    Cannot rate this company on any level! Forget delivery... Pickup...Tracking Updates...Information on chat.. Helpline [protected]...is useless.Have never heard it ring!

    Hallelujah the other number works[protected]. Still useless. Flipkart should strike this company off its list of approved Logistic Providers especially for GOA

        As per Safexpress website my shipment vide awb 43937869 had been received at the Safexpress Kolkata HUB on 8th october 2015. It was supposed to be delivered by 13th October 2015. On contacting their helpline, I was told that due to heavy bookings they were unable to deliver the same within time and expected the delivery to be made by 15th October 2015. i have contacted their contact centre and have spoken to multiple supervisors by the name of Abhishek, Arshad, Pratibha and Surinder, who have repeatedly misled me into believing that it would be the delivered the very next day. Today, on 05th November 2015 I am forced to write on this forum, as Safexpress is extremely unprofessional and inefficient in servicing their customer and is unwilling to deliver my shipment.

          I have booked a TV through shoclues on 14 Oct 15. They shipped the consignment through safexpress on 20 Oct 15 vide way bill no. 83269157. As per website information, item picked on 20 Oct 15 and has to be delivered on 30 Oct 15. When I spoke to customer care of safexpress regarding the shipment then only they have started monitoring my shipment. As per their information, item dispatched on 30 Oct 15 after my query. Even after raising so many complaints for not delivering the item, they were simply ignoring the customer queries. The services of safexpress is very poor. Safexpress is least bothered about delivery of item in time. No one knows about the shipment where it is lying. Kindly do something..

            Consignment has reached my city 5 days back but didn't get delivery till now. Expected delivery date was[protected] but the consignment is still not out for delivery on[protected]. very bad service. Might be they are looking fo more consignment expected in my locality but 6 days is too much. 2-3 days could be acceptable.

              Waybill no 84059146 EDD 29/10/15 I booked a Micromax tv (OD[protected] from flipkart on 14/10/15, flipkart shipped it to safexpress on 23/10/15 and the tracking page shows that my consignment has reached to the destination HUB on 26/10/2015. Since then it is just sitting there and rotting in their warehouse and they failed to deliver it on the EDD (29/10/15) I dunno what the hold it's just 3km away from my house. The customer care is just pathetic and childish, they have no idea where my consignment is, they hang up the call whenever they feel like. Infact now a lady told me that the nearest HUB is not at all responding to your mails, stay put we'll revert back to you soon and hung up abruptly. GUYS please deliver it already.

              I booked a VU 32in TV from W.S. Retail (Flipkart) on 26th Oct 2015. Flipkart showed estimated Date of Delivery latest by 2nd Nov 2015. Flipkart shipped the product using Safexpress Surface Courier with AWB #83916699.

              When I didn't receive the product on the estimated date I called safexpress customer care to find out why there was a delay. The safexpress executive told me that he has no updates as to why there was a delay but agreed to file a complaint to the concerned department. The complaint no. provided to me by the executive (Abhishek) is [protected]. He also assured me that the product will be delivered before 4th Nov. However, I still didn't receive the product and today is already 4th Nov.

              I called Safexpress Customer Care again today evening and enquired why the product has still not been delivered, upon which the executive replied that the product is still stuck in their Kolkata warehouse. This is really an unprofessional behavior from such a reputed courier company. Anyways, the executive told me that he will forward my complained again to the concerned department. But that's what the previous executive too told me. I don't know if they are really going to do something or not. Please help.

