I placed an order for Onida TV through Flipkart and they chose Safexpress to deliver the product. The tracking data always showed "In-transit" from 19th Oct till today. When I called the customer care they have no damn clue about the where about of the consignment. I received the product on 26th Oct but till today the tracking status shows "intranst". Service personnel from Onida won't do the installation until they receive an confirmation from courier company. I called the customer care to change the tracking status and the customer care representative disconnected the call before I could finish talking. I have dealt with many companies customer service but by far this is the worst. I checked on line and turns out this is not the first time. Red0211 you are not alone. Safexpress seems to be a habitual offender. They are least bothered about customers. Their customer care also pathetic. See the complaint that I registered.

    I had send a consignment of 18 bundles on[protected] to TAURU (HARYANA) from jalandhar city (PUNJAB) via consignment no. 44325533, till now its[protected], my goods are not delivered. On inquiring from Your Jalandhar Branch Manager(Mr. Mishra) about the consignment, they are telling "due to some faults we got your consignment losted and we have got the same and we will be delivering it today" from last 5 days. I would like to know when my consignment will be delivered and Its very shameful at your part as you people committed us delivery within 5 days and since it has been 13 days now.       I have order a Kawachi Mop set online from peppryfry.com platform and the above mention courier company ( safexpress courier) take the responsibility to delivered my product on time i.e 12 Oct 2015 .My waybill no. is 83813465 but the product is not delivered even at present day and when i call the customer care they all don't have any proper answer or concrete reason for delay these guys are not replying of emails too. i feel harassed by this company plz help me...my contact number is [protected]. I want them to deliver my product as soon as possible and compensation for delay.

        Waybill No: 39244006. Purchased through Amazon on 30 Aug. Website shows it reached the nearby place, 30 km far from my residence, on 5th Sep. Today it is 27th Sep. Called Head, Regional& Local off. No action. Local one lies that the phone is switched off when he came for delivery. But says wrong area name. Irrelevant ans. Need the product to be delivered.

          Way Biil: 43956940 My consignment has reached the destination place tirupati on Sept 14th 2015. But till date i am yet to receive it. I have lodged a complaint in safeexpress portal. I have repeatedly called the people working in Tirupati for my consignment. Despite my repeated calls it was not delivered. The reply i received was that they had forgotten about it. Kindly take immediate action for the inconvenience caused to me.

            Shipment booked from Delhi NCR for Nagpur waybill no. 83331624 on 02.09.2015. The shipment has not been delivered yet though in tracking it is showing that the same has arrived at Safexpress Nagpur Hub on 07.09.2015. Please arrange for delivery ASAP.

              With reference to waybill no. 43782445. This item has been delayed longtime. Every day I get the information that I'll get the shipment by today and it doesn't get delivered. This happened for two days. After 8 to 9 complaints and calls, all I get to hear from Safexpress that we are really sorry for the inconvenience and we will escalate this complaint at priority. and still no resolution. There is no information on who is the delivery person and what is the estimated time of delivery of the shipment. Delivery person are so inefficient that they cannot even read the address properly and find the address in the building they have reached to. They are illiterate and can't even understand and has no ethics to talk to the customer. The customer support executive Nidhi, started shouting on the call saying what do you want me to do. They don't have even simple ethics to talk to the customer.

                I had ordered online through Ebay.in on 12th Aug 2015, I got email from ebay saying the product is shipped via safexpress waybill no: 44313139 on 22nd Aug 2015. Since last week I am trying to get status about this waybill no, on their website tracker, it shows error: Waybill No not found, when called them and asked the status, they are asking to contact from where you booked this consignment, when explained them Ebay is sending the product from Jalanddhar to Bangalore, they said this waybill number is still not updated in their database because the seller has not handed over the product to them, and once seller hands over the product to them I will be able to see the waybill status online. After waiting for 2 days I contacted the ebay seller, and they said they have dispatched the product from their side last week itself. After speaking with the Ebay seller I again contacted Safexpress customer care via chat today, and they started asking same repeated questions again what they had asked me last week 3 times when I contacted them. This time they said they have forwarded my issue to concern team, I asked for any reference ticket no, so that I need not explain the issue once again when I contact safexpress, the support engineer said I will get it via sms on my mobile no. But I did not received any sms from them after ending the chat with their customer care representative. Safexpress can contact me on [protected] to resolve my issue.

