My parcel was being sent by safexpress on 4th October 2020, it reach Aizawl at 12th November 2020, i contact them and asked me courier fee and transportation fee, after paying all, they refused to sent me to Saiha, they want me to pick by myself, I can't pick by Myself that's why I pay for extra fee in safexpress, I contact them many times they postponed again and again, my parcel contain medicine, if broke or lost they will pay for that! Cause they refused to sent me after receiving and paying all fee, this is my tracking number :87016613
