    Hello,
    This is my awb number :87437022, 45 days happened still i didn't recieved my parcels yet. Who will bare the loss. Worst logistic service in world is safexpress i will suggest this to all my friends.

      Address: Prism Johnson Ltd. (Cement Division),Village Mankahari,P.O Bathia,Satna

      Consignment no.86806177 dtd. 03.09.20 booked from ambernath-mubmai to satna (M. P) which is received on 22.09.20 after 19 days which is too late. Material against this consignment is very urgently required for our plant shutdown work.
      While online tracking, said consignment moved to u. P area. Could't understand how the consignment wrongly move to up instead of m. P. Said consignment has arrived at nagpur on 08.9.20 after that hardly 1or days to take arrival at satna (M. P) normally. We had contact with local satna office (Safexpress) from 6th sep.'20 onwards but till now they are nothing to done to delivery of said consignment or track and get or divert the consignment to satna (M. P). Your local office satna has informed me that vendor had divert the material to some other vendor of rampur.

      Weight of consignment has 296 kg & you have charged rs.8260/- which is too much high and we had paid the same & collect the consignment on 22.09.20. Looking into the abnormal delay of delivery of said consignment, you are requested to please consider normal charges per kg. Rate around rs. 4 or 5/-& refund the balance amount us.

      Hope, you will consider our request & refund the amount on account of abnormal delay on consignment.

        Waybill: 86862146
        The issue is, it is showing out for delivery in the waybill tracker but the consignment is not yet delivered and it has been 4 days. Even the customer care service is not available and the Regional office is not in the given location as mentioned on the website and I don’t know where the office is. I am not able to connect with any concerned authority. Even the phone number of main office given in the slip is not correct and the mail is also not reaching.
        I had courier my books from delhi to naharlagun in Arunachal Pradesh and it has not reached and my exams are nearing.
        Very bad service from safexpress.
        Kindly look into the problem.

            Dear sir
            My way bill no. 87752853 from ahmedabad to guwahati. On 5 of september it was arrived guwahati but still not yet delivered the customer care giving me several assurance but not fulfill i use that goods on 17 of september i really upset i never aspect this kind of service from safexpress guwahati safe xpress service is very bad while talking also they don't know how to behave in customer. I really don't know what should i do.

              I booked my luggage 9/9/20 from sahibabad to kanpur. Today i got thé deleivery in that the refrigerator was severely damage and your company team was not listening anything because i make the payment in sahibabad.
              Both kanpur and sahibabad team blaming each other. I never seen this type of worst company dat who are not listening anythng.

                Hi i had booked a consignment from cochin to gaya from safexpress via waybill no. 87169250. The online status is showing that goods is in transit and vehicle breakdown at rajamundry and i'm not able to get the actual information of my consignment. When will be delivery done and what is the condition of my condition. The above mentioned consignment contains perishable item. I request safexpress kindly make fast delivery of the consignment.

                  We booked order from mumbai to bhiwandi on 10th sept, 2020 & they not deliver till now (12.09.2020).
                  Its just 1 day travel time but they take 5 days.
                  Same incident faced earlier also that's why i am writing this.
                  Also no customer care number reachable.

                    The consignment (New sony smart led tv-99cm) was booked from salem to warangal dtd.06/09/2020 via safe express way bill number 87121119. The tv display was broken totally and was not in the condition to use. All was all due to mishandling at the timing of transit. Tv cost is around rs.40, 000. Kindly take the necessary action and compensate for loss as soon as possible

                    Nothing have been done by the company till now. They haven't even replied or called us even once. We have written multiple times on the box of TV as handle with care glass item is inside. But everything is broken.

                          Hi team,

                          My family is constantly trying to get this package shipped correctly to the mentioned address in kayamkulam. Its been weeks and the shipments is back and forth between kollam and alappey that is different hubs

                          We have contacted at least 20 times to the customer care executive through phone.
                          But they are not doing anything to get this delivery.

                          Hope this mail reaches the right authority and please do the immediate action to help us

                            My consignment is reached to wrong location ie palasa which had to reach vizianagaram. But palasa is near to the delivery location. I requested the palasa hub to deliver to my location but they told that it is not in our zone. But my actual hub which is vizianagaram is 110km away and palasa is 40 km away from my location ( delivery location). Please request palasa hub to deliver my consignment to my location.
                            I need my consignment urgently.
                            Actually my consignment is already delayed at Hyderabad about 9 days.
                            Kindly take my request and do the needful as soon as possible.

                              This is the complaint regarding the waybill no. 87108768. I had sent my trunk from hisar, haryana to mhow, indore through safexpress. When i recieved my trunk it is damaged badly from top and got broken in number of places.
                              Though the company claims to deliver the product safely all across the country but in reality it is not so.
                              Kindly look into the matter and resolve it asap.

                                There are lots of parcel services are available and I chooses safexpress but that was my mistake. Yesterday I got my consignment that I was booked from Guwahati to Kasaragod, out 4 Cartons 2 were completely broken and items were fully out of the carton and wet.

                                    As reputable safe express seems the delivery of the product is delaying so much we are losing our potential clients because our product has not yet been delivered and its already going to be 10 days now this is so unprofessional other courier service are safe fast and easy but not with safe express i am very disappointed.

                                      My package is shipped on 24 th August 2020 from Jalandhar, India to srikakulam, India. It reached at their Hyderabad hub on 24th August 2020.which is half way. Shipment is still in Hyderabad from 9 days. Today's date is 7th September 2020. I don't know what happened with the package. The customer care is not responding properly. So kindly do the needful action against the company Safexpress.

                                        A gold ring worth more than 20, 000 rupees which was put in a sachet and put in a small box have been lost (the small box arrived without sachet and ring) when packed on[protected] from Delhi and reached on[protected].

                                        This is intentional and the trust with the safexpress is now lost. Proper compensation has to be given.
