I ordered some stuff online and they sent it through safexpress on 13th August to travel a distance of about 100 kms. The deadline of delivery on safexpress website is 20th August. On 20th August, I received a call from their office saying that he is giving me the number of delivery boy, call him and ask him to deliver your order, otherwise he will not deliver. When I called him, then he said he will come in 1 hour but after 15 minutes he called and said he cannot deliver today and it will be delivered tomorrow. When I called him on 21st August, then he said I cannot deliver, call to office and some other delivery boy will deliver. I received no call in this regard from safexpress. When I tracked me order on their website, they showed fake info. - "Consignment Undelivered, Reason :-Customer Refused to Accept Shipment". on 20th August. They are not concerned with delivery. Safexpress is the worst courior service that I have seen.

Thanks to Consumercomplaints.in, I received my order today on 22nd August. At about 9:30 am, I received a phone call from safexpress Delhi office (011-43113113) and a person told me that a complaint has been registered by me and also crosschecked the details of my case. Then he assured me that my order would be delivered till today evening and I could directly call at their toll-free number in case of any problem. Then, at about 10:30 am, the delivery boy called me and asked my location and told me that he will deliver my order today. Then, finally, at about 4:45 pm, they delivered my order.Thanks again to consumercomplaints.in.
Safexpress customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Update : - No response from safexpress till 5 pm on 21st August. When I called their office, a person said that it will not be delivered today (21st August) and will be delivered tomorrow. I was shocked to hear this. When I asked the reason, then he started making excuses like roads were blocked due to Kavar Yatra (only for safexpress, not for other courior companies who delivered my orders during Kavar Yatra ), their delivery vehicle broke down yesterday, and today they are not delivering in my area etc.. This is very unprofessional response. I will advise no one to use so-called services provided by safexpress.
