I am complaining about the person who is incharge of safdajung area.We have made enquiries to the person who is incharge of Arjun Nagar, Safdarjung on 18.March.2017(Friday). But till today he haven't come yet, we call him again and again many times but he didnt want to come and hang up our calls. We need to send our stuffs before friday ie. 25.March2017. Can you take any actions please!!!

    Hi,
    This is for Safexpress office in domlur, Bangalore. First of all, they took time to get the boxes for me. They were 1 day late. They were supposed to provide me tapes which they didn't instead giving lame excuses that it got over. Is that my problem? And the person who delivered it, his behavior was very unethical.
    He is acting as if he is doing a favor to the customer.

    An online prepaid order made from hettich india was booked for shipment on safexpress on dt16-Feb-2017 with Way bill no.86011225 . It hsa been despatch on dated 17-Feb-2017. But still i have not received my percel and its been more than 1 month. Please, look into my enquire as soon as possible.

      I sent a consignment (3 boxes) by safe express waybill no. 49329226 from pune to ghaziabad on 10th march, 2017. I was assured safe and sound delivery of my boxes by 16th march, 2017.

      However, i received the consignment on 18th march, 3:30 pm. My boxes were in a very damaged condition. One of my box was completely torn from a side. When i received the box it was patched by tape. Please find attached pictures for your easy reference. After opening the box, i realized that some of my items are actually missing. Missing items are worth inr[protected].

      Immediately after receiving the package, i tried calling customer care to lodge a complaint. But, i was told that servers are not working and any complaint cant be registered.

      I request the concerned department to look into the matter and provide me either my missing items or compensation against them. I m deeply disappointed with the service of safe express and hope that this matter will be resolved at the earliest.

        This is a serious issues which i am going to notice you is that our company has book a consignment in your safexpress on dt.01.03.2017 and waybil no[protected] and the consignment was very very urgent order contains special tools for our new bajaj sgowroom at aizawl. Books for sale and the consignment till yet not received at aizawl, consignment booked from shirwal to aizaw, l am sorry to say that after 39 days passed still i have not received the consignment which is really ridiculous service from your end.

            My parcel has been held for 2 weeks now in guwahati. Safexpress people Have you ever feel ashamed? I have never experienced like this before. How long will it really take to make transit pass or did you make it from a scratched . You are one of the worst courier, you do not deserve even a single star, the other couriers i have used never held my parcel for more than 2-3 days. Do not ever call me i do not want to hear your stupid excuses.I WILL ESCALATE THIS TO HIGHER COURT.

            Guwahati to Aizawl usually takes 24 hours for passengers bus, maximum 48 hours. For cargo trucks usually take 48 hours, maximum 72 hours. Now it has been a week since my parcel was shipped from guwahati. SAFEXPRESS PEOPLE DO NOT CLAIM AS YOU ARE THE FASTER COURIER. ACTUALLY YOU ARE THE SLOWEST AND WORST COURIER. SHAME ON YOU. Among complaints against courier services in india you received most of the complaints .SHAME ON YOU.

              I had ordered a bicycle through Flipkart on 30 January, 2017 1:35 PM & Order ID: OD[protected], it was assured to be delivered in my house before 05.02.2017 at tirunelveli, tamil nadu by Safe Express, but till yesterday 15.02.2017, it was not delivered by safe express executive, so I went to safe express office personally to get the product by self, he responded in a very negative manner and made me wait for more than one hour, I had to spend Rs.300 for taxi to bring the bicycle home from safe express office. It was a very bad experience for me with Safe Express, now today 16.02.2017 I received the message that "your product is out for delivery" from safe express to my mobile, for the product which i already got personally yesterday itself, they are trying cheat every one, please take necessary action.

                Cn no.51198908 dt[protected] was sent from jaipur to guwahati. The box contained central government approved sample of cable manufactured at our plant.As per safexpess material has arrived on[protected]. Even after calling for days in their guwahati office([protected]/6) no response has been recieved.This is highly unprofessional attitude.

