Consignment booked on[protected], docket no 49185628 through safexpress courier but this consignment had left the place on[protected] until and unless they hold the consignment for 5 days in delhi warehouse. And nobody is responding well at the moment. And the same happening with us from past few months i am fed up with this kind of service. We are receiving all the consignment too late and short box received as well.
Its too late and poor service from safexpress. They are unfit for the courier service.

    The consignment is in hyderabad since 10th aug and hasnt been delivered yet. Its been over a week now.
    There is no one who has come to deliver it.. But they quietly mention it as delivery attempt unsuccessful
    I called a few times at the call center for the office number where the packet is so that i could talk to the courier boy bit that is in vain
    Can someone please help me here?

      This is with reference to waybill no: 48834973.
      The consignment was sent from mangalore on 4th august 2016. However, there was a great deal of inconvenience caused to me due to delayed delivery. The delivery associates kept on extending the delivery date. Some of them were rude too. The consignment arrived on 17th august and not to my surprise there was a lot of damage caused to the materials inside.
      I believe the company must compensate for the delay, damage and above all the terrible experience.

          Dear UnSafexpress,

          My consignment was booked by Flipkart to deliver to Varanasi city. Though the estimated delivery date was 4th August, but Safexpress tracking tool continue to tell me till 5th Aug that it is in transit. Pradeep Pandey[protected] from your Varanasi branch contacted us on 5th august afternoon on [protected] (Father in law), [protected] (wife) and [protected] (me) and spoke to everyone and offered apologies that due to shortage of delivery vehicles and he will attempt the delivery within next 2 days... i.e. by 7th Aug and asked us to wait till then. We agreed to wait for 2 more days as we already waited over 1 week for the consignment to reach. We also received a call back from your head office ([protected]) and spoke to a lady and she also convinced me that the product will be delivered in next 2 days.

          We were okay as we spoke to 2 different persons from Safexpress and they are trying to deliver at their best level. All of a sudden I got a message from Flikpkart that The order has been cancelled due to Safexpress, you guys reported that recipients are not picking phone and a contact cannot be established.

          I want to know if guys are inefficient to deliver the product, why are you in the logistics market? Moreover you guys are lying to Flipkart and initiated a cancellation of order due to your own inefficiencies ?

          Now tell me when are you going to deliver my product and who all are responsible for the shipment delay/cancellation?

            I am Pawan Kumar unluckily i asked seller to choose safexpress courier service to deliver packet to me, Since from 2'nd august 2016 [packer is showing out for delivery even after calling 20 times to customer care i didn't get the status of my packet, every time they say packet is out for delivery and i will get that today, Today finally i decided to write this email to tell you guys how wonderful job you are doing, i have never ever seen this kind of pathetic courier service in my life so far and you guys claim that its india's no 1 courier service, i think its a best joke i have ever heard.

              This refers to waybill no.48724051.
              The consignment was dispatched from nasik on the 31st of july and expected to reach destination (Mumbai) the following day, 1st august.
              However, even at the close of office hours on the 2nd of august, there was no confirmation on the availability status.
              On calling the toll-free no. Twice, it was informed that the consignment will be delivered on the 5th of august, even though the material is lying at mumbai since 1st of august.
              This is a totally disappointing and un-professional service experienced by us. This consignment has to be re-forwarded to delhi for our product launch on 6th of august.
              We get consignments from abroad in 48 hrs flat. But this service of safeexpress is substantially poor, as compared to the other professional courier companies.
              Regret to have chosen safeexpress! Not again!!

                  I booked for a pickup from kerala to bihar one week before the due date. Was made to wait for 3 days with false promises that pickup will be done within the day. On the third day i was told that they will not come as the place is far (It's barely 10 kms and earlier was told to be within the service area.) after i started making plans for another arrangements, i received a call promising a confirmed pickup in the next day. Which too was a lie. The whole thing is very harassing and the company cannot be trusted at all. If you don't have service then inform earlier. Don't disrupt people's schedules. Totally unprofessional.

                    I (krishnapriya) had booked campus to home service from icar-iari, pusa campus, new delhi to karathozhuvu, madathukulam, tirupur district, tamil nadu, on[protected]. i sent three boxes totalling 58 kg. safe extension charges of rs.750/- was also paid by me to ensure the boxes reaches home. the packages reached pollachi on[protected]. the consignee (mr. k. thangavel) received a call from mr. ramakrishnan of pollachi safexpress office ([protected]). mr. ramakrishnan stated that he will not be able to deliver the package to my house, and would deliver only up to his territory limits. after hearing this information, i myself contacted mr. ramakrishnan (safexpress) and persuaded him to deliver the package to my house.inspite of my request, the boxes were not delivered to my home. it was kept at a place 10 km away from my home, and the consignee (mr thangavel) had to bring it home on his own expenses.

                    I wish to know the purpose of charging additional amount of rs 750/- from me when the package was not delivered up to my home. when the consignee (on my behalf) had to collect the packages from elsewhere, it defeats the purpose of campus to home.

