A gold ring worth more than 20, 000 rupees which was put in a sachet and put in a small box have been lost (the small box arrived without sachet and ring) when packed on[protected] from Delhi and reached on[protected].
waybill no. 86865348
This is intentional and the trust with the safexpress is now lost. Proper compensation has to be given.

    consignment received damaged : waybill no - 87045272

    Today i have received my consignment (Waybill no[protected] which is apache rtr 160 motorbike from chittorgarh to patna.

    It is sad to find that bike got damaged which is listed below:
    1. Scratches on petrol tank and silencer (Exhaust) pipe.
    2. Double stand of vehicle is completely bend and damaged. (Major damage) and needs to be replaced. This is mainly because of bad handling of vehicle while loading and unloading...

    The shipment with tracking number 81812205 was booked from delhi to kohima. The items was damaged in transit. The shipment was not handled properly by the carrier. This has adversely impacted our reputation alongwith financial damages. The doctor has sent us the photo of the damaged piece.

      Waybill no[protected]: delivery from noida to khatauli. The parcel was booked on 24th august and it reached muzaffarnagar safexpress office on 27th aug. Muzaffarnagar to khatauli is only 25km. It was out for delivery on 30th august and i received a call from delivery agent on 31st august saying that the parcel is very small he won't ship it that time (I don't know the reason). The logistics company takes extra charges for delivery from office to destination, so this kind of response from delivery agent is not acceptable. Ithe parcel is in muzaffarnagar for more than 1 week. What is taking so long to deliver parcel to a distance of 25km? These days have been very inconvenient due to bad service of safexpress. Hope to get my parcel as soon as possible.

        My name is shyam sunder, I have made a delivery of my luggage from pujab to telangana with help of my fiend and to reach my town I need to pay 1500 as safe extension and I have agreed and paid my luggage reached to khammam on 27/8/20 to reach my town madhira, it will just take only a hour but till this date i.e. 2/9/20 I still haven't got my luggage and customer care people also not responding for this if this happens a day I will surely complaint a case against the branch and safe express company

Sandeep drivedi has not given his interest to delevery the material at bhel gate while we have give all nessaary documents being supply. One think i want to tell you bhel charging penalty daily at 0.5, % please tell me who take responsibility of penalty.

            I humble request you sir kindly tell sandeep drivedi insure the supply otherwise we not book any material in safexpress.

              1. I shipped my vehicle and luggage through your courier service id 85352475 which included royal enfield bullet and two steel boxes.
              2. There is damage to both the steel boxes, many dent are there and hinges of box is also broken.
              3. There is major dent on fuel tank of bike, rear left indicator is broken, bike handle is bent, scratches on front mudguard, side stand is bent.
              4 there is major mishandling from your side and i had a bad experience o[censored]sing your courier service.
              5. I am attaching the images of damage done.
              6. I want compensation of the damage done and please take necessary action regarding the concerned team.

                        I had made a pick up request for 24th August and I’ve been following up with them everyday regarding the delivery of the boxes. One day the excuse was the monsoon, the next day it was ganesh. He committed that the boxes will be delivered by 23rd August but his phone is now switched off.

                        I’ve used multiple logistic suppliers and hands down SafeExpress has the worst service. The board line and raising a complaint is absolutely useless.

                          I have booked safexpress pickup, your people came on 22nd august 2020 to pickup my stuff, they gave me a receipt after payment with waybill number 86571419. I’m checking mat waybill number status since 21st aug evening and it been complete one day and it still shows waybill no not found.

                            I made a booking for pick-up on 19th August. Received communication from safexpress only on 21st August. I was told they will definitely pickup on 22nd morning. It is now evening of 22nd August and their representative just called me to say that their trucks have been stopped because of various issues. They can now come only on 23rd morning. They should just refuse service if they can't handle the load.

                              I have never seen such a poor delivery service. I had couriered two boxes. When the delivery was done, I received one box which was properly packed by Safexpress while the other box was just taped, and was in the tattered state.

I booked ceramic pots from Raw Galaxy Khurja and choose Safe express the most safe and reliable one to deliver, but unfortunately found 3 items broken (pics attached) which was delivered today.                                   I used your service to get my things from Gurgaon to Dehradun waybill number 83814958. When I received the package, it was in perfeect condition but when I opened it, I sawtapping which I did was not there n new tapping was done with safe express tape. My watch (fitbit band n ots charger) is missing. Also someone put stone in my bag might be because there should be no change in weight. So this was done intentionally.
                                  I tried calling customer care but didn't get any solution. I tried to contact safe express team through email. No solution was given to me (complaint number COM[protected]). I submitted request on your portal as well but no response.
                                  Look into this matter. Being such a good brand such things should not happen. This will impact on your brand and your services.
