નમસ્કાર
અધિકારી શ્રી અને મંત્રી શ્રી જે કોઈ હોય તે બધા ને એક સામાન્ય નાગરિક ની વિન્નતી

સીટી માં હેલ્મેટ બાબત છૂટ આપવા અપીલ છે
બાકી બધા નિયમ માં જે કાંઈ દંડ ની જોગવાઈ છે તેમાં આમ જનતા ને કોઈ વિરોધ નથી
કારણકે હેલ્મેટ બાબત જે મજબૂરી છે તે એક વાહન ચાલક જ જાણતો હોઈ છે આ નિયમ હાઇવે ઉપર બરાબર છે
બાકી સર્વે નાગરિક ને પોતાની અને પરિવાર ની ચિંતા તો હૉઈ અને પોતાની સેફટી માટે લગભગ 90 થી 95 % લોકો એ પોતાના વીમા તો ઉતરાવ્યાં જ હોય છે
બાકી હેલ્મેટ પહેરી હોય અને અકસ્માત માં તેનું મૃત્યુ થાય તો સરકાર કાઈ એક્સ્ટ્રા વળતર તો આપતી નથી

બાકી બે દિવસ સીટી માં હેલ્મેટ પહેરી અને વાહન ચલાવો અને
નીચે જણાવેલ જગ્યા એ હાજરી આપીતો સામાન્ય નાગરિક ની મજબૂરી નો ખ્યાલ આવે
1 કોઈ ના બેસણા કે ઉઠામણા માં જવું
2 લગ્ન કે સગાઈ માં જવું
3 ધાર્મિક મંદિરે દર્શન કરવા જવું
4 પાર્ટી કે ફંકશન માં જવું
5 કોઈ ના મરણ માં આભડવા જવું
6 દવા લેવા દવાખાને જવું
7 સંબંધી ની ખબર કાઢવા હોસ્પિટલે જવું
8 તહેવાર ઉપર મેળા માં કે ધાર્મિક સ્થળે ફરવા જવું
9 દુકાનો માં શોપિંગ કરવા જવું
10 આ સિવાય આજુબાજુ ના સેન્ટર માં જોબ માટે રેલવે અથવા એસ.ટી. માં અપ ડાઉન કરતા લોકો જ્યારે પોતાનું બાઈક રેલવે અથવા બસસ્ટેન્ડ માં મુકતા હોઈએ ત્યારે હેલ્મેટ નું શુ કરવું.
બીજુ puc સર્ટીફીકેટ હોય એટલે શુ વાહન પ્રદુષણ ફેલાવતુ બંધ થઈ જશે?
કેમ કે puc એક રિપોર્ટ હોય છે જેમાં પોલીસ ને કઈ ખબર પડતી નથી કેમ કે puc ચેકીંગ કર્યા પછી એક પણ રેકોર્ડ નથી કે પોલીસે એવુ કહ્યુ હોય કે તમારુ વાહન પ્રદુષણ ફેલાવે છે.
તેથી બીજા નીયમ બરોબર છે પણ puc અને શહેરી રસ્તા પર હેલ્મેટ ના નીયમ માં સુધારો જરૂરી છે.

માટે આ બાબત વિચારણા કરવા વિન્નતી છે
ઉપર ની બાબત માં કાયદાકીય રીતે મારા થી કાઈ ખોટું લખાય ગયું હોય તો હું માફી માંગુ છુ

I have purchased hero spelder m/cycle which is registered at rto prayagraj (Allahabad) up, whose registration no.in up70cz 5398 printed. Unfortunately rc issued by rto prayagraj (Allahabad) is not very cleared in the rc. During the checking by the traffic police and civil police i am being harassed. Kindly issue me rc with clear registration printed on it. Please do the needful at the earliest.

I check my application status and the dl is printed but i have not received my driving license yet!

Please kindly help me in this matter, i don't know what to do to get my license as soon as possible. The pvd in behala where i gave the test on 05/09/2019 also durga puja is near license would be helpful

I made both lmv and mcwg dl from dto buxar i get recipet of both but when it comes to my home with post i see there mcwg written. But i made both two and four wheeler this i have receipt of dto buxar cashier which given to me. So please help and solve my problem of dl because i face so many problems in road.
So i again kindly and humble request you to check proper and issuing my right dl.

I had submitted an application for renewal of my driving license with dy. Rto, borivali at https://parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice1/applViewStages.do. my application number is [protected] and application date is september 2, 2019 i had paid my fees on september 2, 2019 and also uploaded all required documents. Since then the application has had the status "application is under processing at rto level." pending for "scrutiny at counter imvappcnt1". It's been 2 weeks now and in another week my license expires. Request you to expedite the processing of my application.

