    Have placed courier with way bill no 83845693 from Mohali to palasa on 13 th of November it has reached Visakhapatnam on 21st November till date it hadn’t reached palasa as my courier lying idle in Visakhapatnam since 8 days as it is a medical equipment I’m in dire need of it please kindly look into it do needful to deliver it to palasa on earliest date as possible thank you

                Dear Sir/Mam

                I am Debabrata Biswas, received courier through your reputed Safexpress courier service. Complaint as below.

                i) Courier received without blanket or I can say Blanket had been removed during transportation. Carton was fully packed when handed over to Shantipur Safexpress center. After that attached BOPP tape by Safexpress.
                But when received at Destination, carton was not fully packed. It looks press from top (photo attached). Most important thing is that carton has been opened from bottom and attached different colour BOPP tape after removing of blanket. It is clear.
                ii) Cloth drying stand received in damaged condition. Maximum stick has been damaged (photo attached). Same stand I received through other courier from Gulf to my home, without any damages. But transportation inside India it was damaged, I am really spellbound about your services.

                I am really shocked after receiving the parcel through Safexpress.

                I want my blanket return, it was imported.

                Please take necessary action as soon as possible.

                    I had paid for my consignment on 17 October 2020 and today it is 20 october. After calling multiple times to the customer support number and realising that they jjst hold yoir call for 5 minutes and cut the call after that saying that all support executives are busy, I decided to mail them.
                    After mailing the only thing they did was tried to deliver only one carton out of the two cartons of product as they got only one carton till now. Really I am confused how can a consignment of two cartons paid for together dispatched together reach one after another despite taking such a long time.

                    Very pathetic service.

                            I've parcelled up my things on 11th November'2020 from Dehradun to Kanpur (U.P.) and paid complete amount of Rs.3387/- on the same day. Waybill no. is[protected]
                            Till date[protected], almost 1 week has been passed, but I did not get my delivery yet and after contacting to the office, I came to know today that my parcel is kept on HOLDING at Dehradun itself without giving me any genuine reason.
                            Kindly look into the matter and try to deliver it as soon as possible. Please treat it as high urgency.

                              My parcel was being sent by safexpress on 4th October 2020, it reach Aizawl at 12th November 2020, i contact them and asked me courier fee and transportation fee, after paying all, they refused to sent me to Saiha, they want me to pick by myself, I can't pick by Myself that's why I pay for extra fee in safexpress, I contact them many times they postponed again and again, my parcel contain medicine, if broke or lost they will pay for that!                                   I write to bring in your notice that consignment was booked from jalandhar cantt to Lingnoor k nool 02/11/2020 via safexpress way bill no 85090690 .
                                  The materials damaged and not in the condition to use all was all due to mishandling at the time of transit .The amount of goods damaged is for Rs 4000.

                                    I had booked an order to shift lugguages from Mumbai to Ambur, TamilNadu. After paying the money only after 20 days they dispatched the items. And out of 4 boxes one box was replaced with someone else lugguage and I am in touch with vendor for past 10 days who dispatched my lugguage and he tells everytime to wait for 2 days. Highly irritating. I had some costly items in my lugguage which got misplaced with someone else lugguage. Now I got a box which doesn't belong to me. The Manager at dispatch site is very irresponsible that he took 20 days to dispatch after paying the charges. Also, Now he is always giving lame reasons and asking to wait. That's it. It's been 10 days and still no response.
