I received 20 cartons from safe express on 06/11/2020 in which four of them were damaged & torn and on checking, found that few boxes were missing from different cartons, i have taken photos of torn cartons.

I also found that the Q.C inspected seal of few boxes was broken and the pieces inside it were opened.

The checking of all the damaged and torn cartons was done in front of the safe express delivery guy.

    I recieved my parcel after dispatch I took 50 days later and the parcel was completely damage and from my logistic service guy is not responding properly about damage.this is my AWB number :87437022, really the service was very worst.

      There was parcel for me from frog cycle. And it was send through safe express. The item is not deliverd yet. Your site has been marked that the product is deliverd. And i have contacted your kannur office the response from them was pathetic. Worst experince from one of the staff there. His name was roshith. They said me to. Collect the parcel from the office and mad behavior. So i kindly request the authority of safe express to take my complaint seriously and take further action aganist the mentioned. I want my product delivery soos as possible

          Complaint Number: COM[protected]

          This is regarding my waybill number 88336558 Booked from Itanagar on 18.10.2020 to Modipuram and delivered on 24.10.2020.The consignment was of my household goods which reached me in not so good condition with most packaging tattered in delivery my LED TV Panel also damaged despite of double packing also leg of my plastic table was missing and two plastic chairs also missing.

          Following article were found damaged/missing.

          1. 32 inch LED Smart TV Takai J32 MRP Rs. 10750.
          2. Plastic table leg missing Approx cost Rs. 600 for table.
          3. Two Plastic Chairs missing Approx cost Rs. 600.

          I have attached copy of delivery waybill and pictures of damaged items and invoice of the same.

          Kindly do the needful for compensation of the damaged and missed goods.

          An earnest reply would be highly appreciated.

            I have sent my consignment from Dehradun on 14oct which have reached the destination(Kohima) on 28th Oct but I still haven't received my parcel. It has been been updated as been delivered when I tracked it. Customer care no.are not working and delivery agency are not picking up the calls too

                            I had booked sainik express on 12th October 2020 from siliguri to raipur.. waybill number given was 86906482. I tried to track the shipment but was not able to track as it showed wrong waybill. It is 14th day for the shipment but am not able to track my shipment

                                1 - It is very difficult to get through your call centre team. Long wait time and when you are close to your number - the phone gets disconnected.

                                2. When you get through and complain about this - there is no sorry - no apology - they are very rude and just tell you to share the concern.

                                3. My consignment has been picked up from Mumbai[protected] on 14 Oct. As per the website it has reached Gurgaon on 19th - today is 22 oct - no update on the delivery yet.

                                4. I called the customer service - they said they are raising the complaint and will ensure delivery. I will get the complaint number on email. I haven't received anything.

                                  My items are to be shipped from Hostel 12, IIT Bombay, pin: 400076 to my home, pincode: 712139. I have made the payment on 8 October, 2020 and today 21st October, 2020 yet to receive any confirmation of shipment from Safexpress. The waybill number shared 86668262 is showing error. I don't know when can I expect my items to be delivered.

                                  I have the same iuuse, and I would like to add that we have been charges an extra 120 per box (irrespective of size of weight), in the name of "Plstic film covering", which we have to pay anyway as the person at safexpress said we will not ship the belongings. The extra amount was askes to be transferred directly to a personal account via Gpay.

                                        The courier was booked on 25th September 2020 and the arrival date to Purnia was 5th October 2020. The consignment reached the delivery area on 18th October 2020.
                                        My point is why would I pay a lot of money for the my consignment to arrive late. I paid because I wanted the consignment early . What’s the use of paying this amount when others transporter can deliver early and at a cheap cost .
                                        I am tremendously upset because of the service given in Purnia. I would not want to work or be a part of safex again.

                                        I want a part of refund from my charges.
