      I've parcelled up my things on 11th November'2020 from Dehradun to Kanpur (U.P.) and paid complete amount of Rs.3387/- on the same day. Waybill no. is[protected]
      Till date[protected], almost 1 week has been passed, but I did not get my delivery yet and after contacting to the office, I came to know today that my parcel is kept on HOLDING at Dehradun itself without giving me any genuine reason.
      Kindly look into the matter and try to deliver it as soon as possible. Please treat it as high urgency.

        My parcel was being sent by safexpress on 4th October 2020, it reach Aizawl at 12th November 2020, i contact them and asked me courier fee and transportation fee, after paying all, they refused to sent me to Saiha, they want me to pick by myself, I can't pick by Myself that's why I pay for extra fee in safexpress, I contact them many times they postponed again and again, my parcel contain medicine, if broke or lost they will pay for that! Cause they refused to sent me after receiving and paying all fee, this is my tracking number :87016613

            I write to bring in your notice that consignment was booked from jalandhar cantt to Lingnoor k nool 02/11/2020 via safexpress way bill no 85090690 .
            The materials damaged and not in the condition to use all was all due to mishandling at the time of transit .The amount of goods damaged is for Rs 4000.
            kindly take the necessary action plz.

              I had booked an order to shift lugguages from Mumbai to Ambur, TamilNadu. After paying the money only after 20 days they dispatched the items. And out of 4 boxes one box was replaced with someone else lugguage and I am in touch with vendor for past 10 days who dispatched my lugguage and he tells everytime to wait for 2 days. Highly irritating. I had some costly items in my lugguage which got misplaced with someone else lugguage. Now I got a box which doesn't belong to me. The Manager at dispatch site is very irresponsible that he took 20 days to dispatch after paying the charges. Also, Now he is always giving lame reasons and asking to wait. That's it. It's been 10 days and still no response.

                    I received 20 cartons from safe express on 06/11/2020 in which four of them were damaged & torn and on checking, found that few boxes were missing from different cartons, i have taken photos of torn cartons.

                    I also found that the Q.C inspected seal of few boxes was broken and the pieces inside it were opened.

                    The checking of all the damaged and torn cartons was done in front of the safe express delivery guy.

                        There was parcel for me from frog cycle. And it was send through safe express. The item is not deliverd yet. Your site has been marked that the product is deliverd. And i have contacted your kannur office the response from them was pathetic. Worst experince from one of the staff there. His name was roshith. They said me to. Collect the parcel from the office and mad behavior. So i kindly request the authority of safe express to take my complaint seriously and take further action aganist the mentioned.                             This is regarding my waybill number 88336558 Booked from Itanagar on 18.10.2020 to Modipuram and delivered on 24.10.2020.The consignment was of my household goods which reached me in not so good condition with most packaging tattered in delivery my LED TV Panel also damaged despite of double packing also leg of my plastic table was missing and two plastic chairs also missing.

                            Following article were found damaged/missing.

                            1. 32 inch LED Smart TV Takai J32 MRP Rs. 10750.
                            2. Plastic table leg missing Approx cost Rs. 600 for table.
                            3. Two Plastic Chairs missing Approx cost Rs. 600.

                            I have attached copy of delivery waybill and pictures of damaged items and invoice of the same.

                            Kindly do the needful for compensation of the damaged and missed goods.

                            An earnest reply would be highly appreciated.
