I bought my car insurance from this company. After the payment online they send me proposal copy. Where my chassis number printed wrongly. Immediately i have called them, and over the phone i have updated correct number. And they have told that in all the records they have updated it. After few day they have sent me soft copy with wrong chassis number and send me message that it has been dispatched. Again i reported the same issue. After a month on tracking they have given three consignment number and on which two of them shows delivered. And even i got sms on mobile that the product has been delivered with stamp and signature. Its 100% sure that these people are not maintain proper user information. Till now i haven't received my policy hard copy. Its one of the big mistake done by me to choose the policy from this company.

      On July 7th, I have requested them for name change of the car insurance and paid the amount immediately. Its more than 2 months Royal Sundaram Insurance not responding and not sending policy document. Even when I requested them for softcopy atleast, they refused to send

      Would like to inform you how unprofessional Royal Sundaram Insurance is ..

      On July 7th, I have requested them for just name change of the car insurance

      They sent a suppid 4 page document wherein they asked me to write chassis no and engine no and all that, though I had specified Policy no..All other nonsense I had to write in that and Royal Sundaram's did not even respond to few of my queries..

      After few days they demanded more than 1000 INR for name change!! I was shocked at this, but paid it immediately as they where ruthless!

      Now, its already more than 70 days and not at sending me the policy changed in my name..Nobody is even responding to my emails and not sending me the policy either

      I have requested them to send atleaset soft-coy, even that they are refusing

      One ### has been calling me from their Chennai office for last few days only to say they will send policy, but not received so far, despite several reminders and requests

      Real nonprofessionals!!

      Will never continue with Royal Sundaram Insurance

        I opted for porting my parents policy to royal sundaram and paid amount on 23rd aug 2019.

        There guys were on toes till they sell then they are laid back and we need to run behind them for support.

        They told home visit for health check possible before sales as long as we are comfortable paying 300/- and later they simply ignored that promise and insisted my parents to visit a diagnostic clinic which is 21 kms away from my home.

        And canceled policy on 9th sep 2019 as we failed completing health check. They never told me that we need to complete checks in 15 days. They simply canceled my policy and when i raised a concern about cancellation with out my knowledge then they are saying about clause of 15 days to submit medical tests reports.

        And most irritating part out of all this mess was they never agree on their mistakes and they are the most arrogant people around.

        Most irresponsible customer services team i have come across till date.

          Without my knowledge Royal sundharam insurance looting my money for 2 years...

          accidentally I noticed my sbi credt card statement and I noticed that Royal Sundharam Insurance has taken my money on 14th July 2019 Rs.5771 and 17th of July 2019 Rs.3809.

          In 2017 I took Royal Sundharam Insurance using my sbi card...from that date they saved my card data and using it continuously in which I never received any kind of insurance from them...

          I want concerned department from that company should take action and cancel and revert my hard earned money...
          I called customer care they are disconnecting the call inbetween...I got recording also...

              I am gagandeep singh, i got a policies from royal sundaram. I personally asking to everyone please don’t brought any kind of policy from royal sundaram. This is a very cheap & # system. They are doing so many calls for creating trap to catch the customers once the customer will come then they will come at their own character.

              I brought two policies one is life policy and other one is health policy. At the time of purchasing they are committing no charges will be applicable on before 30days cancelation. When i will go to proceeding with the cancelation process then they are asking me before 30 days policy cancelation fees is a 100rs and after 30 days will be charges 1800 something. ‘what rubbish!!!’ i am trying to contact them for policy cancelation regularly. After 3 days finally got contacted with them they proceeding one policy initiated and one forgot. After 2-3 days i am again asking them for policy cancelation and they initiated. Again after 3-4 days they are asking me you have got delayed for proceeding to cancelation process. Now you got charged for the health policy cancelation ‘wtf’. I am using hdfc credit card from last 4 years and i have nothing any kind of issue with them. Such a very # service …

              I strongly recommended to everyone don’t get any policy or service from royal sundaram at any cost.

