Hi, My name is. Sayli Verekar, today I was playing rummy circle after long time. So basically I lost my previous phone and it was hacked. So after that I didn't get time to play. I didn't take the same number. So today I thought of playin. I deposited 1k and won 5250/- and I was about to withdraw, so I added my adhaar card as they asked for KYC. So it got failed coz it was added to my previous account. So I emailed them regarding this. No proper response. I waited till now to see the progress. So I end up looking that my account is blocked and my money as well went. I'm nt allowed to withdraw money nor play. How am I supposed to play than?? Is this customer service??? I submitted the docs on the email. So as to ensure that it's me who was using the my ID for KYC. I need my money back. I request you to help me get my account unlocked. I was so excited that I won that too I was playing after long time. I need my money, 🙏🙏
