Dear Sir’s,
This complaint is with reference to docket No. 48052953 from Kolkata to Mohali (Punjab). I am the consignee of this docket.
I had called your toll free number [protected] yesterday on 22nd June 2016 at 10:18AM regarding this docket to enquire about the early delivery of this material which was Urgently required by us, I spoke to a lady and she told me her name is Jisna or something sounding similar.
I had called to request that the consignment may please be delivered to me urgently, and despite my repeated request & pleading with her, she misinformed me that the consignment has reached mohali (which was the destination town) but it will first go to ropar, which is another town around 20 kilometers from Mohali, and then will come back to mohali and get delivered to me only by the next day, 23rd June.
I reasoned with her that if the material has reached the destination (consignee) town, why will safexpress send it to another town and again bring it back unnecessarily, and besides I need the material urgently, to which she curtly answered that ‘sorry sir, we cant help you, material has to follow route’ (which sounded quite strange that it has to go to another town before coming back to mohali) and only then we will get it.
Surprisingly in 15-20 minutes after I spoke to her, and I was completely surprised & disappointed by that time because of the phone call, the material was automatically delivered by safexpress at my address in mohali.
I want to log a complaint against this unprofessional so called ‘safe experts’ on the toll free lines, who do not have any information about consignments or routes, or the actual position of any consignment, and give wrong & misleading information, and later also unhelpful and tell the customer ‘we cant help you’.
The material I have got on time, but the phone call I made to your toll free number had me very restless & worried and very disappointed in the feedback from safexpress.
You are requested to look into the matter, so that in future such unprofessional, and poorly informed people, with very poor communication skills are not there to talk to customers and give then wrong information, and a curt reply that we cant help you.
