I K giridhar rao receiver of two boxes of luggage delivered through safexpress with way bill no 44322656 have not received it yet. The luggage was delivered on[protected] at bits hyderabad campus through campus to home service. In the web site when i track it is shown that the luggage was delivered on 18th to adoni(town). But the delivery has to be done to yemmiganur(518360) a small town near adoni and even an extra amount of rs 750 has been charged for the delivery to remote areas. I have not received my delivery yet. I request the concerned members to look into this matter asap.

    I send my five(5) parcels box from Kolkata, Shantipur to Imphal on September on the name of Sorensangbam Rajen Singh, Singjamei Thongam Leikai, P.O&P.S:- Singjamei, Manipur (Imphal West), Pin no.-795008. My consignment nos./Waybill no. Is 4391981. Out of 5percel box I received only four (4nos.) parcels box on 27/10/15 at 4.23pm.One box still left to receive. On that left one box have many new clothes and costly products insides the box which namely:- 1. 3pcs. Kashmiri Pashmina shawls (Total cost Rs.9000). 2. 8pcs. Double Bed Sheet cotton (Rs.5650) 3. 5pcs. Single Bed sheet cotton (Rs. 2750) 4. Pillow Cover Cotton (Rs.850) 5. 1pc.Blouse Unstitched (Rs. 350) Total: - 18600/- When they (courier) come to pick up my 5parcel box they not mention about insurance amount of that 5 parcel box’s and also we have no idea about mentioning insurance amount while sending any parcels. Not only that I have proof that I never told my 5 parcel box’s amount was Rs.10000 only. On the same day from BCKV College, we four peoples send our parcels together on different area of Manipur (Imphal).They also not asked the amount of each box and they not give any official paper for signature. It’s totally false at internet they showed total amount of parcels box’s was only Rs.10000/-.While sending my parcels I never mention the total amount was Rs. 10000 and no signature was done from my side. These were unfair to us as customer who believes and send all our valuable products. If product amount was only few then i would not complain and claimed. But my undelivered parcels box products was all new products and total amount was Rs.18600/-. That’s why I was complaining / claiming my loss products. I was not claiming the false statement. If I got my undelivered parcels box that time you can open and see the values of my products. And I will return my claiming amount to you. Several time I complained to Kolkata Safe Express they already told it was reached Guwahati branch after that I enquired to Guwahati Branch, they told me it’s already send to Imphal Branch. In Imphal branch, they told me they received only 4parcels box. I already complain many times in the phone but no response from any branch. I would be very thankful if you kindly solve my problem as soon as possible.

      This is Rohit Rana from Pune have complain that the Safexpress has not yet delivered my product since the estimated date has crossed months. And I have already paid the amount. The Waybill number is 83270619. When complained via phone call, they seem that it will be delivered within 48 hours but their 48 hours has no end at all. Please kindly help this problem resolve as soon as possible

        I ordered a mattress from this service provider to be delivered in Bangalore. My consignment was booked from Meerut on 19.11.15. It arrived in Bangalore on 21.11.15. Today the date is 28th November, but still i have no update of my order. It is sad that i'm searching the contact point to get some detail but no one is bothered to call and update me. I have called the branch office and they gave me umber of another person and the chain ran on. I have talked to 5-7 people till now but i don't know where my order is. I think my order is stolen and they much be sleeping on my mattress now. Will never order from safexpress and will give the same feedback to whom I meet. Thanks! Abhishek

          Sir,
          I, Shiba Pradhan, am the receiver of the items(grappling mats) of Safexpress waybill number[protected]. The items have reached Kolkata Hub by 10th November but I am yet to receive them. I run a Mixed Martial Arts training centre and the mats are of prime importance to me. Even, more so as we have a kickboxing tournament in December and an MMA tournament in January. Everytime, I call the customer care they would forward some email or notify the local authorised team/person. But no one called me till today. I have been calling safexpress daily but to no avail. I have lost 3 admissions because I do not have the mats(Total amount - 1500 x 3). On the flip side I received an sms on 21 st and another on 23rd that the delivery was unsuccessful. But when I called up their zonal distributor My. Jayant(mobile - [protected]), he informed me that the mats have never left the godown. I would like to apply for a compensation for the admissions I lost, number of practise days I lost and the time I lost due to numerous follows I had to do with Safexpress.

