        Have booked a consignment from Chennai to Sivakasi (way bill #[protected]. When I had called the customer care they have informed it expected to reach on 19th FEB 2023 for which our customer is furious and unhappy. The customer requires the material urgently can any thing be done on priority for enabling the material to reach to its destination by Friday (17th Feb 2023). Pls consider this request. By doing this the customer will be happy. Look forward to your support.

          We have orderd sarees from Leela fashion surat and since its cash on delivery they have given to safe express and we have received the parcel but in that 9 Sarees missing and same we have reported and complain to Leela fashion

              Regarding claim of damaged and lost items

              Dear sir
              I have transported my household items through safe express in 28/11/22 from bakloh (Hp) to Padappai (Tamilnadu),
              My valuables was damaged and I have lodged complaint in safe express but they are telling we are not responsible for this damaged item but we can compensate little amount,
              1)IFB washing machine totally damaged not reparable
              2)IFB split AC internal damaged sensors board &outfit of compressor...

              Dear Safexpress,

              I have sent my household belongings luggage (One bag) from Bangalore to Rohtak(Haryana). Which has to be delivered by 27th January 2023 EOD. After having a word with the delivery partner, It seems he doesn't want to deliver the baggage to my address, since it is out of delivery from 26th January only.

              Can the safexpress team ensure that my luggage is safe and will be delivered to my delivery address as soon as possible?

              Please take action on my issue, Here I am mentioning my Waybill number for your reference[protected].

                Worst quorier ever. My item has reached the location 1 week ago and still haven't been delivered. When i CONTACTed the manager they keep saying tomorrow tomorrow but it's never delivered.. I'm very upset about the service this company provides. I request to deliver my item by today itself. ### you!

                  Hi Team,
                  Few days back I raised a complaint for the company for keeping on hold our item but now it is resolved as we got the parcel.
                  After receiving it, we found that the trolley's wheels are been missing and the lock is broken which confirms our product safety was compromised.
                  I have attached the pictures and looking for some compensation as such a costly trolley has been damaged.
                  Their customer care keep disconnecting the calls.

                    Hi, I sent my luggage from Hyderabad to Chandrapur and also informed the safe Express transporters to carry it safely as it might get broken. But still I received Induction in completely damaged condition, whole screen was in pieces. This was not expected as they ensured safety and no damage to the goods that are being transported. I am very disappointed. Please rectify and help me to get my refund.

                      This is regarding waybill no.[protected],
                      the receiver name is Mayuree Sen.
                      No attempt was made to call her and the parcel is kept on hold.
                      Contacted their customer care many times, visited the source office too, requested call back but no call back received, we need this to be delivered ASAP and want the delivery boy to at least call when at the location so even if I am not at home i can coordinate with my neighbor to pick it up.

                        I had transported my bike from bbsr to kerala via safe express. On unpacking and starting i noticed that the fuel injection tube which transport petrol from tank to engine is broken and petrol is leaking which is very dangerous to riders health

                          We spoke with your customer care at [protected] several times regarding delivery of my above Consignment vide Way bIll no[protected] dated 19.12.2022 and came to know that the materials reached your Dankuni Office on 23.12.2022 but we are regularly chasing to your customer care and Dankuni Office at [protected] also who only giving time to be delivered within 3/4 days but ultimately came to deliver on 10.01.2023 and insisted to make payment of Rs. 10178 first... we requested to check the materials but you all denied to do so and the same informed to your customer care also who insisted to make payment and accordingly made the payment of Rs. 10178 through account transfer and later seen that the Glass bought is in damage condition only which they know before hand only and deliberately done by forcing us for the payment... Now pls guide us about the proceedings as already incurred 14500 + 10178 = 24678... and incurring loss of non usage of Bus last 6/7 months for that wing Shield Glass. Some days back our representative called Premjit Pal at [protected] and came to know that the glass is in damage condition and later on convinced that its not ours and today when we asked to check the same before hand or can visit Dankuni office for checking the same but refused for the same and only insisted for payment and accordingly payment made. The materials were not accepted by us and called for guidance but no result.

                              Booked luggage from guwahati to dehradun on 27 dec 22. Luggage reached ambala on 01 jan 23. Even after one week luggage is still in ambala. Noone is responding. Customer care is not providing any positive feedback

                                      I booked six items for parcel to Ranchi from Agartala on 01/12/2022 by Safexpress. I received all six items on 14/12/2022 at Ranchi. One item's (Steel trunk with Godrej lock) lock was missing. Also valuable items (Alexa speaker, watch etc) worth around Rs. 20, 000 was found missing from the trunk after opening it (photo attached). The trunk had no signs of damage.

                                      Safexpress Executive called me within 48 hours of comlaint. They provided me a monetary compensation within 24 hours. Even though money cannot suffice the loss I suffered, it helped me to some extent. I hope Safexpress tries to stop these cheap cases of theft of personal belongings in the future. Thanks to this Forum for prompt action.