                I ordered a TV from Flipkart on 14 October, 2015 and it was to be delivered through Safexpress. Waybill# 84071873. The shipment was being done from Bangalore to Panaji, Goa. The consignment left from Bangalore on 16th Oct and reached at the Panaji hub on 18th Oct. It was out for delivery on the same day but after few hours the status changed to "Consignment Undelivered, Reason :-Shipment returned unattempted". There was no attempt done by the company to contact me for the delivery. Since then repeated call to the customer care has been even worse. Here is how it went on. Day 1: Sir, we will register a complaint for you. Did you get any call for delivery? Day 2: Don't worry sir since the expected delivery date is 24th Oct, it will surely be delivered by 24th Oct. On 24th Oct Morning: Sir, the consignment will surely be delivered today. On 24th Oct Evening: Sir, we are sorry delivery won't we done today because its muharram and tomorrow being Sunday you will get it on Monday now. On Monday: Sir, our servers are down and we are not able to track your consignment please contact later. On calling again: Sir, we came to know there is some problem with your order document, so delivery will be delayed. On Tuesday: Sir, we tried contacting the local branch through email and phone, but there is no answer from them. Sorry, we cannot give you their contact details as we are not authorized to do so. Since they are not replying we do not know what is the reason for the delay. On Wednesday: Sir, there is some problem with the transportation vehicles that is the reason for the delay. It will take another 2 days for delivery. As everyone can see, this company is totally unprofessional. They don't care about the consumers and just want to take them for a ride. Every time they are contacted they have a new story to tell. I don't believe their story a bit. The consignment which was out for delivery on the 18th Oct is still not delivered as on 29th Oct.

                Received a call from Safexpress yesterday saying that they will try to deliver the product on 29th Oct. But if not done 100% it will be delivered on 30th Oct by 7PM.

                Another false promise. On calling today they say it won't be possible to deliver on 30th Oct, since the vehicles are not available for delivery. Safexpress you pathetic service doesn't surprise me.

                I won't be surprised if they again say.. Sir.. it won't be delivered today.. it will be delivered tomorrow.

                Advice to Flipkart and other customers, never use Safexpress for delivery. Once of the most pathetic service.

                On Saturday I was contacted by someone from the Delhi office of Safexpress who put me on a conference call with the local Panjim, Goa branch. They assured me that my consignment would be delivered Sunday. This might be their 8th assurance till date. Again the person at the local branch was told to inform me in case delivery could not be done. But till now the consignment hasn't been delivered and no call also.

                    I placed an order for Onida TV through Flipkart and they chose Safexpress to deliver the product. The tracking data always showed "In-transit" from 19th Oct till today. When I called the customer care they have no damn clue about the where about of the consignment. I received the product on 26th Oct but till today the tracking status shows "intranst". Service personnel from Onida won't do the installation until they receive an confirmation from courier company. I called the customer care to change the tracking status and the customer care representative disconnected the call before I could finish talking. I have dealt with many companies customer service but by far this is the worst. I checked on line and turns out this is not the first time.                     Red0211 you are not alone. Safexpress seems to be a habitual offender. They are least bothered about customers. Their customer care also pathetic. See the complaint that I registered.

On inquiring from Your Jalandhar Branch Manager(Mr. Mishra) about the consignment, they are telling "due to some faults we got your consignment losted and we have got the same and we will be delivering it today" from last 5 days.                         I have order a Kawachi Mop set online from peppryfry.com platform and the above mention courier company ( safexpress courier) take the responsibility to delivered my product on time i.e 12 Oct 2015 .My waybill no. is 83813465 but the product is not delivered even at present day and when i call the customer care they all don't have any proper answer or concrete reason for delay these guys are not replying of emails too. i feel harassed by this company plz help me...my contact number is [protected].                           Waybill No: 39244006. Purchased through Amazon on 30 Aug. Website shows it reached the nearby place, 30 km far from my residence, on 5th Sep. Today it is 27th Sep. Called Head, Regional& Local off. No action. Local one lies that the phone is switched off when he came for delivery. But says wrong area name. Irrelevant ans. Need the product to be delivered.