              I sent a cartoon from SAFEXPRESS WAYBILL NO. :45463703 dated 09/11/15 from Bhiwadi, Rajasthan to Banglore. It was delivered at the destined address in the worst condition. The box was broken from all the sides and it seems to be intentionally opened as the strips were either broken or misplaced. the box was even delivered open as the packing tape was open from the top. i have attached images for your reference so that you can have a idea what service you are providing t the customers.

                  I purchased from a TV from flipkart. They delivered through SafeExpress. My Shipment was booked on 05-NOV-2015 with Way Bill No 83914755. EDD accroding to SafeExpress WebSite was 15-NOV-2015. It is still at the hub. It took 5-NOV-2015 to 12-NOV-2015, 8 days to reach from Delhi to Panipat. Which is just 2 hours away (80km). And after reaching this shipment is still not out for delivery its Delivery Date has also crossed. I don't know why under such a big company name they provide such pathetic service. This was my worst online shopping experience, thanks to SafeExpress.

                          As per Safexpress website my shipment vide awb 43937869 had been received at the Safexpress Kolkata HUB on 8th october 2015. It was supposed to be delivered by 13th October 2015. On contacting their helpline, I was told that due to heavy bookings they were unable to deliver the same within time and expected the delivery to be made by 15th October 2015. i have contacted their contact centre and have spoken to multiple supervisors by the name of Abhishek, Arshad, Pratibha and Surinder, who have repeatedly misled me into believing that it would be the delivered the very next day. Today, on 05th November 2015 I am forced to write on this forum, as Safexpress is extremely unprofessional and inefficient in servicing their customer and is unwilling to deliver my shipment.

                            I have booked a TV through shoclues on 14 Oct 15. They shipped the consignment through safexpress on 20 Oct 15 vide way bill no. 83269157. As per website information, item picked on 20 Oct 15 and has to be delivered on 30 Oct 15. When I spoke to customer care of safexpress regarding the shipment then only they have started monitoring my shipment. As per their information, item dispatched on 30 Oct 15 after my query. Even after raising so many complaints for not delivering the item, they were simply ignoring the customer queries. The services of safexpress is very poor. Safexpress is least bothered about delivery of item in time. No one knows about the shipment where it is lying. Kindly do something..

                              Consignment has reached my city 5 days back but didn't get delivery till now. Expected delivery date was[protected] but the consignment is still not out for delivery on[protected]. very bad service. Might be they are looking fo more consignment expected in my locality but 6 days is too much. 2-3 days could be acceptable.

                                Waybill no 84059146 EDD 29/10/15 I booked a Micromax tv (OD[protected] from flipkart on 14/10/15, flipkart shipped it to safexpress on 23/10/15 and the tracking page shows that my consignment has reached to the destination HUB on 26/10/2015. Since then it is just sitting there and rotting in their warehouse and they failed to deliver it on the EDD (29/10/15) I dunno what the hold it's just 3km away from my house. The customer care is just pathetic and childish, they have no idea where my consignment is, they hang up the call whenever they feel like. Infact now a lady told me that the nearest HUB is not at all responding to your mails, stay put we'll revert back to you soon and hung up abruptly. GUYS please deliver it already.

                                I booked a VU 32in TV from W.S. Retail (Flipkart) on 26th Oct 2015. Flipkart showed estimated Date of Delivery latest by 2nd Nov 2015. Flipkart shipped the product using Safexpress Surface Courier with AWB #83916699.

                                When I didn't receive the product on the estimated date I called safexpress customer care to find out why there was a delay. The safexpress executive told me that he has no updates as to why there was a delay but agreed to file a complaint to the concerned department. The complaint no. provided to me by the executive (Abhishek) is [protected]. He also assured me that the product will be delivered before 4th Nov. However, I still didn't receive the product and today is already 4th Nov.

