Your personal does not know how to talk with customers. There is an urgent consignment which has come from bokaro to ahmdebad and the final delivery address is gandhinagar, and this person is not at all trying to help other than that he is just arguing. I have called him number of times but he does not pick the phone. I need some serious action against this person being not kind to the customer and total negative approach towards his working attitude. The consignment number is 55829743. Waybill no 61726948 send from binnaguri to thirumagalam (sofa), but broken get them. Attach bill photo and sofa photo. Plz necessary action claim.
