No responsibility or punctuality. Pick up person switches phone off when he's supposed to come. Made me wait for hours and hours. He was supposed to come at 4 yesterday and finally came at 8 (After time) and this is after telling me that he's coming in an hour from 4 o'clock. So he was supposed to come pick up my boxes by 12 today. It's 3 and he still hasn't come and the customer service is always busy and his phone is switched off. I am leaving delhi tomorrow and i have a lot of work which is not happening because i've been waiting like a fool. At least tell us a time and come then. They think people using their service is a joke. I regret using it and will advice everyone i know against it.

    The consigment was sent from ahmedabad to Baddi(Himachal pradesh) on urgent basis on 18th July 2015. Its has been a week and not delivered.

    I am a Ph.D. student from IIT Kharagpur. Due to the tenure of my Ph.D. course I have chosen safexpress to send my household material to my home address (Shyamsundar, Burdan-713424, West Bengal). For that, I was recommended to take safe extension service ( waybill No. 40886600; 750 INR extra paid for this service). The material reached at Burdwan hub, West Bengal at 18/05/2016 and stocked for four days (18/05/2016 to 23/05/2016) there. After contacting to the hub they ultimately shifted the material on 24/05/2016. The contact person in Burdan hub (Mr. Saugata Chatterjee, Ph no. [protected]; [protected]) behaved rudely to me. He did not know manners, how to speak with customer?. Also, he denied keeping material on 1st floor of my home.
    So, This is really bad experience for me. I will not recommend your service to others.

        Worst service,
        Even after delay of 2 days, Local courier service men made excuses to deliver the item and asked me to take the item myself from their local godown.

        Here the details of the shipment history with Safexpress courier service.
        AWB/Tracking ID:47450086.

        This is the 2nd time they behave like this, to save transport expenses in local areas they made excuses and asks receiver to take their item themselves.

        Hence I request to higher authorities to take necessary action and avoid this kind of malpractice with customers to stop further inconvenience...

          Sir, with due respect i have never expected that safexpress will treat customers like they don't bother to any situation/condition which creates due to irresponsibility in delivery of material. What people suffers by not getting there material on time...? & a bull excuse that these people not have any conveyance to deliver the material. Kindly improve it and if you can't so please do one thing do not make fake promises of timely delivery & If you guys acknowledge my mail then kindly contact me on +91-[protected] .

              I booked a parcel from delhi to aizawl with waybill no 46898383 on 14th april 2016 with four parcels. It was fromthe safexpress karol bagh with contact details +[protected]
              I kept 2 shoes among the books and clothes
              the parcels arrived on 27th april 2016
              When they arrived the shoes were not thereI believe that the shoes were taken out when they left my flat in delhi and before they were sent out of delhi and further believe that it must have been done by the 2 guys who came to pick the parcels from my flat.
              Even if I dont get back my shoes atleast make sure that this never ever happens to anyone else

                Dear sir, my shipment track id is[protected]From cochin to bramhapuri). It reached chandrapur on 7/4/2016 and showing on ur website, it is out for delivery on 7/4/2016.
                But in actual, my person visited your safe express office on 10/4/2016 at chandrapur and found that my order was not booked and not out for delivery to our office. Dsm enterprises, nagbhid.
                So it is wrong and even today after 5 days, i did not received my shipment. This is regular poor service.
                Even they did not lift the phone or inform us.

                  I've sent a suitcase from Delhi to Bangalore on 29/03/16 at 12:10 pm (Bill no.[protected]. On my receipt the amount to be paid was written as 687/- whereas the boy (Rajkumar) who took my suitcase charged me with 1430/-. I am extremely shocked how come that employee can dare to overcharge us. Now he's not responding to our calls and saying that it was some miscellaneous charges which r not written on the paper. Kindly do the needful ASAP, else I have to file a formal complaint and sue the concerned authorities.

                    This is for your kind information that i have ordered a product from ebay.In on 4th march 2016 which was supposed to be delivered by 9th march 2016 through safexpress. As per the shipment track record (Tracking id:[protected], the consignment has reached siliguri on 13th march 2016 which is the last stop before gangtok (Place of delivery). The consignment has been hold up at siliguri since then and i have made complaints to safexpress for numerous times but still they have not responded to that.

                      Way Bill Number: 45991092. I was shifting from my college at Hyderabad to my home at Trichy. I have sent 2 cardboard boxes and a suitcase via Campus2Home safexpress service. They promised that the goods will be received in good condition. I received them on 18th march 2016.

                      The boxes torn open at the edges and the suitcase was full of dent and dust in bad condition( attached the pictures along). The suitcase was not even wrapped with polythene cover. The total weight was 41 kgs. They charged us for 70 kgs. I chose cash on delivery option. The bill was around Rs.2231, we paid Rs.1700 and asked for reason behind such bad condition.The staffs replied in an uncouth manner. Their driver raised his voice demanding for money. After having spoken with their area sales manager Mr. Eshwar, (Trichy), who was courteous enough to understand the issue. the staffs left. Then 2 hours later delivery manager Mr. Periyasamy, (Trichy) came inside our home along with two more labours and blackmailed us of manhandling. He did not leave our house till we paid him the remaining amount Rs.500. His language, attitude was threatening. We were fortunate that my dad was there at home. This is not the way you treat your customers.

