I have added 20000 amount to play the game and I have played for the 20mins and after that I got some work and left the game table and after finished my work I am going to play the game but after that it's showing that cash games are banned in karnataka so that I am unable to withdraw the money from rummy circle account because I have not played yet to get withdrawal limit but currently its banned in karnataka and unable withdrawal my money please kindly do the needful

        With due respect, it is humbly stated that I am owning a Credit CardNo.[protected] of state bank of india on[protected], I received a phone call from Mobile No.[protected] that we are calling that we are calling from SBI Card Service and your 8000 points are due for redemption and we are processing the same and they asked me my Credit Card Number and after that I received an OTP twice and they managed to take OTP from me and after that I received two messages thatRs.40, 000/-andRs.5, 000/-has been spent from my SBICard.(Copies of Call Detail sand SMS received are enclosed).
        Sir, youa rerequested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful and revert the fraudulent entries of Rs.40, 0001-andRs.5, 000/-into my above card by treating these entries as unauthorised. Rummy merchant id:[protected]

                        My account is blocked, I always play fair game and I tend to do so since I have created my account with you but still my account has been blocked and my money 10579 Rs. is stucked there I can't even withdraw the same.

                        This is very serious issue since this is my hard earned money and I wanted to get it back in any condition.

                                After opening account in Rummy circle, I won around 12000 INR, when I try with draw there are allowing, saying document uploaded not matching name. But when I asked them where it is not matching there are not disclosing same. After I uploaded all documents with correct name, still document under review status only. Looks they are fraud. Not relying to my mails with them. I would like go to consumer /other relevant court to sue them. This week end I will near by police station to file complaint on them.