                  I ordered some stuff online and they sent it through safexpress on 13th August to travel a distance of about 100 kms. The deadline of delivery on safexpress website is 20th August. On 20th August, I received a call from their office saying that he is giving me the number of delivery boy, call him and ask him to deliver your order, otherwise he will not deliver. When I called him, then he said he will come in 1 hour but after 15 minutes he called and said he cannot deliver today and it will be delivered tomorrow. When I called him on 21st August, then he said I cannot deliver, call to office and some other delivery boy will deliver. I received no call in this regard from safexpress. When I tracked me order on their website, they showed fake info. - "Consignment Undelivered, Reason :-Customer Refused to Accept Shipment". on 20th August. They are not concerned with delivery. Safexpress is the worst courior service that I have seen.

                  Update:- Thanks to Consumercomplaints.in, I received my order today on 22nd August. At about 9:30 am, I received a phone call from safexpress Delhi office (011-43113113) and a person told me that a complaint has been registered by me and also crosschecked the details of my case. Then he assured me that my order would be delivered till today evening and I could directly call at their toll-free number in case of any problem. Then, at about 10:30 am, the delivery boy called me and asked my location and told me that he will deliver my order today. Then, finally, at about 4:45 pm, they delivered my order.Thanks again to consumercomplaints.in.

When I asked the reason, then he started making excuses like roads were blocked due to Kavar Yatra (only for safexpress, not for other courior companies who delivered my orders during Kavar Yatra ), their delivery vehicle broke down yesterday, and today they are not delivering in my area etc.. This is very unprofessional response. I will advise no one to use so-called services provided by safexpress.

                    THESE TYPE COMPLAINTS WE ARE FACING EVERY MONTH & NO REPLY GETTING FROM SAFEX.                         As part of my prepaid order from Fabfurnish, one of the item was sent through safexpress.The order was placed on 16/7/2015 and the waybill number[protected].tracking details was shown as the product was in transit till 31 st july and it has been delivered on 30 th july.I tried to contact the safexpress office in Trivandrum through the contact number provided in the internet-[protected].After hearing the complaint, the person said he will call me back, but to date has not done so and now does not answer the phone.I have complained to Safexpress customercare(toll free number[protected])also sent an email, but till now no response.I contacted Fabfurnish, and they say the tracking details show it has been delivered.I had sent the copy of my PANCARD (as per rules in Kerala), to facilitate delivery, and they made the delivery without even seeing or checking the pancard original???

[protected] the person contain this number he is a safe express client ... i call him on 6/8/2015 morning he asked my webill no and he said the product will come afternoon..i call him afternoon ans he asked webill i told and he told it will come tomorrow...i call morning 10am on 7/8/2015..he told our vechile is came out you get your product as soon as possible .. from afternoon he will not responding to my calls...he not lifting my call...i call safe express main branch phone no[protected]..he tell illl took complaint and you get your product on before 7pm... now exact time is 6:45 pm...date 7/8/15... now i am trying to calling to safe express main branch no..it will not working...this safe express is a wast wast wast ...

                            My waybill number is 43208719 ...safexpress is telling me that the the package is arived at Bangalore from 3rd Aug 2015 but when i contacted they are telling the product must be delivered and they promised me that the product will be delivered on 5th Aug 2015 and I have been waiting and calling them but not getting delivered and none of them are able to deliver.