I have lodged a complaint in safeexpress portal. I have repeatedly called the people working in Tirupati for my consignment. Despite my repeated calls it was not delivered.                                 With reference to waybill no. 43782445. This item has been delayed longtime. Every day I get the information that I'll get the shipment by today and it doesn't get delivered. This happened for two days. After 8 to 9 complaints and calls, all I get to hear from Safexpress that we are really sorry for the inconvenience and we will escalate this complaint at priority. and still no resolution. There is no information on who is the delivery person and what is the estimated time of delivery of the shipment. Delivery person are so inefficient that they cannot even read the address properly and find the address in the building they have reached to. They are illiterate and can't even understand and has no ethics to talk to the customer. The customer support executive Nidhi, started shouting on the call saying what do you want me to do. They don't have even simple ethics to talk to the customer.

                                  I had ordered online through Ebay.in on 12th Aug 2015, I got email from ebay saying the product is shipped via safexpress waybill no: 44313139 on 22nd Aug 2015. Since last week I am trying to get status about this waybill no, on their website tracker, it shows error: Waybill No not found, when called them and asked the status, they are asking to contact from where you booked this consignment, when explained them Ebay is sending the product from Jalanddhar to Bangalore, they said this waybill number is still not updated in their database because the seller has not handed over the product to them, and once seller hands over the product to them I will be able to see the waybill status online. After waiting for 2 days I contacted the ebay seller, and they said they have dispatched the product from their side last week itself. After speaking with the Ebay seller I again contacted Safexpress customer care via chat today, and they started asking same repeated questions again what they had asked me last week 3 times when I contacted them. This time they said they have forwarded my issue to concern team, I asked for any reference ticket no, so that I need not explain the issue once again when I contact safexpress, the support engineer said I will get it via sms on my mobile no. But I did not received any sms from them after ending the chat with their customer care representative. Safexpress can contact me on [protected] to resolve my issue.

                                    I ordered some stuff online and they sent it through safexpress on 13th August to travel a distance of about 100 kms. The deadline of delivery on safexpress website is 20th August. On 20th August, I received a call from their office saying that he is giving me the number of delivery boy, call him and ask him to deliver your order, otherwise he will not deliver. When I called him, then he said he will come in 1 hour but after 15 minutes he called and said he cannot deliver today and it will be delivered tomorrow. When I called him on 21st August, then he said I cannot deliver, call to office and some other delivery boy will deliver. I received no call in this regard from safexpress. When I tracked me order on their website, they showed fake info. - "Consignment Undelivered, Reason :-Customer Refused to Accept Shipment". on 20th August. They are not concerned with delivery. Safexpress is the worst courior service that I have seen.

                                    Update:- Thanks to Consumercomplaints.in, I received my order today on 22nd August. At about 9:30 am, I received a phone call from safexpress Delhi office (011-43113113) and a person told me that a complaint has been registered by me and also crosschecked the details of my case. Then he assured me that my order would be delivered till today evening and I could directly call at their toll-free number in case of any problem. Then, at about 10:30 am, the delivery boy called me and asked my location and told me that he will deliver my order today. Then, finally, at about 4:45 pm, they delivered my order.Thanks again to consumercomplaints.in.

                                    Update : - No response from safexpress till 5 pm on 21st August. When I called their office, a person said that it will not be delivered today (21st August) and will be delivered tomorrow. I was shocked to hear this. When I asked the reason, then he started making excuses like roads were blocked due to Kavar Yatra (only for safexpress, not for other courior companies who delivered my orders during Kavar Yatra ), their delivery vehicle broke down yesterday, and today they are not delivering in my area etc.. This is very unprofessional response. I will advise no one to use so-called services provided by safexpress.

                                      THESE TYPE COMPLAINTS WE ARE FACING EVERY MONTH & NO REPLY GETTING FROM SAFEX. DOcket no. 43219682 booked from Faridabad to Mumbai on 12-08-15 which is to be deliver on 18-08-15 BUT TOADY IS 21ST & STILL NOT RCVD. we are calling safex from 4 days but they are saying octroi amount is not rcvd. while which already paid on 18th.

                                        These people keep the good dont even deliver back to sender nor to receiver. When i called back since 4 days They say they will revert soon but they never revert. Every time new person tells a same thing . They never has status of consignment.