                Mirror is not given in insurance after having zero depth insurance the value of insurance is 85, 000 liability and i have been charged rs/-11, 089 which is not matching in zerodepth insurance. As i checked personally according to list given from showroom not all parts installed. My work done at makarpura kataria workshop vadoadara. So i need that installed side glass mirror in any condition. And fake list of parts provided and charged 11, 086 so i am analysing and take this case in consumer forum. My no.                   I want to state that your staff mr. Ghitala who is in claims department is harashing ur from last 6 months sir.
                  This is not only a matter of a single vehicle his daily practice to make costumer dissatisfied and making there claims fault.
                  I an requesting for a particular vehicle frame change from last three months he refused any ways no problem but surveyor recommended for new frame the chasis band master has also recomended for new chasis but he is always making the claims as hell.
                  Respected sir you can see your market status also.
                  What was it befor 3 years and what is the condition as of now.
                  Yesterday he has also abused me and now blaming me that you abused me and clearly saying do what ever you can. I will do whatever i want.
                  So kindly look over this very serious matter and take a necessay action as soon as possible.
                  Look over your market share you will definately feel the diffrence.

                        I am a returning customer to royal sundaram for car insurance. Sorry to tell that customer care contact number[protected] is out of service when i tried for almost 10 times on 16-may 2019. This has happened almost two weeks back also. Later i have also complained about this to one of the insurance advisor who called me to confirm my renewal. I haven't yet renewed the policy. But i would do so only if you are awailable on your customer care phone number... Means the number should be working. I know they would come up with industry standard phrase "we are sorry for the inconvenience caused", i attach no value to the phrase. As a motor vehicle insurance company the number would be the one we call at the time of a crisis. If it is not functional /inaccessible most of the time, what use is taking a policy from royal sundaram let alone renewing one?

                          My car chevrolet cruze bearing reg. No. Hr72a5993, policy no. Vpb[protected] comprehensive, met with an accident late night on 10th march 2019.

                          Both the airbags got deployed and front left of car was damaged.

                          I informed on r. S. Claim no.[protected] of the accident and vehicle was towed to nearby chevrolet service center on 11th march 2019, morning.

                          All the related documents, fir copy, dl, pan card, aadhar card etc. Were submitted to the company in next 3-4 days.

                          I requested r. S. To settle the claim as per their liability towards repair of the vehicle, since vehicle is in major damage and airbags are also deployed, so it is not safe to use the vehicle after repairs, it will put the life of driver and other occupants in danger.

                          I am in continuous touch with the r. S team but there is no satisfactory progress in this case and each time i was given new excuses or some investigation is still going on.

                          It`s being more than 1.5 months now since the claim being intimated but still there is no resolution provided yet.

                          R. S. The insurer is even forcing me to go for the repairs, as they do not value human life.

                          I clearly mentioned in my mail send on 19th April `19, that vehicle is extensively damaged.
                          Both the airbags are deployed and frontal crash guard section is being damaged.
                          Getting the vehicle repaired and using it again on the road will seriously risk life of the driver and the occupants.

                          I am not interested in risking my life by getting the vehicle repaired and using it on public roads.
                          I instructed R.S. to depute someone from your end to discuss with me and settle a lump sum amount.

                          R.S. can now choose any of the three options.

                          - Settle the claim as per repair liability of the insurer.
                          - Pay 100% repair cost of the vehicle.
                          - Pay 100% IDV of the vehicle and get the R.C. transfer done.

                                I have taken royal sundaram lifeline supreme family floater policy for 3 years tenure. Me and my husband are covered under this. Before buying policy i have asked mamy time to royal sundaram representative that i ll be soon delivering baby and i would like to add her in our family floater policy after her birth. Representative said yes u can add her in ur policy, once ur baby is born u send us her documents we ll add her immediately to ur family floater plan. Whatever extra premium ll be there we will charge for that.
                                By keeping all this factors in mind i bought policy with tenure of 3 yrs. Now my baby is born and i have called royal sundaram toll free number and asked them procedure to add baby name in policy. They said u can't add ur baby name in policy now. It can be added only at the time of renewal. I told them it was assured to me while taking policy that my baby ll be added immediately, no one told me it can be added only at a time of renewal.
                                If i would have known this fact that baby name can be added only at the time of renewal, why would i have taken policy for three years. Now if i wait for my policy renewal to add my baby name in she ll not be medically covered for three yrs which is not good. Now what they are suggesting me is to by separate policy for her. First they gave wrong information to me and now they want me to take another policy for my baby. They just want to earn money by selling policy.

