I ordered a TV from Flipkart on 14 October, 2015 and it was to be delivered through Safexpress. Waybill# 84071873. The shipment was being done from Bangalore to Panaji, Goa. The consignment left from Bangalore on 16th Oct and reached at the Panaji hub on 18th Oct. It was out for delivery on the same day but after few hours the status changed to "Consignment Undelivered, Reason :-Shipment returned unattempted". There was no attempt done by the company to contact me for the delivery. Since then repeated call to the customer care has been even worse. Here is how it went on.
Day 1: Sir, we will register a complaint for you. Did you get any call for delivery?
Day 2: Don't worry sir since the expected delivery date is 24th Oct, it will surely be delivered by 24th Oct.
On 24th Oct Morning: Sir, the consignment will surely be delivered today.
On 24th Oct Evening: Sir, we are sorry delivery won't we done today because its muharram and tomorrow being Sunday you will get it on Monday now.
On Monday: Sir, our servers are down and we are not able to track your consignment please contact later.
On calling again: Sir, we came to know there is some problem with your order document, so delivery will be delayed.
On Tuesday: Sir, we tried contacting the local branch through email and phone, but there is no answer from them. Sorry, we cannot give you their contact details as we are not authorized to do so. Since they are not replying we do not know what is the reason for the delay.
On Wednesday: Sir, there is some problem with the transportation vehicles that is the reason for the delay. It will take another 2 days for delivery.
As everyone can see, this company is totally unprofessional. They don't care about the consumers and just want to take them for a ride. Every time they are contacted they have a new story to tell.
I don't believe their story a bit. The consignment which was out for delivery on the 18th Oct is still not delivered as on 29th Oct.
Safexpress customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Ajith - Indian Received a call from Safexpress yesterday saying that they will try to deliver the product on 29th Oct. But if not done 100% it will be delivered on 30th Oct by 7PM.
Another false promise. On calling today they say it won't be possible to deliver on 30th Oct, since the vehicles are not available for delivery. Safexpress you pathetic service doesn't surprise me.
I won't be surprised if they again say.. Sir.. it won't be delivered today.. it will be delivered tomorrow.
Advice to Flipkart and other customers, never use Safexpress for delivery. Once of the most pathetic service.

Updated by Ajith - Indian On Saturday I was contacted by someone from the Delhi office of Safexpress who put me on a conference call with the local Panjim, Goa branch. They assured me that my consignment would be delivered Sunday. This might be their 8th assurance till date. Again the person at the local branch was told to inform me in case delivery could not be done. But till now the consignment hasn't been delivered and no call also.

Updated by Ajith - Indian Its 3rd Nov and no delivery yet. Although for the past 3 days I have been promised of delivery by Safexpress which again turns out to be a bunch of lies.
The local branch claims to be overloaded which is the reason for non-delivery. Safexpress if you are not capable of fulfilling the orders then stop taking orders till all the backlogs are cleared. You claim to be among the Top Logistic Companies In India, but are unable to deliver for the past 17 days and counting.
