First he was in a line of auto stand i asked him kurla he said okay after half way he said “aage utarjana vaha traffic hai” i said “dusri auto pakkad ke do “ he said “aisaan nai kree ho”...and starting scolding me and arguing with me instead of taking me to kurla he left me at marol and tease me “ki haan complaint krna police mai”... i feel he has got no respect for women a strictly action should be taken i[censored] dont wanna go why u let people sit even we get tired after working

My bike was registered under rto patna in 2011 and in 2014 i taken noc of the vehicle for rto guwahati, but i have not submitted the noc to guwahati rto due to lack of awareness about that, now i got transferred to mumbai but when i approaches for noc from patna rto they said you will have to contact guwahati rto as we have no any data of your vehicle, then i approaches to guwahati rto through agent but as per agent, guwahati rto said we also have no any data, then i mailed both rto four-five time simultaneously for the process /solution to get noc but till now i haven't got reply from both rtos. Due to noc i am unable to drive my vehicle in mumbai.

How is the complain status showing "marked as resolved" till now I have not got any reply from neither from your side nor from any RTOs.My complian is still unresolved. Respected authority, i had applied for the renewal of my DL on 05/04/2019 and was notified with License approval number[protected] on 06/04/2019 via SMS. But the concern is, my renewed DL is not yet delivered to me and on enquiry from postman it was conclusion that it is not yet dispatched to him. Please look upon my problem as soon as possible.

I have taken a bike at guwahati bearimg registtatiom number AS01U 9805 and got tranfered to patna them tsken it to patna in the year 2005 after taking NOC from Guwahati
Now i want to renew my rrgisttstion but unable to do because NOC in not done online by Guwahati DTO as result my registration expired
I have writren to DTO guwahati several tomes alone and through DTO patna but still noc is not made online
Please do it urgently so that i can renew registration

Hi there,
I have filled online application and test was conducted on 21 jun 2019. I have clear test but because of some technical issue they didn't give me ll print. I have contacted test conduct authority but they tell me we can't do anything because this issue is because of site. They have suggested to gave slot copy and they will contact the authority to approving my ll. But it been more 15 day nothing is happening. Could you please help me or suggest what to do next?

I have purchased my moped a year ago in 2018 has have still not received my registeration book. during my purchase i have been told that it would be delevired. It's 2019 now and i still do not have my RC book.

Respected sir / madam
This is to notify that the staff of rto office rudrapur (Uttrakhand) is worst they are not helping people for their driving license and i had to stand in que for approx 20 mins and the person came after me got his work done through mediator and he didn't have any test and he got his driving license and the staff was working for the people who were brought by the mediator this can't be tolerated action needed to be taken against staff and this type of staff should be removed from their duty. I want a immediate reply or i have to approach higher authorities or court.

Sir I want to say that the officers persnoly caught me at Bypass, Unnao.But the other hands the mature boys riding bike without helmet at highway, and the RTO officers didn't catch him or stop them.Sir this is wrong.I want justice.

Sir/madam... I am sharing the video.. Frankly i wasnt present at that place and saw the video on instagram and such people should be fined so that they do not cause trouble to other people. Plz chk the video and take action so that the driving condition improves in our country. The vehicle number (Mh 14 fg 4799) can be clearly seen in video.
Posting the complaint as many people face this and few drivers like these find enjoying themselves.

There is no communication from the rto side on any progress of my application. I am confused what to do. Please guide me through. Is it normal on the rto side to delay like this in this age of information technology? Or is it a torture to the customers? There should be transparency in all type of transactions.

And even they didn't tell that they have break of 1 hour and also cctv for 4 wheeler is not working.. This is the current scenario of india. Shame on the how rto system work...

On 5th july 2019 around evening 6:45 pm the driver of vehicle ka05 ah 3920 - mahindra bolero max truck hit left side front wheel at a signal near nayandhalli and ran away. I was waiting for the signal and the driver of this vehicle was very rash and did not stop at all. I consulted local traffic police tgrte and they asked me to lodge a complaint here.

Could you please check and raise a string case and complaint against this vehicle driver. Also, please ask this driver to contact me asap.

Please see the photos of damage that happened to my car. It was completely mistake of this driver and i must take a serious action against him.

An auto rickshaw with number mh 02 va 3685 has been lying unmoved in front of my shop since 7-8 months.
When asked no one knows about its owner. Address: shop no. 14 om satyam niwas bldg. Shimpoli road borivali west mumbai 400092. Near shimpoli police chowki.
There is an illegal pay and park by an auto garage owner. He knows the owner of this vehicle. Earlier in similar scenario he had asked to get it removed. Now this time he says the owner "punjabi" is not in contact. Its been 7-8 months. Its all damaged with some bags stocked inside, the bmc cleaner cannot clean the area properly causing a lot of garbage accumulation, flies and mosquitoes infestation, bad odour. Please get it towed.

On the payments page for learner's license, i entered the required details, and hit "calculate fee", it came to a total of rs.1350. Selected "sbi" as the payment gateway and proceeded to the payment page. Selected debit card as the mode of payment, and entered my card details. After a long time (Around 20 minutes) nothing happened, and it did not redirect me to the verified by visa/ otp page too.
Hence i started the payment process again but got the below message:

"application is verifying with bank. Please press ok to continue"

After pressing ok, it does not show the payment page. I have tried making the payment a couple of times but every time i get the same message. Please tell me whom to contact for this issue asap. I have an ll appoint in a week hence need help urgently.

Kindly let me know if online payment is not going through can i make the payment at the rto.

We stay near ram mandir railway station west. There are many vehicles parked in no parking due to which there is lots of traffic causing inconvenience to our society members. Since the railway station is operational lots of auto and vehicles are parked near the station in no parking zones. Which cause huge traffic at morning n evening. We stay in great eastern links society ram mandir road near ram mandir railway station west. Its very difficult for us to enter n exit through our society main gate.

When asked for explanation he came back saying we were driving fast and hence it dashed whereas we were driving normally and he tries overtaking without giving any signal and without horn. Every time whenever I attempt for slot bookin it shows that "No slot available for next 30days" !!
What's the actual problem? How can I book slot?
The problem is in Arambagh RTO, Dist-Hooghly, West Bengal.
What is the actual timing of slot booking? When it is available?
