there will be a considerable delay of 3weeks from the original commitment delivery date (30. July.2019) given by royaloak. (Please refer enclosed documents for proof and evidence) the above delay really disappointed me personally and affected our house warming schedule. Kindly look in to this matter on priority basis and do the justice in order to get my item delivered as quickly as possible.

                                      I had bought a study table with drawers.
                                      The drawers has roller when the roller was fixed it was already damaged and the set was shaking.
                                      The technician told the roller is broken and needs to be changed.
                                      But for the past 3-4 weeks i have been contacting this royal oak there is no response from them.
                                      No one picks up the complain line.
                                      I did manage to get the managers number but he also didn't respond. After all, i have send the snapshot of the damaged roller in the wats up, his name is murali from banaswadi branch.
                                      I thought royal oak was having good services but this has disappointed me so much.in fact, i have bought several items from the same place.
                                      When a damaged goods is being send should there be a good response to it too.
                                      When it comes to complains there service is very bad.

                                        We purchased swing hillary on 17/07 and it was promised to deliver within 72 hrs, and another two days for installation, it's 28/7 today they have delivered the product after no of calls made to them and we personally went to their devanhalli store in bangalore... For the service engineer i am trying to reach on their customer care no, 30 mints i was kept on hold and no one answered... This is totally against the advertisement they are flashing o their website as well as the promise made to us in person. I feel that they have lied to me and waisted our time. If they can't deliver they should stop promising and displaying as header on the website.
