It is very horrible experience for me with safe express. My luggage delivery is already more than one week delay. Several times I have tried to contact customer care, but all are donkey. I didn't get any proper response from them about my luggage. As per my view never book your luggage in safe express if you want it in urgent. During booking they will ensure you that you will get your parcel on some particular date, but dont belive them, atleast add 2 weeks more to expected date of delivery. this is my first and last experience with safe express

    I am not happy with ur services. Whenever i contact safe express they inform different from what they do. This is not the first time this happened. My previous delivery was also through safe express and this is the 2nd time. There was 21 days delay on my previous delivery. 2 days back i got massage that my item is out for delivery. I did not get any call regarding my delivery. Next day i get a message that my item is undelivered. I did call on [protected] spoke to mr vinay he told me that my item is in godown and they will deliver it the next day without fail. Next day i didn't get any massage or any call so i called again. I spoke to mr vinay again he placed me on hold for 15 minutes then he told my item was on delivery yesterday n it's back but smell person said he is godown n now a different statment. I askwd how xould he change statmemts he aaod he is sory for changing statements amd promised to call in 10 min but no call as of now. I am so upset that some people are just spoiling the brand name safexpress. I guess it's time to buckle up and get these kind of issues to work fixed. I had 2 delivery and both are very disappointing. I guess i will never choose safe express for my personal delivery.

      Horrible experience, i have ordered a sofa, on 8th april it reached my city transport hub. But till now they have not delivered it to me.

      And it shows 3 times delivery unsuccessful in the tracking list, but i did not get any call from the delivery person during all these 3 attempts.

      And i have read other reviews and i found many others also facing same issue.
      We trust your service but you betray us.

        Horrible experience, would never recommend to anyone. My courier is lying in their office and these people are telling me everyday that they are sending today. What nonsense is this??? People don't like to wait for so long for any courier.

        I have called many times to remind them and ask them, but they are sending me messages saying your delivery is unattempted, while they have not given a call for coming.

          I have sent 2 boxes of parcel from Pune to Chennai.Some of my goods are missing like my power bank, umbrella, a box of chocolates and few more.
          I have myself packed all the goods in the box and now when it is received in Chennai some of the goods from it are missing.
          Parcel was sent on 1 st April from Pune and was received on 8 th April.
          The packaging seems to be hampered.

          Kindly check where the packaging was opened and help me get back my goods or initiate a refund of those products.

            The status in your tracking tool shows the order is delivered. Way bill no 81308277. To whom it was delivered? I am the actual recipient but I have not received even a single call from you guys. Will I even receive my product? Your customer care numbers never work at all. Just wondering how can you even run a business with such a service.

            How long you want the customer wait once we start using your service.? Just confirm if you can deliver the product or not so I can just cancel the shipment and stop using your pointless service.

              This is the most unprofessional mover I have dealt with. Requested a pickup yesterday. No one called up today to coordinate. Waited till afternoon and then called the customer care. They provided details of some BPA who told me she hasn't received any such request. Then however she obliged me by assigning someone who said he'd come at 6 whereas their official pickup time is till 5. He didn't call back and on further enquiry of his whereabouts, the BPA (sangita, contact [protected]) switched off her phone. Now on further call to the customer care, their server is down and they can do nothing about the one day delay that they have caused to me. Wonder how does the business work.                 While attempting the delivery, SafeXpress Representative / Local Branch Manager @PIN-224001 (Faizabad-UP); Mob. No. [protected], is misbehaving, talking rudely over phone and refused to deliver the items at my home @Pin Code - 224 001 (whereas it is a prepaid consignment booked on door delivery basis).
                You are therefore requested to take necessary action against him, speak to the concerned / instruct the concerned to deliver the items immediately without any further delay.
                I'm not getting any response from any of SafeXpress executive of customer care board.

                  I called Safexpress guys to transfer my trolley bag kept at my friend's location, from IIM Ahmedabad campus to Hyderabad, . They took Rs. 1030 from my friend and gave bill for only Rs. 830. They did not give receipt for full amount even on insisting; said Rs. 225 is for laminating, but sent the bag without laminating.

                  In Hyderabad, they sent a person for delivery who cannot read and write. He could not even read the address where the bag was to be delivered. The guy kept calling on my phone no. to seek directions and address. Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL and POOR service.

                  PLEASE refund the Rs. 200 amount for which you did not give the receipt.

                    as per earlier discussion with mr vijay, dharmender, overall amount should be approx 15000, but demanding 20125 rs. In others charges they are demanding 1100 rs for challanned by delhi traffic police while coming to load.( driver gone through one way).                         Hi,
                        This is for Safexpress office in domlur, Bangalore. First of all, they took time to get the boxes for me. They were 1 day late. They were supposed to provide me tapes which they didn't instead giving lame excuses that it got over. Is that my problem? And the person who delivered it, his behavior was very unethical.
                        He is acting as if he is doing a favor to the customer.

                        An online prepaid order made from hettich india was booked for shipment on safexpress on dt16-Feb-2017 with Way bill no.86011225 . It hsa been despatch on dated 17-Feb-2017.                           I sent a consignment (3 boxes) by safe express waybill no. 49329226 from pune to ghaziabad on 10th march, 2017. I was assured safe and sound delivery of my boxes by 16th march, 2017.

                          However, i received the consignment on 18th march, 3:30 pm. My boxes were in a very damaged condition. One of my box was completely torn from a side. When i received the box it was patched by tape. Please find attached pictures for your easy reference. After opening the box, i realized that some of my items are actually missing. Missing items are worth inr[protected].

                          Immediately after receiving the package, i tried calling customer care to lodge a complaint. But, i was told that servers are not working and any complaint cant be registered.

                          I request the concerned department to look into the matter and provide me either my missing items or compensation against them. I m deeply disappointed with the service of safe express and hope that this matter will be resolved at the earliest.

                                Guwahati to Aizawl usually takes 24 hours for passengers bus, maximum 48 hours. For cargo trucks usually take 48 hours, maximum 72 hours. Now it has been a week since my parcel was shipped from guwahati. SAFEXPRESS PEOPLE DO NOT CLAIM AS YOU ARE THE FASTER COURIER. ACTUALLY YOU ARE THE SLOWEST AND WORST COURIER. SHAME ON YOU. Among complaints against courier services in india you received most of the complaints .SHAME ON YOU.

                                  I had ordered a bicycle through Flipkart on 30 January, 2017 1:35 PM & Order ID: OD[protected], it was assured to be delivered in my house before 05.02.2017 at tirunelveli, tamil nadu by Safe Express, but till yesterday 15.02.2017, it was not delivered by safe express executive, so I went to safe express office personally to get the product by self, he responded in a very negative manner and made me wait for more than one hour, I had to spend Rs.300 for taxi to bring the bicycle home from safe express office. It was a very bad experience for me with Safe Express, now today 16.02.2017 I received the message that "your product is out for delivery" from safe express to my mobile, for the product which i already got personally yesterday itself, they are trying cheat every one, please take necessary action.

                                    Cn no.51198908 dt[protected] was sent from jaipur to guwahati. The box contained central government approved sample of cable manufactured at our plant.As per safexpess material has arrived on[protected]. Even after calling for days in their guwahati office([protected]/6) no response has been recieved.This is highly unprofessional attitude.

                                      We have order with WB no. 51165635, which has reached its delivery station, bareilly on 17, and from last two days, order is out for delivery but was not delivered and we were not informed that they will deliver or called us regarding that which is highly disappointing, kindly get it delivered by tomorrow, because the delay is from Currier company.
