Respected team,
This is to inform you that your team made a mistake for delivering our 27 courier boxes to Amritsar. They delivered the boxes at Ajmer and on raising the complaint the material was sent to Amritsar and your team is demanding 28000 rs more. I have already paid 32000 for delivery. This delay is now for more than 20 days. If proper actio is not taken, we will have to go to SP police Amritsar and consumer court and your company will be permanently shut down.
Please take care of this as soon as possible. Please check the mail below for reference.

    I bought a cycle from Hero Lectro and they courier the cycle by Safexpress, First of all the parcel was supposed to be delivered on 16th July 2022 Saturday, but got delayed, on 19th July 2022 Wednesday I got a call from courier partner saying it cannot deliver it to my place as there is only one order. So I have two choices either I have to collect it from a location which is 4 to 5km away from my home(It is not a small parcel it is a bicycle) or I have to when they will receive another order from my area then they will deliver both the order.

    In both the cases it doesn't make any sense as a customer if I have to wait or collect it from another location. If they really don't deliver in my pincode why the hell they accept the order in the first place.

    Kindly look into it as I am frustrated by this courier service

      We are the firm Allure enterprises and we have sent our material to our client Physicswallah Sikar branch via safexpress.

      This complaint is regarding Billty no.[protected].
      We have dispatched the material to Sikar on 27 May, 2022 having two Bora of bag of our client named as physicswallah.

      Out of two Bora one was ok and the other one was not delivered. Kindly process the refund for the same or let me know the procedure of claim. We are in continuous touch of safexpress but did not receive any satisfactory reply.

        I have lodged my complaint vide 00138075 on 14 June and 25 June this year respectively. In the complaint status it is written as complaint resolved by your company. It's a total negligence by your part, my complaint is still pending and not resolved. I have not received any refund or claim against my damaged items.

        This part of yours completely reflecting that you totally lie to your costumers. How can you write that complaint is resolved when it is still pending. I will move to the consumer court with this statement of yours.

              I wants to inform you that every month from our company many materials comes to Agartala, and Delivery charges are paid by our company, problem is when delivery boy delivers the Courier he always try to take extra money from our client as a carrying charge which he should not take as our company pays the courier charges even if courier goes to 1st- 2nd - 3rd Floor, for that also company pays extra amount, but still Delivery boy always tries to take extra money from our clients.
              Its a request please see this matter seriously, I have all the required evidence if required i can provide it.
              And this issue should not repeat again.

                      I shipped my bike from Safexpress Chandigarh on 2 June 2022 to Pune (Receipt No: [protected]). For better safety of my vehicle I didn't negotiated also paid packing charges Rs 1000/- too. Today I got my bike but my left indicator is broken and AUX light mount is damaged. Its been clearly seen that vehicle is not handled correctly either at the time of loading and unloading. Same thing I observed at Amritsar Safexpress, although there was a ramp to unload the vehicle but taking an shortcut but not using it, they pulled the vehicle out of the truck directly on to the road, resulting impact on the lower end of the motorcycle and bad impact on the suspensions.

                      My Bike is KTM Adventure 390 and yes spares are too expensive, I need the compensation for the same

                            My shipment started from source location on Monday 27th June 2022 and was supposed to reach destination max by 2nd July 2022, today is 4th July, I still haven't received my shipment also not getting proper response from the customer care.

                              I have registered to transfer my bike through safexpress, and they told me it will get delivered in 4-5 days. It has been 9 days now and I haven't yet received any update on this, on tracking. it shows it is in transit.
                              Please deliver it as soon as possible, or update me with the exact status.

                              Their helpline number is always busy, never picked the call, so much frustrated by this, not expected this from safexpress.

                                    Refer to the image attached. I called up safexpress delivery @[protected] (or I was directed to this number by some safexpress employee). Now, this person is committing everyday to deliver and has delaying it since last 10 days. I have booked on 14th June but still parcel is not received in bangalore. Would request you to help us in the delivery of the luggage

                                      I have made a pick up request to safe express. This person from Express courier and cargo came to pick up saying that its from safexpress. Now they have not sent it through safexpress, , and my parcel has not yet been delivered even after 2 weeks, , even though they took the charge saying it'll be delivered within 1 week.
                                      Please get back on how a pick up request made to Safexpress, given to someone other courier without the customer consent.
