I have been playing well and winning decently during the recent times in Rummycircle. I have been a player for more than 10 years with rummycircle, never played against the rules. This time they have closed my account without any notice, when asked the reason over the email, they informed me that I have been gained because of the other person. As its a breach of their t&c's, they closed my account. Seemed very funny that I don't know who that player at all.

Even I have requested for open investigation on the same, but they hesitated to do so and stopped responding. Also, they hold my amount of around INR2700 with them. It's a clear acquisition that they put on me. Never expected this from rummycirlce.

If they dont resolve my issue, definitely i will proceed legally in this matter. And so complaining here whether they respond or not.

    My account has been suspended by Rummyculture. They're giving the reason of violated the terms.
    Actual reason is I had used this site long long ago
    I completely forgot that I have an account on RummyCircle. Hence I tries to create a new one and submitted the KYC. After that mail received that I have another account linked with the same documents. At that point I raised a mail to the customer service to deactivate the account which I created new one.
    But they closed both accounts and froze the funds

    Now every time I raise a mail to unblock my account but they're giving the same old replies and nothing solutions they're giving.
    How can I activaty account.

                              मेरी तरह करोड़ो भारतीय आपकी कंपनी की MY11CIRCLE इस आज्ञा प्रणाली का उपयोग से अपनी कुछ लागत लगाते हुए थोड़ी सी कमाई अर्जित करते है।
                              आज के दौर में हर एक व्यक्ति के पास कम से कम 2 सिम कार्ड्स होते है, उस में से कई व्यक्ति कुछ देर पहले पुराने सिम कार्ड वाले नंबर से MY11CIRCLE पर खाता खोल अपनी E-KYC कर इस खेल में सहभागी हुए होते है, उसके बाद कोई कोई कुछ वैयक्तिक कारण के वजह अथवा पुराना सिम कार्ड खोने की वजह से अपना पुराना खाता बंद कर, नए नंबर से नया अकाउंट खुलवा कर सहभागी होते हैं, लेकिन नए तरीके से लॉग इन करने के वक्त आपकी कंपनी E-KYC को Failed दिखा के लोगों की भावनाओ से खिलवाड़ कर रही है ऐसा नजर आ रहा है।
                              जब कोई व्यक्ति अपने नए नंबर से लॉग इन कर के खाते में पैसे डिपॉजिट करता है, उस वक्त आप की तरफ से कोई रिजेक्शन नही दिखाया जाता, लेकिन वह व्यक्ति जब अपना दिमाग लगाकर कुछ पैसे अर्जित करता है, और अपनी मेहनत की कमाई Withdraw करने के लिए प्रयास करता है तब आपकी तरफ से E-KYC का नाम देकर उसका पैसा उसको निकाल ने नहीं दिया जाता है।
                              आज के युग में कोई तकनीकी कमी को बहुत कम समय में ठीक कर दिया जाता है, और ग्राहक की संतुष्टि ही सर्वोपरी है इस बात का बड़ी बड़ी कंपनियों द्वारा अवश्य ध्यान रखा जाता है।
                              लेकिन आपकी कंपनी का यह क्या फंडा है समझ नही आ रहा,
                              अतः आप से निवेदन है कि, मैंने आपने खाते में अपनी मेहनत की कमाई के कुछ पैसे डालकर अपनी बुद्धि के जोर से कुछ पैसा अर्जित किया हुआ है, वह पैसा मुझे दिवाली के पावन त्यौहार होने की वजह से मेरे परिजनों के लिए जरूरी है, इस लिए आप मेरी E-KYC की प्रॉब्लम को दूर करे..और मेरा पैसा मुझे वापिस देने की कृपा करे...

                                I never created any ID on Rummy Circle earlier however error msz is coming your adhar card already associated in our data base.
                                I have sent multiple emails but no response yet and even they are showing complaint resolved every time. I am really frustrated because of this fraud. The first customer care I have seen where no response is coming to customer even after being a genuine player. My email ID and mobile is verified how is this possible for same mobile number is verified if adhar card showing already associated with same number?
