I had sent a consignment from bangalore to delhi, containing 2 luggage bags on may 16th, 2016.
Status showed that on may 22nd, it arrived at delhi.
On may 23rd, i received a text message telling that the consignment is out for delivery. Later, i received another message telling the delivery was unsuccessful.
On may 24th again, received a text message telling that the consignment is out for delivery. I checked the status and it again told the delivery was unsuccessful.
Neither did i get any call from any delivery person, nor did the receiver, whose number i had provided. I do not know why the delivery failed!!
When i tried to contact the customer care, all i got was apologies.
I wish i receive my consignment in proper condition, i will not anyway use safexpress ever, nor recommend it to anyone else
