Sir, I booked my parcel from muzaffarnagar to Leh vide waybill no.[protected] on 6th April 2023, , my parcel reached jammu on 10th April in the morning but after that neither it was delivered nor updated and i registered my case to customer support for delay delivery on 13th April (case no.:[protected] is not resolved till date, Sir, , still waiting for response from your customer support team, already 6 days gone after complain and 13 days from my booking of parcel, , still showing in Jammu, highly irresponsible action from your end.waybill photo attached