                                  I was admitted in hospital on 4th December(Policy No. HSAA[protected] &(Settlement of claim number: IH18004424CSL01) for major abscess surgery which required daily twice dressing and it was not possible to visit hospital daily for dressing because i was on bed ridden and could not walk. So we appointed doctor for daily visit at home which was way too expensive but as i was medically covered, i knew that it will be reimbursed according to the post hospitalization policy . But they denied all the amount of my treatment saying that home visit not allowed. I am attaching the my summary report in doctor have clearly advised for daily twice dressing. How can they deny whole treatment reimbursement . This is so unethical. Why do we take medical policies if we dont get it covered properly. I request you to kindly give me my reimbursement amount otherwise i ll go to consumer court and file a police complaint as well

                                  I received an email from royal sundaram stating that according to IRDA guidlines they cant give reimbursement for home visit charges.

                                  But in my previous surgery which happened on 1st august, they reimbursed home visit charges as well. And now they are denying it . Its clear that they are fraud . Its clearly mentioned in the policy that 60 days of post hospitalization will be covered in the policy. Kindly sort this issue out otherwise i will go to the court for mentally harassing me.

                                  I am really disappointed by royal sundaram, as i discussed over the email that i got reimbursed for my previous surgery for home visit as well and now they are denying . Even they are not on their words and they do not know their policy rules. Now they are asking me to refund the amount which they settled in my previous surgery . This is clear mental harassment from their end. First of all they deducted my whole treatment amount of Rs 60000 from the reimbursement and now they are asking for refund for previous surgery . They are the No1 Fraud company. Already i am going through financial crisis due to medical problem. And they are mentally harassing me . First they did not pay the reimbursement amount saying that it was home visit charges and now they are asking money from me for my previous surgery they paid. Which genuine company does that . Why do people get themselves insured if they don't get the claim reimbursed.

                                    As on 19 april my father was admitted in apollo hospital due to pneumonia cold cough headache and chest pain on an emergency basis doctor said to admissions and when i claim for cashless claim the royal sundram denied as they said for this hospitalisation not necessary as he was too much serious that time and pollo hospital doctor said for admission how can they denied and after i send all the doctor prescription to them then also denied
                                    I want my money back otherwise u see today i complained to consumer court and fir in police station

                                      I bought health policy for me and my mother father through Citi Bank in 2015, now i already paid for 2 years again, suddenly i checked my DOB mentioned wrong in policy, i emailed them for changes before the renewal date. and i got email that changes will be done. after 15 days i sent a reminder and got email changes cant be done, i said cancel only my mother policy and me and my father will be continue. they cancelled complete policy and without any call and information. i got msg from through Pay zap you refunded only 20000 and i paid 25000 approx. i called many times to customer care they said i'll get from their representative but no call, its really fake company no services no response.
                                      i have been paying you from last 3 years now i already paid for 2 Years.

                                      They refunded only 75 % only as i am using this policy since 2015 without any Claim. i told them to cancel my mother policy only, they cancelled whole policy while i've giving premium every year they said they will arrange call but no call received by them. very very poor services and i am very disappointed.                                         This is the limit of carelessness. Your staff of customercare is very very careless. Three (3) times, i have received the car policy with worng dob and not endoressed cng kit.

                                        Please note that inspection in respect of my car no. Dl2cam9950 was done on 13.12.2018 and photographs of the car as well as cng kit was duly taken in respect of my car policy no. Is vpb[protected] dated november 19, 2018.

                                        You are requested to kindly search your records properly and issue me the fresh car policy with endorsement of cng kit and incorporation of my correct date of birth which is 30.11.1967.
