I booked my bike as parcel from Mathura (UP) to Pallassana, Palakkad (Kerala)... the company promises a door delivery service and i pay Rs.8000/- full amount for that service... but when it reached in Palakkad office they called me and asked to take the bike from there... i told them that the office is 30 kms away from my home and request to make door delivery... they didn't accept and they give me a reason that they have no suitable vehicle to deliver the bike...

      SafeExpress had my bike with them for 1 whole month.
      My bike was totally damaged when I recieved it on August first week. It took them 1 whole month to deliver it to me. They said they will compensate for my damages but I only received 20000rs, while the total damages are estimated for 50000rs and i had submitted all the proof regarding those damages.

      Now they are saying this is the best they can do for me. Which is not acceptable for thier bad service. Please do some justice for me i had suffered a lot these 2 months because of SafeExpress.

      My only request is to just pay me for the damages

        More than 2 months now since I shipped my bike through SafeExpress. My bike was totally damaged when I recieved it on August first week. It took them 1 whole month to deliver it to me. They said they will compensate for my damages but I haven't had a response from them for a month. Still waiting on their response regarding the damages.
        This is totally unacceptable, for the last 2 months I have been on calls continuously asking for the status and waiting for their response.
        I don't know if this is only happening to me or SafeExpress just has a bad CUSTOMER service.

        I am never ever going to SafeExpress again neither am I suggesting them to anyone.

        My only request is to just pay me for the damages

        SafeExpress totally wrecked my bike and the damages estimation was around rs. 50000 and they are saying now they could only pay me 20k or nothing.
        This is totally unacceptable. Looks like i paid them to suffer.

          I Requested for cancellation of Shipment from meerut UP to Kashmir Bearing number[protected]

          The manager at Meerut City Branch accepted the request and promised that he will send the consignment back to the origin.

          In this regard sent a mail to the [protected]@safexpress.com as well.

          Neither the consignment has been sent to the origin not the manager is answering my calls.

            I received broken products around 7000 rs from safexpress delivery service. I paid half of purchase amount to safe delivery. But I received 3parcels of fully damaged for waybill number[protected]. No one give response to broken products and worst service in safexpress. Very worst service & waste of money.

              I have booked my pick up from 711102 for the date of 25 aug 22, and i planned my journey for our Station accordingly. But after waiting since morning I didn't get any call from any side regarding my pick up...and finally I dialled to howrah brach office they refused to pick up my courier as per the scheduled date . Now I am in tension what to do next because I have a planned journey for the next day and they have refused to pick my courier as per the scheduled date .

                          Website not working and nobody picking up calls

                          I ordered a bicycle from firefox and unfortunately, they have safexpress as their courier partners, their website has been nonexistent for 5-6 days, and their toll-free number is not working also nobody is picking up their head office phone number as well iv also noticed that sometimes it rings and sometimes it shows that its busy it's clear that they are deliberately ignoring calls. it's just hopeless with safexpress PLEASE DONT EVER DO...

                              I have been trying to contact Safex from past 1.5 months but their response is truly worst.. My 24 thousand parcel is not delivered and the courier company is just saying that the product is delivered.. As a proof they are presenting the courier slip with wrong signature on it which is not even my signature. If this happens that slip with wrong signature is accepted as delivery proof then any time this Safex courier company can do these kind of frauds. They can simply mark the product as delivered and claim wrong signature pod as the delivery proof.

                              Below are the proofs to show the product is not delivered still the company claims that it is delivered. They are liars. Dont use Safex
                              1. Firstly, I have only received calls from the delivery person of SafeEx courier company on 9th June, which is the date when I denied the delivery of the product. I have also attached call history screenshot of my mobile of 9th june and encircled in red 2 numbers which are from SafeeEx courier company and they called on 9th june. The numbers are :

                              If the delivery person called on 9th june then how can they provide false claim that they have delivered on 11th June. Any delivery person from courier company calls on the same day of delivery only. I have just called on both the numbers and revalidated by asking who is it, both are from Safeex courier. You can also validate from your end. Also check the screenshot - 9 june call details pls.

                              2. Secondly I am also attaching screenshot of my call history from 11th june which does not show any calls from Safex. Pls check screenshot - 11 june call details pls.

                              3. The false delivery receipt POD given by seller and courier company does not have the timing details it just specifies the date. Even the signature is not my husbands signature. My husband signature is below in the attached rent agreement of our current address. Pls find attached rent agreement pdf file as proof.

                              4. Last, the entry register of our society does not have any entry of Safex person on 11th june. No big parcels are allowed to enter the premises without proper entry.

                                I have dropped my motorcycle at Leh, Ladakh on July 9th to be delivered to me. But my bike is still at Leh branch office for the last 2 weeks. I have called the customer support 3 times this week all they do is disconnect my call. I have faced a bad customer support from SafeExpress team all the 3 times, once they just didn't even speak on the call.

                                I just want my bike to be delivered to me soon. It has been already 2 weeks and it didn't even start from the sipping office. I spending my own money to travel all these days and I don't know how long still I have to spend my own money to travel. I have paid around 9000 to ship and 1000 for packing charges at Leh, even after paying this huge amount the bike is still not delivered to me.

                                  Hi, Myself Dr. Rojan Ravi
                                  I had to transport my bike and other personal belongings from Kalyani, West Bengal to Trivandrum, Kerala as a part of my Job.
                                  Myself, Dr. Rojan Ravi, my products got damaged. I informed the authority on the same day, but no response came.

                                  Its a part of mishandling and poor packing of goods from Safexpress Kalyani branch.
                                  I request you to kindly give the compensation for the loss

                                    Address:Delhi and chennai

                                    WayBill No.[protected] shipment made from chennai to Mumbai and boxes packed by courier from house and delivered at another residence, all 3 cartons broken with items spilling all over - mementos and all items messed up in boxes with further cursory glance -4 mementos missing. The courier did not even bother to take in complaint or wait to hear the complaint . There is loss of money and further more importantly mental anguish as the items were to be gifted .

                                      This is to inform you that your team made a mistake for delivering our 27 courier boxes to Amritsar. They delivered the boxes at Ajmer and on raising the complaint the material was sent to Amritsar and your team is demanding 28000 rs more. I have already paid 32000 for delivery. This delay is now for more than 20 days. If proper actio is not taken, we will have to go to SP police Amritsar and consumer court and your company will be permanently shut down.