                      Rowdyism is not expected from such a brand. We live in a good neighbourhood and I feel ashamed for choosing this service.

                      We expect a refund for the damanges and the mental torture caused by your staffs along with an apology.

                        Firstly I have to make a zillion follow ups just to get the boxes to be dropped. You all just send multiple mails that pickup request is being generated etc., but it is infact a manual process. I am actually getting thingd delivered as per the company's convenience. Please take customer satisfaction seriously.

                          I had sent books through SafeExpress courier waybill 46900066. We have spoken to delivery guy to deliver it in evening since we won't be able to collect it in the noon. But evening an employee Rajesh calls to say that he is returning the boxes if we don't go and collect it immediately from their location. We had booked for door to door delivery. But they insisted that they will send only if I pay extra 150 rupees for home delivery. I had to helplessly pay extra 150 rupees since I needed my books immediately for my exam. To add to this the box is broken and damaged my books as shown in the pics attached.

                                I have sent two packages from Agartala, Tripura to be delivered to Aizawl, mizoram on 10/11/15. Two months have passed and till now didnt receive packages. I complained to local branch they said that both packages have been displaced and were talking about refunding back my money. I refuse to take the refund back because my stuff in the packages are very important and career related. Please help me find my packages as soon as possible.                                   The service of yours is total unsatisfactory.
                                  as the guy from final delivery location kukatpally safexpress called and ask for address, but did not turn up.

                                  I clearly explained the address and it is an easy address.
                                  I have took some where around 20-30 packages in 2 months time.

                                  so, after waiting an hour called him, he then says he simply asked for address, so he would delivery next day.
                                  After i questioned about waybill status on website showing out for delivery.
                                  he simply said some excuses and said he would deliver tomorrow.

                                  Local safexpress guy did not atleast attempt for delivery.
                                  He simply calls customer to mislead them as if he really attempted delivery.

                                  After this inconvenience of waiting 1 hour for package anticipating he would deliver, i called customer care and reported this inconvenience. you can check for call reference number COM[protected].

                                  Waybill no: 45958042 which is a package booked on Amazon.com.
                                  They did not do any attempt to deliver package on 4th feb'16 which showed on the website.
                                  But they you have sent a message on 5th feb'16 1.26am saying package is out for delivery and again one more message after 2 mins saying attempt unsuccessfull. (in the midnight)

                                  Please look into it and do not cause this inconvenience to customer for the working staff convenience.

                                    Dear Sir/Ma'am, This is to bring to your notice that recently I had shipped two big parcel through Safexpress courier services from Mumbai to Bengal. To my utter shock when I received the parcel at Malda (West Bengal) I realized some of the item from the boxes were missing. As I had packed the boxes and shipped them myself I was more than sure that things were missing when I received them at Malda (as I reached home before the boxes arrived). But to double confirm it that items were missing from the boxes I came back to Mumbai and checked my locked room and Almira. The item missing from the boxes are some clothes (expensive sweaters and jacket), two pairs of leather shoes (one casual from the Brand CAT [cost 10999], and the other pair a formal leather shoes cost 3500], a wireless Logitech keyboard [Rs.2300], wireless Bluetooth speaker [2990], some fancy home decorative should cost around[protected]. The two boxes were sealed with Safexpress adhesive cello tape and the person who collected the boxex from me assured me that the company will further sealed it with artificial/nylon roped which are mechanically sealed but unfortunately when I received the boxes there was no nylon roped sealing. So what I presume that the perpetrator could easily cut open the cellotape sealing and took out things and sealed it back with Safexpress adehesive cello tape which are available with all Safexpress distributors/dealers/handlers. It is not only that I have lost my expensive clothes, electronics and other stuff but most importantly the trust and faith. From now onwards no matter how urgent or important it might be but I won’t be able to send parcel with them as I know there is high probability that they might do the same thing again. I would kindly request you to help me get my things or money back. I guess I am not alone there might be many such cases happening every day and unless they are made accountable they will keep doing the same thing with everyone. Please help me.                                       I've received my courier from Delhi to Dhanbad on[protected]. On opening it I got to know that one of the content was missing (worth Rs 1100). I put it into the notice of my Safexpress delivery boy, also to the dhanbad branch Safexpress manger. They gave me the number of your Jharkhand head manager Mr. Vinod (from Ranchi office). I put my problem before him also but in vain. No action has been taken from such a reputed company for their customers. This is pathetic on a customer's part. I want proper immediate action to be taken for my missing content.

                                        I bought a Safexpress carton and put my luggage in it weighing about 10kgs. But today when I received it the carton is torn out and my expensive clothes and important documents are missing from inside it. I submitted the good on 14th December 2015 at Pilani WB Number 43121015. My goods which are missing were worth approximately Rs 20, 000. I am very pissed off and unhappy because of the service they have given and torn out luggage. I want immediate attention to this matter. I wish to have my luggage back, if not an equal valuation for the same, plus this compensation should also include the potential cost of some of the certificates which were valuable to me. Apart from this I had some memories which were attached to my goods. I want a compensation of atleast 40-50, 000 Rs. Plus this sort of customer service is not at all expected from such a big company as Safexpress.