                                my waybill number is 85513906...safexpress is telling me that the the package is on hold as per infibeam instructions..but when i contacted infibeam they are telling there is no hold like that and the product must be delivered and they promised me that the product will be delivered on 8th july..but safexpress customer care i behaving very rudely with me by using harsh words and they are telling me that "YOU PAID TO INFIBEAM AND NOT TO SAFEXPRESS"...and they are telling me that the product will never be delivered to you.i don't know what to do i contacted both of them none of them are able to solve my problem and i had already paid my money this is very unfair to treat a customer like this who has already paid money. UPDATE:infibeam now realised that there is a problem and they told they have sent an email and also spoken to safexpress for the delivery but safexpress is telling that there is no mail received i dont know why they are playing with me.and infibeam promised me delivery at 8 th or 9th of july still there is no update.

                                    This is regarding WayBill Number 42896732. The consignment was booked from Nasik on 22/06/2015 and reached Bangalore on 24/06/2015. But it has taken ages for Safexpress to deliver the item within Bangalore. I have done multiple follow ups with Bangalore Branch office in Peenya (+91-[protected]) and they have had new excuse every time I've called them to know the status. 1. Consignment reached Bangalore on 24/06, but was kept in Bangalore Whitefield office till 26th evening and then dispatched to Peenya office. Can you explain why it takes 3 days to transfer the item which is about 30-35 kms within the city? I hope you've moved away from bullock cart age! 2. No delivery on Saturday or Sunday - Are you not charging enough to not have the services available on Saturday atleast? After following up on Friday (26/06), I was promised by Peenya office agent that the items would be delivered on Monday (29/06). But with habitual attitude of delaying, I was given excuse that the entry was not made and hence the item would be dispatched on second round of delivery. With keeping my faith on, the second round of delivery was also missed because the vehicle got stuck in traffic! Wonderful to know 'the leader among Top Logistic Companies in India' does not have a back up vehicle to deliver consignment on time. 3. It has now been 7 days since the consignment has reached Bangalore and not delivered to me. I was again promised by the Peenya office agent that my consignment will be given priority today and will be dispatched in the morning slot. But with the predictable dismal services, the delivery was pushed to second slot. Even after following up with them now, they have another excuse ready that the vehicle has met with an accident and are extremely sorry for the delay since the item cannot be delivered today. Guess I should be the one who should apologies for choosing Safexpress services. It has caused me reputational loss as these items were meant for business purpose and I had committed to deliver these on Sunday (28/06).

                                      Dear Sir, I have booked my house hold items from Jammu to Hyderabad vide way bill no. 41169181 dated 12 Jun 15. I was delivered the damaged items on 22 Jun 15 at 7 PM. Some of the valuable items were missing. Suit cases are damaged and clothes are dropped from the suitcase. My service uniforms, Ladies and kids wear were tear and wear condition. Air bags were damaged and torn condition. Cartons were damaged and valuable items were found missing. Two cartons were damaged during shipment so transferred into your safexpress cartons, where some of the items were found missing. Rice tin was broken completely 30 kg of rice was missing. Motor cycle dome was broken. The handling way of the staff is horrible. Request access the compete loss and damage to the property and do the needful.

                                        Hi Safexpress team, Its regarding waybill no. 82124228 .Product has not been delivered to me yet. But I tracked it and even called your customer care no. 10 times and they are not at all taking any action. product is already in Patna from 1 week but not delivered to our home. It seems to be a very bad service since you are not able to handle the consignment delivery even though it has reached to the destination way back and its just matter of 5 kilometers that you guys have to go and deliver the product but you guys are not bothered to deliver the product on time, i have a doubt about your company and its services rendered to the customer and you are runining the name of your company and people will be forced to go to other courier services which are reliable in their delivery like Blue Dart, VRL and Gati. I am very sorry but you need to quickly work towards improving your service else you will be vanished among your competitors. This way you are losing a big customer like (Shopclues.com) since i have already gave them the awful feedback. This is really a high time and shameful, So kindly take care. Thanks, Niraj [protected]
