I am very unhappy with safexpress service and customer service of safexpress.It has been more than one month and my parcel is not delivered. Even it's customer service is Not able to answer me.
Online tracking shows my parcel is in Jammu for more than 25 days
No update.
I'm facing a lot inconvenience due to this.
Very bad service.

    Regarding pickup request

    Have given order for 4 boxes On 11 may. But there is no response from pickup team. I want to know. When will the pick up team will come and give the boxes. Since 5 days I am calling them and they say tomorrow pick up team will come. But till now also there is no response of pickup team....

    My consignment was arrived to our local safexpress depot on 06.05.2023 but the office had not process for delivery untill i contacted today request them thrice telephonically then they said that the consignment will reach my office today. Why it is so delayed in delivery in local level?

      Material reached Hospet Hub but still not delivered since 2 days. Extra 1500 rs were paid for local transport but still my parcel is delayed by Hospet Hub. Please make delivery as soon as possible. Will be attaching formal consumer forum complaint number in next complaint.

          One of the package is tampered and some products are missing which includes electric kettle, sound pot, cooker etc.
          Being a reputed company such mishandling is not acceptable.
          Please look into it

            On 29th April i got a call from Pune safexpress and gurgaon safexpress stating my Waybill[protected] is missing from warehouse and they were asking to file a claim. How careless people are these members. My package has a life of emotions to it. I hate safexpress. The claim which they will provide will not match the worth of emotions things that were inside the package. Hate safexpress completely

              Till now i have not received my package waybill[protected]. The package reached Pune on 14th April 2023. Till now no one called me and no one came to deliver the package to my house. I kept on calling your customer service and sent many emails and no response. When will I get my package. Highly disappointed with your service

The worth of my emotions inside that package will not be equal to any claim amount which they are going to provide. Hate safexpress totally

                Sir, my way bill No[protected]×Royal enfield classic 350 & 1×steel box) ship date 09/04/2023 received date 19/04/2023. When I was handover to SAFEXPRESS my property was good condition but when I was received, box was damaged not again using condition and my bike also damaged speedometer not working (before handover my bike I was serviced in Royal Enfield company i have bill also). I have proof photos of damaged items. So kindly request you to solve the problem shortly. More over queries contact my mobile number.

                  On 08 Apr 23 I had sent some household goods in some steel boxes and packages through Dimapur safe exp to Bhatinda . But when received at Bhatinda on 16 Apr one steel box got totally damage. Now either Dimapur office nor the Bhatinda office of safe exp take responsibility for the damage.
                  In view of the above I humble request to solve my problem and clear it who will paid for my steel box.

                    Sir, I booked my parcel from muzaffarnagar to Leh vide waybill no.[protected] on 6th April 2023, , my parcel reached jammu on 10th April in the morning but after that neither it was delivered nor updated and i registered my case to customer support for delay delivery on 13th April (case no.:[protected] is not resolved till date, Sir, , still waiting for response from your customer support team, already 6 days gone after complain and 13 days from my booking of parcel, , still showing in Jammu, highly irresponsible action from your end.waybill photo attached

                    More than 10 days gone but no reply from your side, , such a irresponsible customer service you have, , still my parcel is not delivered, , 25 days are gone but your response towards customer is illogical, , thinking to register case in consumer court and literally believe that you don't reply to this mail either.

                        I booked a courier service from mumbai to agra which was supposes to be delivered on 8th april instead I received another package . It had the correct way-bill no. sticker but the package was different.
                        I've raised the issue and it's been more than week. I've called the mumbai branch, agra branch and the customer care but there is no definite reply from their end. The staff is not taking any responsibility and even after telling them the package is time-sensitive, the staff is blaming each other for the exchange. I am a student and have my Cfa exam in May. The parcel contained all my books and notes along with other expensive items. It was a year worth of my hard-work and now i will have to defer the exams which would cost me an extra ₹50, 000 .
                        I want the company to take responsibility and take measures to resolve my issue at the earliest.
                        Apart from the monetary loss it would also jeopardise my future which cannot be compensated.

                            Courier waybill number[protected] was booked from ferozpur punjab on 30 march and was supposed to deliver to diphu

                            Door to door delivery charge was paid

                            The parcel has reached naogaon, assam and since no delivery has taken place the office in naogaon is very rude and does not attend the phone properly

                              Safexpress did not deliver my shipment yet. My Way bill[protected]. It has been out for delivery since 24hrs and no one has contacted met yet or the shipment was delivered. I called customer service and spoke to few agents, who was hardly able to understand what i was referring, the agent did not have proper phone etiquette, and spoke rudely over the phone.

                                The package was picked up on 18th march from asansol and was supposed to be delivered to bijapur within 4-5 days. It did reach safex bijapur office in a week but its not being delivered to the location. Their office is far from the delivery location.
                                I have tried reaching to customer care multiple times. They say they will deliver it within a day and then it doesn't happen.

                                I am really frustrated by the service i have paid full in advance. The company's customer service is not upto the mark they ignore the calls and Don't take the complaints seriously.

                                      I dispatched my consignment consisting of a bike and a trunk box through safex Anantnag with waybill no[protected] from Awantipora to New Delhi on 17 Feb 23. When I received my items at New Delhi I found that rubber pipe line of my bike was cut down with any shard blade or any other things whereas I already drain out all the fuel before dispatching the bike. And also found many scratches on the bike. So I request you to kindly find out the culprit who cuts the fuel pipeline intentionally and take action against him, so that next person will not be get in trouble when dispatch the item through Safex. Thank you.
