Hi team,

My family is constantly trying to get this package shipped correctly to the mentioned address in kayamkulam. Its been weeks and the shipments is back and forth between kollam and alappey that is different hubs

We have contacted at least 20 times to the customer care executive through phone.
But they are not doing anything to get this delivery.

Delivery to wrong hub

My consignment is reached to wrong location ie palasa which had to reach vizianagaram. But palasa is near to the delivery location. I requested the palasa hub to deliver to my location but they told that it is not in our zone. But my actual hub which is vizianagaram is 110km away and palasa is 40 km away from my location ( delivery location). Please request palasa hub to deliver my consignment to my location.br...

damaged trunk

This is the complaint regarding the waybill no. 87108768. I had sent my trunk from hisar, haryana to mhow, indore through safexpress. When i recieved my trunk it is damaged badly from top and got broken in number of places.
Though the company claims to deliver the product safely all across the country but in reality it is not so.
Kindly look into the matter and resolve it asap....

Damaged parcel

There are lots of parcel services are available and I chooses safexpress but that was my mistake. Yesterday I got my consignment that I was booked from Guwahati to Kasaragod, out 4 Cartons 2 were completely broken and items were fully out of the carton and wet....

Complain about delaying of service

As reputable safe express seems the delivery of the product is delaying so much we are losing our potential clients because our product has not yet been delivered and its already going to be 10 days now this is so unprofessional other courier service are safe fast and easy but not with safe express i am very disappointed.
I may have to score lower on the performance on our site and on our page...

Regarding delivery of shipment

My package is shipped on 24 th August 2020 from Jalandhar, India to srikakulam, India. It reached at their Hyderabad hub on 24th August 2020.which is half way. Shipment is still in Hyderabad from 9 days. Today's date is 7th September 2020. I don't know what happened with the package. The customer care is not responding properly. So kindly do the needful action against the company Safexpress....

I'm complaining about loss of valuable during packing

A gold ring worth more than 20, 000 rupees which was put in a sachet and put in a small box have been lost (the small box arrived without sachet and ring) when packed on[protected] from Delhi and reached on[protected].

This is intentional and the trust with the safexpress is now lost. Proper compensation has to be given....

Today i have received my consignment (Waybill no[protected] which is apache rtr 160 motorbike from chittorgarh to patna.

It is sad to find that bike got damaged which is listed below:
1. Scratches on petrol tank and silencer (Exhaust) pipe.
2. Double stand of vehicle is completely bend and damaged. (Major damage) and needs to be replaced. This is mainly because of bad handling of vehicle while loading and unloading...

Product was delivered in damaged condition

The shipment with tracking number 81812205 was booked from delhi to kohima. The items was damaged in transit. The shipment was not handled properly by the carrier. This has adversely impacted our reputation alongwith financial damages. The doctor has sent us the photo of the damaged piece....

Parcel not delivered even after 2 weeks

Waybill no[protected]: delivery from noida to khatauli. The parcel was booked on 24th august and it reached muzaffarnagar safexpress office on 27th aug. Muzaffarnagar to khatauli is only 25km. It was out for delivery on 30th august and i received a call from delivery agent on 31st august saying that the parcel is very small he won't ship it that time (I don't know the reason). The logistics company takes extra charges for delivery from office...

2. There is damage to both the steel boxes, many dent are there and hinges of box is also broken.

Worst service!

I had made a pick up request for 24th August and I’ve been following up with them everyday regarding the delivery of the boxes. One day the excuse was the monsoon, the next day it was ganesh. He committed that the boxes will be delivered by 23rd August but his phone is now switched off.

I’ve used multiple logistic suppliers and hands down SafeExpress has the worst service. The board line and raising a complaint is absolutely...
