Tracking status as on their website - "out for delivery" for past 4 days.
Till when i call the customer support they shamelessly reply that they have no clue as to where my consignment is.

I simply don't understand that does it take 4 days for consignment to be delivered when it has already reached the destination and is out for delivery??

    This complaint is in reference to waybill no.47474209
    i have sent my packages(trunk box and a carton) through campus to home from Varanasi to Khammam on 11th june.the package reached my destined address on 29th june, too delay from the estimated period.and also my consignment which contained books and cloths worth Rs 35000 was fully soaked with oil completely destroying it and making it unusable.i contacted the courier services and came to know that my consignment was transported along with the oil drums and during the way the oil spilled over my packages.
    I am highly disappointed with the courier services and request you to kindly pay me with the necessary compensation as soon as possible .

      Out of these item, one box no. 6 containing 24 parts (List Attached) was not delivered and it got miss placed by Safexpress .

      Due to Short part delivery, it affect our goodwill as well as monitory loss of 48152 (Debit Note Attached) which has already been Debited from our account by TATA MOTORS.

      We will not suffer this loss of 48152 due to your mistake so Kindly pay us this amount on priority basis.

        Dear Sir’s,

        This complaint is with reference to docket No. 48052953 from Kolkata to Mohali (Punjab). I am the consignee of this docket.
        I had called your toll free number [protected] yesterday on 22nd June 2016 at 10:18AM regarding this docket to enquire about the early delivery of this material which was Urgently required by us, I spoke to a lady and she told me her name is Jisna or something sounding similar.
        I had called to request that the consignment may please be delivered to me urgently, and despite my repeated request & pleading with her, she misinformed me that the consignment has reached mohali (which was the destination town) but it will first go to ropar, which is another town around 20 kilometers from Mohali, and then will come back to mohali and get delivered to me only by the next day, 23rd June.
        I reasoned with her that if the material has reached the destination (consignee) town, why will safexpress send it to another town and again bring it back unnecessarily, and besides I need the material urgently, to which she curtly answered that ‘sorry sir, we cant help you, material has to follow route’ (which sounded quite strange that it has to go to another town before coming back to mohali) and only then we will get it.
        Surprisingly in 15-20 minutes after I spoke to her, and I was completely surprised & disappointed by that time because of the phone call, the material was automatically delivered by safexpress at my address in mohali.

        I want to log a complaint against this unprofessional so called ‘safe experts’ on the toll free lines, who do not have any information about consignments or routes, or the actual position of any consignment, and give wrong & misleading information, and later also unhelpful and tell the customer ‘we cant help you’.

        The material I have got on time, but the phone call I made to your toll free number had me very restless & worried and very disappointed in the feedback from safexpress.

        You are requested to look into the matter, so that in future such unprofessional, and poorly informed people, with very poor communication skills are not there to talk to customers and give then wrong information, and a curt reply that we cant help you.

            I have sent two boxes from delhi to chennai on[protected]. It shows that it arrived at 22.05.16. Its been 14 from then, but its not delivered. When i contacted customer care, they are telling like the consignment is missing and untraceable. I am really frustrated and don't know what to do. Their way of talking is very rude. Please do something.

              I lost the parcel in jan but there was no reply from the courier company. there was no apology no response. from jan i m trying to contact them but no reply. finally when i wrote everything on fb then they contacted me gave a pitty amt of 8k which is not even the amount of the stuff that i have lost. the staff poonam is so rude disgusting she is talking as if she is giving me the money from her pocket, she said i dont people then what shall i do. i have atleast informed you, what if i wudnt have informed then waht wud u do. this is the way she speaks to customers wow. she deserves a customer service award. there is no email of the higher management or something like a nodal officer as they dnt want the management to know that there are problems happening.

                I purchase a product from homeshop 18 order no.[protected] dispatch on[protected]. After it i got a call from safeexpress office to collect it from local office from [protected]. I went there at evening 7 pm. And i called many times at this no. But the person did not picked up the call... After half hour person met me at the same place and behaved me very rudely when i asked him about my order.
                So i request you to take some action against a rude employee of the company.. It is very hassable to me.

                  I used campus to home service for transporting vehicle from varanasi to faridabad. Even though the consignment reached faridabad in 3 days the faridabad office sat on it for approximately 5 days. They literally transported my vehicle through 700 kms in 3 days but they could not transport it from their office to my home (Approx. 4 kms) in 5 days.In addition to this they do not act in a responsible manner and do not respond well to queries.
                  It was sad to see that the company that made such good promises could not hold it due to negligence of duty shown by the people in the faridabad office. The least they could do was apologise to me but rather than doing so they keep on shifting blame on various departments.

