    Dear Safexpress Customer Service,

    I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding the severe delay in the delivery of a courier with Waybill No.[protected], dispatched by Jyoti CNC from Rajkot to Parekh Wirecut in Udhana. Despite being dispatched on 2nd July, we only received the package on 7th July, causing significant financial loss amounting to ₹50, 000.

    This delayed delivery has had a direct impact on our business operations, leading to substantial financial setbacks. As a result, we insist on immediate compensation for the incurred loss of ₹50, 000. It is only fair that Safexpress takes responsibility for the consequences of this delay.

    Furthermore, it is concerning to note that despite the prolonged delay, the courier company was uncooperative in delivering the parcel on the 7th of July. Consequently, we were forced to personally collect the package from your facility. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable given the circumstances.

    We expect a thorough investigation into the cause of this delay and a clear explanation of the actions taken to rectify the situation. We demand prompt and appropriate action to address this matter, including the reimbursement of the financial loss we have suffered.

    Failure to provide a satisfactory resolution within a reasonable timeframe will leave us with no choice but to escalate this matter and explore legal options to recover the incurred losses.

    We trust that Safexpress will prioritize this issue and demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction. We await your immediate response and a swift resolution.

          Undelivered waybill

          My order with waybill no[protected] has not yet been delivered at the concerned address. When I tried to track the same it shows waybill undelivered. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and try to resolve it.Kindly request you to contact the receivers phone number or email and deliver the order quickly. My order was booked from Agartala and supposed to be delivered in Bangalore....

          Dear Concern,

          Value of damaged items- 15, 600/-

          Claim Amount - 15, 600/-

          We have shipped our bikes from Leh to Hyderabad through Safe Express Logistics where we have paid the total amount in advance and also for packing 1500 extra .Mr Raju from Safe express leh Ladakh office took that extra amount for this worst package.


          I told your guy about the packing to do at spot but due to non availability of labour its not done properly and by the time it reached Hyderabad to my address it's just a single layer of foam sheet which is useless .

          Overall we have seen all our 7 bikes got damaged in this transit.

          Damages -:

          1. Petrol Tank got huge 2 dents and I need to replace it and many scratches.

          2. Front side LED indicator is completely broken need to replace with entire new indicators .

          3.Tailgate of the bike is totally damaged.

          4 . Number plate.

          5.Number plate LED light.

          Kindly take up this issue on priority and resolve it at the earliest.

                The delivery person was rude and refused to carry the lagguage to the door step even on request. Lack of professional attitude. Picked a fight for no reason for not picking up the call for 5 min and threatened.

                      I am very unhappy with safexpress service and customer service of safexpress.It has been more than one month and my parcel is not delivered. Even it's customer service is Not able to answer me.
                      Online tracking shows my parcel is in Jammu for more than 25 days
                      No update.
                      I'm facing a lot inconvenience due to this.

                        Have given order for 4 boxes On 11 may. But there is no response from pickup team. I want to know. When will the pick up team will come and give the boxes.                               One of the package is tampered and some products are missing which includes electric kettle, sound pot, cooker etc.

                                On 29th April i got a call from Pune safexpress and gurgaon safexpress stating my Waybill[protected] is missing from warehouse and they were asking to file a claim. How careless people are these members. My package has a life of emotions to it. I hate safexpress. The claim which they will provide will not match the worth of emotions things that were inside the package. Hate safexpress completely

                                  Till now i have not received my package waybill[protected]. The package reached Pune on 14th April 2023. Till now no one called me and no one came to deliver the package to my house. I kept on calling your customer service and sent many emails and no response. When will I get my package. Highly disappointed with your service

                                    Sir, my way bill No[protected]×Royal enfield classic 350 & 1×steel box) ship date 09/04/2023 received date 19/04/2023. When I was handover to SAFEXPRESS my property was good condition but when I was received, box was damaged not again using condition and my bike also damaged speedometer not working (before handover my bike I was serviced in Royal Enfield company i have bill also). I have proof photos of damaged items. So kindly request you to solve the problem shortly. More over queries contact my mobile number.