                        I availed service of Safe express way bill no. 50884859. I availed service for transporting my bike from Una to Jamshedpur. I received my bike with open packing and without key. Now i'm asking to safe express personnel of both places i.e. pick up and delivered office of safe express, but they are not responding. Even after contacting with customer care they are giving false statement that it would be resolved shortly. Till now it doesn't resolved by them.

                          I have booked a pick up on 12th November from hyderabad to chandigarh. They told that the pick up will be taken on 14th November and told that the person will call before he comes. I didn't get any call from anyone. Indeed I called customer care for the status. They asked for apologies and said that they will send the next day. This has repeated for three times. After 10 days that is on 22nd November I got a call from safexpress guy asking for the pick up. Don't it sounds ridiculous? and even saying that the customer's number is not reachable. Do customers look like senseless? we would have got atleast one call. Very very poor service. I can feel the arrogance in their way of talking to the customers. I will strongly discourage anyone if they are going for safexress. Please take action and avoid such problems.

Please check the details of the pick up date and time. This might have closed by your pick up guys. Please check and I hope my concerns will be attended with your prompt service. Expecting your service to redeem my time and money.
                          I have placed a pickup request on[protected] from pondicherry university. They have pickup my request and delivered two boxes of mine on[protected]. One of the box contain induction cooker that is now completely broken its glass plate. I have kept it in a separate box so that it will be safe while traveling but still i got the damaged product.

                            I was sent an wooden furniture item by INSARAF. The company people at Indore had sent only ONE person ie the driver alone!!! to deliver the item while weighs 110 kgs!!! It seems they pay only Rs 40/- to the delivery boy! Got injured while helping the dleivery boy left theluggage to my first floor house.
                            Pathetic attitude. Literally enslaving poor people. By the way this is the second time this has happened.

                              My Consignment was booked on july 2 from chennai to Srinagar. They kept it in Jammu for 3 months telling reason as curfew. I somehow managed without essentials needed. Now the consignment is just 8-10 km away from me in Srinagar from Nov 1, still they are not sending it to me. My essential items to survive and lead normal life in Srinagar is with them. No body paying any attention. I talk to executives everyday. They keep saying they will send but nothing is happening. My daughter is 3 years old only and temperature here is going below 0 degrees. From last 19 days they are not sending my consignment within 8-10 km. And moreover there is no such restrictions also. Now there is no curfew. There is no movement problem too.
                              The person here says come and take the consignment yourself and give me money @5/kg. I complained about this to Safexpress but nobody is listening.
                              I have already paid them for door to door delivery.
                              Kindly help, it getting too cold here. And even my bedding and other household items, bike etc are with them.
                              Very Very disappointed by their service.

                                Hi,
                                We used safe express to courier our household items to Delhi from Pune, after receiving the packages on 12th November 2016 in Delhi we found that No. of items from each box were missing. the boxes were intact when received, this is ridiculous that some one in Safe express stole our Personal Stuff worth 12-13K. the stolen items included- 2 branded Watches, a pair of branded shoes, Kitchen utensils and induction cookware.

                                Being such a big logistic company how are they letting someone do this to their customers.

                                If the case is not resolved at company's level, we are planning to go to consumer forum and Local Police for assistance.

The courier arrived at bangalore on 27th and even after 8 days there is no communication or delivery attempts from "un"safexpress. I have made repeated attempts to contact their customer service, which is kind of non functional (Only gets tailor made answers for all questions). If anyone has plans to send something through the so called safexpress think twice.in...

                                    A consignment was booked in my name from Hyderabad to Delhi (12th October) under AWB#80207775. As per them it takes 10 days to get it delivered. I somehow accpeted that (repenting that now). I receive a call on 20th during working hours for the delivery. I asked them to deliver only after 3 p.m.. (received call from mobile no. [protected]). It is 2 days i am still trying to follow up. The website says a delivery was attempted. How can they term it as delivery???

                                    I call their customer care and logged a call to expedite. I asked for the ticket number and i was promised the ticket number on phone. It is more 4 hours and i am still waiting for the ticket number. (Forget the delivery or the update on delivery).

                                    Very poor levels of service delivery.

                                    We have received a docket - [protected] 2 boxes on[protected] . we got breakage of 6 pcs out of 72 pcs its approx cost rs - 1400/-
                                    we required reimbursement for it
