I sent my domestic products including one microwave from guwahati to rishikesh on 4th august 2020 and received on 10th august. My valuable microwave was received all damaged. I want rembursement as per company policy for my damage. Pictures are uploaded herewith.

    Booked our material on 1/08/20 for valsad to delhi, as per online check its found at delhi on 05/08/20, lr no: 87445649 on 6/08/20, but delhi office are not delivered yet today 10.08.20 at 4.00 pm, we call several time at valsad and delhi but they are not response, they are say meterial on theway to your door but still we are waiting and they say dont book material in our safe epress, so way you book this material, nownext time we dont booked our any material but this material if today not delivered then we not pay any freight and we do leagal action,

      Hi team,

      Waybill number: 83684208

      One package with household items was requested to be delivered from davangere, karnataka to gurugram, haryana. The package was picked up from home at davangere on aug 2 and delivered to gurugram on aug 9.
      While packing our house people have verified all items were placed and box was sealed in front of them itseems, while we received the box was sealed. But we found that 2 items are missing in the package. (Chakli press and one cover with personal item). We contacted local delivery person and checked for missing item also. It was of no use.
      I kindly request you to investigate on this as the items were worth 800rs.

        It's regarding waybill no 85817003.products has not been delivered to me yet on the 27th day. Products are already reached in kannur on 28/7/2020.I called your customer care several times and complained. But they are not at all taken any action.
        It's more than 27days.
        This way you're losing a big Costomer for ever and l wouldn't recommed safe express to any my friends ever again

            I'm complaining about my products not delivered on the 22day as well. My bill number is 81857003
            I have 9 packages still not delivered yet. It is more than 22 days. As per the norms of the company it was to be delivered within 7 days
            That's why we are choosing safe express other than any other corrieer company. Please look into the matter

              I used the service to get my stuff from gurgaon to dehradun. I packed the things myself and taped it. When i received the courier, it was taped with safe express tape, my taping was removed, things were missing from the package, my fitbit its charger and other few thing were missing.

              When i called customer care, they didnt responded and i didnt get any solution.

              Worst experince. Not a trust worthy service provider.

                I've 2 royal enfield himalayan bikes still not delivered yet. It's been more than 14 days, it was to be delivered from jammu to leh and according to the delivery track it's still in srinagar since few days i don't know why it is taking so much time, as per the norms of the company it was to be delivered within 5 days thts why we choose safe express other than any courier company.. Highly disappointed with the service of the company. Please look into the matter.🙏

                  I can't understand why produce is moving here and there, without reaching me.
                  I m attaching my waybill below.
                  It more than a month after booking of consignment. I'm feed up of enquiring waiting for my consignment, now I'll file case, if I don't receive reliable reply.

                  I have sent two packages from Delhi to Shillong, Meghalaya on the 19/07/2020. I have tried talking to the customer care, no help at all. I have mailed them regarding this. Even the delivery person I tried calling and calling I wish to sue them now. I have no way to know the statuses of my packages and it is utterly disappointing for Safe Express to not care even a bit for their customers. Negligence and denial of services feom their part. Deeply saddened and annoyed by this form of ill organized service giving.

                    My name is sai pranav. I have a shipment from jamnagar to nalgonda with waybill number 86987166 on 14th july. The shipment has arrived at nalgonda on 20th july, but hasn't been delivered yet. Multiple calls to customer care have not yielded any result. I don't have any contact number of the local management. Kindly help me out as i need the items urgently.

                      Recently i got a black box of mine parceled from your service, the destiantion of the product being meerut. The courier was parceled from ahmednagar maharashtra and was recieved by me here in meerut. When i received my courier the box was completely damaged and when i tried calling your representative who collected this box did not respond at all. I am really angry and did not expected such service from your end. Pathetic service by your end. And i want you to reply me back as soon as possible and resolve my issue i am also attaching some of the pics of broken box.

                        I am Salil srivastava, working in Dr. Reddy's Pharma company.My company sent me an important consignment which I suppose to receive on 18th of July at my Jhansi address however my shipment is lying at Jhansi W/H of Safeexpress.On above matter I have spoken with Mr Sandeep Dwivedi on his Mo No [protected] twice.On first call He asked me to wait till 2 PM, So I waited till 4 PM.Then I called him again & asked him again but call was picked up by some other guy & He asked me to pick my shipment from his company W/H & he was very rude at that time.I said OK I agreed with him but when I asked about the transportation charges, He said that is your lookout.

                          All the below points regarding waybill no. 86382618 safe express hazaribag office.

                          1.) hazaribag safe express office service is not good my order reached hazaribag district on 03/07/2020 he delayed 14 days (Almost half a month).
                          2.) my order not delivered my home address. I am pickup my order 10km (Away from my home address) highway road.
                          3.) my order is free delivery but the delivery person asking delivery charges (Hazaribag office no. [protected], [protected], delivery person name vishal, mobile no. [protected])

                          Note: next time never book my order with safe express service.

                            Please refer way bill number 83960331. I have transported my good through safexpress from trivandrum to new delhi on above mentioned wb number booked on date 26 june 2020 and reached new delhi on 7 july 2020. Iam a defence personnel and on transfer i had to do this. Very dissapointed with your service. I booked on safexpress thinking that they are the best. My washing machine, one bucket, and a deewan coat damaged on transit. Washing machine suffered the biggest. It is not working and dont know what to do right now. I will move through proper legal channel if your response is not satisfactory. Photographs are attached below for your ready reference. I need immediate claim for this. Really dissapointed for what has happened. I also mentioned the same on your receipt copy and returned to your representative. Please refer that also. Awaiting immediate response and solution.

                              Consignment Note[protected]
                              Two packets of personal belongings were sent to my daughter from Kakinada to Banglore on 10.07.2020. The packets were delivered on 16.07.2020(A/N). The packets received were in properly packed condition which does not give suspicious to the receiver that some items can be stolen from the packets but after opening of the both the packets, it is found there are many valuable items including food items are missing from the packets. My daughter got married recently and some useful day to day items were sent in packets. The details of missing from 1st Packet mainly are 2 no of new Bombay dyeing double bedsheets, Spoon set, Frying pan, Makeup set purchased for marriage and from 2nd Packet are mainly food home made items of 10 varieties. The cost of lost items will be around Rs 10, 000/-.
                              We are using your courier service for past 5 years without any complain. But this time surprisingly I lost valuables which is really very very strange. In order to maintain your reputation, this should be investigated and necessary action should be taken to the satisfaction of customers otherwise we will loose confidence to avail your service in future. Pl recover the items from the culprits and give strict punishment under intimation to me. Pl also see whether I can be compensated for lost valuables. Thanks

                                Hello,
                                I had used your service to courier my belongings from college to my home. There was 3 cartons and 1 suitcase that i was supposed to receive. I received my cartons but someone else's suitcase. Your representative told me he would get the suitcase exchanged immediately. But there has been absolutely nothing done from your side. Neither have you been picking up my calls, nor calling me back nor is this representative of your picking up my calls/ replying to my messages. My waybill number is 81131738

                                      Denying to do door pickup with the intention of making extra commission but when i refused they were rigid and i had to cancel this shipment. They then repeadidly called and then misbehaving with the helper who helped in packaging a day before when the shipment was supposed to leave. They refused to give him his salary and fired him from the job with the allegations that he had taken commission and box cost money from me which he did not. Please look into this matter as this is grave sin to deny someone of his salary in these difficult times. I will be happy to oblige in case you want my testament.
