    Safe Express transportation didn't give my sample. But they are updating as delivered in their system. 17 days passed.

        Damaged goods received

        A samsung television was send from Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh to aizawl. the item was recieved today in the evening at aroung 5:30 Pm. upon opening it the LCD screen was damaged. the Tv was send by my father to me without any damage what i expect from safe express is:
        - replace the TV with whatever is applicable as per their insurance policy
        - if there is no insurance, safe express is to replace the tevevision

        We have had pathetic experience with Safe Express for the delivery of our order paced thru THE SLEEP COMPANY for the delivery of mattresses.

        They have brought our shipment and refused delivery to our flat which is in the 5th Floor. They are insisting us to take the delivery at the ground floor of the building. The courier has been adamant and rude and returned the package without delivering it to our flat! Such companies should not be dealing with the service industry at all.

        I am based outside India and the receiver of the package was my parents and the courier expects the old age parent's to take the delivery at the ground floor and hand carry the heavy items to the 5th floor ?

        Its a brand new building and has got Service lifts available - why does the courier not deliver it at the doorsteps ?

        We have had pathetic experience with Safe Express for the delivery of our order paced thru THE SLEEP COMPANY for the delivery of mattresses.

        Courier have brought our shipment and refused delivery to our flat which is in the 5th Floor. Courier person was insisting us to take the delivery at the ground floor of the building. The courier has been adamant and rude and returned the package without delivering it to our flat!

        Such behavioral people / companies should not be dealing / serving in the service industry at all.

        These are 3 x Mattresses and 3 Sets of Pillows ordered thru THE SLEEP COMPANY and worth over 100K. We have notified THE SLEEP COMPANY as well about this unacceptable courier attitude and holding back the delivery.

        Its a brand new building and has got Service lifts available & why does the courier not deliver it at the doorsteps?

        Please ensure that our shipment is delivered asap safe and at our door steps immediately.

          I have booked my house hold goods to be shipped from Buxar Bihar to Hoskote Bengaluru Karnataka.
          Booked in last week of July 2023.

          Except Big 42 inches LG TV (worth Rs. 42000+) all materials (some damaged) delivered in first week of September 2023.

          Spoke to the employee/agent lifted the material at Buxar. He said, need not worry, TV will be delivered - may be delayed.

          Waited for many days and lodged a complaint on company web.
          But, till date TV not delivered.

          Learnt that even the initial waybill cancelled and new waybill generated by the employee/agent at Buxar
          Please arrange to deliver my TV or money to purchase another TV of same size of LG company.

            I have ordered my house hold luggage through safe express on 26 sep 23 from Air force station Bhisiana (151201) to Air force station hakimpet (500014) I received the luggage timely, but the items was broken . There are no option to add photographs which were taken during delivery my way bill no[protected]

              Shipment number[protected]

              Delivery of house shifting items from Hyderabad to Kolkata, delivery was done in due time, but after receiving and opening package, it was realized that some valuables and common kitchen items were missing. Seems like the folks at Safeexpress opened up the cartons at backend and resealed using the same tape. Now after registering complaint, it's been a month but no response or resolution from Safexpress on the same. If this persists, i would request the consumer forum to escalate this and suggest a resolution. Also I would share my experience with the public forum on social media so that this does not happen with anyone else.

                        Way bill number[protected], carton boxes and 4 trolley bags were sent on pickup date 29.07.23. All branded trolley bags have been cut fully and deeply. Belongings inside the trolley bags are missing . Trolley bags are fully damaged . I want strict action and compensation for my belongings and fully damaged trolley bags as per the valuation of important belongings.

                          I sent my luggage through Coimbatore branch of safe express company having branch number CMB 102 with way bill no[protected] on 29 July 2023 from Coimbatore (Tamilnadu)to Faridabad (Haryana). Today luggage was received in Faridabad in worst possible condition. My trolley bags are torn and cut by scissors by some ### in totally pathetic conditions. After this, they used tapes so that no one is able to see the torn parts .All the luggage inside are scattered. It seems as if someone tried to find some valuable items from the luggage. They have completely destroyed my bags costing around 20, 000. This has destroyed my trust in the company. Apart from this, safe express agent is talking rudely and not even responding. This is highly unprofessional and pathetic behaviour.
