    Here in reference to your waybill no ( protected) dated 01.08.23, there are 13 packages which I received totally broken and when I open the boxes each and every household expansive materials... induction, iron, wine glass, boxes broken in pieces. It's a huge loss

      In reference to your waybill no[protected] dated 01/08/23 amd received on 12/08/23, 2 pakage which are booked from Moradabad, UP to Agartala, Tripura. Just after open the package it was found that all my medical equipment, different expensive books and articles are damaged and broken.

        Way bill number[protected], carton boxes and 4 trolley bags were sent on pickup date 29.07.23. All branded trolley bags have been cut fully and deeply. Belongings inside the trolley bags are missing . Trolley bags are fully damaged . I want strict action and compensation for my belongings and fully damaged trolley bags as per the valuation of important belongings.

          I sent my luggage through Coimbatore branch of safe express company having branch number CMB 102 with way bill no[protected] on 29 July 2023 from Coimbatore (Tamilnadu)to Faridabad (Haryana). Today luggage was received in Faridabad in worst possible condition. My trolley bags are torn and cut by scissors by some ### in totally pathetic conditions. After this, they used tapes so that no one is able to see the torn parts .All the luggage inside are scattered. It seems as if someone tried to find some valuable items from the luggage. They have completely destroyed my bags costing around 20, 000. This has destroyed my trust in the company. Apart from this, safe express agent is talking rudely and not even responding. This is highly unprofessional and pathetic behaviour.

            My waybill number is[protected] and it is shows "Waybill Undelivered" for the last 2 tracking updates.
            I was at office the entire day and there was no notification about a delivery.

            I didn't even receive a call when the shipment was arreived and undelivered.

            I want this delivery on priority.

                          Dear Sir,

                          Breaking of items in the consignment: Waybill#:[protected]
                          I have sent my luggage through Safexpress from Kharagpur (West Bengal) on 8.07.2023 to Hyderabad (received on 15.07.2023). The consignment got delayed for two days, and the boxes were mishandled. My household items got fully damaged-
                          1) Washing Machine
                          2)Fragile Kitchen items (Induction Cooktop- totally damaged, Plates- all damaged, Bowls and spoons- totally damaged)
                          3)Books and Tubs (Damaged)

                          I am attaching the relevant pictures showing how they mishandled Washing Machine, and the box was removed while unloading the items. Please inform me about the insurance claim for such items immediately.

                                      Subject: Urgent: Compensation for Delayed Delivery (Waybill No.[protected] and Financial Loss Incurred

                                      Dear Safexpress Customer Service,

                                      I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the severe delay in the delivery of a courier with Waybill No.[protected], dispatched by Jyoti CNC from Rajkot to Parekh Wirecut in Udhana. Despite being dispatched on 2nd July, we only received the package on 7th July, causing significant financial loss amounting to ₹50, 000.

                                      This delayed delivery has had a direct impact on our business operations, leading to substantial financial setbacks. As a result, we insist on immediate compensation for the incurred loss of ₹50, 000. It is only fair that Safexpress takes responsibility for the consequences of this delay.

                                      Furthermore, it is concerning to note that despite the prolonged delay, the courier company was uncooperative in delivering the parcel on the 7th of July. Consequently, we were forced to personally collect the package from your facility. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable given the circumstances.

                                      We expect a thorough investigation into the cause of this delay and a clear explanation of the actions taken to rectify the situation. We demand prompt and appropriate action to address this matter, including the reimbursement of the financial loss we have suffered.

                                      Failure to provide a satisfactory resolution within a reasonable timeframe will leave us with no choice but to escalate this matter and explore legal options to recover the incurred losses.