                    I had sent a consignment from bangalore to delhi, containing 2 luggage bags on may 16th, 2016.
                    Status showed that on may 22nd, it arrived at delhi.
                    On may 23rd, i received a text message telling that the consignment is out for delivery. Later, i received another message telling the delivery was unsuccessful.
                    On may 24th again, received a text message telling that the consignment is out for delivery. I checked the status and it again told the delivery was unsuccessful.
                    Neither did i get any call from any delivery person, nor did the receiver, whose number i had provided. I do not know why the delivery failed!!
                    When i tried to contact the customer care, all i got was apologies.
                    I wish i receive my consignment in proper condition, i will not anyway use safexpress ever, nor recommend it to anyone else

                      I am a ph. D. Student from iit kharagpur. Due to the tenure of my ph. D. Course i have chosen safexpress to send my household material to my home address (Shyamsundar, burdan-713424, west bengal). For that, i was recommended to take safe extension service (Waybill no. 40886600; 750 inr extra paid for this service). The material reached at burdwan hub, west bengal at 18/05/2016 and stocked for four days (18/05/2016 to 23/05/2016) there. After contacting to the hub they ultimately shifted the material on 24/05/2016. The contact person in burdan hub (Mr. Saugata chatterjee, ph no. [protected]; [protected]) behaved rudely to me. He did not know manners, how to speak with customer?. Also, he denied keeping material on 1st floor of my home.
                      So, this is really bad experience for me. I will not recommend your service to others.

                        No responsibility or punctuality. Pick up person switches phone off when he's supposed to come. Made me wait for hours and hours. He was supposed to come at 4 yesterday and finally came at 8 (After time) and this is after telling me that he's coming in an hour from 4 o'clock. So he was supposed to come pick up my boxes by 12 today. It's 3 and he still hasn't come and the customer service is always busy and his phone is switched off. I am leaving delhi tomorrow and i have a lot of work which is not happening because i've been waiting like a fool. At least tell us a time and come then. They think people using their service is a joke. I regret using it and will advice everyone i know against it.

                              Even after delay of 2 days, Local courier service men made excuses to deliver the item and asked me to take the item myself from their local godown.

                              Here the details of the shipment history with Safexpress courier service.
                              AWB/Tracking ID:47450086.

                              This is the 2nd time they behave like this, to save transport expenses in local areas they made excuses and asks receiver to take their item themselves.

                              Hence I request to higher authorities to take necessary action and avoid this kind of malpractice with customers to stop further inconvenience...

What people suffers by not getting there material on time...? & a bull excuse that these people not have any conveyance to deliver the material. Kindly improve it and if you can't so please do one thing do not make fake promises of timely delivery & If you guys acknowledge my mail then kindly contact me on +91-[protected] .

                                  I have ordered one boxing bag of red colour whoose tracking no is 43704725. It is arrived on 8 th july at kharagpur but not deliverd at given address yet plz do needful

                                  The consignment(tracking no. [protected]) originated on 23/03/2013 and it has not been delivered till 10/12/2013. The management of safeexpress is non responsive towars my goods.

                                    I booked a parcel from delhi to aizawl with waybill no 46898383 on 14th april 2016 with four parcels. It was fromthe safexpress karol bagh with contact details +[protected]
                                    I kept 2 shoes among the books and clothes
                                    the parcels arrived on 27th april 2016
                                    When they arrived the shoes were not thereI believe that the shoes were taken out when they left my flat in delhi and before they were sent out of delhi and further believe that it must have been done by the 2 guys who came to pick the parcels from my flat.
                                    Even if I dont get back my shoes atleast make sure that this never ever happens to anyone else

                                      Dear sir, my shipment track id is[protected]From cochin to bramhapuri). It reached chandrapur on 7/4/2016 and showing on ur website, it is out for delivery on 7/4/2016.
                                      But in actual, my person visited your safe express office on 10/4/2016 at chandrapur and found that my order was not booked and not out for delivery to our office. Dsm enterprises, nagbhid.
                                      So it is wrong and even today after 5 days, i did not received my shipment. This is regular poor service.
                                      Even they did not lift the phone or inform us.

                                        Hello
                                        I've sent a suitcase from Delhi to Bangalore on 29/03/16 at 12:10 pm (Bill no.[protected]. On my receipt the amount to be paid was written as 687/- whereas the boy (Rajkumar) who took my suitcase charged me with 1430/-. I am extremely shocked how come that employee can dare to overcharge us. Now he's not responding to our calls and saying that it was some miscellaneous charges which r not written on the paper. Kindly do the needful ASAP, else I have to file a formal complaint and sue the concerned authorities.