I brought splendor bike in lonavala PUNE in 2009 and after transfer I have come JHANSI U.P..I have been deposited RC transfer fee 4007/- dated 28/06/2013 but my RC data not showing mparivahan app(government portal app).
So please update my data in RTO Jhansi U.P. and mprivahan app.I request to you.I hope my data show on line soon.

I have my driving licence issued in[protected] from uttar pradesh (Up 25). I need to get a di extract for which i tried to log into https://sarathi.parivahan.gov.in/sarathiservice7/dlextarct.do page. On entring my dl details i am getting this error message : this driving licence number - not approved in dl backlog!!

I completed driving test on 17th august and dl was printed in 28th august. But it is not yet dispatched after more than 15 days after printing.
I tried to call rto koramangala, bengaluru 3 times, but no one picked the call.

My application number is [protected]. And my dl is available on digilocker and mparivahan app, but i need the physical card for various purposes and more conveniences.

Please let me know if it can be resolved asap. I need the license badly now, after new traffic rules.

I was apply for light motor vehicle driving licence and after all processed i have to cancel the application. After the cancellation of the application i not got my payment refund. They are many people who face these type of problems. Please help us and solve this problem. How i can refund of rs 900 which i paid as fee for light motor vehicles. Help me

I was trying to book lakhimpur rto no up31bf1111 but transaction was failure and no. Was not booked but amount 15000/- has been debited from my account
On inquiring from bank, they are saying amount successfully transfer to transport department and provided above reference no.
So please check and arrange to refund if credited in your account

I applied for my driving license no mh[protected] renewal from rto tardeo mumbai in. Sep 17 and renewal happened but inspite of going to rto melee tann10 times and repeatedly paying money for them. To pos the license. I have dtl not received the license. Ot i no 2 years that is without a license but rto refuses to give y renewed license t me. Nonsensical the refuse to give license when u visit rto tkr money from posting it utneverpost it!!

I have applied for the transfer of ownership of br29y7308 from abhishek kumar shriwastwa to akriti anni. But i have not received the rc yet. Status of rc is dispatched on 9 apr 2019. But while tracking the consignment it is saying no such consignment id found. Also it is not in the post office. Please guide how i will get my rc or else issue a duplicate rc smart card.

I have applied for learning license. I already have dl. When i went through driving school the process was quick. Now for 2 wheeler i applied it online by myself and went to kasturi nagar rto banaglore, i have submitted all the docs. It's been more than 7 days still the status shows "scrutiny - (Document verification) at sda counter". The option of online application is provided so it will be helpful for people. When i went there for license, i was suggested to go through school since they pay bribe to them it will be approved soon. The rules are made strict, fines are increased everything is fine. But everywhere we only have to pay. What's benefit we get.. If the bribe is accepted at least remove online application then we don't have to do it twice. Keep it the way it was. Because any way we will have to struggle. Why struggle twice. Will there be no inspection on these things on rto. Those people act so rude if it's online application. Seriously.

As per new change from 1st september, 2019. We can register any vehicle in any city within a state. Long with this change there was implementation of the hefty fines for vehicles. Now we all know rto have implemented the hefty fine same day but for the registration they say they are not aware of it. Its creating problem for me in registering my bike in mumbai. I have different home town in maharashtra with permanent address. I live on rent in mumbai.

Transfer noc required urgently, rto officials are not properly responding and completing the documents.
After regular follow up with them they said today there is connectivity issue.
Common man faces a lot of inconvenience and bear extra charges as well, strict action required against ghaziabad rto officials.
Complaint against officials.
Action required as early as possible.

I have been issued a poorly printed and unreadable international driving licence by rto, jodhpur where my photo also cannot be seen clearly. There are prominent lines on my photo. The licence was issued by rto jodhpur 2 days back.
When i went to the rto and complained they asked me to surrender my licence and again reapply for licence and pay the rs 1000 licence fee and said that there is no guarantee that the photo and print will again come out properly.

As i have already paid the complete money, i want the rto, jodhpur to reissue a freshly printed and readable international driving licence to me. I have to travel abroad next week and they should do it before that.

I have applied for learning license and had an appointment on 9th sep, 2019. When i went for my test their were some issues regarding form 1 & 2. After visiting for 2 more days the official told me to withdraw the application and filed a new one as their were many issues in the previous one. He could not cancel my first application so i tried by myself but failed.
How can i cancel the application and get refund of rs 500 which i paid as fee for light motor vehicles.
