I had made a pick up request for 24th August and I’ve been following up with them everyday regarding the delivery of the boxes. One day the excuse was the monsoon, the next day it was ganesh. He committed that the boxes will be delivered by 23rd August but his phone is now switched off.

I’ve used multiple logistic suppliers and hands down SafeExpress has the worst service. The board line and raising a complaint is absolutely useless.

    I have booked safexpress pickup, your people came on 22nd august 2020 to pickup my stuff, they gave me a receipt after payment with waybill number 86571419. I’m checking mat waybill number status since 21st aug evening and it been complete one day and it still shows waybill no not found.

      I made a booking for pick-up on 19th August. Received communication from safexpress only on 21st August. I was told they will definitely pickup on 22nd morning. It is now evening of 22nd August and their representative just called me to say that their trucks have been stopped because of various issues. They can now come only on 23rd morning. They should just refuse service if they can't handle the load.

        I have never seen such a poor delivery service. I had couriered two boxes. When the delivery was done, I received one box which was properly packed by Safexpress while the other box was just taped, and was in the tattered state.

          Hii, it is very embrassing to see that, after opening the cartoons three items found broken. I booked ceramic pots from Raw Galaxy Khurja and choose Safe express the most safe and reliable one to deliver, but unfortunately found 3 items broken (pics attached) which was delivered today. Hope u will see ASAP and initiate the refund. The items-
          1) Small Lotus [protected]@ 82/-
          2) Diamond bowl-2 @ 62/= 124/-

            I used your service to get my things from Gurgaon to Dehradun waybill number 83814958. When I received the package, it was in perfeect condition but when I opened it, I sawtapping which I did was not there n new tapping was done with safe express tape. My watch (fitbit band n ots charger) is missing. Also someone put stone in my bag might be because there should be no change in weight. So this was done intentionally.
            I tried calling customer care but didn't get any solution. I tried to contact safe express team through email. No solution was given to me (complaint number COM[protected]). I submitted request on your portal as well but no response.
            Look into this matter. Being such a good brand such things should not happen. This will impact on your brand and your services.
            Please look into this and me the solution.

                  We sent a consignment of 800 kgs from amritsar on 8 the august 2020 wide gr no. 86895266 withh delivery commitment of that it will be delivered by monday. But since then it is still not delivered till today.
                  I am very disappointed by the service provided by safe express. I made the payment for charges right away on same day but your team is not doing the job till today. Kindly get the consignment delivered at any cost today, the consignment is of export and it is getting late un necessarily beacuase of neglegence from safe express.

                    Safe express in collaboration with furniture vendor desket liken (Amazon based vendor) shipped my product dated 13th aug; the employee jitendra suman behaved so bad, he left the packed sofa in the corridors of my building with no support and courtesy; if this is service you guys offer than i think it is high time for retrospection; i will ensure none of my circle face this kind of situation ever

                      Your service provider at kattapana, idukki dist, of kerala charged 50/- per kg for a shipment and when asked she told me it's fixed by company, if so why other depo charging normal rates??? I need to know why you looting people who use your service. I will never again use

                        I sent my domestic products including one microwave from guwahati to rishikesh on 4th august 2020 and received on 10th august. My valuable microwave was received all damaged. I want rembursement as per company policy for my damage. Pictures are uploaded herewith.

                          Booked our material on 1/08/20 for valsad to delhi, as per online check its found at delhi on 05/08/20, lr no: 87445649 on 6/08/20, but delhi office are not delivered yet today 10.08.20 at 4.00 pm, we call several time at valsad and delhi but they are not response, they are say meterial on theway to your door but still we are waiting and they say dont book material in our safe epress, so way you book this material, nownext time we dont booked our any material but this material if today not delivered then we not pay any freight and we do leagal action,

                            Hi team,

                            Waybill number: 83684208

                            One package with household items was requested to be delivered from davangere, karnataka to gurugram, haryana. The package was picked up from home at davangere on aug 2 and delivered to gurugram on aug 9.
                            While packing our house people have verified all items were placed and box was sealed in front of them itseems, while we received the box was sealed. But we found that 2 items are missing in the package. (Chakli press and one cover with personal item). We contacted local delivery person and checked for missing item also. It was of no use.
                            I kindly request you to investigate on this as the items were worth 800rs.

                              It's more than 27days.
                              This way you're losing a big Costomer for ever and l wouldn't recommed safe express to any my friends ever again

                                    I used the service to get my stuff from gurgaon to dehradun. I packed the things myself and taped it.                                     When i called customer care, they didnt responded and i didnt get any solution.

                                    Worst experince. Not a trust worthy service provider.

                                      I've 2 royal enfield himalayan bikes still not delivered yet. It's been more than 14 days, it was to be delivered from jammu to leh and according to the delivery track it's still in srinagar since few days i don't know why it is taking so much time, as per the norms of the company it was to be delivered within 5 days thts why we choose safe express other than any courier company.. Highly disappointed with the service of the company. Please look into the matter.🙏

                                        I'm complaining about waybill number 85590154

                                        Sir/madam,
                                        I can't understand why produce is moving here and there, without reaching me.
                                        I m attaching my waybill below.
                                        It more than a month after booking of consignment. I'm feed up of enquiring waiting for my consignment, now I'll file case, if I don't receive reliable reply.