                                I called Safexpress Customer Care again today evening and enquired why the product has still not been delivered, upon which the executive replied that the product is still stuck in their Kolkata warehouse. This is really an unprofessional behavior from such a reputed courier company. Anyways, the executive told me that he will forward my complained again to the concerned department. But that's what the previous executive too told me. I don't know if they are really going to do something or not. Please help.

                                  I ordered a TV from Flipkart on 14 October, 2015 and it was to be delivered through Safexpress. Waybill# 84071873. The shipment was being done from Bangalore to Panaji, Goa. The consignment left from Bangalore on 16th Oct and reached at the Panaji hub on 18th Oct. It was out for delivery on the same day but after few hours the status changed to "Consignment Undelivered, Reason :-Shipment returned unattempted". There was no attempt done by the company to contact me for the delivery. Since then repeated call to the customer care has been even worse. Here is how it went on. Day 1: Sir, we will register a complaint for you. Did you get any call for delivery? Day 2: Don't worry sir since the expected delivery date is 24th Oct, it will surely be delivered by 24th Oct. On 24th Oct Morning: Sir, the consignment will surely be delivered today. On 24th Oct Evening: Sir, we are sorry delivery won't we done today because its muharram and tomorrow being Sunday you will get it on Monday now. On Monday: Sir, our servers are down and we are not able to track your consignment please contact later. On calling again: Sir, we came to know there is some problem with your order document, so delivery will be delayed. On Tuesday: Sir, we tried contacting the local branch through email and phone, but there is no answer from them. Sorry, we cannot give you their contact details as we are not authorized to do so. Since they are not replying we do not know what is the reason for the delay. On Wednesday: Sir, there is some problem with the transportation vehicles that is the reason for the delay. It will take another 2 days for delivery. As everyone can see, this company is totally unprofessional. They don't care about the consumers and just want to take them for a ride. Every time they are contacted they have a new story to tell. I don't believe their story a bit. The consignment which was out for delivery on the 18th Oct is still not delivered as on 29th Oct.

                                  Received a call from Safexpress yesterday saying that they will try to deliver the product on 29th Oct. But if not done 100% it will be delivered on 30th Oct by 7PM.

                                  Another false promise. On calling today they say it won't be possible to deliver on 30th Oct, since the vehicles are not available for delivery. Safexpress you pathetic service doesn't surprise me.

                                  I won't be surprised if they again say.. Sir.. it won't be delivered today.. it will be delivered tomorrow.

                                  Advice to Flipkart and other customers, never use Safexpress for delivery. Once of the most pathetic service.

                                  On Saturday I was contacted by someone from the Delhi office of Safexpress who put me on a conference call with the local Panjim, Goa branch. They assured me that my consignment would be delivered Sunday. This might be their 8th assurance till date. Again the person at the local branch was told to inform me in case delivery could not be done. But till now the consignment hasn't been delivered and no call also.

Safexpress if you are not capable of fulfilling the orders then stop taking orders till all the backlogs are cleared.                                       I placed an order for Onida TV through Flipkart and they chose Safexpress to deliver the product. The tracking data always showed "In-transit" from 19th Oct till today. When I called the customer care they have no damn clue about the where about of the consignment. I received the product on 26th Oct but till today the tracking status shows "intranst". Service personnel from Onida won't do the installation until they receive an confirmation from courier company. I called the customer care to change the tracking status and the customer care representative disconnected the call before I could finish talking. I have dealt with many companies customer service but by far this is the worst. I checked on line and turns out this is not the first time.                                       Red0211 you are not alone. Safexpress seems to be a habitual offender. They are least bothered about customers. Their customer care also pathetic. See the complaint that I registered.

                                        I had send a consignment of 18 bundles on[protected] to TAURU (HARYANA) from jalandhar city (PUNJAB) via consignment no. 44325533, till now its[protected], my goods are not delivered. On inquiring from Your Jalandhar Branch Manager(Mr. Mishra) about the consignment, they are telling "due to some faults we got your consignment losted and we have got the same and we will be delivering it today" from last 5 days. I would like to know when my consignment will be delivered and Its very shameful at your part as you people committed us delivery within 5 days and since it has been 13 days now.