                      I have order a gym equipment from amazon which was sent via safeexpress to banglore (my location). its been a month i have placed the order and every time i am checking using the tracking id, its showing delivery unsuccessful. i tried to reach to the courier person and all they are giving are bunch of number which are of no use. from one driver number to another they are playing with me. i dont know how to get it delivered.

                        I had sent 4 cartons from pune to lucknow on 30th of june, 2016. they arrived today (7th of july). one of the cartons is so damaged that the items inside are spilling out and i am pretty certain that a few things must even have fallen out. also, while dispatching the cartons, i was told that they will be wrapped in plastic wrapping. on delivery i saw that there was no such wrapping. it's a good thing that i packed clothes together in big bags before putting them in cartons, otherwise i'm pretty certain half of them would have been lost on the way.

                          Till when i call the customer support they shamelessly reply that they have no clue as to where my consignment is.

                          I simply don't understand that does it take 4 days for consignment to be delivered when it has already reached the destination and is out for delivery??

                            i have sent my packages(trunk box and a carton) through campus to home from Varanasi to Khammam on 11th june.the package reached my destined address on 29th june, too delay from the estimated period.and also my consignment which contained books and cloths worth Rs 35000 was fully soaked with oil completely destroying it and making it unusable.i contacted the courier services and came to know that my consignment was transported along with the oil drums and during the way the oil spilled over my packages.
                            I am highly disappointed with the courier services and request you to kindly pay me with the necessary compensation as soon as possible .

                                Dear Sir’s,

                                This complaint is with reference to docket No. 48052953 from Kolkata to Mohali (Punjab). I am the consignee of this docket.
                                I had called your toll free number [protected] yesterday on 22nd June 2016 at 10:18AM regarding this docket to enquire about the early delivery of this material which was Urgently required by us, I spoke to a lady and she told me her name is Jisna or something sounding similar.
                                I had called to request that the consignment may please be delivered to me urgently, and despite my repeated request & pleading with her, she misinformed me that the consignment has reached mohali (which was the destination town) but it will first go to ropar, which is another town around 20 kilometers from Mohali, and then will come back to mohali and get delivered to me only by the next day, 23rd June.
                                I reasoned with her that if the material has reached the destination (consignee) town, why will safexpress send it to another town and again bring it back unnecessarily, and besides I need the material urgently, to which she curtly answered that ‘sorry sir, we cant help you, material has to follow route’ (which sounded quite strange that it has to go to another town before coming back to mohali) and only then we will get it.
                                Surprisingly in 15-20 minutes after I spoke to her, and I was completely surprised & disappointed by that time because of the phone call, the material was automatically delivered by safexpress at my address in mohali.

                                I want to log a complaint against this unprofessional so called ‘safe experts’ on the toll free lines, who do not have any information about consignments or routes, or the actual position of any consignment, and give wrong & misleading information, and later also unhelpful and tell the customer ‘we cant help you’.

                                The material I have got on time, but the phone call I made to your toll free number had me very restless & worried and very disappointed in the feedback from safexpress.

                                You are requested to look into the matter, so that in future such unprofessional, and poorly informed people, with very poor communication skills are not there to talk to customers and give then wrong information, and a curt reply that we cant help you.

                                  I am Jahnavi Paliwal. I had used the Safexpress service for delivering my belongings from BITS Pilani Goa to Udaipur(Rajasthan). I had sent 2 safexpress cartons to Udaipur. One of the cartons was delivered on 30th June 2016. But the other box has still not been delivered. It has already been 20 days since I sent the carton. I have important belongings and need the box at the earliest.

                                    I have sent two boxes from delhi to chennai on[protected]. It shows that it arrived at 22.05.16. Its been 14 from then, but its not delivered. When i contacted customer care, they are telling like the consignment is missing and untraceable. I am really frustrated and don't know what to do. Their way of talking is very rude. Please do something.

                                    Bad service at srinagar. Most of the items received broken. Most of the persons at srinagar (defence personnel )don't have time to go behind this.

                                      I lost the parcel in jan but there was no reply from the courier company. there was no apology no response. from jan i m trying to contact them but no reply. finally when i wrote everything on fb then they contacted me gave a pitty amt of 8k which is not even the amount of the stuff that i have lost. the staff poonam is so rude disgusting she is talking as if she is giving me the money from her pocket, she said i dont people then what shall i do. i have atleast informed you, what if i wudnt have informed then waht wud u do. this is the way she speaks to customers wow. she deserves a customer service award. there is no email of the higher management or something like a nodal officer as they dnt want the management to know that there are problems happening.

                                        I purchase a product from homeshop 18 order no.[protected] dispatch on[protected]. After it i got a call from safeexpress office to collect it from local office from [protected]. I went there at evening 7 pm. And i called many times at this no. But the person did not picked up the call... After half hour person met me at the same place and behaved me very rudely when i asked him about my order.
                                        So i request you to take some action against a rude employee of the company.. It is very hassable to me.
